Even with an appointment, it took nearly an hour to get my oil changed. I had called to make the appointment (twice) and was assured I would be called back, I was not. I was finally able to book the appointment online. I am only giving four stars because the techs are friendly and came to the showroom to let me know the car was done rather than make me guess.

David McDonald was very nice, respectful, and up-lifting! He made us feel at home! He knew a lot about the cars and was very helpful with any and all questions that I have. He did a great job showing us around and giving us great options we didn’t even think we had! David made the process of buying a car more than just a sale. Literally go see David McDonald at Chevy of Wasilla if you’re looking to get a new car! Extremely nice guy, not pushy and fake like normal car sales people, very helpful with showing us options, and truly went out of his way to help find us what WE were looking for rather than selling us something we didn’t want.

Trace was extremely helpful. I put money down on a car that was on its way up here and he did very good to keep me updated on its status. I felt very comfortable asking him any questions I had and he was very nice and knowledgeable. I am so so so excited about my car and I couldn’t be happier with it or the service I received at the dealership.

Vance Rosete was extremely professional in every aspect, from knowledge of vehicle, to his personable demeanor. There wasn't a single moment during my wife and I 6 hour visit to the dealership that was uncomfortable.

Mellisa Vega did a great job making sure our vehicle was taken care of and addressed any concerns. Great price on the van. Trade in value was low, but we were in a time chrunch traveling from Valdez and didn't have time to go shop around.

No high pressure here. Melissa came out to the lot to greet us very promptly and showed us vehicles which she thought would meet our needs. Knowledgeable and quick. Quick signing of docs too with finance person once the deal was made.

For quite some time I've been having an issue on my 2015 colorado v6 and I was living in seward so I had anchorage do all my service. When I started having problems with my new truck anchorage kept telling me unless it breaks we basically don't care. I had the same issue since day one and when I came to wasilla chevy they told me they found the error and my truck had to be reprogrammed. That alone made me a very satisfied customer cause I've had multiple complaints that got brushed off at anchorage but JM the mechanic and Dean moore at the wasilla dealership fixed my issue in an hour! Thank you wasilla.

We saw the car we had been waiting for. When we contacted Chevy Wasilla we received a quick response. It was downhill from there as our questions were answered by Brian, and test drive taken. Jesse was exceptional at handling all we needed to do to close the deal. She made sure our requests and needs were met. Jesse is very professional yet down to earth friendly. Before visiting any dealership I secured my financing. This was the first dealership we stopped at. The car we wanted to test drive was already being looked at. So we visited another dealership. While there the Chevy of Wasilla salesman texted us deals that were available to look at. We went back. Found a truck we liked. And the dealership worked with us until we were both happy with the deal.

The sales department was very helpful in getting my truck ready for me to pick up after i arrived at dealership. My trade-in procedure went very well and i ended up leasing the the truck from the dealer. I had gone to the same dealer some years ago and they are still very pleasurable to work with, much more than the one in anchorage. The parts department was very helpful for getting me some extra parts for my truck thanks to Aaron and Jack.

Purchased my first car a 2011 chevy malibu. Vance was very helpful and was gracious enough to stay after closing hours to help put me in my vehicle with the best intentions for me the buyer. I had the same dealer for 10 years. When he retired 6 years ago, he passed me off to someone else at his dealership. UMMM...Yeah, not the same... I didn't even buy a car through him; I started searching for someone else once I realized that he wasn't the same as my dealer was. It was a little scary not knowing if you could trust the person you were talking to, my car is my livelihood. I drive 113 miles a day in my commute to and from work. I need a car and I need a good one... NOW. I also refuse to be raked over the coals on prices. You see, I am a giant pain in the rear. I will keep them there all night if I have to, this is not my first rodeo. Enter Ryan Huntley... funny, really funny and personable guy. He also doesn't take my attitude, he tells me like it is but works with me as much as he can, really goes out of his way. I had quit smoking and took my car in for service, as always I stopped and chatted with him too. When I came back to pick up my car, he had it detailed for me.. Seriously... he's pretty amazing, He talks to my kids while we are there, he even set his reminder on his phone to check on me about the time I usually start needing something. random phone call a year and a half after my purchase, just to see how we were doing and was there anything we needed from him. I have been in customer service my entire career. I know how hard you have to try to remember peoples names, kids names, what they bought and their general situation, likes and dislikes. He is amazing. I will never use anyone else... Thank goodness he's young and won't be retiring on me anytime soon.
