I called service for some issues with my truck, due to myschedule, they got me in the next day, fixed my truck andI was out the door swiftly. I always bring my truck to Anthony and his service department. They are quick to get me in and always do the job correctly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is needing vehicle repairs, and when I am ready to trade, it will be with Boaz Chevrolet. I know they will find the new truck I want if they don't have it in stock.

I have bought several cars over the years and dread looking and haggling. I will say that purchasing from Chevy of Boaz was a great experience. They made me feel welcome and at home and not like an adversary in a battle of negotiations. Barry Langley and Kerry Mitchell were very professional, fair and just overall made my experience the best car buying experience to date. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go there first and forget everywhere else. They took their time with me and showed me the two trucks in which I was interested. We discussed my needs, wants, and what features were important to me. I could have purchased either truck easily but for the long term what would be the best fit and value for what I wanted to do, they helped me to realize the obvious choice. I could have purchased or leased, my opportunities were not limited. They could have suggested the more expensive truck but I truly feel cared about making me happy.

Adam Berry was quick to respond to me Cars.com online inquiry, he got me an estimate on my trade over the phone within a few minutes and we arranged for me to come out to the dealership. He met me at my car with the keys to the truck, it was clean and pulled up ready for me. Adam and the sales team got me what I was needing on my trade and met me in the price of the truck. Done deal in a couple hours, even filled up the truck for me. Great experience!

I can't say enough nice things about the gentlemen at this dealership. I had found a 2012 gmc terrain on cars.com and I called the dealership to get more info on it. I explained I was going to be doing a trade in. I live almost 100 miles away from this dealership, I was coming to make a deal and not kill time or argue with someone. I have not seen a salesmen take the time and get a calculator out and start pulling numbers to make a deal. How refreshing to see effort to help and get you a good deal. I've looked at several dealerships and no salesman would make the effort or come down on their price. Why would I be stupid enough to give them my money. Obviously, I got a good one and went home that evening with my terrain. My salesman was great!!! I love my new vehicle!! I would and will recommend anyone to come to this dealership. it's worth the trip!!
