Michael the service rep was very friendly, excellent the way he took of me and my car, Chevy is efficient . They also made me aware I had a nail in my tire. I wouldn't have known that if I hadn't got my oil changed and they did a full service check and found it! Excellent customer service and full service! I highly recommend Chevy and it's great that I see the same people working there it says a lot about the company.

Jena, my Adviser was great! Makes me feel like part of the family. We had a good morning chat and shared a few quick stories. She kept me informed at every step along the way. I think it is very nice to have my regular Adviser. Although I have moved and now have a 1 hour drive to get my car service, I prefer to take my car to Turnersville Chevrolet because of employees like Jena.

I absolutely loved the staff. They kept me informed at all times they fixed a lot of electrical work on my car and it was done with in a day or two. They explained what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand. They were not trying to fix things that had nothing to do with the problem l. They were even trying to help me figure out a way to come get me because I had no way to get my car at first. Extremely nice. Felt comfortable and safe having my car there. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

It was late when we arrived but Jim B. took the time to us the vehicle we ended up purchasing, going through the functions and ordering accessories. The document signing was a breeze, too ... great customer service from both the sales person and the finance person. Will definitely recommend this dealership. Thank you.
