I was in a tight spot cause my Honda completely sh*t out on me. Erik helped me find the perfect car for my needs and wants! It was an easy process from looking, test drives to signing paperwork. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ashley H. who helped me purchase my first used car! Ashley was very thoughtful and patient while I navigated the process for the first time. She gave me a thorough rundown of the Subaru I was interested in and made herself available for any questions. Her and the rest of the staff were extremely nice and made me feel welcome. Simply put- I felt like a valued customer (!) That is very refreshing as it usually wasn’t my experience at other dealerships in the past. From initial contact with Areli, I appreciated Joey’s patience as I was working through the options/numbers and Andrew’s point of view and straight forward approach when closing the deal.
