I bought a used car here about two months ago, and of course used cars can be hit or miss. Steve was great to deal with, straight forward, and gave me a good price on the car. I've since put about two thousand miles on the vehicle, and I couldn't be happier with it. It's humming right along better than I'd expected. I recently was in the market for a quality, reasonably priced used car for my son. Probably like most people, I was a bit apprehensive in going through the whole used car buying process. We stopped by a number of places before finding Cherry Hill Auto Sales. I am generally not one to take the time or effort to write reviews but since Steve and Nick went out of their way for me I wanted to show my appreciation. I bought a 2006 Honda Accord low mileage for a fair price. Overall, it was a very good buying experience. Both Nick and Steve presented themselves as decent, straight shooters. While taking the Honda on a test drive, we noticed some minor issues with the car and Steve said to leave it in the lot for a few days and he "would take care of it." My instincts were to trust Steve, and I was rewarded. I got myself a good car at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend Cherry Hill Auto Sales to a friend who may be in the market for a used car.

I recently purchased from Cherry Hill Auto Sales and I was very happy with the entire ordeal! Customer service is wonderful. Steve & Jerry are very helpful and thorough. Minor repairs that needed to be done have been taken care of at no extra charge to me. Everything from selecting a car in my budget range to test driving to the purchase process went very smooth. I have very pleased with my car and with all of the little extras that Steve made it his mission to help with! Great place to do business and I would happily do it again/recommend them to everyone!

Worked with Steve and Jerry. Both great guys. Was looking for a vehicle for my daughter and they listened carefully to our criteria and gave us multiple choice to evaluate to make our decision. The whole process was less than an hour and a half from arriving at lot to final closing of deal. I spent that much time at a large dealer waiting to see 1st car they thought we wanted (was only one they "had"). Great experience will definitely return next time we are looking for a used vehicle. Who would think that the best deal was right in my backyard the whole time.

I got a return call the day after posting my interst in one of the cars on the lot. When I went to the dealer, both of the gentlemen there were helpful, and the process was quick and easy. Although I did not get the car I originally saw online, I liked the one I got even better.

Cherry Hill Auto is a true "one of a kind business"! A small lot with a wonderful assortment of very fine cars. They seem to have a very professional relationship with lenders of all kinds. The test drive was relaxed and easy. The paperwork was very organized and easy. The vehicle we selected was very nice but we determined the brakes were squeaking a but from sitting. We were immediately scheduled to a local shop where all 4 rotors and break pads were replaced free of charge. It's nice to see folks doing business like it used to be when the needs of the customer came before money. We would not hesitate for one minute to purchase another from Cherry Hill Auto or recommend to our friends. Thank you!

So I went in yesterday to test drive a Volkswagon Passat and was highly impressed with Steves kindness, professionalism, and just his general interest in people. He asked a lot of questons which kept the conversation consistent and on topic. He was super nice and assuming the woman that helped was his wife, my opinion of them both is that they are VERY respectful and courteous people.I purchased the car yesterday so understand this review is based off of my experience with Steve and the car for a day. I drove the car from cherry hill to Philadelphia to hop on 95 and down to newark delaware then to southern nj. The car was super smooth and a great ride. So far, so good. I also need to mention that he gave me his cell number and even after he left the office, he went back to sell me the car. It was a great experience working with Steve especially after the tiring search for another vehicle. So if you asked me now whether I would recommend Steve, the answer is I took some of his business cards to hand out. You dont meet people like him. I appreciate it the experience yesterday Steve and hope you are in business for another 43 years.

Cherry Hill Auto Sales bills itself as The Little Lot That Cares. I was originally scared to purchase a car from a used car dealer, since their name is synonymous with bad idea. In our 28 years of marriage, we had always purchased from new car Toyota dealers. Our daughter, Liz, a University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education Student needed wheels to get to her student teaching job in the fall. From the moment we entered the CHAS lot which my husband, Lou, a lifetime resident of Cherry Hill, and I were impressed with the salesman and owner Steve Pressman. He was professional and helped us get what was needed for Liz. We purchased a 2001 Corolla on Saturday, June 28, 2014 for our daughter with just under 170,000. The customer service went above and beyond with all the little things Steve did to keep us at ease. He is truly a Blessing! When our son, Matt, is ready to buy his first truck we will be back. Cherry Hill Auto Sales is a rare jewel and oasis in the desert of car dealers.

I went to Cherry Hill Auto on a Tuesday evening after seeing some reasonably priced used cars on their web-site. I test drove a 2001 PT Cruiser and decided to purchase it. BIG MISTAKE. Less than three days later(Friday), it broke down. Triple A had to come tow the car away. I wish I would have towed it back to this place and left it blocking the front door of their office. After a few calls to Cherry Hill Auto, we were simply told "It's a reliable car, give it a chance" and "Well that's what the warranty is for" Of course, the warranty didn't cover it at all. So $120 later I had a car again. Then I proceeded to transfer the car into my name and get a PA title. The car was inspected by a reputable and trustworthy Triple A service center. I was told it needed well over $1000 to repair it so it could pass inspection. I finally got a hold of Steve from CHerry Hill Auto and he told me I was being taken advantage of.... Yeah, no kidding Steve. You guys saw "SUCKER" plastered on my forehead. After sending Steve the estimate from Triple A, he told me he would work an estimate on what it would cost him to repair the car and that they were trying to take advantage of me. Even if he could do it for half the price, I would NEVER trust any of them at Cherry Hill Auto. They would likely take my money, claim they fixed it and it have not been fixed. I finally had to accept that they royal screwed me over and just traded in the piece of junk they sold me to get a real car that I wouldn't be afraid of breaking down. I will forever regret walking in there, looking at their site or even talking to these gentlemen. I suggest you go elsewhere. They over charged me and completely robbed me. I hope karma kicks them in the throat soon. (I'm pretty sure friends and family of Cherry Hill Auto have helped them receive the high amount of stars on this site. 4.6 out of 5? That is so far from the truth.)

We paid $7,000 for a 2004 Cadillac escalade .the next day I took it to my mechanic and was told the whole gas line was rotten and there is no way this dealer did not know I called jerry and told him that he sold me a lemon and was he will to work with me with the repair or another car for the same price he told me take me to small claims court and hung up on me and never picked up the phone again to me .i would never recommend cherry hill autos and they will hear from my lawyers

My wife and I were need of a vehicle. We saw Cherry Hill Auto Sales had a Jeep Grand Cherokee we wanted to see. My previous JGC was totaled when my wife was rear ended on I-95. Already stressed out over our ordeal, in comes Steve Pressman. Talk about you're untypical salesman. Steve was the first salesman we dealt with who actually cared about the customer. He makes you feel like you've known each other for years. Steve took his time with us. No pressure. No haggling. In the end, we ended up buying a 2005 JGC. We couldn't be any happier. Bought a used Corvette from Steve a few weeks ago. He was great to deal with while driving a hard , but reasonable deal. We both were happy with the end result. The purchase process was effortless and he did all the work necessary to transfer my Maryland plates from my trade to the new car. Even checked to be sure I got home alright with the new car. He did facilitate two repairs that were outside the scope of the purchase. One of them has a minor issue that he is helping work to a resolution. The car is top quality and my mechanic confirmed it was in excellent condition.

Even though I didn't end up buying a car from them, I have to say that their owner has a nack for buying quality used cars whatever the mileage and price range you are looking for. They are honest, up-front and very easy to deal with. No gimmicks, no games, just a great buying experience! I would definitely return there for my next car and would recommend them to my friends without any hesitation.

After a somewhat lengthy search for an inexpensively priced 2004-2005 BMW 545i with manual transmission, and being unsatisfied with cars being sold by individuals, I came across a terrific vehicle at Cherry Hill Auto Sales. After seeing the online listing and being able to access the CarFax for free, the car appeared to be in excellent condition with no accident history. I called Steve and spoke with him about the car. I live about 200 miles from Cherry Hill and wanted to make sure the car was in excellent condition before making the trip. Steve assured me this car was in great shape and when I arrived, I was impressed. Despite being 11 years old with 144k miles, the car was in virtually perfect cosmetic condition and had four nearly new tires. I ended up buying the car on the spot. Steve provided me with out of state temporary tags and I drove my new car back home that day. Steve was kind enough to invite me to lunch, take me to my bank to get a cashier's check so I could pay for the vehicle, and we stopped by the local car wash on Steve's dime so my car could be freshly washed for the drive home. As I had driven up to Cherry Hill by myself, I also had my old car with me. Steve let me leave my car there for a few days until it was convenient for me to come pick my old car up. Steve offered to pick me up at 30th Street Station in Philadelphia and was waiting for me when my train arrived. He drove us over to Cherry Hill and I picked up my old car and drove it home. I am very satisfied with the entire experience and would not hesitate to purchase another car from Cherry Hill Auto Sales.

I'd been looking for a first car for my daughter for a couple of months. I stumbled across the Cherry Hill Auto Sales (CHAS) website, saw a handful of cars that looked interesting, so I stopped by on a Sunday. Right away, I noticed that the CHAS cars were clean inside and out and were reasonably priced. I picked out two in particular and stopped back later in the week. Steve let me take the cars for a ride, look under the hoods, whatever I wanted. So, I made a choice and was out of there in less than an hour. Pretty good experience. I'd definitely buy there again.

I couldn't believe the sale price for the car I was getting with the number of miles. Compared to other dealerships I was looking at for the cars I was looking for they had the best price.39 years of experience shows. My bank was very happy to see the value of the car has way higher than th sale price, that is usually not the case.

I found a great low mileage Passat Wagon 4 Motion, at this dealer. It was exactly as the sales manager described. Super Clean. The dealer stood behind this product, to make certain I was throughly happy when I drove it off. I was without a vehicle and even though it was a busy Saturday, he sent an employee to my home with the car. I was able to test drive it back to the lot, which I greatly appreciated. They went truly above and beyond what they had to do, assuring that they met all my needs for a great purchase experience. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great car at a great value. I calculated that I saved enough money with buying this low mileage used car instead of a new vehicle, saved me 118,000 miles of future fuel cost!!

Cherry hill auto sales is hands down the best dealer I have delt with. I have been to all over to dealers from Matt Blatt dealers in Glassboro to Fullerton Ford jeep. Those dealers were ok and help but not as much as Cherry hill auto sales. This place really has the best prices for the vehicles they have a lot also have very low miles. I just baught a scion xb from Cherry Hill Auto Sales and I love the vehical. It had low miles for the year and was at a great price. If I had a problem all I had to do was call and they would say bring it in no appointment needed and took care of it right away. These guys know how run things. I can say that when I decide to get another vehicle I know where I am going first. Thats right to Cherry Hill Auto Sales.

I live in Harrisburg PA and found the exact car I wanted in Cherry Hill New Jersey. The owner of this dealership was wonderful and very accommodating. We were not able to get to the dealership until after hours and he had no issues in waiting for us. He was not pushy with us and gave us a great deal! I already knew what car I was looking for by searching on line so I filled out the application.The Dealer and I spoke over the phone a few times,but by the end of the day I was on my way to fill out the paperwork and get my "new car". In person, he was great! I did not feel intimidated at all and being a woman I was a little scared. It was like he was part of my family selling me a car. BEWARE of this used car dealer... I made a purchase of a beautiful 03 Range rover that had some miner problems. I was approved by my bank for the vehicle on the same day and this dealer got the money and didn't have common courtesy to inform me that the loan had been approved. He had the money and the vehicle for another week. The truck was at a audio repair center for a bad amp problem that he said he would take care of and a parking light out. Well needless to say that never happen.After driving the vehicle for a couple of days the engine light came on and you can not pass inspection in the state of NJ with a engine light on. I brought this to his attention and he told me if I have driven the vehicle 50 miles he was not liable.He sent me to his mechanic to reset the light and it worked for a couple of days and now the light is back.I still have no state inspection.So buyer beware Because the only thing you will get at this lot is a soft handshake a bunch of promises and lies.

I traded my car and purchased another from CH auto sales. Its a small dealership with a variety of cars from all years and mileage. I was looking for an affordable low mileage car and possibly trade my high mileage, but newer car. This was a good place to do business, you'd have to know cars to know if you are getting a good car, and know a bit of bargaining to get a good deal. I was happy with my purchase and knew what I was getting into.
