My car was recently repaired at CCOG due to water damage from Hurricane Matthew. The staff at CCOG was superb! From the moment of the first phone call to picking up my vehicle, it was a "worry free" experience. The staff was courteous and the process went well. Due to some unforseen circumstances, I was not able to obtain a rental car through a rental car agency. I called CCOG and informed them of the situation and they called my insurance company and handled the process for me. They provided me with a rental on the same day. Hats off to the wonderful staff at CCOG. Your customer service really is outstanding!!

I have just recently purchased a Chevrolet truck. I needed roof rails quickly for a mountain trip that was 2 days away. I called the parts department at Chevrolet of Goldsboro (CCOG) and they had the rails ordered and installed for me the very next day!! When we got back from the mountains, we filled our gas tank with bad fuel and they took my vehicle with out an appointment and had me up and running in just 1 day! All the staff was very friendly, helpful and they really know what they are talking about. I would definitely recommend this dealership for service and parts.

The last time, several years ago, I went to CCOG for help, I was not at all happy with the way I was treated. I only took my car this time because I had warranty work. The service was faster than expected and my car was repaired within a couple of days. They set up shuttle services for me to get home and back when my car was available. I have not had a problem with my vehicle since the repair. Very good customer service.

I feel like a valued customer of CCOG everytime I go there. I recently took my 2015 Silverado that I purchased at CCOG to the service department for my routine maintenance check up. As always I am greated with a smile and they know me by name. That to me means that they care. I have been going there for years and it's always the same. I went looking for a used vehicle. I talk with the salesman Marti Perry who help me to pick out a great vehicle. At first I was interested in a used Chevrolet Traverse. After talking with the manager he had a brand-new 2016 Chevy traverse that just came on to the lot. It had only 11 miles on it. The dealership work with me to put me in a brand-new vehicle instead of a used one for the same price. I was truly amazed at the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the sales team. I would recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Shell, along with everyone else I dealt with, was friendly, patient, very willing to answer my questions, and not at all pushy. This was my first time buying a car on my own from a dealership, and I felt very good about it. The experience with them is not at all the aggressive sales push you run into some places; the way they deal with customers is very straightforward. I couldn't be more pleased with the car I bought or my experience buying it.

I hit a deer. I needed repairs to the car body and under the hood. I had never been to this service shop before, but they took care of everything. They shopped for all the right parts, cleared them with my insurance so there were no problems, and went about the repairs with excellence. All along the way, they kept me informed so I knew what was being done and why. They interfaced with my insurance so there was very little I had to do at all. I was very impressed with the results of the repairs. You'd never know I had hit the deer at all.

my red light was on and i live miles away from dealership managed to get to dealership miss tina she took great care of me i am widowed and very much afraid of car breakdowns she gave my car to a technician determined the problem and since a part needed to be ordered and i was a long way away from home kept my car overnight and found a rental for me i arrived the next morning and my car as fixed she even escorted me out and in....it was so comforting to me that i was taken care of in such a timely manner and with such courtesy i have been dealing with CCOG for many years and have always been treated this way ......such a pleasure to deal with such a dependable and skilled dealership.

I had repairs done here from a collision back in January and was very pleased do when I heard a noise I didn't recognize and the engine smelled funny, I returned to them to see what it was. My a/c compressor had locked up. They had me in and out in a day and saved me thousands over the local Mazda dealer. I will trust all of my service needs to them.

This dealership is very professional. I took my car in for service and oil change. He greeted me at my car and after going over my request he showed me to the waiting room offering drink and snack whe I waited. The service was completed within one hour. Appointments happen on time, staff are professional and knowledgeable and the facilities include complimentary drinks and snacks. Waiting rooms include TV, books, magazines and several computers with internet access. Plus if you just like to wander around and look at new or used vehicles that's fine too. When they want to contact you they can call your cell or use the PA system. If you are in the waiting room, they will actually come there to talk with you. I have three vehicles; one of which is not a GM product and they provide most services for it as well. I am usually reluctant to recommend businesses to family or friends since expectations are often different but do not hesitate to recommend Chevrolet of Goldsboro. I am confident that the expectations of family or friends will be met.

I took my car in for a repair. I mentioned an issue I was having and how I had taken it into another Buick dealer 6+ times and they had not tested my car properly so the issue was never solved. The service department at Chevrolet of Goldsboro analyzed my car properly and solved the issue on this visit. The service department is very courteous and professional. As a mechanic I want to do all the maintenance to my own vehicle. But for the records and warranty I bring my truck to CCOG for service. The staff is very professional and knowledgable. I'm never worried about turn around time because the team of technicians attack the work like a bunch of spider monkeys. If you have any question about what was done to your vehicle you will always get an honest answer, and they are willing to work with every customer.

I had a flat tire, and the AAA guy recommended me to have my rim check when I change the tire. It must have been in bad condition because of a previous accident. I made an appointment with Chevrolet, and asked them to also check the rim, and replace if needed. I was told the rim is in perfect condition. I left the service facility late afternoon, and went home. The next morning, I had the same tire flat. I went to Chevrolet, and I was told the rim was bad, blaming that on the roads I was driving, as if I went to work during the night. They ordered a new rim, and changed the tire. Guess what, I was charged for the tire again. I did not appreciate that I had to pay for their mistake.

Tina with Customer Service was outstanding and got the car in and out quickly . Every time I go in there she is on top of her game and very attentive to myself and all customers she comes in contact with. The certified GM technician isolated the problem. The right part was ordered and I was in and out faster than I thought possible. The facility was neat and clean.

While buying a car is a stressful experience in the best of circumstances, at CCOG, it has been a much better experience than at most other dealers I have shopped. Our last purchase was probably the 5th or 6th vehicle we have purchased from them. We have dealt with Craig and have had a very good experience each time. The finance people take the time to explain everything without pressure to do any extra stuff. We have had dealings with almost every oth er dealer in town and I can say our first stop (and probably last) will be CCOG for our vehicle needs.

I would recommend CCOG for a car purchase and for service. I purchased a new car in 2005 and all I had to do was tell the salesman what I was looking for and he made it happen. I have been going to them for all my service needs, oil change, mileage service needs and even for just a light bulb. Every time I arrive I am met at my car with a smile by a helpful service assistant and treated like a star. My needs are met in a reasonable time frame while I waited in their customer lounge. If for any reason my service will take a little longer than planned, I'm given an update and offered assistance if I need anything while waiting. I would not even consider going anywhere else and if the time comes when I require a new car I will certainly be going right back to them.

From the time we stepped on the lot, we felt welcome and not pressured. Our salesperson Mike was very helpful, and followed up with us to see if we had any questions. Very easy process for financing, and CCOG had the best pricing in the local area for what we were looking for.

1. I brought my Suburban in for an oil change and as Mike was taking it back, I asked if he could adjust my parking brake because it wasn't holding, he explained that there wasn't anything to adjust. 2. After the service was performed, Mike informed me that he would need to remove the wheels and discs to diagnose the parking brake issue. Since it was late in the day, I made an appointment to have it looked at. 3. When I brought it in for my appointment, Mike investigated the issue and explained that the shoes were worn out. The brake pads and parking brake shoes were both replaced but didn't fix the issue. He then explained that the rotors were worn out, which were replaced. Once again it didn't fix the parking brake. He went on to explain that the parking brake cable was stretched out and the parking brake lever was not pulling the cable properly. The lever and cable have now been replaced. 4. After all this had been accomplished, Mike explained to me that he had to adjust the parking brake shoes to get them to hold. 5. I was contacted a week later by customer service from the dealership and I explained to her that after all this work, within the week, my parking brake was no longer holding and that I had lost faith in Mike as a mechanic. She told me that since he was the head mechanic that I would be contacted by his supervisor. Paul Benton, Mike's supervisor contacted and left me a voice message. I returned his call and was told that Mr. Benton was not available, so I left him a message with my name and number. To date I have not heard back from him or the dealership. -My biggest concerns are: Mike told me from the beginning that the parking brake did not have any adjustment, but in the end, he "adjusted" them in order to get them to hold. Im now back at square one with a parking brake that doesn't hold my vehicle.

I earlier wrote a negative review of my experience at the service dept. (Service) . I was immediately called by not only the dealer, but Express Car Rental with apologies and asking how to fix this problem. I have to say, I was highly impressed with both companies being willing to go out of their way to rectify a negative experience. This is why I was compelled to place a positive review also to show them that I appreciate when a company tries hard to keep customers. I couldn't find a way to just add on to the original review. Arrived for warranty work, so needed a rental car. They use a rental company called Express Car Rental which is in their service dept. This car rental company doesn't have the traditional "walk away" insurance to purchase, only a 20.00 plan which is still a 250.00 deductible if any damage on return. I inquired to the Service manager about this, who flatly stated "we have nothing to do with them" and walked away. I was left speechless after the Car rental clerk also said" Well you don't have to rent a car from me". What else am I going to do at the time as my car needed repair for a defect. So, I drove minimally with this rented car, unable to have peace of mind that damage incurred in a parking lot at the store ,etc. would cost me 250.00. I realize that someone could hypothetically dent my car also, but with my car, I could decide or not to pay the deductible, you get my point. Also was told that this repair would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours and it took over 6 hours. I plan on finding another Chevrolet dealer next time. Would not recommend this dealer.

The sales person's performance, during and after the sale, was exceptional. He ranks among the very best I have experienced in my 50 years of car purchases at new car dealerships. First off....ask for Ed!!!!! I have come to this dealership twice now, second time I purchased my 2014 Sonic LT. The staff is very friendly and comforting. My sales person(Ed) made every attempt to come to a deal that worked for both of us. In the end, we were all happy and I am happy with my new Sonic. I used to think going to the bigger market, such as Raleigh would give me a better deal, but Goldsboro Chevy changed my mind to that. Please give this dealer a chance!!!! I did and Im very satisfied.

The facility is nice and the dealers were nice but dont look to walk out of here with a vehicle. They dont work on commision they work off of salary so apparently they are not very motivated to sell a vehicle because they will get paid either way. I have bought two vehicles in the past several years and have never had an issue talking over price and working out a deal. This dealership will not budge on their prices. There is no working out a deal. It is what it is and they wont budge an inch. Left dissapointed and without a vehicle.
