We had a particular used vehicle in mind that we had seen on the Internet. We called to see if it was still available and our call was directed to salesman Ben Lemke. Ben told us the car was still available and asked if we would like to come out and see it (we live in the Twin Cities). We said yes and told him when we would be there. When we arrived, Ben had the car washed and parked in front of the building, looking like a million bucks! We went for a test drive, and decided to buy it right then and there. I asked if the car could be put on a lift so I could examine it's undercarriage. No problem, it was done without complaint. While in the air, I noticed that a heat shield above the exhaust pipe was loose and would cause rattling if not fixed. Ben had a mechanic fix it while we went back into the office the to close the deal. There was no hard sell, no sweatbox, no hassle. We asked for a small discount to adjust for the tires which were slightly worn. That discount had to be approved by the sale manager, but it was done easily and without counteroffers, dickering, or other hassle. The business manager, Sue Frisk, finished our paperwork, and we were on our way. The whole experience was very refreshing, hassle-free, and quick.

So I bought my truck from this dealership about 4 1/2 months ago. Love it. I was sold on the life time power train warranty. I drove the truck around for a bit and small things began to go out on it..the passenger side heated seats. The rear defroster never worked on it since I bought it. (I didn't realize that til the first cold frost). When I took the truck in to get the seats fixed a different dealership told me that the transmission cooler lines needed to be replaced as they were all leaking. Now, over a thousand dollar of repairs into this I was getting a little concerned. As they fixed this the dealership then told me that the transmission gasket was leaking as well. I was quoted over $1,000.00 to fix this. Now I was furious. I called the dealership at Delano and explained my concerns. They very calmly assured me that they would look at my concerns. They promptly got my car in within 3 days, gave me a 2016 truck as a loaner and examined the situation. A few hours later I was contacted by Delano and they told me the repair was covered under the warranty. I told them of my concern of all the recent fixes, including the rear defroster that never worked. They said they would get back to me. As the transmission was getting fixed, I believe "Scott" called me and said that the transmission was getting near completion and went on to tell me that the rear defroster looked as though it had been "repaired" before. I told him that I was told that by the previous dealership. "Scott" told me that it is a common repair because the design is such that when you shut the glass window, sometimes things get hooked on it. Long story, Scott didn't fix the issue...he actually replaced the whole glass!! In days of in and out, black and white this dealership went above and beyond what they needed to do. Scott could have easily told me that I bought the truck 4 months ago and that it was my issue to fix. What is not to say that I did this? Scott took care of my rear glass defroster with new products, not re fix the old one. The transmission was fixed and seems to be working fine. I understand buying a used truck (5 years old) I will run into some fixes, totally understand that. The timing of the issues I had on top of the "new issues" really had me doubting my purchase. These guys put my mind at ease that I made the right choice. I love the truck! Mark (service advisor) and Scott, two top notch employees at that dealership for sure...my hats off to them. I am a very satisfied customer and would easily recommend them to anyone!

I purchased a used truck from Tony Zemke. Tony was very helpful and responsive but not overbearing. Tony followed up with me after the sale to make sure everything was meeting my expectations. There was a very minor issue, which technically ( I purchased the vehicle 'As is' ) Delano Chevrolet didn't need to address. Tony worked with Gary (Sales Manger) and the GM and took care of the minor issue, even though they didn't need to. The experience in the service shop was one of the best I have ever had. I would highly recommend doing business with Delano Chevrolet and Tony Zemke.

Todd Wenz was the best salesman I've had yet. Having bought several pickups from dealers Todd was by far the easiest to work with. They gave me a fair price for my trade in. I did have to order the truck I wanted, but that worked out great since I got the things I wanted without having to pay for the things I didn't and there were literally no trucks in the surrounding states that even had what I wanted. Hopefully in 6-8 years when it's time to get a new one Todd will be able to get me exactly what I want again.

We recently purchased a brand new vehicle from Delano Chev and the salesman we had, Tom Cook was beyond amazing. He took the time to answer every single question and there were ALOT of question very quickly and was so kind. He checked in frequently to make sure all was well with emails and phone calls. He even went above and beyond when our topper was not done on time (not his fault at all but the topper company) to make sure that we had an appt and offered to pay for our gas just for our troubles. He was not your "typical" pushy annoying sales guy. can I tell you how much I can not stand that guy and would NEVER buy a vehicle from someone like that. He was a real guy with a genuine love for helping people, you can just feel it when you talk to him. By the time we picked up our truck I felt like we were old friends. THANK YOU Tom Cook for all your hard work. Would highly recommend going to him for a new car. We drove almost an hr from our house and would do it again and WILL do it again.

Wanted to say thanks again to Todd our sales associate for making our car buying experience at Delano Chevrolet hassle and pressure free. He was very easy to work with and went above our expectations by taking care of a recall notice on our used vehicle purchase before we took it home. He also made sure to have the floor covered in plastic for us until we got our permanent floor mats instead of just putting the paper ones down. With spring here and all the slush, snow and mud this was really appreciated! He will be seeing us again when it is time for buying any new or used vehicles in the future.

I decided to trade in my 190,000 mile Pontiac for a new car to go with my new job, and Tom Cook was fantastic at finding me the right car for what I now need, and it also happened to be at the right price! They also were really straight forward with me on the financing and coverage options, so I won't be paying a ton of extra money for protection on things that don't matter to me. The whole experience was as far from the stereotypical car salesman image that I had going in my head.
