Worst experience buying from here. A used vehicle I'm aware it will have problems. But this had major electric issues that definitely was on there in to be fix. 2weeks the vehicle was with them. Yet back and forth many times because they assumed they fixed it the first time, which to come find out it wasn't fixed. So here I am again waisted my time to get some one to follow me there to get it dropped off from there to get my ride to take me to work after. The last day they had it there to be fix I mentioned to them the battery voltage was dropping low fast and asked them if they can check just to be sure is safe to drive off. They definitely did check stated its all good is just a alternator problem thats making the gauge trip out that it still has a year of life, In my head I knew that didn't sound right but trusted there words. I Drove off that same day from westminister to just dying off close to downtown highway on a heavy traffic day. Being stuck on the highway for 30min finally got a tow back to them. For them to waist more time out my work and my workers day. No help from them to cover the tow cost or any cost. To now having to pay my first month on a van I didn't even have for over 2 weeks.

Do not buy from this Dealership absolute garbage Vehicles. I bought Truck from them as is 2 days ago and now the truck isn’t running. “Was” in perfect condition . I paid cash and now they won’t fix a thing on the truck at their cost. Save your money and Go somewhere else.

BUYER BEWARE! I would highly recommend searching elsewhere for a vehicle purchase. I just bought a van from this place and should not have. When I test drove the vehicle I noticed the heat did not work. I told them I would buy the van if they fixed the heater. They agreed so I made the purchase. Trusting that they had fixed it as agreed upon, I took the van on a road trip only to find mid way through, the heater was not fixed, which most likely lead to the coolant issues that left me stranded in the desert. These are not trustworthy salesmen. If you buy from them be sure to have a professional check it out first.

Wow, definitely buyer beware! What you would expect from the consummate used car sales people. They sure know how to dance around what works and what doesn't. I guarantee there are more trustworthy used car dealerships out there. Run away, don't second guess that gut feeling!

I contacted Dave about a vehicle that was listed online. Prior to traveling 1000 miles, I asked a lot of questions and Dave was very straight forward and honest. Unfortunately, his honesty prevented me from buying this particular vehicle, however, I will certainly be watching their website for something else that will work for me. Thank you.

Called to buy a truck today from this place and the lady didn't seem like she cared for my business even tho their website says they help with bad credit and that it's a buy here pay here lot which I couldn't do a friend recommended me so I trusted it would be a good place to buy a truck from guess I was way wrong

We just purchased a used Ford pickup. George (the owner) was very helpful in finding the right truck for pulling a horse trailer. The process was easy, he took care of a few items that needed to be done. They promised to replace the battery, but the day after we got it, the battery was dead. I bought one and had it put in. I called George on it and he apologized and sent me a check for the battery without request.

Our experience at Choice One Motors was great. I felt like the salesmen were very knowledgeable about the vehicles in terms of what repairs had been done, what maintenance was likely needed in the future, and honest about the condition of the vehicles. We felt like we got excellent value for our money. We bought a Ford F-350 in great shape for what we had budgeted. It was in good cosmetic condition as well as mechanical. I will look at Choice One Motors first when I go to look for my next truck.

After visiting several places with my dad who was looking for a used truck to replace his old junker, I was glad to have found Choice One Motors on cars.com. My dad was determined to find his "new" ride that day and had to talk me into going but upon arrival we were greeted by the sales guy, Dave, and thus the process began. Dave was a breath of fresh air after speaking with the other sales folks; most of them were unhelpful, lacked knowledge, and were way over priced. Dave was friendly, knew what he was talking about, and seemed to be priced fairly. Now for the disappointing part of the experience; My dad had just finished signing all the paperwork (after a test drive and such of course) and we were leaving to head back to our part of town (drove from down south) when we noticed a healthy leak from under the front end. Dave seemed to try and quickly dismiss it but there was a good puddle and not what you want to see from a vehicle you just purchased. Come to find out, the tranny needed work - seal/gasket was bad, it was leaking tranny fluid, and would cost my dad an extra $800+. Dave did offer to bring it in his own shop (which is very nice) and see what they could do... of course this brings more money to Choice One Motors... all said and done they did offer to cover some of the costs (less than half) but overall the situation just leaves a sour taste in the mouth. I wonder, looking back, if this issue was known and not disclosed knowing they could get the price of truck and cost of repairs in the shop. I certainly hope not!

I bought a truck from George five month ago and haven't had time to use it went outside today snowing crazy and the truck starts wright up and off to Home Depot to pick up some plywood.I have to say this truck was such a great fit for my family and when I got home my wife said we should call georgie and tell him think for spending two day with us on making up our minds he never never pushed us. Was looking at this dealership and was approached by a dave osborne who was rude and even swore at me a couple times when discussing a vehicle promptly left and will never return unless he is no longer there.

I was searching for a 4 wheel drive vehicle that would not break the bank for my better half. I located on I was familiar with at Choice One Motors. I called and then went to look at it. I test drove it and was impressed that I was given the keys and told to have a good drive. I did my homework on the value of the vehicle. When I returned I attempted to reach what I considered a reasonable price. I was told that the vehicle was purchased for a crazy price. The vehicle did have quite a few extras that did increase the value but not quite what it was priced at. None the less, I purchased the vehicle and I paid the asking price. I was impressed with the reviews of this business and the time I spent talking with the owner. He was upfront and very fair. He works with service members and does not judge people. George it was a pleasure doing business with you.

This was my very first lot experienced and Dave George Lee honest dudes treated me and the wife with much respect love them on my way too get another ride now treated me and the wife with much of respect for the other. You big time lots better watch out cause they have you guys beat . This is the start of a very strong and beautiful relationship between c.one.motor and the world will work with you as long as you stay true to your word

We needed a second vehicle an SUV for various reasons one being we have 2 large dogs and we are going to have to do a lot of traveling and need comfort (and I kinda owed my husband a truck since I fried the electrical in his last one). There was no haggling no pressure, Lee really let us take our time and look over the vehicle. He let us know exactly what we were getting didn't hide anything. What they did not know, is that I have been diagnosed with cancer, I go in for surgery shortly and was in pain the entire time, I was dreading the car buying process the hours you sit the stress etc. on top of that we had about a 2 1/2 hour drive home. There was non of that, the only one that did any waiting was Lee. We are very pleased with service and what we got, at a VERY FAIR price I should add. Thank you Choice One Motors!

My husband and I met with Dave while looking for a car for our son. He was very friendly and helpful without being into the "pressure sale". He and George were very nice to deal with and made the experience extremely pleasant. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car!

Lee and George I love my truck and thanks for the topper went camping this weekend and 4x4 had afun but it snow on me. I had to pull two ford out of camp because of the mud that was a site to see a $2000 truck pulling 2 $30,0000 truck. I'll stop by and see if you still have that camping trailer in june after i get my bonus from work thanks again

Went there and they had seven truck that will for me i just need to save up some more money to get this truck.Dave said if this truck sell he will help me find the one i want. I told them i wasnt buying today and he still spent over a hour with me and answer all my question. If youmwant to see some good truck and deal with a guy that no alot about truck see dave

just bought my son his first car a ford explorer 4x4 had a very good time george the owner took my son in the dirt feild and showed him how to work the 4x4 and how to change the tire and check the oil. they spent alot of time with us and made us feel special i will bring my daughter here to buy her first car next year

Hello gentlemen, My name is Mark Lopez and I purchased a 1990 Cadillac Deville from your establishment just a few months ago and I wanted to express my sincere thanks for this good quality, inexpensive car! Before I bought it, George told me I would need custom work on the transmission cooler lines do to the parts were no longer available on the marker. I took the car to a certified GM specialist and they MADE the parts. I know you guys aren't the "mushy" type, but man, the car brings tears to my eyes knowing it's reliable and very cool. I'll be driving to Wyoming next week, very confident that it will make the trip (and start right up with no problems) You will see me next year to buy an SUV from you guys. Everything I was told by George was true and I know I found a reliable dealer!

I was extremely happy with my experience here. Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful and very fun to talk with. I knew what I was looking for when I went in and found it. The price was what i was looking for but more importantly I haven't had any issues with my vehicle. Also, the business was conducted quickly and efficiently and I received the title in a short time. The place is a bit cramped but so what? You can still get in the vehicles and check them out and take them for a test drive. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Dave Osborn, very nice. I went for a Cadillac that they had but wasn't happy with it, left with another car that I liked. They have lots of trucks too(if you need a truck...)If you buy from them, they have a shop/mechanic that will work on your vehicle for a discounted price. I think thats a PLUS.

We really liked Dave, but the owner would have walked away from the deal over putting gas in the truck...are you kidding me? The truck was on empty and would not have made it to the nearest gas station...and that's a "deal-breaker"? We were very disappointed with the attitude, but do love the truck. It one of the weirdest car lots I have ever been to or done business with... But, like I said Dave was cool, and levelheaded.
