I am not one to enjoy the experience of getting a new car. Hoping your are getting the deal you want and not being taken advantage of is always the concern. When searching for that dealership on the web to narrow down your price, endless dealers try to get your attention. Kudos to Kiki who knows congenial customer service in assisting my concerns. She connected me to Leo Mora who made my experience quick, personable, and understood my needs in leasing my new Jeep. I have owned many Jeeps in my years, and dealing with Paramus, I must say, takes the hassle out of getting a new vehicle. Leo made it a pleasure.

After filling out and inquiry, I received a phone call back from a woman. After telling her exactly what I was looking for and asked her to provide me with a quote, she stated its best that you come in to further discuss. What dealership doesnt discuss pricing over the phone??? I simply thanked her for her time and said that I am no longer interested in doing business with this dealership. A few hours later, I received another phone call from this dealership, only this time it was from Carlos Belaunde in Sales. I guess they dont communicate there because he kept calling over and over. I finally answered and told him to please take me off the list because I am no longer interested. Instead of taking the hint and understanding what I am not interested means, Carlos then began his spew of 101 PERSONAL NONE OF HIS BUSINESS questions. I said it again for the second time I am not interested, take me off your list. Goodbye. And again he kept calling over and over and over. I finally answered and asked him what he wanted. He said I think we got disconnected. I said no we did not, this conversation is over, leave me alone. And to no surprise there is Carlos calling me over and over again. I answered and asked me to please transfer me to the GM or the Sales Manager of the dealership. Carlos replied and said its going to be a 45-minute wait. I said thats fine with me, I will wait. Instead of transferring my call, Carlos then hung up on me. I called him back a few more times after, with him hanging up on me each time until I decided to call the main line of the dealership. I was placed on hold and waited until the line got disconnected after 25 minutes. Not only is Carlos the worst sales person I have ever been in touch with hes pushy, arrogant, and rude!! He does NOT deserve to be in sales speaking to people the way he does. This dealership needs to learn proper etiquette with customer service. By far the worse facility I have EVER been in contact with.

If I can figure out a way to post online to let the public know what a scam this place is I would. Still trying to figure it out. In 2014 we leased a Ram 1500 which we turned in this past September and ended up leasing another Ram 1500 and a Charger r/t. Only to get a bill in the mail over a month later from our bank for over 1300 dollars for scratches and dings on the 2014 Ram 1500. Well when we leased in 2014 and in 2016 Manny told us that there extra insurance we got covered everything as far as scratches as long as we didn't bring it back totaled and he confirmed that this week that it was up to 7500. Well today he changed his tune and said no. Well I will do whatever it takes to make sure those I know and even those I don't buy or lease from this company. After leasing 2 vehicles I feel like we might as well just park them because we will get a thousands of dollars bill after the leases are up. Bad business route 4 and Manny

I leased a 2016 Grand Cherokee in August 2016, which I love and told my sister to get one, which she did 2 weeks later. My sister got the identical truck as me and they were going to charge her $150.00 more a month for the identical vehicle, which was insane. They lied to her repeatedly through the whole process but in the end after a long fight she got the same deal as I did. I was told if you refer someone to the dealership you will get a $100 refer a friend check from the dealership. I was in the dealership to get my plates on 9/16/16, which took a month to come in and my temp tag was about to expire, and spoke to Carlos, who is the biggest 2 faced liar there. Carlos told me that I did not deserve the $100 check because my sister received the same deal as me and they lost money on her deal because they got car from another dealership. Well, that is not my problem, RT 4 did not have what she wanted. Carlos told me that I will receive the check in the mail against protest. A few weeks went by and no check. I called the dealership a million times and no one calls you back, finally on 10/26 I got a call back and was told that I was not going to be receiving the check because they lost money on the deal, therefore I don't receive a check of $100.00. Carlos never processed the paperwork like he said was going to do on 9/16. I have called and emailed Dean Redmond and of course he does not respond either, no surprise there. Carlos will lie to your face and stab you in the back, he is a poor representation to this dealership. Within my family we have 3 jeeps and 2 dodges and I will never come back to this dealership nor will I ever recommend anyone I know go there because of the bad experience I had there.

I recently brought my car into Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus for service. My experience was excellent, I dealt with a wonderful service adviser named Noel Lopez. There were many issues with my car, Noel was able to give me a full description of what was wrong with my car and tell me what I could do to fix those problems. I waited for the vehicle that day, and my service adviser kept me apprised of all updates as they were received. I will most defiantly come back to Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus.

This is my 2nd purchase of a vehicle over the Internet. Matt and Carlos were awesome and respectful of my time as it took only a bit over an hour to pick up my van. My family traveled over 2 hours from the Hartford Ct. area and were all impressed by how smoothly the process went. Thanks guys. I highly recommend you.Jerry Puiia

I gave this dealership the benefit of the doubt three times and now I have had it! If you are a women bring a car for service please expect to be treated like you are not a person, whether on the phone or in person. They talk down to you like "listen lady this is how it is" very professional! Or give you the wrong easy pass and try to blame you for there mistake. These are just a few issues. If you are a women with a child oh forget it! I had the service attendant standing behind me and the whole dealership watch as I struggled with my childs stroller and the convertible car set! If I didn't hit the panic button on my car I wouldn't have known where it was, as i walked with my stroller and car seat with not one person asked do you need help. The unprofessionalism, tone, actions and out right disrespect make me disgusted that I ever did business with this dealership and they should be ashamed from management to service personnel.

There are only 2 kinds of car dealership reviews on the internet, fairy tales and horror stories.Mine's a fairytale.I wanted a Ram Rebel, I knew which options I wanted and did not want. I knew a lot about the truck and its features. I went to another dealership first- and as a younger man without gray hair I was more or less handed a pamphlet and sent out, being treated as un-serious. Sales rep(s) also knew little about the product, but were very courteous. I went to RT4, prattled on like a good millennial that's passionate about a topic. I talked to them about my options, got to test drive it, sit in it. Everyone who I dealt with was professional and courteous. They did not try to push me into anything I didn't want - in fact I went full insistent customer mode, and they found a vehicle with the options I wanted. If anything, being frank I'm a high energy person that goes full on "ARE WE THERE YET ARE WE THERE YET" 5 year old kicking the back of a chair mode when I'm waiting on a delivery time.Leo never blew me off, got angry or lost his cool.2 weeks into owning it, my tailgate would not close - To blame: The adhesive failed on a bushing part in the bed lock. Somewhere a machine in michigan probably ran out of glue. A machine breaks down and the problem fell into the lap of the dealership.I got in touch with them, and my vehicle was seen after the service gate had technically closed, and looked at by an employee who was at the tailend of a long shift - they found my problem within 10minutes, got the tailgate closed. In speaking for my experience, I can say that the sales personnel were knowledgeable and patient, the service manager was a professional, and my experience was a good one. The only let down was a machine in Michigan.

BUYER BEWARE!! Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram of Paramus NJ Route 4 proved themselves to be the epitome of the slime-ball stereotype that car salesmen have earned. Salesmen that we as hardworking lay people have become so frightened of. At Chrysler of Paramus Rt 4, they dress nice, smile big, and promise you the world. All the while using every bait and switch, hard pressured, manipulative sales tactic to get into your pocket. They are darn good at it too. Its really sad because all I wanted to do was buy or lease my very own first Jeep. It should have been a happy experience. Instead I encountered a group of predators that manipulated me and then robbed me. I am not being dramatic. I'm just calling a spade, a spade. After doing some research on the Jeep Wrangler, I entered Paramus Route 4 Chrysler Jeep with the exact Jeep I wanted in mind. I was excited as it was my first time buying/leasing my own car. As fate would have it they had the exact car I asked for, or so they said. Apparently it was on another lot that they had to go and get. So in the meantime they insisted we agree on a deal. After quite some time of pulling teeth with the sales manager, Carlos, we finally came up with a lease payment that we both agreed on. At this point I started to become uncomfortable because I felt I was being treated as if I was less than and as if they were doing me a favor by me buying a car from them. I was later told by a manager that they were ready to kick me out!? So let me get this straight, I come to you ready and willing to buy your product and you want to kick me out??? The arrogance and ego that fills the atmosphere in that place is suffocating. It was at this time I suggested I wanted to leave to clean my current car, get money from my bank, and clear my head to make sure I wanted the deal. Then the pressure really started to pile on heavily. My salesman, Don Elhananov, did everything in his power to keep me from leaving until I put money down and signed a contract. I told him I have to get money from the bank in an attempt to escape but he insisted I can just put it on my credit card. I became more uncomfortable when I realized that I couldn't find my car keys. When I asked the salesman about them he shrugged me off by saying, One of the service guys has them to do the appraisal on your trade in. Give me your credit card and I will put your down payment on that in the meantime. Coincidently it took the exact time for me to pay my down payment and sign the contract until the appraiser gave me my keys back. I felt as if I was being held hostage. Despite my verbal refusal to sign anything or give money at that time, my salesman continued to insist and pressure me to sign and pay a down payment before I left. This doesn't mean anything, its all preliminary, he assured me. Being inexperienced at buying cars I trusted Paramus Route 4 Chrysler and it's employees and did as they asked. I left the dealer convincing myself to be optimistic about the shadiness I had encountered. After all I was getting the car I wanted I thought to myself. I drove to go get the remainder of the down payment and clean out my car. When I returned I was deeply disappointed to find that the car that was promised to me was not the car they had waiting for me. It did not have all the features we agreed on. All the wind was taken out of my sail. I was deeply unhappy. This was a deal breaker. Confused, tired, and discouraged I was at a lost of what to do. I honestly didn't know I had a choice to walk away since they already had my money and my mind was clouded at this point. They seem to know this and played it to their advantage. This is what they call bait and switch. Ive seen other dealer reviews that accused this same dealership of committing this same deception. I wasn't even given a choice such as, "If you want we can refund your down payment until we find a car you like?" Or Since we messed up lets build you the Jeep that we agreed on. etc. Nope, instead I was coerced to choose from their lot. So I just went with the flow and did what they were telling me to do. Hours later I was sold another Jeep of lesser value and a lot less of a bargain. Incompetent to car buying and drained of energy by this point of the day I agreed to the deal. Little did I know at the time that I was getting a lot lesser value for my money, Once again I trusted the dealership to do right by me. In hindsight it was apparent to me that all they cared about was selling a car, any car, no matter what it took. It gets worse. At closing I was persuaded by the finance manager, Kareem Raposo, that financing the car rather than leasing would have "saved me a ton of money." Once again being inexperienced and trusting of the finance manager I took his word for it. This required me to put down a large sum of money. I know, dumb of me. I guess I have too much faith in mankind or in this case Chrysler of Paramus Route 4.. The moment I got home my gut was telling me this was a bad deal. A million questions raced through my head. I crunched #'s and found that it was not in my best interest whatsoever to purchase rather than lease. I was losing money in the long term and short term!!. I IMMEDIATELY (1 hour later) called the Paramus Chrysler Route 4 dealer and told Kareem of my concerns about the whole deal. He said not to worry we will talk about it on Monday. The day I bought the car was Saturday night. Monday comes and I go in only to be strong armed and re-persuaded into keeping the deal by Kareem. I tried to stand my ground and refused to accept the deal. He basically said "tough s***" but not in so many words. He told me the bank already has the loan and I was out of luck. This was an out right lie which I caught them in weeks later as I called the bank to check on my loan and they didn't even know who I was. They said they never received my loan yet. (More on that in a bit.) I repeatedly pleaded with the dealership that this was not what I wanted and is financially burdensome to me. I told them I am still willing to get a car from them but I just want to do the lease instead of the finance and/or the original deal that you promised me. Desperate at this point, I was willing to let go of the fact that they bait and switched a fully loaded car for a half loaded car. I explained to them that despite their financial "advice" I was losing money and I couldn't afford such a big down payment. They "claimed that there was nothing they can do." This was another lie. The contract even said that if the dealer wants they can rescind on the deal. They were ruthless and in-compassionate about what was in my best interest. Making the sale for as much profit as possible seemed to be there #1 agenda. After multiple trips and LONG hours in the waiting room they finally agreed to trade in my new Jeep and lease me another car that I can build myselfl". They assured me that they would do so with minimal money lost through the transaction. So at this point I was going to lose some money but I rationalized that at least I will get the car I really want at the price I want. The top manager, Dean Redmond said, and I quote, You have my word. Im not going to screw you. Once again, optimistic and trusting in the Route 4 Paramus Chrysler and Jeep I went along with their word. Once again, I was baited and switched. I had an appointment with the general manager, Dean Redmond, at which point he "forgot" and I wasted a whole day going into the showroom for nothing. The day finally came for me to work out my new deal. I was promised by Dean Redmond that I can build my own jeep and they would order it. This was a lie. Bait and switch. Because when it came down to it all they were willing to do was for me to pick out a Jeep that they already had on their lot. None of the ones on the lot fit my criteria and I was still getting less value. I was right back to square one. Yet again I was strong armed. "Either pick a Jeep or we have or no deal" was their response. Once again I was treated like I didn't matter and they were doing me a favor. Desperate to get my down payment back I tried to settle on the crap they had in stock. Now things really got interesting. So we started the process of us trying to find out how much the payoff was for my current Jeep that they just sold me weeks prior. The clueless salesman and I were rudely awakened to the fact that the bank, which they claimed had my loan, said they had no record of me or my loan. Please remember they already denied my repetitive and desperate pleads to stop the loan transaction so I can switch from a purchase to a lease or to a better valued deal. Their reason for denial was that the loan was already processed and submitted to the bank. But here we are 2.5 weeks later and the bank has no record of me or my loan. At this point I took all the manipulation, lies, and bulls*** I can take and confronted the whole management team. All the mangers looked pathetic as they came up with classless lies as to where my loan was and why they couldn't cancel it when I asked. It was clear no one had any clue on what to tell me and they all had a different story. The owner, Ron Jelling, was about to start helping me until he was abruptly shushed by a top level manager because he was about to expose their scheme in front of me. After that incident the owner refused to talk to me. I was disgusted by such inhumane and desperate action for the love of money and ego.Nobody was man enough to admit at least that they made a mistake and to right the problem. Let alone that their highway robbery tactic backfired on them. Caught redhanded in their deceit, they all stood there like a deer in headlights giving me 3 different excuses within 1 minutes time in a desperate attempt to save face. Whatever happened to common courtesy and decency? Whatever happened to doing the right thing? Whatever happened to an honest handshake? Whatever happened to being a normal human being? Whatever happened to "the customer is always right." No way! Not at Chrysler Doge Jeep & Ram of Route 4 in Paramus NJ. When you enter the show room you are entering a shark tank. It seems their ego has intimidated too many guppies and they have gotten away with highway robbery one too many times. Not this time. Their blatant scheming and manipulating was too much for me to walk away and stay quiet. Legal, press, and social media action will be administered. All I wanted to do was buy/lease a jeep. I actually entered the dealer with strong intention on not leaving without one. But somehow they found a way to totally screw up an easy sale. Its like they dont even know how to handle an honest person that just wants to buy a car. Their way of doing business seems to be so polluted that they dont even speak the language of honesty. Its like Chinese to them. Chrysler Doge Ram & Jeep of Paramus Route 4 are excellent at what they do: selling pipe dreams, manipulation, deceit, bait and switch, high pressured sales, getting you to sign on the dotted line, and taking your money. Unfortunately, honestly and fairly selling cars is not an area they seem to be competent in. The scary thing is , that these same people have parents, siblings, spouses, and kids. Yikes! Im glad Im not part of their family. Do yourself a favor and buy a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge somewhere else besides Route 4 Paramus NJ.

Do not go here! Do not try and buy at night. They basically block you from leaving the dealership without buying a car, and after you agree to, they push you out without even signing all your paperwork or showing you how to use the car. If you have an issue with service and have to speak with someone about it, be prepared to get spoken to like a child.

If you place no value on your time, and you like being told one thing before you sign the papers and then another afterwards, then get your next car here. But if you prefer a smooth process, and honest people, I would head to another dealer. It's the simple little things that make customers come back. Don't tell me you'll take care of getting my plates and send them to me, then sit on them until I call to ask why it's taking so long and then ask me if sending the plates to me was rolled into my deal. When has the $5 cost of mailing been something to negotiate. Now I'll need to drive out there and probably wait around another hour or two. I brought the car back 2 weeks after I got it because the seat memory wasn't working. You know it took them 4 hours to fix it and there was already a Jeep alert about exactly that problem and exactly how to easily fix it. Everything about this place takes forever to get done and comes across as shady as they nickel and dime you over minutiae. Drive past!!

Everytime I bring my Jeep in for service they have a different reason why my Jeep has the same symptoms. They are incompetent at diagnosing vehicles. Technicians are untrained and should not work on Chrysler vehicles. I would avoid this Dealership at all costs. Service reps don't answer phone calls or return voicemails. I had to have Chrysler Corporate open a case against them.

I went to this dealer last summer to lease an suv from them. I signed the contract and went home with suv. Three days later they called me to come in and sign a new contract. When I went in it was a different contract then the original ( different terms). I refused to sign the new contract. I was told if I don't sign the new contract then I will loose my trade in vehicle and the new vehicle. Dean Redmond's exact words were "If you don't want to sign a new contract then get a lawyer" I ended up being forced to sign a new contract do to not having a vehicle. I also have audio recordings of the few meetings we had. Stay away from this place. Worst experience of my life. And Dean don't bother responding because all your responses are the same generic response. There's only so many people you can defraud before you run out of customers.

Leasing a car from them was a nightmare - they made multiple errors in the paperwork which forced me to come back in on 3 different occasions to resign new paperwork due to their carelessness. I recently brought my lease in for service and found the team to manipulative and deceitful. They were blaming me for a part that is under warranty not properly working and insisted I pay to fix it. They never even took the time to diagnose the problem to see what was wrong...I asked them to just do that and they still wanted to charge me a few to diagnose a problem. Experience turned me away from the entire brand altogether.

I could not be happier with the entire of process of finding the right Jeep. Rt. 4 has impeccable service, I would say comparable or even better than some luxury dealerships. Right from the beginning our salesman Leo made finding the right Jeep simple. On top of that making the deal was haggle free something which is hard to come by now a days. Your facility is impeccable and you all really focus on the customer service. I can't be more thankful enough and I will be recommending your dealership to all of my family and friends. From the time I placed my first call to Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus until I drove off the lot in my new Ram 1500, I received outstanding customer service and the best deal. Overall, it was a great experience. Kudos to you all. It was worth the trip from Staten Island. Anne Marie B.

I came to buy a Chrysler and found a great sales experience. I met with Warren Talmo who directed me to Shaun Wittenberg my salesman. He was knowledgeable and very helpful in my purchasing a Chrysler 300 S. Mr. Talmo also helped in my decision to purchase the vehicle. I hope the rest of the staff is as helpful and knowledgeable as Warren and Shaun as that would make the sales experience at your dealership a pleasant one for all. Thanks again.

Approximately 3 weeks ago I went to this dealership and met with a salesman Lawrence Vitulli to look at new wrangler JKU. We couldn't strike a deal that day but he insisted he would follow up. Approximately one week later after I had called on two occasions to speak with him I was sent a one line email saying "there was a potential jeep coming in". After replying, he never responded again. Here we are three weeks later and I receive a text message asking if I'm still interested. I explain to him I have an offer from Another Jeep dealership that I intend to sign on this week, but if he could match or better the offer I will go with them. It has been four hours since I sent him the other offer, and not a word....Piss poor performance Lawrence.

I purchased a vehicle here in December, on the drive home I lost control of the vehicle. I brought it back and it has been problems and problems ever since. I should have known it was a lemon when the bank told me that the vin number on all my paper work was wrong, etc. etc. They even fabricated the service records to claim that I put over 3000 miles on the vehicle in one month so when Corporate tried to help me, they said they couldn't b/c I was over the mileage. They had the truck for over a month with out any updates then told me to pick it up. I refused to pick it up, so they decided to come to my house in the middle of the night and take back the loaner vehicle. I have been without any vehicle for over a month. Even after getting an attorney involved - - still no resolutions. The ONLY person that never lied to me or tried to scam me was the salesman Ryan - he was great.

In deciding to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee we visited many dealerships of different brands prior to settling on a Jeep that we had owned before and had been pleased with. After spending several days we ended coming back to a Jeep primarily because the overall pleasantness of all associates at Paramus Jeep was outstanding. We had previously experienced the service department with our other Jeep, so the sales service we received from Carlos Belaunde as well as the professionalism shown by Kareem Raposo reinforced our previous experience from the service department.

This was the best experience I have with car dealerships in 20 years. There was no haggling, no pressure no back room sales manager they needed to talk to everything was front and center and they made sure I was satisfied with the deal, it was a rare experience. I would reccomend this dealer.Ask for Ali Firozvi.

Although my dealer Rom was friendly and enthusiastic my overall experience was horrible. I left a $500 deposit on a vehicle bc I was truly interested in purchasing a car from them. I wound up finding a much better deal so I went in person to get my deposit back. The woman at the front desk was horrible to deal with and has the worst demeanor of anyone I've met in the service industry until I met MILTON. He stated I wouldn't get my money back till 5 days later with no reason as to why. Didn't have a business card for me and hasn't processes my refund in the system so there is no sign of it. Worst dealership and experienced of my car buying life.

I was sold a Jeep Wrangler 2016 that was in an accident by Ralph Rodriguez and Jason Martino. They stole my money and lied to me. Sold me a car with an accident but not reported and beyond its value. I have made many attempts to fix this situation and nothing positive has come out of it. Jason Martino has nudged me with his shoulders at the dealership if I would have not moved I would have been on the floor. He is disrespectful towards me and unprofessional. When he gets angry he curses at the customer. I made attempts to get in contact with Mr. Redmond but also has done nothing to help me. I am beyond disappointed in the treatment I have had. Having owned 3 jeeps within a period of 4 years and getting this type of treatment is just disgusting.... Jason hangs up the phone when I call and no the type of respect towards me. I have posted pictures on YELP of Jason's (manager) promises and confession to the damages on the car. But still refuses to do the RIGHT THING! The attempt to get in touch with MARK CURCIO THE OWNER IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE THEY DONT ALLOW YOU TOO. I felt ABUSED VERBALLY AND PHYSICALLY. The way he treated me 5/9/2016 made me AFRAID of this MAN. I would not recommend anyone to go to this dealership EVER!

My 2015 Jeep Cherokee has had transmission problems 3 times since I got it. It just dies when it feels like it even on the highway. The dealership "fixed it" twice and the third time didn't believe me that anything was wrong. I even have pictures of what was showing up on my dashboard. Forgive me for not wanting to get killed because my car is a xxx! Thanks for not caring. That was my 4th car from them and the LAST.

I just finished a great deal with a great salesman - Valentin - and came home with a 2016 Town & Country Touring-L Anniversary Edition. After telling Val what I wanted he went out of his way to get me the exact vehicle equipped with the exact options I was looking for. I had been shopping around - and did in fact go to two other dealers - who didn't quite measure up to my expectations. After a bit of back and forth negotiating on the deal Val came through and sold me the van for a price I just couldn't say no to. I'm thrilled with my new Town & Country and with Valentin! Great Job!!!

I WENT IN ON SATURDAY MARCH 12, 2016 TO LOOK AT AN OVERPRICED AND DAMAGED 2014 DODGE RAM 1500, WITH THE HELP OR LACK THERE OF HELP FROM A SO CALLED SALESMAN (ANTHONY). WE LOOKED AT THE TRUCK AND THE OFFICE WAS VERY BUSY SO WE DECIDED TO COME BACK ON MONDAY. ANTHONY NEVER CALLED US ON MONDAY, SO WE DID NOT GO BACK TO LOOK AT THE CAR. HE CALLED US ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY TO COME IN, SO WE WENT BACK IN ON FRIDAY 3/18/2016 TO GO OVER THE TRUCK BECAUSE APPARENTLY THEY FIXED THE ISSUES THE TRUCK HAD. WE LOOKED AT IT LATER IN THE EVENING AND THEY GAVE US A DECENT DEAL ON THE CAR(AFTER SPEAKING TO 2 SO CALLED MANAGERS), BUT I STILL HAD OTHER PLACES TO LOOK. SO I TOLD HIM I WILL BE IN ON SATURDAY 3/19/16. ON SATURDAY I CALLED AND ASKED IF THEY NEEDED A DEPOSIT OVER THE PHONE TO HOLD THE TRUCK FOR US AND THEY RESPONDED NO, ABOUT 15 MINUTES LATER ANTHONY CALLS ME BACK AND TELLS ME THE CAR WAS SOLD ON TUESDAY (3/15/16), SO WHY IN THE xxxx DID YOU WASTE MY TIME ON FRIDAY AND HAVE 2 MANAGERS TRY AND TALK ME INTO THE CAR. THEY WASTED MY TIME AND HAVE POOR BUSINESS ETHICS. ANTHONY WAS GETTING ANNOYED THAT I WAS ASKING SO MANY QUESTIONS LIKE, WHY ARE YOU CHARGING ME 200.00 TO ETCH THE VIN # ON THE WINDOWS. I DON'T WANT THAT. HE WAS VERY ANNOYED THAT I WAS EDUCATED ENOUGH AND HE COULD NOT COME UP WITH ANSWERS QUICK ENOUGH. NEEDLESS TO SAY LATER THAT DAY (3/19/16) I WENT TO DOVER DODGE AND PURCHASED A BEAUTIFUL, FULLY LOADED 2013 RAM 1500 BIG HORN WITH NAVIGATION, POWER FOLDING MIRRORS,SUNROOF, POWER SEATS, HEATED SEATS,HEATED STEERING WHEEL, TONEAU COVER , POWER REAR WINDOW AND MUCH MUCH MORE, EVEN THOUGHT I SPENT A LITTLE BIT MORE THAN WHAT I WAS PAYING AT PARAMUS, I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH DOVER DOGE. I bought a truck for 45k from this dealer, I visited RT 4 Chrysler Jeep and Dodge over 20 times to repair this vehicle, so I gave them a 0 rating, Again my truck is at the dealer for two weeks yet the dealership wasn't able to figure out the problem. I went to the dealer today spoke with service manager Steve who claims there's not a update on your vehicle yet because service tech is off today. He then said since I gave the dealership a 0 rating he could care less about my vehicle. This is consumer fraud and will proceed with legal action.

Amazing service !!!Amazing staff!!!After my separation it was first time that I had to shop for a car all by my self ,I took my friend with me and there we were two ladies in dealership Very careful and almost scared of what to expect!!!The usual stereotype of tricky car salesmen ...To our surprise experience could not possibly be better!!!!We were welcomed by very friendly manager Jose Busyamante (after we finished the perches I took everyone's names)Who carefully listened to us and brought just the right salesman!!!Our salesman was LEO MORA I couldn't be more grateful to this young men!!!Attentive!!! Thoughtful!! Highly professional!!!!He showed us all our options without any pressure! We felt very comfortable and in good Hands!!!After we carefully chosen the car it was time for financing there was a problem because my credit score is not very high!My financial manager who's name is KAREEM (unfortunately I don't have his last name )Has preformed a service that was nothing short of heroism (for me any way because I really needed the car) negotiating with different banks trying to get me the best deal possible!!!I screamed when he came back with numbers!!!!Don't forget not the best credit score!!!The whole staff was very pleasant and professional , starting with lovely young lady at reception (unfortunately didn't took her name)To everyone who has helped me with this perches!!!Very highly recommend!!!It was a wonderful experience!!!And I drive a great car now!!!

I bought a vehicle, was told we have 2 on the lot. Waited 2.5-3 hours before being told the lot is in another town and their "person" brought wrong vehicle. they drove me home and delivered the vehicle to my house at 9:45PM. WRONG VEHICLE.......COLOR AND OPTIONS totally different from vehicle discussed at the dealership. When i called the next morning, I was told"that's the vehicle you signed for, look at the VIN number" NOW I know to NEVER trust a car dealership and compare VIN numbers before accepting delivery. This dealership and their employees are the most dishonest, unscrupulous, conniving people I've ever dealt with.

Crooks, stay away! Almost 5 thousand dollars to fix my car, over 2k in labor which is way too much for labor for what they did. I did my homework on what was wrong with my car. The indicator light was the lightening bolt which is the throttle body. That cost wasn't terrible. However, I was charged for several things I did not ask for like a transmission flush which has nothing to do with anything. The manager Steve just said they thought I needed it and charged me without asking me. Also was told by the guy Carmen who doesn't work there now suddenly just after my car was worked on that I would not have to pay for a front end alignment since I was getting tie rod ends all the way around. When I called to complain my trusting them not to cheat me by paying without getting a magnifying glass to my bill he felt he had got by with something since I signed and paid. Legally this may be true and I will not sue over this because I am at fault for trusting Paramus Chrysler not to cheat me. However, if you want repeat business and don't want people you have cheated to tell others how you cheated them, then don't lie and charge people for things they did not approve or need. I suspect they ran a credit check on me first to see my credit limit before hand based on other reviews as I have read from other trusting people.

Nice dealership with friendly salespeople. I dealt with salesman Monty who was great. He literally tried everything possible to get me the car I wanted. Of course this would not have been possible without management (Jose B and Jason M). After some negotiations I was given a reasonable monthly amount for my Jeep. No other dealership gave me that amount. This dealership really truly helps you get the car you want at a very reasonable price. This is what customer satisfaction is all about and this dealership with the above listed individuals made it happen:)

Bought there 2011 Jeep Patriot. First they screwed the payment. I went there with full amount, intended to pay in full, not to take any loans. They depleted my bank account with a wrong charge and forced me to take a loan - which affected my credit history. The Jeep I bought had several defects, one of which - throttle control, caused the car stall on a highway, almost causing an accident. I brought it back for repairs - they returned it next day stating everything was fixed. That evening car stalled on highway again, forcing police to arrive and me calling AAA for towing (when I called roadside assistance that dealership provided - IT WAS CLOSED, because it works only Mo-Fri, 8am - 6pm). Other defects included deployed headrests (like the car was in a collision) and missing lever to adjust driver seat height. I won't be surprised when I find more. This is a Jeep for God sake, bought at a JEEP dealership! And I can't trust neither car nor repair services anymore. Not to mention sales - they STILL didn't return the $14,000 they charged wrongly form my account. And now they are in dispute with my bank over returning that charge (thank you Bank of America for providing temporary credit for the duration). Also - even though they sold me full coverage (including rental and roadside assistance) I am still not reimbursed for Hertz rental I was forced to take and AAA towing which I was forced to use (I didn't even mention to them train fare and Uber charges I had to pay as well - don't want any more complications, I'd rather bite the bullet). Avoid them. Like a fire.

I hope if you are considering either purchasing or having your car serviced at Jeep Paramus that you get to read my experience before you do.This dealership service department is so horrendous, I am currently exploring legal action. They damaged my bumper cover when replacing a headlight. They pulled the bumper cover without removing a 10mm bolt on the wheel well, tearing the hole where the bolt sits. They replaced the headlight and besides this damage, they did not replace rivets, plus damaged the fender molding and bumper tabs.I took it for an unrelated issue, and told them to please fix the bumper since they had not done so, even though Vivian Perez promised they would twice before. The bumper does not sit flush/aligned now with permanent damage to the bumper cover and fender moldings. What they did is straight out of a gangster movie... They put a dent on the bumper and scratched it to simulate a collision and blamed the damage to it. Yes you are reading this...What they don't understand is by their actions, there are over 30 people in my company that would never consider not even doing business with them, but purchasing a Jeep as well. Not to mention those that will read about my experience on this website.

This dealers service department is the worst Ive dealt with. Last time I brought in my fairly new Jeep for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point, they tried to sell me their inflated priced regular maintenance service. I kindly said no, and next thing you know, they were rude and nasty towards me. They even put down Customer does not care to service vehicle correctly. Tried getting a hold of the service manager and their corporate office about this issue, but they always gave me the run around, hung up on me, and didnt bother to reply to my email. I had someone from Chrysler HQ (1-800-247-9753) call them on my behalf, and they were appalled at how rude, unapologetic and defensive the service manager was. The person at the Chrysler HQ understood my frustration and said theyd be upset, too.POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: Please be careful with this particular dealer. My dad went to this place last wednesday and started getting information to buy me my first brand new car. Yesterday my family and I went to do the paper work and bring the car home! We got there at 9:30 am and left at 1 in the afternoon with no car. The salesmen all croud you when you're making a deal and they use intimidation to take your money. If you are smart and tell them to please leave, they all form a circle and talk bad about you. I felt like i was back in high school, purely pathetic. When they brought out the car from the back it looked used.I was getting a 2015 jeep renegade and the mirror was chipped, scratches all over the car, and black oil stains on the seats. If i am buying a new car it should be in its best condition. Presentation is everything and they did not reach that standard. Instead of helping us they started bullying and like i said before all of the salesmen came out to see the drama. Even the manager was giving us a hard time. We called another dealership and told them we were leaving and to rip up the contract. Instead of giving me a loner until another jeep came in they just let us walk out the door. There were also 10 Salesmen "helping" us, too many hands that lead to unorganisation. This is a terrible place and THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. They should all be ashamed of them selves. No excuses for bad people that scam the public to get their commission. Take pride in your work. The only person that knew what they were talking about was Manny Andujar.- Sara Ratowsky, an unhappy customer that found a better dealership

These guys are terrible! I pay for loaner service as part of my contract. It was negotiated when I purchased my vehicle. Well every time I try an make a service appointment they tell me that they do not have any service loaners available. In addition, just trying to make an appointment is a hurdle. You cannot speak with someone, instead you have to use the app or do it online, which in itself would not be so bad but its cumbersome and sometimes it just better to speak to a live human being. Speaking of which, the human beings at this dealership are not really the ones you want to talk to anyways. They are nasty and are in no way helpful. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

I went to this dealer looking to buy a jeep cherokee trailhawk. They gave me a price of $29400 for a 2015 in-stock model. I looked at 2 different cherokee trailhawk but one was too expensive for them to give me for that price so I went with the only one they would give me for that price. They said that I had to come back on Monday to finish the transaction. On Monday I went to the dealership to find out that they wanted me to pay another $1,600 for the same vehicle I was looking at. They tried to tell me that the vehicle I was looking at was a cherokee latitude for that price. I never looked at the cherokee latitude just the cherokee limited and the renegade trailhawk. The dealer said that they would not sell me the car for that price when we had an agreement and I put a deposit on the vehicle. They then also tried to tell me that I would have to come in Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm in order to get my deposit back. I told me that I work then and wouldn't be able to make it between that time. I called my credit card company to report the fraud. Since buying a jeep from this dealership it's been a horror story. In 1 year 9 month the jeep has been in service for over 49 times. I have tried working with management but all they do is give you the runaround. I have gone up the chain of command but have not gotten any help. So now I tell everyone stay away can't even trust then on a simple oil change. I am going to the better Business bureau And I'm also going to file a complaint with Chrysler Jeep. As a veteran I want to buy American but not from these guys will keep everyone posted. I can't even rate them on anything because they were the worst in every category .

I had visited several dealerships searching for my Car, and I had the best experience by far at RT 4 CDJ Paramus. I drove all the way from North Carolina for this vehicle and plan on doing so again for my next vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! Well worth any driving distance! I cant say enough good things about Jose, Christian, & Dan! They were true class acts! Ask for them!!! Everyone was very cordial, friendly, and down to earth. No one was pushy or overbearing, very personable. Dan and Roman helped us out and made a very fair deal on my vehicle & trade in. For once I can say I walked away without any regrets or uneasiness about my car purchase. See you next year for our Durango!

I bought my jeep Garnd Cherokee from here and I regret it not only was the sales manager rude bill is his name when I was buying the car he knew who I was when I called back with concerns he did not know me. I got double charged on plates had I bought my plates myself I would not have been charged an extra 300 dollars they took almost two months to get my plates and temporary registration I had to rent a car because I couldn't park my car legally on the street in NY as the plates and registration were expired. I received no help was over charges on plates and they kept my truck an extra two weeks because they were recalls on it already. No reimbursement for having to be with out my car that I paid for because of their inconsistency and I got over charged for my plates and registration. I feel ripped off cheated and would never ever recommend this place to any of my friends who are buying keeps right now. The only honest person I spoke to here who should be the sales manager is Monty.

I have had many bad experiences with different dealerships, but this one was different and dare I say, the GREATEST! Everyone was so friendly and super attentive. The floor manager Jose Bustamante was very friendly and funny. He took the time to greet me and after some small talk, he introduced me to Monty Joaquin . Monty was super helpful. He found so many different offers that went with my price range. He worked with my numbers and found me a perfect deal. Throughout the entire process I never felt pressured to buy something just because. They wanted the right deal and car for me which was truly great. Once I finished doing all the paper work I met with Will Daan who explained the insurance thoroughly that went with my car. Never have I met such great and friendly sales representatives. I left with a Chrysler 200s fully loaded in white! Definitely recommend coming here. You won't be disappointed.

This service department is flat out awful. They never update you on the status of your vehicle, the staff is unfriendly and do not care about customer satisfaction.I leased a 2015 Dodge Challenger from them in May of this year and have had popping and crackling in the dashboard speaker since having it for just a month. Over the last month and a half they have refused to acknowledge the problem, and when they finally ordered and replaced the speaker and next day the same speaker was still popping and crackling. I have my doubts they even replaced the speaker. I have filed a complaint against this dealership with Chrysler headquarters and would ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY NEVER recommend anyone buy or lease or bring your Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram for service. They are AWFUL!!!!!

My sales experience was the best but after that I realized how bad this Dealership takes customer satisfaction. I got a lease 6/22 i think and traded a car in which they owed me money. Left for July 4 weekend and was called that Friday that my plates and registration were ready for pickup. I asked the front girl who called me if she could get a status on the check and she said my salesperson would handle it when i come in Monday. Right here i felt like it was going to be a hassle-would like to pick up plates and not wait about the status of the check so it would be smooth. Over that weekend, a fender flare passenger side moulding flew off the new 2015 Grand cherokee. Could of been loose rivets or screws or something defective from the installation at the factory. Of course, when i got to the dealership Monday to pick up the plates, my sales person was not there and they called Bill the sales manager to find out the status and i waited for 30min and left since it was soo busy. If the lady at the front desk did like i asked her to check on the status or transfer me to somebody that could on Friday, all the hassle would of been avoided. At that same visit, i asked about my fender flare that flew off and another sales person said it is not covered and i would have to pay out of pocket unless i had an extended warranty on a the lease. I checked the price at the parts dept and was $155. It could of been a problem when it was installed or loose screws rivets, but how am I responsible for that. Should i get a trained mechanic to check every little thing from from bumper to bumper.....seriously. Sent an email the my sales rep but he was off Tuesday. Went to Nielson Jeep in Hanover NJ and got the part for a little over $100 with a discount. Couldn't wait since we were driving without it for days and didn't want water getting inside of car engine. Romner called me back finally on Wed and said he would call his Manager Bill to get status of check and on the fender flare situation-same manager i was not able to see on Monday. They finally found the status of the check and Bill stated to contact the Service Dept to see what were my options. Again, i had to call the service dept and nobody at the dealership decided to talk to them since they work in the same building. Heather the service manager was very nice and they could probably do something in like service credits for the amount for the fender flare paid but would have to go to Dean the manger of the dealership. I was not looking to get a full refund or anything but something in return for the headache this caused. I called Dean and he may of been busy but no option to leave a voice mail and the other workers stated for the most part there is no voice mail for anybody. So again, I traveled down to the dealership to speak to Dean. And of course he was unavailable. So the sales manager came down, who was Bill, and he remembered my situation. He wrote all my info down on a sticky pad so Dean could contact me back on a resolution. Today is 8/5.2015 and still no call. NO ACCOUNTABILITY ON THEIR VEHICLES THEY SELL AND HORRIBLE WAY THEY HANDLE THE WAY THEY TAKE CUSTOMER PRIORITY SATISFACTION. I have leased and bought several cars from several dealers like Toyota, Acura, Lexus, Chevy, etc. I have never had an issue like this ever. Sales was great but after they got your money and the vehicle is in your name, good luck after that. Gave them ample time to resolve the issue and never did. I will also be emailing their headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI.DEAN FINALLY REACHED OUT TO ME AND WAS NEVER RELAYED ANY MESSAGES DUE TO A BAD EMPLOYEE. HE TOOK CARE OF THE ISSUE IMMEDIATELY AND CUT ME A CHECK FOR THE FENDER FLARE NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Don't buy. Don't waste your $ at service. Don't even take it for a recall.Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus Sales team was absolutely unprofessional in how they handled a situation when I picked my car after service hours. We had taken the car in for yet another recall and a sliding door repair that had been addressed 2 prior times. My wife and I got to the dealership in the evening, as we walked into the dealership she noticed the front windows of our car were down and the doors unlocked. Par for the dealership was my thought. We paid the bill and before leaving I asked someone what the policy was for picking up a car from service and how the car should be left. I wanted to inform them so they can address the laps so it does not happen again. I asked to speak to a manager in charge of the building and got a manager that was not willing to take any responsibility for something on his property. I asked for his card, his response was he didnt have one. I asked if he could inform his counterpart in service and have them give me a call. He was not willing to do that. Finally, he gave me a choice, leave and call service tomorrow or he would have to call the police. I said to go ahead and call. Clearly, he was not in charge of the building as he proceeded to speak/brief someone else. They both walked back to my wife and I the gentleman introduced himself as Milton the sales manager. He also proceeded to explain to me that service is separate and they have nothing to do with them. He was adamant that it was not his problem and asked me to leave, I asked for his card, he went to his desk got it, slammed it on the receptionist counter and said, call the Paramus Police and have them remove this jurkoff from the building. While waiting for the Paramus PD to arrive, a 3rd person walked over and tried to imply that I was being rude and calling the staff names. Basically tried to intimidate us to leave. The Paramus Police Officer arrived, I indicated that he was called because of me. The Officer indicated if it is not a criminal matter there was nothing he could do. I explained to the Officer that I understood and told him why the Dealership called. He spoke with the employees and came back. I asked the Officer if he would come out to the car and take a look at it. He took my name and number to log the call. 3 different people addressed us that night not one apologized. Not one took ownership. I filed a complaint with Chrysler, as well as the Dealership group. Left a voicemail for GM Dean, did not get a call back to date.I did get a call from the Group operations person as well as the Service Director. Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus wasted Paramus taxpayer dollars to in order to avoid any sort of responsibility or civil response to a question about their policies. Yelp has far more reviews that are just as horrific as of this post Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus 72 reviews 45- 1 star reviews. 14 - 5 star reviews. 19% good 63% bad.

During a service call to repair my parking break the service department broke off the gear shift knob and attempted to hide it. I discovered it, complained right away, and was told that a new knob would be ordered and mailed to me. After filing a BBB complaint I discovered that they added the knob to the service order and never ordered it. They have failed to resolve the issue which aligns very well with the overall experience I had with the service department's lack of follow-through, rude service desk personnel (in person and on phone - was even told by one of the managers that a particular employee receives a lot of complaints). I am still waiting to receive a $10 part that the dealer broke and acknowledged that they would fix. I will never trust this dealership with even a simple oil change.(other complaints: giving me delivery of vehicle without a signed sales contract (if only I weren't so honest); failing to order title and plates until I reminded them a two weeks after the 30 day temporary expired - and then not verifying my information as I had moved (a simple verification could have saved a lot of hassle); Lying to me about status of order - for over a month). How they stay in business is beyond me.On a positive note, my sales person was great. I hope he goes to another dealership so I can buy another car from him.

Buying a new car is typically a big purchase decision that can be stressful and time consuming, and our experience was no exception. We went to many dealerships in our search for the perfect vehicle. This process was made much easier by Jose Bustamante who did a great job with help us with what we wanted. Not only was he knowledgable and respectful, but he was also very patient with our tough bargaining. Jose and the Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus team made the experience as pleasant and stress free as it could be and we thank them for all their help!!! A++ for experience and service. We brought new JEEP Cherokee Latitude model from Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus showroom. But in actual it was used car and they sold as a new car with Lease. We found few documents in car with expired insurance on other guy name so we got doubt and asked sales and finance person it this new car or used car? They told its a brand new car and sold me with new car price value. After ten days they called me and said you cannot own this vehicle because its a used car we cannot lease it. While approval processing Bank found its a used car and cannot approve for lease that time they said that its a used car. On keep asking they said its new car only.We went at showroom to talk with them, they simply get back keys from me and didn't apologize for their mistake and didn't give any kind of best option. They took car keys and said return your money back.Note: They sold used car by saying its a new car. They did fraud with me. So its a message please don't trust Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus dealer. They do fraud with customer and don't even respect.

After declining the deal offered to me on a Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Liberty, I was told by salesperson Carlos that I was a waste of time. When I wanted my hold on the vehicles back, they gave me the run around for 6 weeks. When I finally received my money after 6 weeks, they made a mistake and gave back too much and then harassed me for a week before the money even showed in my account. Terrible experience. Bad customer service on every level including upper management (sales manager- Camillo and GM never involved until the very end and offered no apology of the experience). Do not buy from here. Headache and Nightmare.

Very knowledgeable, understanding, truly an expert at what he does. He was all about getting me the best deal possible. I called every Jeep dealership in a 50 mile radius from my house and gave them the numbers Jose was using and not a single one could come close to matching his deal! I have been leasing cars for over 15 years and have dealt with many sales people in the past but none made this process as stress free and pleasant as Jose. We definitely recommend Jose Bustamante if you are in the market for a vehicle. He was very thorough, went over all available options, and kept us within our budget while still helping us get the Dodge Durango Limited we wanted. Greatest car buying process thus far. What I thought was going to be a great experience has turned into a nightmare dealing with this dealership. I purchased a 2011 Mercedes Benz got the royal treatment when I was purchasing. 3 weeks into buying my car I broke down on a major highway and when I called they told me if they sent a tow I would be charged, I was able to use a friends AAA and got the car there. Turns out the brakes, alternator and battery was bad and they replaced (told me they were Mercedes Parts which they were not) . I left feeling hopeful that everything was going to be OK. As I was driving I kept hearing a loud noise in the front I called back they said it was the brakes and they needed to be driven and broken in. I took a trip out of town but before I went I went back to the dealer to let them check it out I had already had the experience of breaking down and they did nothing. They test drove the car (a mechanic) and I was told it was the brake pads it was safe to drive. I went away and it seemed the noise got even louder when I returned I took it to another repair shop and I was told that the pin that holds the brakes was not pushed in it ruined my rim (its the noise I was hearing). I have called repeatedly and I get the run around with putting me on hold, telling me the managers are unavailable will return my calls to transferring me from sales to service because no one wants to take responsibility. I've even called the dealers owner and he has yet to return my calls. Its been 4 weeks of run around and unprofessional actions on the part of Paramus Rt 4 dealership. I only wish I had looked on Yelp for a review clearly I'm not the only person who has gotten bad service. My next step is BBB and putting through a complaint with each corporation of brand car they sell. I'm even told I can put in a complaint with the State Attorney Generals office.BUYERS BEWARE RUN FAR FAR AWAY.......DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP...........

Was looking for a Durango they gave me a price of $750 a month with $3,000 down, when I said they were nuts they reduced the price to $550 with $1500 down. Their reason was they try to get high prices because some people pay them, if they are questioned they lowered the price and everything evens out. After I got over that we agreed that I would come back in a couple of days to sign the papers. When I showed up 2 days later they wanted another $1,500 down because the residual value changed in 2 days. I walked out very frustrated as they were not honest and broke a deal. The next day I purchased the same truck for a lower price than their 1st deal. It was all the sales manager behind the desk, Aaron the hound salesmen was good but he did not have anything to do with the prices

When I got there I was assigned an arrogant salesman named Anthony. He said that the car had been sold the day before. He said this happens all the time with the online sales team. No apology. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP and Chrysler. I went to Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus on 5/5/15 and leased a Wrangler Unlimited. After spending several hours to complete the lease the sales person told me I couldn't take the car because the key needed reprogramming. The next day, they told me I could get the car because the ac was broken. Later in the week the offered me a different car in lime green (I purchased red) instead. It didn't have a soft top or in dash display like the one I leased but I didn't even get a chance to say no because I asked the sales person if he could add the soft top. Evidently his sales manager said no. My conversations were with the sales manager now and he told me I'm not working with him. He stated he was going to look into getting a refund. 24 hrs later he says that's not possible because they already received the funds from Chrysler Capital, so I'm out of luck (I contacted Chrysler Capital and they didn't receive the paper work yet). He then adds that it's a "service issue" and that I can wait for my NEW CAR to come out of service. It's been 2 weeks, no car lots of hassles and I officially hate Chrysler. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I open up a case with Chrysler about my engine problem. So they knew not to mess with me. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone they know how to take your money but they do not help you. I went to Route 4 Jeep to take a look at their Jeep Cherokee Limited Selection. Jose Bustamante "Busta" made the experience very enjoyable. He not only showed me the SUVs in the lot, test drove the SUV I wanted (of course the fully loaded), but he explained very detailed the options and the sticker price. We then went down to his desk and looked at the entire inventory to find the car that I wanted without any of the bells and whistles I didn't care for. I was able to still get the "fully loaded" experience but with 4k less in the price tag. After that we negotiated the price, he was far and I felt extremely happy with the service, with the selection and with the purchase experience. Excellent experience!!! Short Drive from New York and saved a few thousand dollars on my down payment and a few hundred on my monthly lease payment. Working w/ Keith Horton was an absolute pleasure. Very nice gentleman, extremely patient salesperson. More like a "Customer Service Specialist". Never put pressure on me but assisted me completely thru the decision making process. Just when we were about to finalize the deal. I called my insurance company to get a quote based on the VIN number and to my disappointment, was quoted higher than I was already paying. Keith jumped into action, made a few phone calls and long story short, saved me more than I ever expected. Not to mention, better coverage than what I originally had. We basically cut my insurance payment almost in half. Like I said, excellent "Customer Service Specialist", listens to your needs, and creatively finds ideas to make the deal work for you. The following also impressed me. I had a number in my mind for the monthly payment that I really wanted to stick to as my max. I gave in, and we shook hands $2 over my price. When Keith came back to finalize, he surprised and said we were going with my original price. Yes, it was only $2 but I mention this to illustrate the level of customer service. The Dealership in general was also excellent. Customer lounge with big screen TV and coffee was great. I waited there while they cleaned the car. Very impressed how they delivered the car. Took about an hour but totally worth it. The car was immaculate. Tire Shine and everything. So basically, Great Customer Service and Saved Money! What more can you ask for?Would absolutely, 100% use this dealership again!Make sure you work with Keith!

Aviod this dealer, they are well experienced player in auto sales. They know all the tricks in the book. I was purchasing a new jeep. They showed me cars in there lot that had what I wanted, but not the color, they said they had it in another lot The car had extras in it that I paid for in my deal. After the deal was done I went to get my new jeep with excitement, to find out they removed the rag top that is part of the dual top package. They told me that the soft top was deleted, but they didn't tell me that the dual top comes with a better rag top that is part of the dual top package, so they delete the original. I never recieved the window sticker to know what the car had, instead they showed me on the computer what it had and afterThey told me its not part of the deal and tried to get $2,000 dollars more from me. also in the down payment they told me it was taxes, title & registration fees, plus 1 st payment. Then when my paper work got done they said that the 1 st payment wasn't part of the down payment, who do you believe? The sales man disappeared and the manager tried to con me in buying something I already paid for.

Buyer Beware! After 7 weeks, that's right 7 weeks of dealing with a car repair situation through an extended warranty contract with Paramus Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealership on Route 4 West and thinking things could not get any worse...It does! They "repaired" the original issue and in my opinion caused another major problem with our car. Second problem occurred right on the lot after the car was started and began leaking oil - of course, the second problem is not covered by warranty! After 7 weeks of nonsense, car rentals and lies...the best is yet to come - We refused to allow them to do the second repair after another 2 week hold up in their service shop and went to pick the car up. We were given the car keys and sent out to search the lot for the car only to find that they parked another car across ours blocking an exit. We were forced to go back into the dealership and ask for the car to be moved and informed they had no idea where the keys were! Very long, upsetting story made shorter - we had to call the police to get our car out!! Luckily for us right before the police showed up they "found" the keys and were able to let us out. From the laughing and gawking seems like a lot of employees enjoyed the show from inside the shop at our expense. This is not our first problem with this company. Customer service is essential and non-existent here! I did reach out to Corporate today and waited 25 minutes on hold while they called the dealership to confirm my story. The service rep did pretty much hear the same from them and told me this matter definitely needed to be sent to a manager's attention in corporate and that is was not good. When I asked what could be done to help us she said....Sorry, really nothing, but be assured she would let someone know" Really???!!! Like I always say - The fish stinks from the head down! Model bad business behavior and you get bad business behavior. Shame on Chrysler and Paramus Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealership. This was my 3rd Chrysler and for sure! UPDATE - After two independent insurance inspectors looked at the car it is 100% confirmed the repair was never done - not a single part replaced and they stole $2000.00 from the warranty company for the service- 10 weeks of crap with this dealership now and still no working car! I will now contact their district manager to alert them and try to get some help. I hope to prevent this from happening to others.

Brought my 2012 Challenger in a couple times for service. Third time someone left a large scratch and dent in my bumper. I was told it would be taken cae of and i waited 3 to 4 hours on s Sat for the repair. When i checked on the status i saw it was never touched. 30 minuted later the show me the car and all they did was cover the dent with touch up paint. I was insulted and complained so another 3 days i brought it back where it was fixed properly. That was my last time i would deal with a business that treats theyre customers this way.

Scam Artists. Purchased a wrangler for over $45,000. Had an issue and never got a call back.Bunch of frauds. This includes DEAN REDMOND who manages to answer every review on every site yet won't help in person. Good luck with repeat business. Needless to say I won't be buying another car from this dealership and will begin a lawsuit immediately.

Walked in hoping to find the exact vehicle I researched and wanted. I was given incorrect information regarding a trim option ( I was explained the lower trim wouldn't come with the bigger engine/powertrain) to upsell a higher trim. I later found out this was false when the showroom had listed their vehicles and when trying to discuss the options included I found out he was clueless about his product. Even still tried to pressure me on the sticking with their highest pricetag trim in their inventory. Unprofessional communication, I'm not your peer nor your bro...I still haven't received my deposit back. Sales Manager is a stand up guy and I wish I had spoken to him before I decided to go to a different dealer.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from them.Serivce was another thing. I brought my truck there to have the brakes replaced. They stripped a lug nut and jammed it on the wheel. They never mentioned anything. The mechanic just didn't care. He chipped the paint on the hood of my Jeep as well...looks like he closed the hood on some tools. They made me wait over 4 hours to replace the stud on the wheel and then tried to charge me for the work.I won't buy air from that dealer ever again. I tried to talk to the owner to explain what type of people he has working there... but he couldn't be bother to call me back.Never again...I will pay to have my next Jeep brought to a different dealership if need be.

Horrible service department, they overbook themselves and then can't get the job done for the customer. I've made appointments here and every single time I bring my Jeep in, there's a reason why they can't look into it. Aside from oil changes/tire rotations, I will not be bringing my car here anymore! We were greeted very kindly by a salesman, Anthony Bollotta. Not in the market just yet but we have been very intrigued by the '15 Grand Charokee's. It is a big step up for me because I do drive a '13 Mini Cooper but we are expecting a new born in the upcoming months! Anthony was so thrilled by the vehicle, it made me excited to be an owner soon. My husband and I really enjoyed learning about its features, especially all of the safety and security features he explained. Anthony was very informative and we look forward to coming back and speaking with him before the year ends! Our visit was most certainly a pleasant and not at all pressured one, thank you so much for your assistance and I CAN'T WAIT TO BE BACK!

So I came to route 4 jeep today to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I went to route 46 jeep and Ramsey. I got both of their best numbers on a zero money down lease. I showed ryan and he chuckled and said follow me. Said pick out any color limited grand Cherokee you like 18 or 20 inch wheels and said take it for 20 less than where route 46 is at currently which beat Ramsey's price. I was so shocked I thought the typical bait and switch was about to happen to me in the finance office like it always did at route 46 for my previous car purchases. Well guess what. I walked in the dealer with no cash on me and left with the jeep of my choice with the more expensive 20 inch wheels when both other dealers restricted me to 18's. I even got a few free oil changes. This was incredible. Very honest and reputable dealer. Would recommend to my own blood on any day. Do not trust this dealership. I leased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. During the sit down with the finance manager, he tried to sell me a service package. He told me that since I am required to change the transmission fluid and coolant before I returned the vehicle, it was worth it. LIE number 1. I took a 2 year 24k mile lease. Those fluids are not required to be changed within that time period. He then proceeded to tell me that I was required to change my oil every 3k miles and that I must use the dealership to do this because it was a leased vehicle, LIE number 2. When I called him out on these lies he actually stuck to his guns and insisted that he was correct. Needless to say I did not get the service package but the disgusting display of dishonesty really ruined my experience with this dealership. After writing this review a sales manager responded to this review and asked to be contacted. I did so and got no response from him. Further more, it has been 2 months since I leased my vehicle and I have not received my DMV paperwork. I have called twice and both times they stated that they would mail it. During my last call, I requested a sales manager and was transferred 5 times before I got one. I spoke with Jason Casale. At the end of the conversation I asked for his name and he hung up on me instead of identifying himself. When I called back, I was transferred to a busy signal. So I called back again and the receptionist would not transfer me to him and I had to get his identity from her. I assume he was refusing to speak to me. I was in no way rude but I was complaining about how they are handling my documents and I guess that was to much for him to handle.

I went to several different dealerships in NJ and Mario he is the Magic Man, because he got the Jeep that I wanted for the price I wanted. He is like a machine you tell him what you want and he stops at nothing to make the magic happen, and that why I started calling him the magic man. Maybe because he was and still is a A.S.E. master certified Auto-Technician with over 15yrs of experience working on cars. So if you have a question about all the different makes and model of all the auto manufactures he is the man you got to go and talk too. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealer ever! I bought a used 3 year old Dodge Journey from this dealer. I had the vehicle back in for service due to the transmission shifting hard and not going into gear properly only a few months after buying the vehicle. Brought the vehicle back to Paramus Dodge Service department and was told it would be fixed. They charged me $250 to make the repair. (Bad sign number 1). They stated they replaced the seal to the transmission, which was leaking. A few months later I have my Journey up at my own mechanic for an oil change. (Never offered any free or discounted oil changes when I purchased the vehicle - Bad sign number 2.) My mechanic was aware of my transmission problems and while he had the truck up on the lift he looked at the transmission. The transmission was still leaking and the service department did not replace the seal, they just put sealant over the leak, which surprise, surprise it began to leak a second time. When I called the service department and spoke with the manager of the service department he treated me over the phone like I was lying to him about what I found. I brought the vehicle down to them and as I introduced myself to him, he said to me, 'Oh you are the guy that says that we didn't do the job correctly.' Your service department didn't do their job! When they put it up on the lift he was even surprised how lousy of a job they did "repairing" my vehicle. I left it with them for a second time, with the understanding that they would fix the vehicle. After they supposedly fixed the problem a second time (Bad sign number 3). We drove the vehicle for about another month or so. Well, the transmission began to act up again for a third time. I called the dealership again, telling them that I would need a rental when I dropped off the vehicle to be fixed a third time and stated I would need another Journey at least or a pickup to haul vacation stuff, since the transmission started acting up the week before we were going on vacation. I was told they had no vehicles like that in the rental department and they made no effort to assist me in anyway. At this point I did not want the vehicle, nor could I trust their service department to make any repairs to my vehicle. When I brought the vehicle back no one was willing to help me in anyway to resolve my problem. All the sales managers treated me rudely and in no way had any interest in helping me out. At one point one of them said to me when I mentioned the Lemon Law, "Yeah good luck with that, it takes like six months even if you try to go that route." The vehicle had been owned for 8 months and had transmission problems three times. THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE! THE SALES MANAGERS ARE RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, AND ARE GREEDY, HEARTLESS PEOPLE. All they care about is their commissions and sales of vehicles. They can care less about the customer. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible place to buy a car or service a car. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!

Purchase was painful enough dealing with the sales people, but vehicle delivered with stainless steel all scratched up from their prep guys and someone had been using the rear flashlight given its condition. Had to fight to get them replaced. Service center staff unfriendly and anything but service oriented. Second recall in 1.5 years, they said they didn't have part for first one and would call me when it came in - that was 5 months ago. They rotated tires with no balance - ride hasn't been the same since. After oil changes there is always grease smeared all over the interior leather and steering wheel from the service tech. Vehicle not the quality I expected with $50k car and won't buy another Chrysler product after this experience.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in July. I had paid for the dealership to handle my plates/registration because I wanted the transaction to go smoothly. It is now November and I am still waiting for my plates. I have been issued an extension on my temp plates once, but they have now expired in september and a second set could not be issued. I am using the car sparingly, as my plates have now expired and I could very well be ticketed for driving a vehicle I am making timely payments on. In short, I showed up to the dealership over a month ago for answers because NO ONE ever returns my numerous calls or emails. I was told that the title had a co-signer on it who had no signed over the car. So I was sold a vehicle that did not have a clean title. I have been tossed around from person to person and no one ever calls me back or follows up with me. I have been told actual dates that my plates would be in only to have those dates roll around without so much as a call. Then when I call, I am either put on hold for 10 minutes or transferred to a voicemail. The receptionist is the only person who ever speaks to me and it is only to apologize that the plates are still not in. Today is another date I was promised. I called and all of the people I had previously dealt with are not even in today!!! This is seriously the most unorganized and unprofessional situation I have ever been in. I am a single woman making payments on my own car. I have a good driving record and am an honest person. I have been driving around for over 3 months fearing that I may get pulled over. I was given a note by Jason Martino (one of many people who promised to help me) that states they will pay any tickets I get... But this is going on my 4th month with no answers and that is NOT a solution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I feel like as soon as they make a sale, they toss you aside and have no interest in helping you. This is absolutely appalling.

Worst experience ever with a dealership painfully bluntly dishonest .Friends, if you read this before or as you are on your way to Dodge / Jeep Paramus, my free advice to your well-being: make a safe U-turn and go to nearby Ramsey Jeep, Route 46 one or probably any other Jeep dealership in the Tri State area for that matter!I signed a sales order with them for a brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport that was available on their lot and as part of the deal, I also purchased a hart top in addition to whatever equipment the vehicle was already equipped with. I also gave them my credit scoring so they offered a 2.9% credit on the vehicle. Deal (that sounds quick and easy but was painfully long, you know those back and forth discussions between rep and finance guys, and sales managers last forever). we shook hands, and talked about the following week-end for delivery. A week after, I come to the dealership for the delivery after already several failed attempts to confirm any credit information rate, bank I could not get anything from the rep, but as he told me over the phone, no worries, there is no trick, everything is ready and waiting for me. OK, lets believe ethics and morality are shared values among human beings ... and in the car dealers sub-specie ... I am all for it.So on D-day I drive in to Paramus, get into the dealership and I get invited to sit down with the Finance Manager, and we start discussing the credit. Surprise! Things have changed and he now offers a 5% rate with Chrysler/Jeep financing . He could not get the 2.9% promised a week before, although my credit score had not changed. I was also accepted by Ally Bank but he would not let me see the rate they were offering but he was obviously marking it up to come to just above 5%, very convenient. So I refused their offer and called my bank for them to make me a direct financing offer. Meanwhile, I asked the rep to show me the accessories (Hard Top and Tow Pack) that they had supposedly ordered for me. He walked me outside the main building onto a parking lot adjacent to the dealership, stopped in front of a small container filled with parts and pointed a Jeep hard top laying on the ground next to it. This was it! A used, nicely scratched black hard top that had been sitting here probably for months just waiting for a second life! I was livid I could not hear more and stay any longer with people that exhibit that level of integrity. I left right away and it took me 1 month to get my deposit back ... Here is the kind of experience this dealership can offer if you are interested ... I ended up buying my car from Jeep Norwalk, for a pretty seamless positive experience....

I will never lease here again - EVER ! So done with this place.BEWARE - you will be charged $130.00 "diagnostic charge" even if having warranty work done - they find a way, trust me.They won't reimburse for a car rental even with the "engine apart" for 4 days and the dealer "waiting for parts" ----- SERIOUSLY ?PS: they might want to use and actual phone system to handle calls instead of the rink dink VoIP pretend phones - TERRIBLE.

Horrible service department. Came in with a 4 month old car with 3400 miles on it with leaking oil. One would assume it would be under warranty (and I even have the extended lifetime warranty purchased through Mopar/Jeep), yet they would not even look at it if I did not put down $130 for a "diagnostic fee". They even stated it could have been something I caused by hitting a pothole without even taking a look at the car. How they could come up with that line, I don't know. Went down to another Jeep dealership and they took it right it no problem. Stay away from this dealership.

Simply put, Route 4 CDJ was exceptional. From the very moment my wife and I called to schedule an appointment for a test drive we felt so comfortable with Carter Stone, our salesman. He addressed everything in close detail and made it his top priority to make sure everything went very smooth. So, as it would be, we realized that it went according to plan. From start to taking delivery we had an A+ experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends, family, and colleagues. For the curious we purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with the Luxury II group. Black on black. Very, 100%, satisfied!!!!

I lost my car in a auto accident, thankfully it was already paid for. I went to Route 4 West Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus where they've treated me with respect and were very helpful in deciding what new vehicle I wanted. I decided and bought a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and I've been smiling since I got the vehicle on July 25, 2014. The people here are wonderful and the salesperson who helped me (Mr. Junior Villanueva) was excellent.

We recently purchase a Chrysler 300 and Leased a Jeep Compass from them. We have purchased from them many times before and were always very happy. The staff there was very polite and helpful. We would like to thank Manny Andujar and Alex Montero for the help and support they gave us. But most of all our biggest thanks goes to our dear friend Mr. Mitra Surojit, he is very professional. He always does a superb job and helped us in everyway possible. We will always recommend this dealership to my friends and family members for the future. We hope to do more business with them ourselves. We could not be any happier.

The statement "Yes we can" is only in their vocabulary until you sign your name and present a deposit. Afterwards, it's "Sorry, we thought we could, but we can't. How about this over here?" Or even worse, like in my case, a complete breakdown of communications. In eleven days, I heard from my salesman once to say "we can't find what you want, how about this?" I made a concession, and he said my vehicle would be ready for pickup three days later, and that he would call me. I never got the call. After six days, I contacted Customer Service. They said someone from management would call me in the next 15 minutes. Two days later, still no call. Three e-mails, and still no call or answer to my e-mails. Finally I engaged the "Chat Online" app on their website and wrote the following: "Considering, that I've only heard from my sales rep once in the last eleven days; that I have been given no information regarding the vehicle we had agreed upon; and that it's been two days now since I've contacted Customer Service with a complaint and still no one has bothered to call me, I am assuming the dealership has found reason to dissolve our initial agreement. With no information being offered to me, and the dealership refusing to communicate with me, I have no alternative but to rely on my assumptions and retaliate with prejudice. Therefore, please forward to the management of Rt 4 CDJ of Paramus, my request for the return of the $2,000.00 deposit I rendered on 14 July 2014. Should I not receive confirmation of the receipt of this request, or the refund in full within the next 7 to 10 working days, I will assume criminal intent on the part of the dealership, and initiate legal proceedings. Thank you. Sincerely, T. J. G."Surprisingly, not more than 5 minutes after I sent the message, my salesman calls and pleads that no one told him I was trying to reach him, and that he didn't call because he still had not found the vehicle we had agreed upon, and that perhaps I may be interested in something else. I wasn't amused. We will now see if my deposit gets returned in a timely manner; I have a very enthusiastic attorney in mind. These people obviously could care less about the customers they administer to, and show complete disregard for the reputable merchandise they try to peddle. Stay away at all costs!!! I'll keep you posted if I have to go the legal route to get my money back.

The level of incompetency at this service center is abundant. The arrogance and rudeness of both Liza and Michael were on display from sentence one. We stated that we were never treated this way at Honda and Michael's response was, 'Well, this sure ain't Honda" That was the only thing that he got right in our two days dealing with these people. I would highly recommend staying away from this dealership. I wish I would have searched this site sooner. liza referred to my wife as 'the xxxxx is here' One look at liza and you would understand her animosity toward a beautiful, bright hard working mom. Liza, I'm sure there are many reasons you are unhappy with your life but please do not take it out on customers.

My husband and I have been leasing a Town & Country from this dealership and Mitra for 12 years "4 vehicles" Mitra Surojit is without a doubt the easiest man to deal with in what could be a stressful experience. We feel he is very fair and honest and treats people like he would like to be treated. I made an appointment to meet with him at 2pm and we were on our way home 'all papers signed' by 4pm. The next morning at 11 we picked up our spotless T&C. As for my 4 stars on the price, lets face it you can never get a car cheep enough. Also through the years we have dealt with Ralph Russo in service, he is very accommodating and trustworthy.

Transmission module had to be replaced, when they said it was ready, I picked it up and went on my way to work just for the transmission to stop working after 20 minutes. After 3 days of refusing to offer me alternate transportation because my new vehicle was having transmission issues (not working at all). I was told from another dealership that they were lying to me about the age requirement for rental (which is 21 through enterprise) and authorized 5 day reimbursement for said rental through enterprise. When I called to confirm this with my service advisor Liza. She quickly and rudely confirmed and then hung up on me. All after having too beg them for a ride home because I live father than there 5 mile shuttle radius.

He was very patient with me and all of my requests as well as very knowledgeable about the truck I purchased. Manny was also very good with my financing. I had a great experience with this dealership and I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

I purchased a 300S from this dealer. I have brought the car back for service for the same issue 5 times. This service department misdiagnosed the issue incorrectly the first three times and failed to resolve the issue the remaining 2 times. Now I am being put at the end of the line like a stranger and being made to wait 2 weeks by this Service Manager before they will look at my vehicle again. Horrible Service! While some employees here are awesome and go way out of their way to be helpful others are rude and don't care that you are a paying customer. If it's all the same to you do not give this dealership your money as they will smile in your face but when the going gets tough they will leave you flat! I will not be a returning customer.Buy somewhere else! Anywhere Else!

I will never go back to this dealer. They lie about what they can do . They offered to buy me out of my lease and Get me into a new car. They said that I would not see any remaining payments from my lease. It took 2 weeks to get the car we asked for. Today we were there at 9 am for paperwork and negotiations and our salesman barely said 2 words to us. 4 hours later we were on the finance office with final paper work stating a negotiated price ( never happened)! And hidden on the final price were the remaining payments for my lease. They appoligized that Leo was not truthful from the get go. Then we were asked to sit down and work out details. Just to find out there would've no deal because they didn't want to budge on price. They are the biggest group of liars. The managers are of no help either. Don't trust them!!!

This dealership is absolutely the worst around! I scheduled my service appointment and I was running late. I called to inform the service department and they told me they could still accommodate me. Let me just say that I live about a half hour away from this dealership so it is a bit of a drive. However, when I got there the lady at the desk was as rude as can be and exclaimed, "Your an HOUR late, there is nothing I can do for you." Then she proceeded to tell me I would have to wait two hours for an oil change. I am sorry but if you could not accommodate me you should have told me on the telephone and I would not have drove over 40 minutes in traffic! Stay away this place is horrible! This isn't the only poor experience I've had, the sales department is even worse. They had me in tears telling my credit is so poor that I can't afford to buy a car. The guy was so rude to my husband that he almost snapped! Very unprofessional! ca

Purchased new Jeep from Carter & also dealt with Manny, Heather & Liza during the process. All were extremely professional and fair to deal with and I was very pleased. Negotiations were fair & I felt that I ended up with a beautiful new GC Summit at a price that was fair to both of us.Financing terms were flexible which in the end sealed the deal.

I went here this afternoon and made a deal for a Dodge Durango. I picked out a specific vehicle and was told they could have it on the lot in a week or so. We decided on a price and verified that that price included everything tax dealer cost etc. We decided on the amount down and I made it clear that I was coming back this evening to buy the car with my wife. When I returned 3 hours later the deal went up $75 with no reason or explanation. Total bait and switch. Mike and Jesse are not honorable go somewhere else.

I went to lease a jeep and after much negotiation we came to a deal, shook hands and gave the down payment. After several hours waiting for the car the salesmen and the floor manager said they made a mistake and wanted an exta thousand dollars down plus an extra 25 dollars monthly, I walked away from the deal. A day later I got a call from the salesman saying they would give me the deal but by then I was already turned off from the whole situation. I called back and said I wanted my money refunded so he asked me to come back so they could refund the money in the credit card, when I got there they said it was too late so they took copies of the credit card and would refund the next day. It took 10 days to get the money refunded and the very next day I found fraudgelant charges on the exact 2 cards I used. Coincidence? I think not! I am filling a police report! Beware!

After having bought 30+ cars over the last 20 years, I can honestly say that Paramus Rt. 4 Jeep as the worst car shopping experience by far. The experience started pleasantly enough along with a test drive. When it came time to structure the deal, however, the salesperson, Paul, kept focusing on the monthly payment, trying to be quite coy about the details of how they came to that number. I literally went onto True Car from his desk and showed him that he needed to be $1,500 lower on a Jeep Wrangler to be competitive. They kept playing that game where the salesman would go to the manager while we waited for 15-20 minutes each time as the "massaged" the numbers. We finally agreed on a lease deal that Saturday afternoon after 3 hours with expectation that the car would arrive from the port by Wed or Thur and left a $1k deposit. Nine days later, we get a voicemail that the Wrangler was ready for delivery. That next morning, Tuesday, we find out that the salesman, Paul, was off for the day. After some texting with Paul, he said that he had to personally deliver the car or he would lose the commission. So we waited until Wed. I asked him to change it from a lease to a 60 month finance. Late that afternoon (because he was so busy delivering 3 other cars), he sends a short email with the new monthly payment and saying that the numbers reflected the $1,500 discount. I asked to see the details as to how he arrived at the monthly payment but lo and behold, his finance manager had left for the evening so we would have to wait until Thur. We finally get the numbers late Thur afternoon and no discount is reflected, the monthly payment was based on MSRP. I called Paul out on the issue and he "swore" that the discount was included. I said if that was true, why doesn't the worksheet reflect it? He also should have known that I am the CEO of a leasing company so I actually understand the math. An hour later he sends me a revised worksheet with a much lower monthly payment reflecting the discount with no explanation or apology, just a request as to what time we want to pick up the car. At that point, I told him I did not trust him and did not want to do business with him. His response was "You don't have to that's totally fine." Not sorry I or my finance manager made a mistake. I left a voicemail for the sales manager that afternoon, but 5 days later, no call nor refund of the deposit. If I had not insisted on transparency and understood finance, they would have "duped" us. Shame on them. Wasted our time at the time of negotiation, car delivered late with no explanation or apology and then they try to dupe us by stressing monthly payment and not the math behind it. After all that, the manager can't be bothered to return my polite request to call me?

I bought a car from here and I am not satisfied. Customer service sucks! I drove 3 hours to visit this dealership and the day I came to look at the car I spent 7hours in the dealership trying to figure out if my credit was approved. After they got my credit situation situated they told me I can come pick up there car the following morning and it will be ready... Certified & cleaned. When I got to the dealership the next morning the car was parked in the same spot and was still dirty. I then had to wait another 4 hours for the car. When I finally got the car the dash read that a tail light was out ( but it was certified and I paid $850 I believe to have it certified) no big deal maybe they just forgot to put the bulb in. Now since I wasn't a resident of NJ I only had a 20 day temp tag. A week after my 20days are up, no plate... Two weeks no plate.. 3 weeks plate finally comes in.. Meanwhile I'm driving around with a expired tag. When I finally get my plate they tell me I owe them $1020 for taxes ( usually this is added on to your loan). So I had to pay out of pocket $1020 on top of the $3500 I left for a down payment. While I was there I got the manager Reggie Reid to give me an oil change. 500 miles later I take the jeep to a CDJ in my area because my fan kept coming on as if my car was running hot. They then told me that my radiator house clamp was broken (due to rust) and has been like this for some time because it was barely holding on. I paid $40 for them to look at it and $70 to fix the clamp and refill the coolant. I believe this is something they should have seen when the "certified" my vehicle or maybe less than 500 miles ago when they changed my oil. My next issue.. When I purchased the jeep I stressed to Victor my sales agent and Reggie Reid (manager) that I did not want the truck if the top leaks.. The jeep has been garage kept since I purchased it and I haven't taken my top off yet(purchased the jeep in Feb 2014) And I only drive it maybe twice a week.. So I'm sitting in the car wash one day and I'm seeing water coming in thru the bottom of my door. Now my carpet is wet and after a while it's going to start to smell. I called rt 4 Cdj and they were supposed to call me back so they can get it situated and fix the problem. It's been about 2 weeks and still no call back! These guys are the biggest crooks around! They're waiting for my warranty to expire I think.. I paid almost $32000 for my jeep and they treat me like s*** and will not return phone calls!!! If you go and they set you up with Victor demand you get a new sales rep. He knows nothing about what he's selling! I knew more about the car he was selling then he did! NEVER AGAIN. -Eric King

It was a very upsetting series of events that I recently experienced while leasing a vehicle from Route 4 Chrysler Dodge of Paramus, New Jersey. This experience followed the lease of a vehicle that the dealership advised me was enroute to their location and that the vehicle would arrive within five days of placing the deposit. What transpired, including the numerous lies, excuses, and dishonesty regarding the delay of the expected vehicle. The personnel of the dealership knowingly and purposely did not tell me the truth in what was causing the delay. When I finally found out the "real" cause of the delay, I was forced to contact Chrysler Corp. Headquarters because I believe the sales staff and management of Route 4 Dodge acted in a unethical manner, and their willful withholding of information regarding this vehicle, for the purpose of making a sale, in my opinion, is nothing short of Route 4 Dodge's Management misleading the consumer. To date this matter still has yet to be resolved!

Went there today with a contract of a purchase from a different dealer ( that I could still cancel because I didn't take a vehicle out of Teterborro dealer ) I told them if they will work with me on a little better deal I will cancel with other dealer and buy from them today. Not only they didn't match the price but offered 2700$ higher one and said my dealer lied to me and when I will go to pick up a vehicle from Teterborro they will give me a different one because they have must make a mistake with the numbers . I went back to my dealer and not only they smiled when they heard that but also threw extra equipment ( side steps worth 495$) for being faithful to them . Paramus? Very rude and disrespectful ! BIG NO!!!!

I was in the market for a new Jeep Cherokee. I had gone to 2 dealers before Paramus. One of which gave me a GREAT price. I was giving Paramus a chance because I think they had the exact vehicle I wanted. The first person I spoke to was Leo. Told him what I wanted, he was going to look into and call me back that night. Never received a call back from him. A day or two later I called and left multiple messages for him, he never returned these calls. I guess Leo did not want my business. I stopped in days later and talked with Reggie. I told him exactly what I wanted and told him the price I got at the other dealer. He asked me this question "did they give you that price with a straight face?" His price was THOUSANDS above this price and said he could not touch it, and that the other dealer was playing some sort of game. That they would make up for it on the back end, not honor it....etc. Is questioning was actually a little insulting at this point. So I went back to the dealer that gave me the previous pricing. Not only did they honor their original price, I got them to give it to me for even less. I got the car for over 6K under invoice. Paramus was not even 3K under invoice. Not only did this dealer honor the price, but the had to get it from another dealer , and they didn't charge me anything for this. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere if you are looking for a Jeep. Paramus is obviously tight with their holdback money. They don't care about selling you something at a great deal, they must have enough people buying cars that are happy with not getting much of a deal at all.....so they are not going to go out of their way to earn your business. Do your research and shop around.

After deciding that my wife and I need a second auto and that it would be a Jeep, I did extensive research online and in Jeep forums to research dealerships, pricing and specs of the Jeep I wanted. I knew I wanted a 2014 Wrangler Willys Unlimited and that I wanted it built for us from scratch. I called four dealerships in my area, with the intention of only walking into one showroom. I called Route 46 Jeep in Little Falls, Teterboro Jeep, Rockland Jeep, and Paramus Route 4 Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler. Both Rockland Jeep and Route 46 Jeep did not call me back, Teterboro Jeep wasnt willing to come close to my price. Paramus Jeep sounded willing to deal and promptly set up an appointment for me and even confirmed via email and text. Im not here to bash the other dealerships, as I know salespeople are very busy and cant always return calls, but for me, it was a deciding factor. When I walked in to Paramus Route 4 Jeep I was immediately greeted, then within a few minutes the sales manager Reggie came over and introduced me to Jesse Lopez. Right off the bat I introduced myself and told him I didnt want to waste either of our time. I gave him the price I wanted to pay based on my research and said if you can do this for me today, Ill leave you with $500 as a deposit and Ill be back in 6-8 weeks to pick the Jeep up. Jesse said hed do what he could, and quickly came back and said yes, he would do it at my price. Did I get the best possible price? Probably not but I also understand that in this business, both parties can be happy. If you walk in on the last day of the month willing to buy a car off the lot, Im sure you could do substantially better, but that wasnt my situation. I believe our agreed upon price left both Jesse and I happy and I didnt need to waste my time visiting other dealerships in the area.I was in and out in 30 minutes. As an auto consumer I can be a very demanding client, I like to track my vehicles and am very particular about the details of my delivery, my wife forewarned Jesse of this and he gladly accepted the challenge, he said feel free to email any time. Over the next 8 weeks, I emailed Jesse maybe 10-15 times, each one of which was responded to promptly, always same day, within an hour. He took initiative to send me my VIN when he got it and also gave me updates along the way even though I was tracking via IAMJEEP and VOTS. I even left Jesse with a specific list of Delivery Day Donts, each of which he assured me would be taken care of and they all were. The only hiccup in the whole process was my Jeep sat in storage during shipment in Staten Island due to some uncontrollable issues, not the fault of the dealership. When I contacted Jesse regarding the delay he apologized on behalf of Jeep, then responded to me as such, I am very sorry for the delay, if you want, I can drive out there and get the Jeep for you, but then I would have to put miles on it (one of my delivery day donts), or just tell me what you want me to do and I will get it done. My Jeep showed up the very next day.In the last 15 years I have purchased cars from Benzel Busch Mercedes, Prestige Land Rover, Circle BMW, as well as two cars from BMW of North Haven in CT. I can honestly say this was my best, and most seamless auto purchase transaction. I did read some negative reviews of Paramus Rt. 4 Jeep, but Im guessing everyones experience differs when buying a car. Sometimes car buyers forget dealers need to make money too. Give Jesse Lopez a shot, based on my experience, Im betting youll have a good experience as well.

I brought my jeep Grand Cherokee in for a problem with the battery kept draining, they replaced the radio saying there was a problem with it and it was a drain on the battery. They charged me a deductible to do this and still was having problems. Called four times to schedule the vehicle to be looked at again and finally 2 weeks later I was able to get a human on the phone and explain my situation again. I was placed with Ralph (service advisor) again and they had my truck for 4+ days and told me it was fixed and again its not repaired. Have left several messages for customer rep.who called me back after waiting a month and will be trying again to rectify the problem again. They cannnot seem to fix this problem but are quick to try and sell you services you dont need or want. Not everyone is an idiot, treat people with respect and get knowledgeable people who can fix the problem the first time.

I have dealt with a lot of terrible experiences at dealerships but this was by far the worst and most unprofessional! It was a huge waste of time (for 3 days). When we arrived we were showed the cars we were asking about (Dodge Dart) but we wanted a GT. They didn't have the car we were looking for but our salesman Joe said he can find it for us at one of their other locations. He took us inside and sat us down to work numbers before even finding the car. Long story short he worked a number we were okay with for a red Dodge Dart GT that was at another dealership. We signed the paper, shook hands with him and the manager Reggie and gave a $500 deposit to ensure that we would get the car. They promised we would have the car by Monday. This was a Friday so I didn't understand why we couldn't get the car brought to us Saturday when the car was supposedly only 40 miles away. On Saturday i wanted to call our salesman Joe to see what the status was to make sure he was working on getting the car to us by monday. I called the dealership 3 times and was put on hold or told that Joe was too busy to take calls he will call me back, but he never did. A few hours later i called and said i don't even want to speak to Joe anymore give me the manager. All of a sudden Joe was available to talk now. He said I assured you a car by Monday didn't i?! I said yes but i would like to know whats in it where its coming blah blah.. is it fully loaded like we spoke of. Then he gave the phone to the manager Reggie and i heard him say "i don't want to deal with these people anymore". Reggie came on the phone and said i will be handling this deal from now on; I said good because Joe is very unprofessional.. he got the deposit and the deal over with so he was done with us. Reggie called me back with details and specs about the car at the other location which i was happy with. He said the other place is closed now so i will have to work on this on Monday i will call you by 10am. If they had started working on the car to be delivered that saturday morning we might have still had a deal but everyone was too busy once they had a deposit and signature. Monday came and i didn't get any calls by 1130am so i called them.3 times they were too busy to speak or they would have to leave a message to call me back .. now I'm pisssseeeddd! Reggie the unprofessional manager calls me back and says Im very sorry to give you bad news but we can't do business with you the car was coming from Allentown PA and it was already sold. So i said we never did business just give me my deposit back.. they said yea we will mail it to you i gave them cash so i wanted that cash back to go get the car somewhere else i am going there today to get a check or cash put in my hand and i will tell anyone looking for a dodge or jeep to stay away from this scam place! I went back to get my deposit and they won't give it to me.. they told me to come in after 6pm and it would be ready at the front desk but when i got there at 7pm they said it wasn't there and the manager wasn't there to give it to me to come back tomorrow..again.. very frustrated with this place lets see what their excuse is today.

I would NEVER recommend this dealership! They are rude, unprofessional and lied over and over about the status of my lease and my new purchase. Management was just as bad as sales, they must be used to losing customers. I ended up going to Rt 17 Jeep in Ramsey and had a great experience. The Jeep I wanted, that Rt 4 claimed they couldn't locate, was ready for me at Rt 17 Jeep in 3 days! When rt 4 had be stringing me along for over a week.

I found a vehicle online yesterday that I thought looked like a good deal. I sent an inquiry over the internet and Jessica was able to contact me and make an appointment for me for this morning at 9:30 am. I got there on time and checked in at reception, along with writing my name on a checking sheet. I even saw my name on a board confirming a 9:30 am appointment. 45 minutes later I went to reception and asked what the wait was since there were sales people all over the place. About 10 minutes later a salesman came to show me the vehicle (Monte I believe), but he didn't give me a card. We walked toward the pre-owned 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee I was interested in, but he immediately started pushing for me to think about a new vehicle. I explained that I had reasons for wanting something 1-2 years old with low mileage, and I already had all my financing set with my bank. Test drove and I was satisfied, so I asked him to evaluate my trade and see what the best bottom line price he could come up with. He took info and then about a half hour later he came back to let me know the car I wanted was priced wrong and should have been listed at $39k instead of $34k, but they would honor the advertised price. He then offered me $2k less than other dealers had offered. I wasn't real happy about that and then the Manager (I was told was named Milton) came over and told me that was the best he would do. I told the sales guy I was still interested but asked if he could check to see if he could get me $1k more for my trade, he went and asked "Milton" and he said he would do it if I financed through them. I asked what rate and he just quoted me a payment number, I ran the number on my loan calculator app and it was about $70 per month more than my own already approved loan rate. So I ask, were they honoring anything that brought me into their dealership? The young sales guy was ok, but the situation was handled poorly (especially by the Manager). Spent 3 hours before they told me there was a mistake! Too bad they could have had a sale if it was handled better.

I bought a Range Rover I was told that the vehicle needed to be serviced and certified. They claimed to have serviced and certified the vehicle (I was charged) but the day after I picked up the vehicle I found a hugh crack in the windshield. The crack goes from the area of the VIN number all the way across the center of the windshield. When I brought this to the attention of the person I dealt with, intitally I got the run-a-round then later I was told that they would go half on replacing the windshield. It should not be my responsibility to replace an issue that would not pass inspection. That is the dealership's problem. Also, I was informed by Range Rover serviceperson that each time the vehicle is serviced the dashboard needs to be cleared with a machine. The dealership does not have the machine, so why would the dealership think it would be appropraite to service the vehicle when it gives an error message each time the vehicle starts. It is not certified if these issues exists. . How can they claim to have certified this vehicle with these issues.

They do not call to tell you if your vehicle is finished or if they need to keep it for several days beyond the estimate. They do not answer the phone when you try to schedule or reschedule an appointment. I once brought the car in for what I knew was an exhaust manifold leak, they scanned it for codes, found none and told me the car was in perfect working order. I asked them to actually LISTEN to the exhaust and they noticed the problem right away and repaired the vehicle. Their loaner policy has changed three times in the past 6 months. They have a rewards program that they choose to not honor sometimes. I purchased the car there and the sales team was very nice and helpful. The service guys are very polite when you are there and they seem to listen to your concerns, but good luck trying to reach them by phone for an update on your vehicle. Im not going to be returning here for service.

For the first time , i bought a brand new vehicle...... the sales representative was friendly and eager but unfortunately, I came to the wrong place. I ordered a vehicle Saturday December the 28, 2013, two days before the holiday and four days before any weather condition . January 6th,2014 and I still dont have the vehicle I purchased. To make it worst I speak to a manager about the issue, as noone had called to follow up on the completion of my purchase, manager claims he will call me back in 30 minutes once he determines what is causing the delay. Of course..... no call back .... I call again two hours later and the manager claims he forgot to follow up due to a meeting with his boss Any boss will understand a 5 minute delay to a meeting due to following up with a dissatisfied customer with justified reasons.. I lost all credibility and I dont think i will ever recommend this dealership to anyone. I will make sure others know never to give money upfront unless the vehicle is there and ready. The lack of customer support from your company , made it clear to me as why I shouldnt have done business with you .

Walking into Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus I wound up working with Jesse Lopez. He was extremely friendly, easy to talk to, not pushy and was always available via my countless emails during the process. When I did decide to buy I gave him less than an hour notice that I would be coming down to sign the papers. He said come on down and had things squared away when we walked in. While I was there he asked if they could check to see if they could find me a lower APR than my 2.33% i walked in with, and they beat it. With assistance from Tim in Finance, i was secured with 1.99%. These 2 gentlemen made the process of buying my first new truck in 10 years a pleasure. If you are looking for a Chrysler Jeep Dodge or Ram, don't go anywhere else. Head down and look for Jesse. There was no unexpected charges on the paperwork. Ask questions and you will get answers.

My sales rep was Jesse. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He was friendly, easy and and listening to my concerns, which was affordability and quality. Jessie was very informative about the ins and outs of the Jeep I purchased. Having owned a Chrysler 300C and loving it I needed to come back to the Chrysler family. I will recommend Jessie to all those who are considering a vehicle. Jessie follow up with a phone call the following day and again express is I have any questions or concerns not to hesitate to contact him.Manny handled my financing. He was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond what he could do for me in terms of getting me a fabulous rate. He was attentive to my financial concerns. He also explained all steps of my financial contract in detail. I left the dealership in my beautiful new Jeep knowing that I made the right purchase.!

Chrysler of Paramus still lives on another planet. I was denied free repair of my gear stick even though Chrysler recalled and fixed Chrysler 300s that were more expensive than mine. I called the so called officer at the dealership who is the top boss' daughter. I am sorry to say that the person recreated the entire issue; never called me but left it up to me to call; and most hurtful of all, denied she was going to ask the regional person about the matter. She said that weeks ago. This whole issue is ridiculous and the officer who is supposed to give care and attention to customers, the daughter of the owner, showed me nothing less than contempt. I am sorry to report that about anyone. jcrosson

Absolutely the worst car dealership that we've ever dealt with.Last Friday, we made an appointment to see one of the used cars that was listed on their website. We told them exactly which car and made the appointment for 7pm. When we showed up right at 7pm that evening, we could barely get the girl at the reception counter off of her cell phone long enough to let her know who we were and why we were there. She tracked down a salesperson and neither of them had any record of us having an appointment. The salesperson took us to his desk, looked up the car we were talking about on their website and said that he would go "track it down". Ten minutes later, he came back to check in and said that he was still trying to find the car and that it could be at one of their other dealers. Another ten minutes went by and he came back to tell us that the car we wanted to look at was actually sold at auction a few days prior. When we told him that it would've been nice to know that before we wasted our evening driving all the way up there to look at a car that they no longer had, he actually said, "don't get angry at me. It's not my fault", and then walked away.As soon as we got in the car, we called back and asked to speak to a sales manager. The snippy girl at the reception desk answered and asked why we needed to speak to a manager. When we explained that we just needed to talk to one and didn't feel like explaining the whole situation to her, she said, "you don't need to get an attitude with me. Now you get to hold." and proceeded to put us on hold. The sales manager we finally did get to talk to wasn't any help at all either. The real kicker is that today (Monday), the lady that we made the appointment with called us back to find out if we were still interested in coming in to see the car we wanted to look at because she didn't know if we had come in on Friday to look at it. I told her the whole story, informed her that we purchased a vehicle elsewhere over the weekend and that the car we wanted to look at was still listed on their website.Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received from any sales establishment. We have filed a complaint with Chrysler Corporate and they said that they would be letting the regional sales manager know about our experience.

Purchased a certified 2010 Chrysler Town & Country vehicle on 7/8/2013. Vehicle had noting but problems starting the next morning. Backup camera (repaired before picked up) did not work next morning. Brakes reported during test drive pulsating, air pressure cleaned the brakes, still not working properly. Brought vehicle back to dealer on 7/13/2013, waited 5 hours, brake rotors cut, could not fix the short with the camera. Told to bring it back. Dropped off on 7/18/2013, dealer had the vehicle till 7/31/2013. There was a short they could not find. Had the entire interior carpeting out of the vehicle, dash board, tail light assembly, splicing wires trying to identify the short. Said it was fixed. Picked up the vehicle on 7/18/2013. On 8/10/2013, vehicle ESP-BAS, ABS & Electronic Stability Program - Traction Control System lights came on. Put the vehicle in the garage, towed to the dealer on 8/12/2013 and still reported the brake problem persisting with pulsating. Picked up the vehicle on 8/13/2013, service manager reported that they again cut the rotors and reset the computer, the lights did not come back on. 8/19/2013, while traveling on the GSP down the Jersey Shore, the light again came on and went off after a while. Returned the vehicle to the dealership on 8/20/2013 with an out of pocket loss of over $2,000.00. Not a dealership of character and integrity. Sad part is that I purchased my 2001 Chrysler Town & Country from the same dealership, must have been different owners, certainly not treated the same. During this time frame, took hours off from work to go to the dealership to try and resolve the problem, they did not return calls on numerous occasions. My personal opinion is to avoid this dealership entirely but that's ultimately your decision. When returning the vehicle today, the Director of Sales had the audacity to say to me, the customer that I was nothing but a pain, excuse me, who sold me the vehicle and did not step up to the plate. While dealing with these issues, I was contacted by the Customer Service Survey Department. I detailed my problems and they assured me that this was going to upper management. Never received a call. Left a message several days ago for the owner, Mr. Ron Jelling who never returned my call CAVEAT EMPTOR

The bad review comes from deceptive salesmanship but mostly from dishonest management. There was at least three instances where I was outright lied to and for the most part dis-respected. All I can say is get it in writing but even then, they point to the contract that says "mistakes are well OK" and point to the disclaimer. I think this dealership gives the brand and heck even the state a bad name. I traveled from PA to find the car and I could not believe how the management staff was rude, dishonest and almost like a crime family. Last the window etching scam is beyond ridiculous in this day and age.

This dealership should not even have a website. They truly have no interest in answering an customer information they request at all. I live over a hour away from the store and was looking to purchase a Certified Grand Cherokee listed on the dealers web site but wanted ask two simple questions. I ask them very simply if they had a exchange policy like a lot of dealership now do? This was a question I guess Joshua is not allowed to answer. He continued to tell me that they will not lose a deal to price. The price was ok or not my biggest worry. I just wanted to make sure that I had some recourse if I picked up the truck and it had issues. If you are a guy like me that purchased multiple cars online do not even bother with this dealer. I even tried to call the store and the same thing the sales guy just tried to get my contact information and wanted to know when I would come see the truck. If they just would have asked I probably would have just given them a deposit, got a total out the door price and pick the truck up.

I purchased a new jeep. Extremely friendly until we went to see finance. The finance manager tried to switch the numbers. They kept us there until 11pm. It took 3 days of negotiating to get it to the original negotiated number. The service department ripped me off with my first service. I found later the same service is provided at other dealers for 1/3 of the price. Don't go there. Go to another dealer of you will regret your decision.

I was lured into their store with a wonderful price. I got this price through their website and a person named 'Mary Green.' I arrived and was told to ask for 'Rodrigo Monteagudo.' Neither of those people was available (if they even truly exist). I placed my quote down with the salesman and said I was ready to buy the car for that price. Suddenly the car was 'sold 3 days ago.' Yet it remained on their website - and still remains to this day (over 1 week later)! I asked about a comparable car that was listed as in transit on their website and, as it was exactly the same car, I said I'd buy that one right away for the same price. Suddenly the price jumped 4,000. The rest of the encounter (with Reggie and then the manager behind the front desk) involved bargaining down to well above the initial quote and then trickery to offer me rebates that weren't even applicable to that car. Of course, I only found out about that when the contract was to be signed and the price was much higher than negotiated. I ended up walking out and then being treated inapproproately on the phone when one of them called me the next day. Overall, the experience was exactly as you have come to expect from a car salesman but significantly more flagrant. I am even considering reporting these unethical people to the Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I wouldn't give them a penny and will never be setting foot in that 'place of business' again.

I had a problem with a 2012 Jeep SRT8 I purchased from this dealership. I was told I needed a new motor that wouldn't be covered under warranty and the cost would be $20,000. The reason my warranty was denied was because there was an aftermarket air intake installed. The dealer claimed there was a piece "missing" from the intake system. I quickly came in and asked to look at the intake system and to my surprise, there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING MISSING from the intake system. Then the story changed and I was told someone must have dropped something in there. I was told to either leave a deposit for a 20k motor or I would get charged for a daily storage fee. I got suspicious and got my insurance company involved. Suddenly the $20,000 quote I was given was changed to $8100. I felt I was being taken advantage of and had my truck towed from the dealership to avoid their "storage fee". I was then charged over $680 for the motor tear down. I was then told that if I got the work done there they wouldn't charge me the $680+ dollar fee. Something didn't feel right. I wanted my truck out of there. Then, all of the parts of my motor were thrown in my back seat. That's right, all the heads, intake, manifold, and various motor parts were thrown in my back seat ruining and stinking up my interior. I have contacted an attorney since neither Chrysler nor the dealer made any attempt to make this right. Now my truck not only needs a new motor, it also needs a new interior and they expect me to pay for it all. Never had an experience like this. Never.

If you decide to use RT4 for your auto purchase, please be prepare with your own financing. Expect not to have your calls returned after leaving multiple messages, especially if they owe you money. First, I was a victim of bate and switch. They advertised a low APR less then 2%, but when Timothy came back with my paper the interest rate jumped up to 3.4%. They stated that I could not combine certain rebated with the offered low APR. So within 30 day I refinanced their loan thru my own bank for 1.4%. They offered me GAP insurance for $800 which I could cancel with no penalties within 30 days. Again I was able to secure GAP insurance with my own bank for much less. It took Multiple unanswered called to Timothy, Marilyn, and Diane in order to secure the proper paperwork to cancel the gap insurance and almost 3 months to get my full refund back.

I bought a new car here in Sept 2011, and was pleased with my Sales Rep Jessie Lopez. Unfortunately, my rear wheel tires became bald at less then 12,000 miles. The Service Specialist Dennis Packes immediately stated that it was "my driving habits" the caused this. He had no other explanation. He didn't even take off the wheels to check rear end after I told him that it seemed tight. I'm a 40 year old married man with a limited income, and 3 children. I'm in no financial position to buy cars and simply beat them. This will be the last time I buy a car from this establishment because they simply do not stand behind their product. All I've ever bought in my life were Chryslers and never had a problem with Service Tech like this. Shame on them.

First off let me just say this was hands down the best car buying experience if had yet. Maurice was a great, friendly sales person. Very down to earth. We came in on a Tuesday looking for a Ram Sport. They had just sold the last one they had so he showed us what they had coming in. He spent the time and went over all the details it had that were different than the other model that was just sold. He said it would be arriving in about 2-3 days which is exactly what happened. I have had past horrible experiences at other dealerships where they say one thing and something else happens, very glad this place was true to its word. Maurice gave me a call a soon as it got off the truck. We had just moved from NYC back to NJ so I didn't have a car to get to the dealership, he came and got me in my new truck and we went back and finished up all the paperwork. I highly recommend this dealership and Maurice.

On 1/11/2013 I bought two cars from Nissan Dogdge - a Nissan Altima 09 and an Honda Odysessy 05. I left the dealer at 10pm and returned the next morning at 9am because the Honda was making strange noises and the airbag lights were on. I left the car in the dealership until next Friday and a week later I went to pick up the car and I was told the car was fixed - however the next morning I went back with the car because not only was the airbag light on AGAIN but now also the transmission light as well; and the car was still making noise. I called Monday multiple times and nobody answered the phone the same happened on Tuesday and Wednesday. Finally on Thursday I personally went to the dealership again where to I spoke to John Picory and according to him they had shipped the car to Honda and the car had various problems with a fix of over $1,400 which they wouldn't completely pay for they required me to pay $500 CASH, NO checks, NO credit cards, hard CASH. On Friday I picked up the car again, and that very same night the light was on AGAIN. I called John Picory several times and he didn't answer so again I personally went to the dealer. He was very unwelcomming and angry saying he was cleaning snow outside and didn't have time for me. Once inside the dealer John and his manager Dean approached me and essentially kicked me out and told me You have to leave the premisses because We don't have time for you. Dean also mentioned things will be done how I decide it or else they won't be done and leave. This was done in front of various workers and customers and I felt not only embarassed but threathened. I know that the car is damaged but I refuse to return back mostly out of fear. I felt abused by Dean although I've bought more than 6 cars from that dealership in the past. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My overall experience dealing with this dealership was very bad. The first day that I went to this dealer, I dealt with Mitra Surojit who proved helpful initially. However, as soon as I had made the decision to buy the car things went downhill quickly. There were numerous issues even before I signed my papers such as1) I had been quoted a price when I went to test drive the car, and all the calculations had been done including the documentation. When I went back to sign the papers, the numbers had increased all of a sudden. It was only because of our diligence this was spotted, and no one had any answers to this. They rewrote the contract and put back the old price2) We had explicitly told them that as it was a working day, we did not have a lot of time to spare when coming to sign the papers and pick up the car, and we were promised that the entire thing would be done in an hour. In the end when we went there we were forced to wait for 3 and half hours and only got it done due to us pushing the salespeople.3) Another big issue came up with the rebate I was supposed to get for hurricane Sandy. I had provided them a check to be voided once I gave them a letter from my insurance company. As my previous car which got totaled was old, I produced a letter from first my towing company, then a fax stating the insurance company had updated my policy with my new Dart due to my car being totaled. This was deemed acceptable, until two days before I got my license plates when they suddenly needed a letter, and refused to give my plates unless I provided the letter or surrendered the check. Eventually I had to give up the check and lose the rebate.4) We were promised that the title would be only in my name even if there would be a co-signee, but as soon as it was co-signed they said there was no way that it would only be in my name.5) Lastly, they promised us a full tank of gas which, however when we got the car we only received half a tank, which was frustrating due to the fact that gas was quite hard to get post Sandy. All of these issues combined to make it a very bad experience for us in this dealership.

My 2012 Dodge Journey was purchased in April of 2012. In October, I had to return the vehicle for servicing to repair the "arm controller". I was denied a loaner because I hadn't purchased the rental option at the time of the sale "well, ok". Prior to calling in for service on the issue w/the arm controller, I had informed the service dept. that a reflector light had came out in the rear of my vehicle and I wanted someone to look into this issue, because the other one was loose. Well on the date of my service appt for the arm controller, I was informed that the Service Mgr. Steve Bradt had denied the claim of warranty and I was responsible for replacement. No other explanation was given to me, except to say that the reflector light was not a covered part and when/if I ordered the light it would look different- so if i wanted them to be the same i would need to order both. On this day, 10/18/12 I drove to visit Mike Tandurella (General Mgr)who did take the time out to hear my concerns, asked that I follow up with him on Fri. 10/19/12. Mr. Tandurella was called on that day and several times after to no avail. I tried again on 11/13/12 to reach Mr. Tandurella, left a message with Atica and was told that if I didn't hear from him by 4:00pm to call back on 11/14 and so I did. On this day 11/14/12, I asked for Atica whom informed me that my information had been forwarded to Lee Rivera (Sales Mgr)who was busy at the time so i left a message and he did call me back. The conversation was brief, frustrating and un resolving. During this conversation and after explaining my ordeal to Mr. Rivera i was told that this didn't sound like something that was 'covered', I again explained that my vehicle had no damage and the light was missing by no fault of my own he in turn stated to me that it could have been stolen and they "dodge" would not be replacing it. I asked Mr. Rivera "so you mean to tell me that once you sale a vehicle to a customer its to hell with them? Mr. Rivera responded by saying well something like that." I said thank you and ended the call. It is unbelievable how many people I had to speak with about this issue and its been almost 4weeks and still no resolve. Ive always heard about dealerships being dishonest and untruthful but this is downright dirty. Shame on you

I arrived at Paramus Rt 4 Chrysler by chance and I am so glad that I did. While looking for a new car online to purchase I found the Chrysler 200 to my liking. I visited another dealer at first and they seemed uninterested in selling me a car it was like I was disturbing them, they did not even take my name/number and I left rather dejected. While driving home my girlfriend recalled that there was a Chrysler dealership on Route 4 in Paramus. It was late, dark and almost closing time but we headed over anyway. As I said I am glad we did. We were greeted as we entered the showroom and a salesperson was found for me. I met Mitra, who despite the late hour and darkness was willing to speak with me and show me the Chrysler 200 that was on your lot. He was very gracious, we exchanged numbers with a promise to return another day earlier and in the light. A few days later we spoke on the phone and made an appointment for me to return. Prior to my return, Mitra asked me what features were I looking for in a new car and what was important to me. When I arrived for my appointment, Mitra showed me the car and it was perfect. I left that day with my new Chrysler 200 and I could not be happier. Mitra is wonderful and everyone I met at the dealership was courteous and friendly.

I purchased a used vehicle from them with most of the negotiations and such being handled over the phone as I would be traveling from Ohio to pick up the car. I had zero issues with the condition of the car once I finally saw it and there were no surprises on my drive home.My only two things worth mentioning that kept me from 5 stars were that there was what I was told was a misprint between the listed mileage on their website and Autotrader versus the actual mileage of the vehicle. It was off by 1k miles which isn't a huge deal but worth confirming before deciding on a price. It wasn't discovered until I was faxed a purchase agreement while finalizing funds/paperwork at my bank. Yes it's in the disclaimers but it still isn't a great feeling when it happens regardless of being 1k or 10k miles. The other issue was that I was asked to pay $199 for a security window etch which was listed on the purchase agreement as optional but I wasn't presented with this choice. I was originally told that it was already done and couldn't be taken off. It was explained to me that this is nearly standard in NJ due to the high rate of stolen vehicles but with me being from Ohio where this isn't necessarily an issue I would have passed on the service. It was resolved in the end but had it been handled earlier it would have allowed me to go with the 5 star rating.Overall I had a good experience with Jesse and Rob as well and if the right car presented itself at this dealership again, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it.

Toan was honest, personable and bent over backwards to get me the vehicle I wanted. Didn't have to listen to any typical salesmen BS crap. What a pleasure!

Mitra was courteous and friendly. We discussed my needs and what type of vehicle I was interested in. Once Mitra understood that I wanted to lease a Town and Country he was able to get me a deal that I was very satisfied with. No hard sale, just a nice guy. I would do business with Mitra again and would recommend him to my friends and family.

I have leased four vehicles from this dealership over the past ten years. I have always been very satisfied with sales and service. I have never had an experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. Last November I visited Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Paramus to see about leasing a new Journey. I still had 11 payments to go on the 2010 Journey I was leasing at the time. I knew it was a long shot, but it never hurts to try. At that time I met Mitra Surojit for the first time. He made an honest effort to crunch the numbers, but told me it wasn't possible. He was up front with me and didn't waste my time. I returned just last month in reponse to a Memorial Day weekend sales event. As soon as I walked in, Mitra remembered me. He still had notes from our first meeting six months earlier! He thought we could do something. It took a little haggling, but we finally settled on a car and a price. Mitra didn't try to sell me a car I didn't want. He never seemed frustrated with me, even after a couple of "false starts." His service was personal, and he had a great attitude throughout. I'm a happy camper.

I had just had a terrible experience at a different dealership, and was expecting the same, BUT, Rafael was so courteous, friendly, and helpful. He didn't try to sell me a car, he showed me my options, based upon my price constraints. It was such a pleasure, so easy and even had a few laughs. Amazing!I got a Grand Cherokee, and just love it!Rafael is a terrific salesperson. Thanks!Debra

I give this dealership a Yes to recommend with caution. Time to write an up-to-date status report on my previous reviews - Turns out when you write an update, they remove the previous posts and they blocked my previous review from updating so now that I have my car, Here's the story. I purchased my Jeep and was told it would be ready on a Tuesday morning. Special work was required per my purchase. Work on my car was to be done on the Monday, the day before I was to pick up the car. On Tuesday I arrived all happy to be picking up my new car. No car. I stormed out when they could not supply a date that I could have my car. This created a huge problem since my insurance on trade-in expired that day and I already had my refund check so asking for an insurance extension was out of the question cause they would have to write a whole new policy for just a couple days. I now have no car. I was also to receive a check with my new car since my trade-in was worth more. I was then told I would not get my check with the car and that it will be mailed later on. Not acceptable. No check, no car I told them and since there was no car anyway I'm now in limbo again. I give this dealership a negative on communicating with their customers. I give them a negative even though the salesman who happens to be great, has no idea what's going on. Turns out the work on my new car needed to be done at a better facility in order that I get the proper work. Had they explained this to me on Monday and we would not have had any problem in the first place. Today is Wednesday and the check that was supposed to be delivered with the car arrived so even though others complained about not getting checks for months, and why I said no check no car, my check arrived before they had my trade in and I also still had my trade-in car so they were now trusting me. I called to let them know the check had arrived and this is when I found out the reason my car was sent to another facility. I still had no car but they said it would be here this week and now they will even deliver it to me at my home and pick up the trade-in since I cannot safely drive my car with no insurance. In the end, things are not as bad as it seemed and they are working to solve things but they sure had better improve how they keep their customers informed. Having said all of this in a very long review, go ahead and go here is my recommendation but just be cautious and make sure every single detail is explained even if you have to annoy them with questions and get it in writing. UPDATE I'm now sitting here on Friday morning waiting for the delivery of my car that supposedly was ready yesterday afternoon. Still not here. I called and salesman is out with his coffee and cigarette while I wait and no word and no call back. This dealership is sooooo bad in satisfying their customers and I'm so angry I could spit. I did on my third call reach my salesman and found out the car was in detailing. By 2 p.m. I had my new Jeep wrangler and it is perfect and I do love it. Very quickly my license plates came in so I went and had them put on. Naturally, I am now happy. I have my new car. I love it. Had I ordered a car it would have taken 6 weeks to get. In the end it only took about 10 days to get my new car and the real problem with this dealership is communication between them and their customer so on that level they get a big negative but I must say on other things, they are OK to Good. I still say try them but be cautious. They did end up working with me which is important. they tried to satisfy my complaints and they did do that. All things are now fine - as long as I have no future problems I must battle with them with the car itself. I'm just unhappy that what was supposed to have been a super happy Tuesday picking up a new car turned into a very unhappy event. Friday afternoon was happy when car arrived, but it was lacking the initial excitement we all expect when getting a new car. The unnecessary handling of this sort of burst the bubble.

Shopping for a 2012 Dodge Durango either Citadel or R/T. My The sales rep for the dealership was Hector. He was was very knowledgable salesperson about the vehicle I had interest in The dealership asked me to put a $500.00 deposit on the SUV that I was considering purchasing. The vehicle was a demonstrator that was driven every day by one of the managers. I told the dealership I needed a few days before I would make a decision to purchase that SUV. The salesperson and the dealership were comfortable with that time period. I informed the dealer 4 day later that I decided not to make the purchase at this time and requested a refund of my deposit. The deposit was charged against my card on 12/05/11. It is now 12/27/11 and after 2 requests I have still not received the credit to my card.

After test driving a car, I was called every two days asking for comments, questions, and if the could make a deal. For someone who works, this can become very annoying, which it did. When the Sales Manager came to talk to me about financing the car, he abruptly said, "How do you like MY car?" They completely were unable to see that that was not the type of person I am nor am comfortable with. I tried leaving but it was impossible. I ended up leaving eventually with a headache and with a future of many phonecalls and voicemails. FYI-they will call from multiple numbers if you try to ignore them.

Hi, I purchased a chrysler town & country back in late june of 2011 and the person that I dealt with was Carlos Santamaria and the receponist couldn't given me anyone better. Carlos is very profesonial, very fair, very kind, and a respectful person. My problem is with the programers for the keys that you guys have there, They are horrible. I have gone over there 4 times now and still til this day I still dont have my second key because it seems like they dont know what they are doing. I am very, very, very upset and dissapointed with them. I have taken days off from work which I dont get paid for and also I have to pay a babysitter to watch my kids so I can go over there and I dont think it is fair to me. Each time that I have gone over there I spend all day over there from 8 am til 4 pm for nothing because my key could never be programed for whatever reason, there was one time that they tried to program a dodge key and mind you I have a chrysler. So this is why I rated this place the way I did, you guys need more people like Carlos the best dealer you guys have there. Well if you guys have any other questions please feel free to call me anytime at 347 680-6082 and my name is Julio. Thank You

If you want to grossly overpay for a routine service, this is the place to go. If you want to have completely unnecessary service, this is also the place to go. We had a bad experience the first time we went, and I cant believe we actually gave them a second chance. We did not purchase the Jeep from this dealership because it only recently started selling Jeeps, but we were quite happy when they opened near our home so we didnt have to travel as far for service. Episode One in April 2011: We brought in our new Jeep Wrangler for its first oil change, and I followed in our 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser to pick up my husband. The Toyotas battery died in the Jeep dealers parking lot. The sales department told us the service department could replace the Toyotas battery, so we left it there overnight instead of the Jeep. The next day, the service department called and quoted us a price for the battery, but also told us the Toyota needed a system flush I believe the cost they quoted was several hundred dollars. I was skeptical because the Toyota had a routine service visit not even a month before at the Toyota dealership. I asked the Jeep dealer to simply replace the battery, nothing else. I called the Toyota dealer which has cared for this 12-year-old vehicle for many years - to question them about this, and they told me they would never recommend a system flush on a vehicle this old unless there were serious engine issues. Since the Toyota is still running beautifully, I have to believe that the Jeep dealer was looking to make some quick bucks. Episode Two in August 2011: The Jeep now has 14,000 miles, so we left it for an oil change and tire rotation, and I marked on the drop envelope 15,000 mile service in case it needed anything else. That was the biggest mistake ever; it opened the door for them to do a hugely expensive service. Ralph from the service department called us around 7:30 a.m. the next morning and quoted a price for the 15,000 mile service. My husband heard $49 asked Ralph to repeat the amount because it seemed high for an oil change and approved the service. Later that morning, Ralph called me at work and I asked for the total due. He told me it was $497.94, and I almost laughed. I asked him to repeat the amount, and when I realized what he said, I asked him what kind of service they did to the Jeep?! He gave me a laundry list of things that take place during a 15,000 mile service, most of which a mechanic would offer gratis during an oil change. My husband and I immediately left work and went to speak in person to the service manager, Steve Bradt, giving him the opportunity to do the right thing for a customer. In sum, Steve was dismissive and at times quite arrogant. He called in Ralph, who said he told my husband that the $49 he quoted that morning was the 10 percent discount they offered off the total cost. When my husband insisted he would NEVER have approved a service that cost almost $500, Ralph became extremely defensive. Steve defended Ralph, and repeatedly told us Ralph has been a loyal long-time employee. Ill bet they love him, because he is a master at ripping customers off. Three hours of work was needed on a one-year-old vehicle? Are they joking!?! Ultimately, we were forced to pay the total amount to reclaim our Jeep. Ironically, we had met with a sales rep the night before to talk about buying a vehicle for our daughter. We went into the showroom and told them that under the circumstances, we would never, ever again patronize Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Paramus. We should have learned our lesson the first time. In addition, before you think this is just one bad experience, visit dealer websites such as dealerrater.com or allpar.com and look at the service department reviews.UPDATE: We have since done some research of our own into routine Jeep maintenance. The Jeep owners manual suggests service visits at 12,000 and 18,000 miles. It notes that if the vehicle is used for off-road conditions, then the air filter should be checked and replaced if necessary. According to our bill, our air filter was replaced at 14,000 miles, even though our Jeep is driven around town in suburban conditions, and the Jeep manual recommends replacing it under routine conditions at 30,000 miles. The Jeep manual also states the 2010 Jeep Wrangler has a maintenance-free battery that requires no periodic maintenance. The Paramus service department cleaned the terminals; did a load test; and installed new pads on our battery, according to our bill.In addition, the manual does not mention anything about changing the spark plugs. Although Ralph told us his service department cleaned the spark plugs, but our bill indicates that they replaced the spark plugs. At our meeting, Mr. Bradt handed us a glossy booklet titled Recommended Maintenance Schedule which does not match the official Jeep maintenance schedule. Interestingly, this schedule is produced by The JelMAC Automotive Group a name associated only with the Bergen County Auto Group, which includes Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus. For some reason, this dealership and its partner dealerships feels it necessary to produce their own maintenance schedule that demands far more intensive servicing than recommended by the parent company. When Mr. Bradt handed us this glossy brochure, he promoted it as the official Jeep-approved maintenance schedule required for our vehicle. Our research has indicated that it is not. When you visit a Jeep dealership, you assume you are receiving the official Jeep standard recommendations for servicing. It is unfortunate that this dealership promotes something quite different and far more costly than what is recommended in the Jeep owners manual.

Bought a brand new car from them for the second time (my mistake) a 2011 Chrysler Town And Country. The first car was a piece of crap. Bad trans and brakes. This time, this car has a gas leak. I waited around for two hours the first time and had to scream to get a crap loaner car. Loaner car was dirty, beat to crap and had no gas. They called me later on in the day and told me it was finished. Took the car, and realized that it was still leaking fuel. Sales, blames service, service wants nothing to do with it. Even the people who answer the phone are nasty. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. I made the same mistake twice, and I will never do this again. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

I was approved by the lender but the dealership refused deal b cause they want 3,000 down. Thats poor b cause i am a loyalty customer and purchased many cars from them. They had the opportunity to make a sale but refused b cause of GREED.

Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Paramus is just a terrible place to do business. I hope anyone reading this avoids them, hopefully no one else has to go through the problems and stress that this has caused. I unfortunately purchased what was supposed to be a certified Jeep from them, and it has been nothing but problems since the third day I drove it off the lot.It has been back to the dealer many times for various problems, some of them recurring. After the forth time I brought it in for service I realized that the staff cared little about the problem infected vehicle they suckered me into buying. Each time I brought it in I was given empty apologies and cop-outs like A car is a machine and is likely to have problems. Funny, I have never heard that from any other dealer I have done business with. I then took my case to Chrysler Customer Assurance. After several conversations with a customer service representative I was advised to call the dealer and deal directly with the general manager. I called on four separate occasions and asked for the general manager, Mike Tandurella, and each time I was told that he was in a meeting. I left two messages for him, and never received a reply. After my failed attempts to deal directly with the general manager customer assurance gave me yet another empty apology and said there was nothing they can do. Now I am stuck with this piece of junk until I can afford to trade it in.

This dealer owed me a substantial amount f money for a warranty refund for over four months. They NEVER returned calls and if I was lucky enough for the corporate office to answer the phone, they lied and said the check was cut and mailed. Even the GM NEVER returned my calls.

Very accommodating to your needs and helpful making sure you get a loan for the car. Cars are in wonderful condition - made sure there were new tires and brakes are in top condition. Can't believe I walked out of there with a car less than 3 days after looking at it. I purchased a 2010 Elantra with 9 years left on the warranty which I like very much. Met the Service Center - Vinny covered everything. Couldn't ask for better service by everyone. I would recommend Hyundai to anyone looking for a car.

Overall, I enjoyed my new car purchase from this dealership. Vinnie my sales person was friendly, answered all my questions, and had alot of product knowledge he shared with me. I went to other dealerships to compare prices and customer service levels, and found the "Guys" at Paramus to be the best, and thats why I bought my new car from them. It really is a nice dealership, It's clean, friendly, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a new or used car. Thank you, Mark Post, A very happy new Hyundai owner.

Was very happy with Jack-salesperson. Did not appreciate that the dealership quoted me a lease on a 2011 sonata and told me it would be available. The dealership ran out of 2011 sonatas so I had to lease a 2012 sonata at $25/mo more. They would not honor the price on the 2011.

Phone was always answered politely and my call directed promptly. Felt welcomed by the sales staff as they were social, good listeners, friendly and open for all if my questions. Paperwork was completed in a timely manner and financier was efficient and responsive to my sales needs. Staff never lost their patience with me and my 2 year old and fussy newborn. Minivan was cleaned and ready to go when promised. I am still waiting for a few accessories but otherwise would definitely buy here again.

Having had less than favorable experiences in the past with other car sales staff and dealerships, I was pleased to discover that Mitra was friendly but low-pressure. It was clear that his goal was to realize a fair and favorable deal for all involved. I appreciated his humor and candor. It is clear that he is interested in repeat business, not the quick and sleazy fast buck. Thankfully, when we finalized the paperwork with the finance office all was in place as promised. That is as it should be.

I walked into the dealer with no intention to buy the first go round, just browse. I knew my credit score was not up to par. I informed The manager Mike of my current credit and financial situation. He did not shun me or act deterred. He never made me feel like I couldnt get a car from this dealer, unfortunately as some other dealer do. Instead he made me excited and confident that he can help me get into a new vehicle. He introduced me to Manny, a sales rep, who had the same optimistic attitude, he listened and worked with me. We test drove the vehicle, which was a plus. The negotiation was smooth, fast and easy. Furthermore, I am pregnant and must say that every person at that dealer either offered me a seat or water. Everyone was frienly! Finally, I went to Wil for my closing of the sale. He was so helpful and descriptive. I got my GAP insurance through him. Another super friendly, super helpful guy. He helped me get the payoff of my old car. Both Wil & Manny helped me with my new insurance. I felt like all the work was done for me and it was so easy. I would never even take the time to write, except for the fact that I was floored by the excellence in service. I have already spread the word to so many of my friends, family and co-workers and intend to get our second family vehicle from the sales team this fall. Thank you all again!

Service at this location sucks! I previously got my Jeep serviced at the facility across the highway, but which has since been taken over by Hyundai. Unfortunately, the service manager I dealt with in the past did not move over to the consolidated location. The service personnel at this location do not know what customer service means. I recently went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. During the course of service I had asked for a status on my vehicle. I was told at the 1-hour mark that it would be 30 minutes or less. The 30 minutes went by and still no Jeep. I asked again and was told, 10 more minutes. Well, you guessed it, that 10 minutes came and went and still no Jeep. It took a total of 2 hours to get simple service. And the kicker, I later discovered that a pair of expensive sunglasses I left in my Jeep were missing. I subsequently contacted the service personnel, which took a few attempts as no one returned my initial calls. I received an email, only after I submitted a complaint on the dealership's website, stating I would be compensated for my loss. Well, that was yet another empty promise made by the less than honest employees at this dealership. I would advise that if you venture to get service here you take ALL of your belongings out of your vehicle and bring a good book, the wait will be a long one!

I was shopping around for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. This was the second dealership I had initally gone to. (Note: I knew exactly what I wanted. I was shopping for price.) The dealership was a zoo. There was loud, obnoxious music playing. The sales representative I dealt with, Mike Hickey, was unprofessional. He was very pushy and continuously kept offering me deals that I was not interested. For example, I told him EXACTLY what I wanted. I told him I absolutely wanted the navigation. He told me to buy a TomTom and it would be cheaper. He continuously was offering options such as having the dealer "take out" the navigation to lower the price. He was just not getting that I knew what Jeep I wanted. I wanted this dealerships price. He kept playing the whole back and forth game with the price. This was at the end of 2010 and I knew he was trying to make his quota. I told him he could call me if he got the price down. I ended up walking out of the dealership. He called me two months later to "follow up" and told me my paperwork got lost. I explained that I was in the process of getting the Jeep from a different dealership. He asked me what I was paying for it, and I told him, and he confidently assured me that if I came into the dealership the next day, he could beat the price. I scheduled an 11am meeting with him for the following day. When I arrived, Mike said he was too busy to assist me but introduced me to this other sales representative. Mike told me he explained what I wanted and everything to this new person. (I dont recall his name.) Well, when i sat down with this sales person, he knew NOTHING. I had to start ALL OVER again and this man was just as unprofessional as Mike. And again, with the back and forth nonsense I was not interested in. This time, offering me less miles and different colors than I had stated. After this sales man realized that I was not going to entertain this bs, a "manager" came over. The manager was the only one dressed appropriately, and that really isn't saying much. The manager flat out told me he could not beat the price I had gotten from the other dealership and that I should just go there and get it. A week later, the sales man I dealt with called to tell me that a "man came in after me and the manager gave him a better deal than I had asked for so he was calling to ask me to come back to the dealership." I told him exactly what I thought of this dealership to say the least. I did go to another dealership when I left this one, and they did beat the price! So I do know that Paramus jeep could have beat the price I came in with. Overall, I would NEVER recommend this dealership. I felt that they were continuously trying to pull a fast one on me. I felt that every employee I met was unprofessional. They are liars and nothing but a waste of time. There are better dealerships than this one. BE WARNED.

Everyone at the Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Paramus service center is absolutely wonderful. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I was not just as another client, but a more than anything, a valued customer. Sometimes in a business, there is that one particular person who stands out and sets the standard for what everyone should strive to be. That person, at this particular Chrysler Service Center, is Mr. Pedro Garcia. Mr. Garcia, in a friendly, warm manner, made sure that, not only I, but every customer who walked into the door was taken care of and and their concerns and needs were met. During our wait in the customer service lounge, he made sure everyone was comfortable and was enjoying the choice of movie he showed. Just before I left, we even discussed a suggestion I had for the customer service lounge. He was interested in what I had to say and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. He makes a big difference and is a big part of why I will continue to come back to Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Paramus for my automotive needs. Parking brake repair. I took it in 5 times assured it was taken care of each time.Have scheduled with Midas. They do not seem to know the regular quirks w/ their own brand. They also performed an un-needed repair (that had been done by someone else 8,000 miles earlier.)What a waste of money and time. Pretty much turned on the brand (we have two).We will give another dealership a shot, our previous one, Wyckoff Crysler/Plymouth was swept under the rug with the bankruptcy clear-out. They were far superior to Paramus but not in a location preferred by Fiat. Too bad. They really were five star.We will not ever re-visit The Route 4 dealership for any reason. Just terrible/filthy and disappointing for a brand we have loved and been loyal to.

Went to the dealership after seeing a used minivan available on there website. Coming from New York, we called ahead to make an appointment and to verify that the vehicle was still in stock. We were told yes they had that very vehicle on the lot adn several similar. When we arrive the over pleasantries began but they didn't remember the phone call about verifying if the minvan was still in stock. Max went in for a few minutes and came out and said he was having someone locate that particular vehicle but in the mean time he wanted to show us several others. After showing us the other vehicle, non of them swayed us to not wanting to look at the primary vehicle we came there for, Max went back into the buidling and comes back and stated that the vehicle was sent acroos the street to a partner dealership adn someone put down a deposit, therefore it was no longer available. The old bait and switch routine. We should have left, but coming from NY, my wife thought we could still find something that fit or need for a minivan. We work out a fairly good deal on a particular vehicle, getting them to go down $4000.00 of the listed price, which was to price of the original minivan. Before agreeing we noticed a few things that we didn't like, such missing arm and floorboard cover tot eh middle seats and an overhead light that was out. They said they would fix the issues. Then came time to negotiate with a trade in of your vehicle, and this is where I really should have left. They tried to offer Blue Book value based on porr condition. Absolutely amazing! We had gone into two other dealiership that offerd fair condition. Difference of about $2000.00. Seems like they were trying to recoup the marked down price. They said they their was a humming form the engine and started to justify their assessment. I told my wife absolutely not and let's go. Then the supervison Eric are manager Rocco can out and we both wen to the vehicle, that asked silly questions about the vehicle that they already knew thae answer to. Then they agreed to give an additional $1500.00 for the trade. I still wanted to leave, but my wife thought if was fair, so we went with it. Signed the contract, they said the minor fixes would be done the nest day. We left feeling good.Day 2, return to the dealership. Car was cleaned, but after waiting an hour we were told they need to order the parts and it would be available the following week. After making a wasted trip back to New Jersey we were told that they would give us a gas voucher since we needed to return. My wife returned they fixed the car seat and light, but told my wife that they could not give her a gas voucher. Okay not the biggest deal, but they made her feel as if they did her such a big favor by fixing the car seat and light. Three days after the visit the light went out again. I took the vehichle to my mechanic and he assured me that it was not an electrical problem. He said the light is missing a switch that needs to be ordered. But he said the car needs new brakes and would need replacement in the next month. To verify this I drove a little further up the the Brox to visit my cousin, who is a mechanic. He agreed with the need for new brakes. I called the dealership, nobody was available to take my call. I left a message. Three days later, no return phone call. Then when I call the secretary had instructions to ask that I take the vehicle in to the dealership so that they can take a look at the brakes. Politeness and courtesy out the window, once that got the sale.

Horrible, rude customer service. Arrogant attitude and unprofessional demeanor. My phone calls, letter, concerns, and questions have been ignored. When I finally spoke to someone after leaving a message and calling a second time I could hear people in the background laughing while I was explaining the problem. This is after calling numerous times and being told that the person in charge is not available over and over again. The person I spoke with was condescending. He said there was no way he could help me eventhough it was a mistake on their part. They never reimbursed me for the extended warranty after I returned the vehicle in the conditions that were in accordance to their terms. Furthermore, I feel that they discriminate people that are not native english speakers and take advantage because they think these people won't complain or take them to court. I am very upset with this dealership.

I have a 2004 Sonata, which, I really like. It's a good car. I recently received an recall that the car can pull to the right and because I live in the "snow belt" salt etc can cause the frame or something to break off. So, I brought the car to the dealership (purchased at also) for the recall. Was told should take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Had to call the service dept to find out that THEY HAVE TO ORDER A NEW FRAME--and it will take 2 days for the frame to come in and for it to be fixed. Cannot give me a loaner car because they do not offer it, and also, if I took the car back, if something happened (read: accident) it would be my fault since I did not follow through with the recall. I was told that Hyundai USA would have to approve the rental from a local auto rental shop. Was on hold for them for more than 45 minutes, and was told that if Hyundai reviews my rental, they may re-imbuse me; but, probably not. I asked the service manager to help me and he told me that "there was nothing he could do". Very smug and very condesending. To go back to when I purchased this car, I brought it in for this problem at least 5 times, and was told that it was repaired. After awhile, I gave up bringing the car to them for service since I continually had this problem and was being told that it was fixed.I recommend the Sonata, but stay far far away from this dealership for sales or service.

This sales rep was very deceitful. He couldn't wait to close the deal in one day & let me leave the same day with the car when I only came "to look". In hind site I should have returned the vehicle with in a day! I test drove a "better" packaged model. I had a bad feeling about the whole experience. When I "left" with the car I noticed alot of "perks" were not in the car that Rafi said I qualified for. Now I am being haunted after turning it in after my 27 month lease was up. It seems "I signed off" on selecting a "lower than normal" mileage allowance. The NORMAL is 1000 per month! There is no way in hell I would sign to "not go over" 23000 for a 27 month term.BEWARE BE CAREFUL & I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP

The week before last I brought my 2005 Dodge Durango to Dodge of Paramus (which is a dealer other than the one I've regularly been using) because its engine light went on and they appeared to be able to handle the problem sooner than my regular dealer. But I got the Durango back only to discover a tire pressure light lit on the dash (even though I didn't think my car has that feature), with the dealer at first claiming I did have that feature but that the sensors were missing from my tires most probably because when the tires were replaced many months ago someone no doubt forgot to put the sensors back on. As a result, I called Chrysler's national customer line to find out for sure and for some reason they were only able at best to say they didn't think my car has the tire pressure feature but couldn't say for sure but the Chrysler rep called the service department at the Dodge dealer I'd gone to anyway, and tried conveying this fact, only to have the service manager there tell the Chrysler rep he still believed my car has that feature and the Chrysler rep was wrong. Bolstered after having a chance to check the car paperwork I'd saved (including the car's original window sticker as well as the 2005 Durango sales brochure--neither of which included such a feature--and later my 2005 Durango owners manual which doesn't even include the light in a diagram of the dash or that feature anywhere else, which to my mind makes it clear NONE of the 2005 Durangos have that feature) I contacted the service manager directly, who at best would only go as far as to tell me if I brought my car in he'd have his guys take another look. Unfortunately, I was foolish enough to do so last Friday, and they made me wait more than an hour before telling me the reason for my problem was, according to the warranty records, they said, back in 2007 another dealer had replaced my instrument cluster with the wrong part--and that was the reason the light had come on improperly. But, the service manager added, since the other dealer (no longer in business) had installed the wrong instrument cluster, he was going to find out from his Chrysler rep if they'd be willing to let him replace my instrument cluster again at no cost to me. Later that day after leaving the dealership, however, I discovered my interior dome lights were suddenly no longer working in conjunction with the opening and closing of my car's doors. (They still worked but only when turned via the on/off buttons.) So, too, I discovered a Cargo Lamp light on the dash would come on sometimes after I opened and closed the rear hatch, and the only way to make it go off was to open and close the rear hatch a second time. And while I thought this last problem only began after this dealer worked on my car the second time, my wife told she had experienced the same after this dealer serviced my car the first time. So, on Saturday, when I still hadn't heard back from the service manager (boy, do I now feel like a fool for having thought he would call me!) I called and left a message for him when he wasn't available. Later that day, when he still hadn't called back, I called once again, this time reaching him only to hear him now claim he was considering my tire pressure light going on at the same time they serviced my car a mere coincidence and he claimed there still was no way to know for sure whether or not my car has the automatic tire pressure feature. As best I could tell, reading somewhat between the lines, his Chrysler rep had gotten back to him and informed him the instrument cluster in my car was NOT a wrong part, and thus wasn't responsible for any malfunctioning. So now, he told me, the most he was willing to do was if I wanted to bring my car back once again, they would unplug the battery for an hour and see if by so resetting the computer there'd be any improvement. And, when I told him about the additional problems I was now having, he again denied there was any chance it had anything to do with their servicing my car! So you can imagine how I reacted--and how I less than graciously declined his new offer! But I'm not sure what I should now do or what recourse I have to the damage they have obviously done to my car! One recommendation, however, I can make to anyone reading this is they'll no doubt be much better off going to the dealer I normally use--and that's Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I bet you without even seeing my car again--just from the VIN number (or maybe even without it)--they'd be able to tell you whether or not a 2005 Durango has that tire pressure feature. Or, at least given two times to examine (and work on) the car, they'd be able to say for sure! So be forewarned!!!

Here is part of a letter I sent to Chrysler Corp. and my local Comsumer Protection agency:On June 10, 2008, I was contacted several times by a woman named Natalie Cruz stating that she worked in the Special Financing section of Chrysler of Paramus and she would be able to help me purchase a vehicle. I was really excited to hear this because I knew my credit was not good and I wanted/needed a new vehicle. I scheduled an appointment with Natalie for 6pm that evening. When I got to the dealership a little early Natalie took the information she asked me to bring, which was proof of address, income and employment. She then asked me to wait a moment while a room was available. I didnt hear back from Natalie until about 45 minutes later, only to tell me that I would be speaking to someone else, a woman by the name of Hope Dukes. I then walked into Hopes office only to be subjected to her side conversations on the phone for the next half of an hour. I was privileged to listen to her berate a prior customer, make arrangements on how to swindle another, and bad mouth a co-worker because that co-worker did not tell her that he lied to a customer telling the customer that the car he sold them was fully loaded even though it wasnt and she wasnt hip to the lie. I was even privileged to listen to the conversation, in the office while I was in it, between Hope and another female co-worker berate a previous customer and even threaten the customer. Still in all, I needed a vehicle so I stayed and told myself to just stay alert. I now know what kind of dealership I was dealing with. When Hope finally threw her attention my way, it was finally decided I would trade-in, a 2002 Nissan Altima. I test drove the Chrysler 300 and that evening I drove off the lot with the car and an envelope Natalie gave me stating all my paperwork was in it. By the time I got about 2 miles from the dealership the car started to stall slightly. I looked at the gas and was utterly amazed that there was NO gas in the car (the needle was past the E mark). After I stopped to get gas and finally made it home, I looked into the envelope and realized the warranty information was not in it, the vehicle window sticker was not in it, and the trade-in information was WRONG. Needless to say the next morning I called Hope but had to leave a message. I called Hope again the next day because there were other things that I needed for the car, for example, there was no owners manual and there were cords hanging out the dash board and looped under the passenger seat, down the passenger side door and out to the trunk. I wanted that removed. On Friday, June 13th I walked to the car to go to work only to find the passenger side back tire was flat. I went to the trunk to pull out the spare tire only to find there wasnt one and the hazard lights didnt work. I called Hope again and had to leave yet another voicemail. I told her about the items that were missing and needed fixing as well as asked her if there was a way for me to get a spare key and floor mats. I only received one key and no floor mats on the 10th.I did not hear back from her until the 16th when she called me to ask me for my credit card number to process my down payment. I gave her the number and authorized the one time payment. I asked her about the items that needed fixing and the items that were missing. She asked me to call her the next day to discuss and while she had me on the phone we would schedule a service appointment. The next day I called but got her voicemail. Hope called me back only to ask me for proof of residency AGAIN. Not once did she acknowledge my messages nor did she acknowledge our conversation only the day before. I finally asked her about the voicemail messages I left and she said to fax her a list of things that needed to be taken care of along with the proof a residency. I did this in less than an hour. I stated on my fax coversheet all the things I had noticed thus far and that I would call her at 5pm to confirm receipt and discuss. When I called her back she had the audacity to tell me that she received the fax and she just threw the coversheet in the garbage. I told her we could discuss it over the phone, she asked that I fax it again because she was with someone at the moment. I obliged. After not hearing from her the remainder of the day, I called her on Wednesday, June 18th and again I had to leave a message. I also had to call her on the 19th and 20th and had to leave messages because she never returned my calls. On Wednesday the 18th I also called Felipe Cespedes, the gentleman that rode in the car with me when I test drove the car. I told him my dilemma and he told me to come in the next day and he would have everything ready for me and we would set up a service appointment. When I drove all the way to Paramus Felipe gave me the owners manual, took a spare tire from a car that he was driving and handed me f

My mother had bought a Plymouth Neon 11 years ago from this dealership which a year or two later was recalled. It was supposed to be "car of the year" and should have been called "biggest hole in your wallet." I cannot even begin to tell you how many times this car was in the service dept., prob. more times than it was actually driven. It always had computer problems, stalled out or broke down, sometimes days after just being fixed. It was a brand new demo. She put 60k on it over 11 years. That car should have made it to at least 90k before dying. Our local mechanic, who we frequently took it to when her warranty didnt cover certain parts (which it often didnt) was disgusted with the service depts. quality of work and found 1/2 assed repairs that any "real" mechanic should know how to do. Finally it died for the last time on the parkway and my mother was stranded. She got it towed to the nearest garage and she just signed the title over to the mechanics because she was fed up with it. So we found out there was a "repo roadshow" down at chrysler, We found a toyota carola LE 06. It was exactly what she wanted, if the price was right being it was used she would just buy it because she desperately needed a car. From the second we walked in the building I felt like we were being harassed and pressured into purchasing the car. Being my mother and I are two females going into a dealership "alone" I felt very uneasy the whole time. Each guy spoke faster than the next, all they would say is sign here and then sit there for 2 hours while we just bullshit and laugh at your expense. I thought my head was going to spin because the banker was speaking so quickly when explaining the specifics of the contract. My mom kept telling them "i cannot afford a car payment over $250 this is the deal. They came back and said "298" paying $14,500 for a car that had almost 20,000 miles on it already was the best offer they could give. The interest rate ended up being 9.47% over the period of a 6 year loan. Does anyone besides me feel like we were being royally screwed on both ends for a "used" car? My car was about that and it was brand new with 12 miles on it. They 4got to leave out that it would eventually become 329 a month because of all the "add-ons" like "an extra warranty" and "gap-insurance" that of course is never discussed til the end when you have already signed on the dotted line. She purchased the vehicle at 298--only going home we did not feel right about it. My mom and I took it back today because we were under the assumption in any given contract you have a 3 day back-out period where you could return it. To make this very long nightmare short, both managers' (they are bald and walk like they have a stick up their ass--you cant miss them) were screaming at us, it was so embarrassing, I was uphauled by their unprofessional attitudes. My mother wanted to back out and go elsewhere, or reneg. a deal and they basically threw the keys at us and said its yours, you signed, too f'n bad. I felt so small and cheated after walking out of that dealership, NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP--I DONT EVEN KNOW WHY WE GAVE THEM OUR BUSINESS A 2ND TIME. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. That is the lesson we have learned today. We are stuck overpaying for a car now, that we dont even want. do your homework if you are going to carshop, and walk out if you dont agree with the deal, or better yet bring a lawyer with you. Do not make the same mistake we did.

Do not go to this dealership!! They tried to scam me. I brought my car in for service that is still under warranty. After leaving it with them they called to tell me that it's not a covered repair and would cost $100 to fix. Then they tried to sell me on some other b.s. service that didn't ever need to be done. I told them do not do anything I will pick up my car now. Then John tried to tell me that there would be a $100 fee anyway even if I came and got my car that minute- even though they didn't do a thing!!!!! After telling him that I would not be paying them anything and refuting their business practices they agreed to drop the bogus charge. I got my car back and wasted a lot of time and aggravation with them. Do not go here they will try to scam you!!!!!

Dealership is VERY BAD! Customer service sucks. No one ever calls to let you know whats going on. They had my car for repair for a week and a day and a half later its back up there getting fixed again for the same problem. Oh, by the way when i picked up the car they kinda forgot to put antifreeze in it. I should have learned my lesson from the beginning because i had lots of problems with the salesman.

Following are letters which I sent to Chrysler. <br><br>Today is 3/24/2004, I still did not receive any call about the arrival of the parts :( !!<br><br><br>1st letter<br>---------- <br><br>On 2/28/2004, we picked up our new 2005 Town and Country Limited. When we tested out the "Security Alarm" feature on the first day, we could not arm it . <br><br>Then we brought the car back to the dealer's service center. However, it seemed that the mechanic did not have much knowledge about this new car's system. Basically, he told me that this car did not come with a security alarm system. <br><br>Luckily, I got the help from my sales manager and able to convince the mechanic that this car should come with a functional "Security Alarm" system as the spec. And the mechanic will try to order a new part to replace the old board in my car. They suspected that Chrysler's assembly line did not install the correct security electronic board into this model. <br><br>2nd letter<br>----------<br>By buying a brand new car, I thought I could avoid some headache or avoid wasting time on car maintenance or repair. Ironically, my wife already visited Chrysler Service Department three times for repair service since I purchased the car on Feb 28, 2004 only 1 week. <br><br>This time, I have to tell you my embarrassing moment about this Town & Country Limited. Over this past weekend, while we were showing off this car, my friends and family spotted the Chrysler logo/emblem on the front hood was upside down. They said it could be a good amusement on Jay Leno or David Letterman shows. We paid more than $37k to a car manufacture, who did not know how to put his logo correctly. If you are interested, here is the link http://photos.yahoo.com/lazybutactive. <br><br>Also, we noticed the wiring and electronic socket were totally exposed next to the door panels. On the same web site, you can see couple of pictures showing that problem. Later, we checked out the design of other Chrysler Models like Pacifica. All other models hide the wiring and socket by putting them in a sealed host. Exposing the wiring like that can cause short circuit problem if water get into the system after a raining day.<br><br>The story did not stop here. On March 8th, 2004, my wife took the car to the Service Center because the part, which could fix the alarm system problem, arrived. After spending the entire morning there, we thought the problem was fixed and we were happy. By nighttime came, we turned on the light of the car, we finally realized something was wrong. The reading light of driver side was gone. The light on the entire entertainment panel was not on. The reverse parking assistance function was not working anymore. Then we decided to check out other features on the overhead computer console. Most of the functions were missing (e.g. Sound Horn on Lock). <br><br>Today (March 9, 2004), my wife brought the car back to the Service Center. The mechanic was able to program most of features back to the overhead computer console, except the Reverse Parking Assistance. All the light problem was still not fixed yet. They told us the new computer board, which they installed to fix the alarm system problem, had problem on the Reverse Parking features. They have to order another computer board again.<br><br>Chrysler does not have good quality control on assembly line for a brand new car; Chrysler does not have good quality control on the parts either. <br><br><br>

Have had service work done at Chrysler of Paramus over the years. They aggressively do unneccessary servicing and part replacements. You will go to them for a minor repair or problem and they will enhance your minor adjustment or repair to a major "servicing". The primary servicing is that they service your wallet. Its obvious after a few service visits to them that their service consultants are evaluated on their job performance and pay buy how much they can extract from your wallet. Beware it will happen to you. They are preying on the unknowledgeable customer. One BS thing they constantly pull is to "Flush Your Brakes" for $130. Not add brake fluid, but completely flush your brake system. They try to instill fear that "your brake system may be contaminated" (their words). Of course most people fear losing braking ability and get the job done. Remember their primary objective is to service your wallet as much as your car.

SHADY! That word best describes my multiple bad experiences at Chrysler of Paramus on Route 4. The dealership has a terrible reputation in Northern New Jersey, dating back years! As I shared my multiple horror stories with people, I was amazed to learn how much information people had about the questionable business practices of Chrysler of Paramus. The individuals that work there, from the sales and service staff to the management, stink of that typical car salesman attitude that consumers have come to dread. Although these are my opinions, you are much better off buying a car from people who have nothing to due with the collection of dealerships in question (Chrysler of Paramus, Dodge of Paramus, etc.). Do not be deceived by the 5-Star status they boast- they are not to be trusted!

What’s more, CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP OF PARAMUS of Paramus has been on the market for a very long time and remains the preferred dealership for buyers looking for used cars and trucks for sale. From low mileage used cars to cheapest used cars, there is something for you from CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP OF PARAMUS. Check out the listings today to find the right car for yourself. CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP OF PARAMUS is definitely the best place to buy used cars online.
