My RAM 1500 was brought in on a flatbed at 5:30pm - no appointment - with a shredded rear tire. The service advisor was very helpful and took the truck in and had it completed the next day. The repair bill was really high (2 tires/1 tpss sensor) and he cut me a bit of a break - which was nice. As a result, I had extra work performed while it was there - oil change and rear alignment. Truck still needs front brakes and I couldn't afford to do that with everything else that had to be done. Will wait for a brake/rotor coupon to have that performed. The truck is ultra low miles being a 2009 and having about 30k on it.

I just concluded a great deal with a great salesman - Valentin - and came home with a 2016 Town & Country Touring-L Anniversary Edition. After telling Val what I wanted he went out of his way to get me the exact vehicle equipped with the exact options I was looking for. I had been shopping around - and did in fact go to two other dealers - who didn't quite measure up to my expectations. After a bit of back and forth negotiating on the deal Val came through and sold me the van for a price I just couldn't say no to. I'm thrilled with my new Town & Country and especially with Valentin! I leased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee on 1/29/16 for my wife. At first I was pleased with my sales rep Greg Frey and his manager Carlos Gonzales. After my wife was there 3 1/2 hors with the finance people we finally left with our new vehicle. They issued a temporary NJ plate until our NY registration could be transferred to the new vehicle. The temporary was good till 2/17 which would be plenty of time to get the new registration. After a week I did not hear from Greg so I called and he said he would check into it. I also informed him that we would be going on vacation and needed the registration by 2/12. After numerous calls and texts he finally told me it would not be ready. I was upset but told him to let me know when he got it. While on vacation he finally got back to me and told me the registration was ready on the expiration date 2/17. I asked him to express mail the registration so I could have it on Sat 2/20 and we returned. He told me he could not express mail it because it was not their policy. I called his manager Carlos and he told me the same story. He wanted us to pay the $23 charge for the postage, I was outraged and appauled that I would be responsible because they did not take care of the process in a timely manner. I will not go back to this dealership ever again. They did not extend an apology to my wife for inconveniencing her for 4 days without being able to drive her car. I guess once we signed on the dotted line their job was done. I have been treated better by perfect strangers.

After my separation it was first time that I had to shop for a car all by my self ,I took my friend with me and there we were two ladies in dealership Very careful and almost scared of what to expect!!! We felt very comfortable and in good Hands!!! After we carefully chosen the car it was time for financing there was a problem because my credit score is not very high! My financial manager who's name is KAREEM (unfortunately I don't have his last name ) Has preformed a service that was nothing short of heroism (for me any way because I really needed the car) negotiating with different banks trying to get me the best deal possible!!! I screamed when he came back with numbers!!!! Don't forget not the best credit score!!! I have had many bad experiences with different dealerships, but this one was different and dare I say, the GREATEST! Everyone was so friendly and super attentive. The floor manager Jose Bustamante was very friendly and funny. He took the time to greet me and after some small talk, he introduced me to Monty Joaquin . Monty was super helpful. He found so many different offers that went with my price range. He worked with my numbers and found me a perfect deal. Throughout the entire process I never felt pressured to buy something just because. They wanted the right deal and car for me which was truly great. Once I finished doing all the paper work I met with Will Daan who explained the insurance thoroughly that went with my car. Never have I met such great and friendly sales representatives. I went yesterday with my mind set on finally test driving a car that I've been researching online for a while, the Jeep Cherokee Limited. I decided to do a test drive and Jose Bustamante greeted me and immediately started helping me with the purchase process. He took me to the lot and we started looking at sticker prices and the options, he gave me enough information so I can decide what options I wanted in the car and which ones I can leave without. He looked at the entire stock and compared prices between the SUVs that had the options I wanted and provided me with the absolute best option on pricing based on my demands. After that we started negotiating and he was able to make the process a conversation rather than feeling hustled. He asked me questions to make sure that I qualify for any specials available and brought down the price significantly from sticker. I truly felt like I walked out with a great deal and was very happy with my new SUV. Great Dealer, Great Choices, but overall great sales person. Do not trust this dealership. I leased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. During the sit down with the finance manager, he tried to sell me a service package. He told me that since I am required to change the transmission fluid and coolant before I returned the vehicle, it was worth it. LIE number 1. I took a 2 year 24k mile lease. Those fluids are not required to be changed within that time period. He then proceeded to tell me that I was required to change my oil every 3k miles and that I must use the dealership to do this because it was a leased vehicle, LIE number 2. When I called him out on these lies he actually stuck to his guns and insisted that he was correct. Needless to say I did not get the service package but the disgusting display of dishonesty really ruined my experience with this dealership. After writing this review a sales manager responded to this review and asked to be contacted. i did so and got no response from him. Further more, it had been 2 months since I leased my vehicle and I have not received my DMV paperwork. I have called twice and both times they stated that they would mail it. During my last call, I requested sales manager and was transferred 5 times before I got one. I spoke with Jason Casale. At the end of the conversation I asked for his name and he hung up on me instead of identifying himself. When I called back, I was transferred to a busy signal. So I called back again and the receptionist would not transfer me to him and I had to get his identity from her. I assume he was refusing to speak to me. I was in no way rude but I was complaining about how they are handling my documents and i guess that was to much for him to handle.

Although I didn't buy a car I had a very pleasant experience with my sales person Jr. Villanueva. I came in with a lot of questions regarding the AEV wranglers. There are so many options for that vehicle and Jr. did an exceptional job of explaining all the features and how they work. I was able to test drive a wrangler rubicon even though he knew I would not be buying that same day. All in all I had a great experience and I will be ordering my dream AEV through Jr. very soon. As far as I'm concerned Cdj of Paramus is the only place in jersey to shop when looking for this type of vehicle. I contacted this dealer for a 2008 Chevy Suburban LTZ they advertise, wanted to make sure they had it before going in even know I live 15 min from them. They said they had it and I was there in a few min, after arriving they didn't had it, it was sold the day before. I waited and waited and no one came to show me what else they had so, I left. Now I keep getting calls from them asking why I missed my appointment to test drive the truck they don't have and/or to ask if I want to go check their inventory. Today, almost 4 weeks after the truck was sold it is still listed. Won't recommend this dealer if you're looking for a use car.

If they don't manage to drag you into the showroom....they do not want to help you. All I wanted to know was mileage and price on a used car they listed on cars.com before I drove 120 miles to test drive. They lead me on for four days for a hard to find truck I was extremely interested in and also said I did not need to give a deposit over the phone. Needless to say it was sold for a lot less than I would have paid.

A Note about Angel Vargas assistant floor manager, a very professional and pleasant sales person to work with! Angel went all out to get me the fully loaded 200c with color & pricing. Also I must say the trust factor Angel showed when he said here are the keys take this loner and drive it around for a while and see if you like it, without getting my driver license to hold etc. this I told him made me feel right at home with him and the dealership. The Sales staff at this Dealership was terrible. Our Sales man was Elie Attieh When my wife and I walked in we were completely ignored. Finally I asked a gentleman who was standing by the door for assistance (Elie), he seemed very preoccupied with his conversation with fellow staffers. I asked to look at pre-owned vehicles he directed my wife and I outside and did not accompany us, even though he was not with customers. My wife and I decided on purchasing a new vehicle after learning about the prices on the pre-owned .My wife informed the salesman that we were no longer in the market for a vehicle not to insult him, and he then continuously contacted her to the point that she felt uncomfortable to come to the dealership. We did not purchase from Paramus because of the lack of customer service and professionalism. We went to Ramsey, we are now very happy in our Chrysler 300, car looks great and drives great, for the price and options we couldn't be more satisfied.

Jay Hernandez was my sales rep. From the first minute I was introduced to him he was extremely professional and sensative to my needs. He was very patient with me and all of my requests as well as very knowledgeable about the truck I purchased. Manny was also very good with my financing. This dealer is very friendly from the first time my husband visited we got to walk around the lot and not be hounded by sales people. We visited 3 times and then finally decided to lease a Jeep Wrangler for our son from them. We did not feel pressured and they answered all our questions. Jesse listened to what we wanted and got me my Durango that I wanted with the features I want. I am very happy that I walked into this dealership, because it was a pleasure and I got what I wanted!!

My salesman Ryan and my finance guy, Timothy were great and made this buying experience really wonderful. I have owned many brands of high end cars in my life including BMW, Cadillac, and Acura. Honestly they went out of their way for me and I would buy here again. Ryan not only showed me all my options and didn't try to push me one way or the other based on what was good for him, but also gave me a ride home to bring my other vehicle in which I was trading in. He could easily have made me catch a cab home, as I live alone and had nobody to give me a ride. He was very selfless and gave up a possible sale to give me the ride home. Timothy was equally as good - very thorough with explaining the different packages/add-on's for my car and being a neutral party. I also liked that without me asking he was able to get me a lower interest rate than what I was quoted based on my excellent credit. Overall - great experience.

I have to tell you about my experience!! My daughter and I had a great time from the moment we walked in to the minute I took ownership! Angel in sales was excellent, professional and very pleasant to work with! He made us both comfortable with every step, as a matter of fact from my first e-mail correspondence with Paramus Jeep I knew I was in good hands. The on line process of looking at your inventory from home was relaxing however Paramus exceeded my expectations with pricing/ description and communication! When I arrived to test drive the Jeep,I applauded the pin point accuracy of your web site's description and price! Angel introduced me to Alex in financing and he understood what was important to me, there was no confusion with the numbers! Words do not express my pride in ownership of this beauty, my 2010 Jeep wrangler! Black with tight rims! A flashy ride with a great price. After the comfortable test drive, a little paper work and patience with the banking process, it's now my new little black dress in a ride! Sounds corny but I had a great experience and the color/bumper combination is sleek and sharp! All in all Paramus "Jeep" is still strong and dependable with friendly helpful staff! Thank you for a smooth process. Angel even had the Jeep detailed while we worked on the paper work!!! And filled the gas tank!! much appreciated. After researching the Ram 1500 I decided to try Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Paramus. I was greeted by Jesse Lopez. He was extremely friendly, easy to talk to, not pushy and was always available via my countless emails during the process. When I did decide to buy I gave him less than an hour notice that I would be coming down to sign the papers. He said come on down and had things squared away when we walked in. While I was there he asked if they could check to see if they could find me a lower APR than my 2.33% i walked in with, and they beat it. With assistance from Tim in Finance, i was secured with 1.99%. These 2 gentlemen made the process of buying my first new truck in 10 years a pleasure. If you are looking for a Chrysler Jeep Dodge or Ram, don't go anywhere else. Head down and look for Jesse. There was no unexpected charges on the paperwork. Ask questions and you will get answers.

Absolutely the worst car dealership that we've ever dealt with. Last Friday, we made an appointment to see one of the used cars that was listed on their website. We told them exactly which car and made the appointment for 7pm. When we showed up right at 7pm that evening, we could barely get the girl at the reception counter off of her cell phone long enough to let her know who we were and why we were there. She tracked down a salesperson and neither of them had any record of us having an appointment. The salesperson took us to his desk, looked up the car we were talking about on their website and said that he would go "track it down". Ten minutes later, he came back to check in and said that he was still trying to find the car and that it could be at one of their other dealers. Another ten minutes went by and he came back to tell us that the car we wanted to look at was actually sold at auction a few days prior. When we told him that it would've been nice to know that before we wasted our evening driving all the way up there to look at a car that they no longer had, he actually said, "don't get angry at me. It's not my fault", and then walked away. As soon as we got in the car, we called back and asked to speak to a sales manager. The snippy girl at the reception desk answered and asked why we needed to speak to a manager. When we explained that we just needed to talk to one and didn't feel like explaining the whole situation to her, she said, "you don't need to get an attitude with me. Now you get to hold." and proceeded to put us on hold. The sales manager we finally did get to talk to wasn't any help at all either. The real kicker is that today (Monday), the lady that we made the appointment with called us back to find out if we were still interested in coming in to see the car we wanted to look at because she didn't know if we had come in on Friday to look at it. I told her the whole story, informed her that we purchased a vehicle elsewhere over the weekend and that the car we wanted to look at was still listed on their website. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received from any sales establishment. We have filed a complaint with Chrysler Corporate and they said that they would be letting the regional sales manager know about our experience.

I emailed about a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. 2 minutes later I received an email back. Wow what a timely response. When I reached the dealership I was introduced to John Picorale. The Jeep was pulled up front with a fresh wash on it. John introduced me to Jesse,he asked for the keys to my trade. After I inspected the vehicle I test drove it with Jesse. When I got back to the dealership John had already looked at my trade. I made a offer on the Jeep John asked for a little more then my offer we made a deal in two minutes. It is not everyday you meet a true gentleman in the car business.John Picorale you are a true gentleman . My family friends and co workers will all know about you over the next couple of days. I will purchase every car from you my family and everyone I know will purchase cars from you. Thank you for being so Professional friendly and honest.

The team at Paramus has changed in the last Two months.I started my shopping there in December.After hitting 7 Dealerships,I decided to give them another shot.I was greated by a gentleman John Picorale.He asked me a couple questions,and then introduced me to Gene.John and Gene made my car buying experience a pleasent one they are now my CAR GUYS.My friends and co workers feal as if they know them to.Its all talk about.I WOULD RECOMMEND JOHN AND GENE TO EVERYONE !!!!!

Bought new car St this dealership regret it. Trusted them.Wish I would have read these reviews. My new car....price deal was changed charged 2thousand more, brand new slush mats were replaced with dirty front and no back....no regular mats in car just two dirty front slush mats. When I went to hand wash vehicle noticed dirt on rear fender thought was dirt didn't come out permanent stain. Ended up calling customer service for Jeep....after waiting a week they called and said dealership is owned privately and there was nothing they can do. Wow surprised to hear Jeep doesn't care two hoots about their customers.....

They really know how to treat there customer the worst way possible. Bully attitude , arrogant behavior is there specialty. Watch out people ...... Milton claims to be a manager but treats the customer worst then garbage. I regret that I ever bought my car from there. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Be very Careful when buying a car from this dealership! Once you give them a deposit they add charges. I had in writing one price after I gave them my credit card they increased the price with charges they were never disclosed! BUY SOMEPLACE ELSE IF YOU CAN
