All of the service people are friendly and really try to get things done right. Saying that, I think they need more staff in the shop so that simple oil changes and tire rotations could be done same day. Not having to wait a few days for an appt.The waiting area definitely needs updating for seating and refreshments while waiting for a 1 &1/2 appt. Coffee and a water fountain are the only options for free? Sometimes the coffee is even empty. Nice bathroom. Clean

I hopped into my car thinking I was leaving for a 2 day trip 100+ miles away and my battery was dead. I called the Chevrolet Center right away and they were able to squeeze me in and installed a new battery and I was on my way in no time. I appreciated the prompt attention to my dilemma.

Even though the day was pretty well booked they got my car in because my engine light was on and I was very concerned. They gladly furnished a ride to my home and back again with a very pleasant young man. The car was fixed the same day and much to my relief, it was covered under warranty. Everyone I dealt with was kind and considerate. The Chevrolet Center has the best run dealership and service team I've ever worked with.

The thing I liked about your dealership is that they only responded to our questions and provided the information we requested. There was no high pressure and they didn't get hung up on what our payment would be or what our trade needed to be valued. They gave us the best price and worked with us the way we wanted to work; nothing more.

Best car buying experience ever. Friendly and not at all pushy. Made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Normally it stresses me out purchasing a vehicle but not this time. I even had my 12 year old with me and he enjoyed himself too. That absolutely has never happened at any other dealership.

Called for appointment. Service changed oil and filter asked to have tires rotated and was happy with the service. I have bought several cars from Chevrolet Center in Winter Haven, Fl and have been very happy with their service.

Asked for info on the Trax was handed a brochure and I asked about seeing one. It was pointed to in the lot. Sales person not the least bit interested in talking to me. Years ago I purchased my Equinox from you because as a woman alone I was treated as if I had more than two brain cells. Not so this time. Very disappointed. Service on recall was excellent Great as usual with your service department. Sales people need some education. It was around 9AM. On Thursd. Don't remember the man's name.

Haven't bought a vehicle in over 13 years and found one through Cars.com at Chevrolet Center. Called them up and they answered every question I had with no hesitation. If they didn't have the answer, they took the time to find out and get back with me. They delivered the truck to me over 500 miles away. Truck was exactly has shown on Cars.com and stated over the phone. Salesman was very peasant to work with. Will be looking for wife a vehicle in a year or two and hope I can find one from this dealership. Top notch.

Relocated from the Carribean to the States. I had to do most of my preperation and research on line. I narrowed it down to three dealers. Of those three The Chevrolet Center was the only one to provide a quality of service that made me feel they wanted my business. The sales area was clean and inviting and the staff did not seem like vultures waiting for the last gasp of breath to leave a victim. The whole buying process was smooth and seamless with no " I have to go to the manager" We will purchase from them again.

I made an appointment with Ed (internet sales manager) to lease a Malibu about a week in advance. When I arrived for the appointment Ed did not seem to even know what the national Chevy promos were for Malibu leases. He tried to pull them up online and could not seem to find them. I told him the information I knew from commercials and my online research, it should be $199/month with $2000 down. He told me that it was wrong. He left me sitting in his office for about 30 min. When he came back to told me he had to get a lesson on leases because he had not done one in about three years. (Why had he not found out before I arrived when he knew for a week we had an appointment?!) After he talked to the finance department he came back and said the payments would be $259/month with $4115 down. Not quite the promotion that I was interested in. The manager, Larry, came over to "make things right" and came up with a $241/month still with $4115 down. I told him I was not interested in that, I wanted the deal that was promoted and that I would go to a different dealership. Larry said there was no way a dealership would be able to make that deal that was promoted ($199/month, $2000 down), which would be false advertising on Chevy's part. I left and went to Witham Chevy in Avon Park. It was a little bit of a drive, but well worth it. The manager and sales person there stayed late to complete the lease and did it for the promoted $199/month and $2000 down. I would not recommend Chevy Center to anyone, but would advise people to make the drive to Avon Park and use Witham, they were great.
