Needed some service work done on my new (new to me) f-150. Talked to Chris in the service department, he gave me accurate quotes on what everything was going to cost me and got me scheduled in less than a week from when I called. they even went above and beyond and fixed my seatbelt which wasn’t retracting correctly and doing a recall item on my pickup. I will be a return customer due to accurate quotes and prompt service.

Only ever dealt with the service and parts areas, always have parts I need and the service dept. is honest and quick without up-selling services you don’t need. A combo that is hard to find these days.

Brought my pickup in to have the motor looked at, turned out the motor was shot. I didn't want to put the money into a new motor, so I went up front in the sales department and found Scott. We discussed the different used pickups they had for sale. I test drove a couple and ended up buying one. Both Christopher in service and Scott in sales were great to work with!
