My experience was great. I had a couple of recalls on my dodge challenger that I needed repair. Initially when I called ahead of time to see how long it would take for those recalls to be repaired one of the reps said a month due to the parts having to be ordered. I went ahead and brought my car to the shop to be looked at and to order the much needed part. upon arriving I was greeted by Kenny who was very welcoming and a great communicator. He was very open and clear about my process. Kenny not only went over and beyond to make sure I had my car back within 24 to 48 hours but he was able to get both recalls taken care of and he stayed in communication with me the entire time my car was being repaired. this is my second encounter with Dodge city of McKinney and both times have been great. I’ll definitely be Buying/leasing a car from them soon.

We've gone here twice to fix the driver & then the passenger window in our very old Jeep Grand Cherokee. One of the times, we thought that the brakes needed to be replaced, but after looking at them, we were told that they did not, but another problem had been found. This new problem was minor & cost less than the brake job. They could have simply replaced our brakes as asked without telling us that there was more than 75% life in them, but they didn't. They were honest, helpful, prompt, & courteous. We will continue to go to them for any repairs which are better done by the dealer than a regular mechanic.

Went in for oil change on 2021 3500 Dodge 6.7L Diesel. I was met by a very friendly person that took my information and called a service advisor to assist. Austin was the assigned advisor, and he could not have been more professional. Service was great. I was advised the service would take approximately 2 hours, and was offered a ride home or to work if I chose not to wait. i chose to wait, and Austin gave periodic status updates. The service was completed in under two hours, and Austin offered to wash the truck. I had just washed it myself, so I declined - but the offer was much appreciated.

In and out for oil change and tire rotation. Fast turn around! I feel like they did a good job on my truck. They left the shop mat paper, and the service card in the cab, so I had to remove them. Not a big issue, but during Covid, I'm trying to minimize contact. All in all, awesome!

I had my wife take my Mother-in-Law's Jeep into the shop after her insurance (wrongly) told me the oil pressure sensor was covered under the extended warrantee. Ok, not the dealership's fault. I'm going to do the repair myself, because $425 dollars for what should be two hours of shop time is rediculous. But then, despite the fact I had TOLD the dealership what code it was throwing and why we were bringing it in, they wanted to charge us $120 just for reading the codes!!! I was floored. Rick cut the price down to $60, but honestly I consider this to be unscrupulous business practices. I *already knew* what was wrong with the vehicle. I recommend you don't take your vehicle to this shop for even an oil change.

Today is the 2nd time I've bought a car from Dodge City! Roberto Lozano found the car I wanted within minutes, C.J. not only found the finance for the car very quickly, but even lowered my car payment. Thanks for the great car experience for the 2nd time! BIG SUGGESTION: I bought GAP insurance for the 2nd time because after my 2nd car was totaled, I'm only in a new car again because the GAP insurance made sure I wasn't upside down for $8,000. Buy GAP insurance, no matter what!

Tried to charge me the standard 159 for issues with my car that I knew were related to the computer. I mentioned that my complaint should have been handled by warranty, but could not convince the service person. After some research, I called and found out there was a recall that I had not received. Why was I going to be charged for a service when there was a recall? Good thing I researched or I would have been charged the service price plus whatever else they came up with.

Our buying experience was good. The salesman was good, the delivery was good; however we did not get everything we were led to believe. But, when the truck was less than a year old, oil started leaking into the radiator. The truck was overheating, the air was blowing warm, and the engine light came on. Naturally, we took it in for service. An appointment was made and the vehicle was not even inspected for 4 days. It sat there for 13 days without being worked on.... and no courteousy vehicle was offered. I called and was told that if I needed the truck (needed it to haul), I could come get it and bring it back and it would not lose it place in the queue. Seriously, now it's been 18 days. The buying experience was easy, the service center needs considerable work!

I bought a Hyundai Sonata 2011, i paid full price, they did not give any discount, but okay, we fall in love with the car and they guaranteed that was a great deal and that everything works perfect on the car. We also bought 2 year warranty. The first day i had problems to fill up the gas and something was wrong in the front, there was a noise when i turned right and left. Two weeks later in went to pick up the plates and talk to them about the issues and then the manager said you bought a used car, with xxx miles, we will not do anything. We checked and you need to pay 610 to fix it, because the warranty just cover part of it. Simply they "washed their hands". The worse experience at all.

I had looked at many other dealerships before coming here. They had told me the vehicle I was buying had gone thru there mechanics and was good to go the next day the check engine light came on we called the dealer and they said not our problem you bought where is as is. The ejectors where out $800 dollar repair right off the bat if they had gone thru it as they said that should have been caught. Also they said they replace tire pressure sensors I have found they don't work and when I had said something to Phil Brady my sells man before ever leaving the lot he said they just needed to be drove on yet another lie. Phil Brady also promise to ship me a missing piece from my stereo I have yet to revive it I bought my vehicle in September. When I call to ask about the piece he's never at his desk does not return my phone calls I had to call the manger to even get ahold of Phil and he lied yet again and said he is going to ship it right away that was two months ago. I thought going to a bigger dealership and spending a little more money I would have a hell of a lot better experience. I strongly urge people to think before buying here.

My husband went in around noon, did the credit app and told Lolly what we wanted. Lolly called my husband and told him 72months for $529.00. I had been working with other dealers for a 2014 and the 2015 price lolly gave us for a town and country was even better. Because it was such a long drive from where we were and the kids were tired and hungry I was hesitant to go in at 7pm at night. But We called Lolly twice to confirm that the price wouldn't change.... Of course it wouldn't. Well, once I went in to see the paperwork it was not available (They were waiting to hear from the bank). Long story short price went to $589.00. I was so angry. Then on my way home the "sales or finance manager" called to apologize.. He then asked us to pay $1500 and he could do the original deal that was promised. I told him no, that wasn't the deal. He told me to go tell all of my friends how they are the xxxx of the earth and horrible people. So that is why I decided to write a review. I have never been treated worse by a car dealer. They lied, tried to make me feel stupid for not being able to afford the higher price and even got an attitude when I was unwilling to renegotiate. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PRICES THEY QUOTE. They will waste your time.

Thought I had a good deal buying a used truck from them. But the vehicle had a broken taillight and I was told they would make it good and order me a new one. Well excuse after excuse and two months later, I still don't have it and no one claims to know anything about it. I'll cut my salesman a break because he was sick in the hospital but he ordered the wrong part in the first place and every time he gives me an ETA I run over there wasting both my time and gas money and guess what, it's not there. If you choose to do business with them make sure you get everything in advance or else they employ selective amnesia and don't want to deal with you after the sale. We were going to buy another vehicle from them but instead are going to another dealer. Buyer beware

My wife and I just purchased her new (used) car from Lyon Alizna at Dodge McKinney. Lyon was awesome. We called ahead to test drive the car, as my wife had never driven that make or model before. Lyon had the car out front, running, with the heater on (it was wicked cold that day) when we arrived. Within five minutes, we were test driving the car. Unlike most dealers, we were NOT being beaten up on price and payment information. Instead, Lyon focused on telling us about the car, what features it had, and answering our questions. He really wanted to make sure we enjoyed the experience, and leaned about the vehicle. As we were test driving many (too many for me!) cars that day to find the right one for my wife, Lyon did not try the old "what do I have to do to get you to drive this home today" spiel. Instead, he gave us his card, and asked us to give him a call if we had any questions, or could help us in any way.We were about 3/4 sold right there. The car was wonderful, and we felt at ease with Lyon. But, we did want to try out a few more cars so my wife could be sure. After a day of hitting far, far too many dealerships, test driving far too many cars, my wife ONLY wanted to deal with Lyon, and only wanted that car. So, we headed back to McKinney and bought from Lyon. I need to state that everyone we talked to was very, very helpful. One of the managers kept coming over and keeping us company while we waited for paperwork. The finance guy was very helpful, nice, and efficient, and when I was getting some of the coffee, and couldn't find the splenda (I can't have sugar), TWO salesmen asked me if I needed help, and dropped everything to find me a packed of sweet and low for my coffee. I mean seriously, I have been to many, many dealerships in my day, and the customer service at McKinney is top-notch.

people are very friendly, as it is at any dealership. but the general manager or whoever was in charge that day in the used car lot just was a money hungry man with dollar signs in his eyes. i was stupid enough to buy and am now, not even 6 months later trading in. i was ripped off in my trade and the although the vehicle i bought was in amazing condition, i was lied to about several features and gas mileage. I didn't know too much about car buying and they took advantage of me. I know this describes most car dealerships, but this one really topped it off. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I had worked out a deal with one of the managers for a Town and Country with a trade-in. When I got there another manager took over the deal and said that I would have to pay $4,000 more than originally agreed upon.

I agree with all the other reviews, this dealership is poor poor poor on customer service. I bought a 2012 Avenger from them in May of last year. Like other reviewers have stated, it took almost 3 hours to purchase the car, and I was paying cash! There was no one else in the dealership the evening I went in to purchase the car, but it still took forever for them to fill out the paper work. And, then, they filled it out incorrectly and over charged me by almost $300. I had to go back twice to get my refund check. Also, when I bought the car, they didn't want to give me both of the car keys, they said, "well, we wait until the financing clears". I reminded them, I just gave you a cashiers check for the price of the vehicle-- so give me my two keys. Another odd thing, when I test drove the car on a Monday, it had only 5 miles on it. When I went in to pick up the car on Wednesday, it suddenly had almost 200 miles on it. How does a new car get almost 200 miles put on it in less than 2 days? They couldn't answer how that had happened. The service department is another joke. They don't have free wifi, so good luck doing any work if you choose to wait for your car to be serviced. Second, they take forever and usually don't fix the problem you report. I have taken my car in twice now for the same problem and it has yet to be fixed. They claim they did the work, but it's obvious they didn't replace the window trim or the door seal. All of this after having the car for 4 days. I also need to state, that this is a new car still under warranty. I had to argue with the dealer for a loaner car while they serviced my vehicle. I will be taking the car to another Dodge dealer to see if they can correct the issue.

I just bought a new Jeep at this dealership. I will not go back. It took 4 trips to finally get the purchase finished. They agreed to put power locks on my Jeep, but we have now discovered the power locks only control the front 4 doors, not the rear door. They had it done at an after market shop and did not tell us the rear door would not be included. When I called and asked my salesman about this, he said he "did not know and would have to check and call back." I still have not heard anything from him. The process of making the purchase took absolutely forever and no one ever seemed to have a clue what was going on. They always seemed to be moving in slow motion, no matter what. Every time we were there they said they would have the locks done next time we came in. The third time they said this, it actually happened. I love my Jeep, but the sour taste in my mouth from my experience with the dealership really took much of the joy out of getting a new car.

We initially spoke with another salesman at this location, he passed us off to Phil Brady when a previous customer had returned. Not an issue since we had just arrived. Phil came on strong with some fast talking and lots of success stories. We were looking at 2 different vans. The first one did not have some options that we wanted (silver). The second had everything we wanted (white). The silver van had less miles and more options yet we were told they had the same price. We questioned this and the reply was that sometimes they get a better deal at later auctions and the lower mile vehicle had been on the lot less time. We told Phil right of the bat that we had to leave within a few hours. That didn't stop him from taking an hour before he was ready to leave for the test drive. As we got to the point of just 1 hour before we had to leave they were just finishing the appraisal of the trade, which was not started until after the test drive. While they worked on the test drive Phil checked the price of the white van we test drove and of course they had screwed up the price and it was really $2000 higher than previously mentioned, but they were very sorry for the error and wanted to be honest about it. (red flag #1) Of course they noticed a mechanical problem with our trade in vehicle which the mechanics who serviced it 3 days earlier and other dealerships who appraised it had somehow missed. (red flag #2) At this point they started pushing their financing options. I was pre approved at another bank and did not want to change. They were relentless though to the point of having B.J. the finance manager come out to tell me he uses the same bank and never takes a loan from them since he always beats their rates. After about 20 minutes they come out with their first offer. They had the trade higher than expected and did not have the price of the van listed, just the bottom line and payments. (Red Flag #3) Here they again pushed that their rates are better. I said that they are too high on price and they came back with a lower offer but not much.Since it was getting to late to close a deal, we had 3 red flags we left to get home and change. Since I had a little time I looked at there website to see what else they had available. They had the 2 we looked at and one other that was a different color (red) but the same options as the white van we wanted. The silver van was listed on the internet for $3000 less than they quoted us. The white van had no price listed. I called Phil to see what the deal was.I asked about the red one, he told me it was sold (lie #1), I then asked why the silver one was 3k cheaper than what they had told me and was told that they must of lowered the prices and not told the used car sales department (really a lie and a red flag). I got told the reason the red one was so cheap was because they had it on the lot for a while and needed to sell it. I was told they would honor the internet price for the silver van but needed to drop the trade value by 1K. He claimed they overvalued the trade since they screwed up the price of the white van. So after some back and forth over the phone haggling we agreed on 23,999 (this number is important for later) for the white vehicle and the original price on the trade. I was planning to come back that evening before they closed to close the deal.I then received a call from Phil asking for our SSN's. Since I was self financing I saw no need to give these numbers to them. He said they were needed for Texas Title and for satisfying Homeland Security requirements of the Patriot Act. Really never heard of that. Huge Red Flag with a funny guy in a clown car waving it while driving around a raging fire. I told him I do not give that information over the phone. I later said that I had a problem with the bank and would have to put the deal of till the next business day to clear it up with the bank. This gave me some time to do some research, I found the reviews on this site, and the lies they have told others. I found other similarly equipped vehicles for significantly lower prices and closer to home. I called the next day to find out if the red van was still available. I was told it was and they even verified it. I called Phil back and informed him that we would no longer be doing business with them and stated that I do not by vehicles from dishonest sales staff. I then received a call from Byron, the sales manager. He gave me the song and dance that the internet department did not know the red van was sold. He said that the communication is poor and that they are constantly having issues with them. I told him just the same I do not want to do business with a group of people who can not keep track of what is going on either. He was persistent that he wanted to earn back my business so I made an outrageous counter offer that would be 10k of the original offer they made me for the van. He told me he would think about it and get back to me. I got a call from Phil about 30 minutes later. He did not know what I discussed with Byron, but wanted to let me know the internet department is constantly giving out false information and they have to sweet talk the customers to make up for the damage. He really wanted to get my business since he has been doing this a long time and never lies to a customer. He could not do any thing about the trade since it was only worth what it was worth so he would give me the trade for the full 7k and he would come down from 24,999 to 23,999 on the white van.I tell you that is a great sales man that is so thoughtful to offer the original offer that we agreed on to me and say we can do this and no one will make any money. What a class act he is.Do not let the free extended bumper to bumper warranty fool you, these guys will push that to keep you interested while they lie and cheat you on the other side.

I came from a bad experience at the Nissan dealership next door and happened to stumble into this dealership hoping to have a better experience. Donny Mac was my salesperson and was friendly and knowledgeable. He had the typical "salesman" approach, but was more relaxed personally than other salesmen I've interacted with. His manager, Shaun, was beyond friendly and was fair with his price for my "new" used car. Seeing as how this was my first car to purchase, I wanted to make sure I received a good deal. Both Donnie and Shaun were patient and understanding of my concerns. Overall, I am very pleased with this dealership and would HIGHLY recommend!

These guys will pull every trick in the book. The probably need to fire the guy who puts the prices of cars online since he can't seem to put them in right. I bought a 2007 Lexus for 20,899, wish apparently was much lower than what they wanted to ask but "graciously" honored the price when I was able to show a screen grab with the price clearly listed. I was shown the "lifetime warranty" wish apparently is not available on cars with 80000 or more miles (this Lexus had 80003 so I can imagine one of the guys driving it around to be sure to push it over.) I bought the car even with the red flags and now I'm paying for it in repairs. If you deal with these guys, be smarter than I was...they will take advantage.

First off, I went in about 2 weeks ago looking for a new 2012 wrangler. I get preferred pricing because of my employer, so the price was not the issue. The trade in was. I was not allowed to know what my trade appraised for.... Well, because they wanted to make up the loss of below invoice price I am entitled to. When I got the GM involved, I finally learned why my payments were so high; they were offering me 3,000 below the low end of NADA and Kelly BB for trade in value - NOT the retail or private party sale. The argument was over 3,500 in price to get the payments right, even with 4,000 down. So when I questioned why the value was so low- because they are going to sell it at auction and need to make a profit there. I am no expert but with a sale on the line, going through their finance office, and not eating onto their hold back cash or dealer incentives, they stood to still make a profit, even when you account for the give on my trade. Called another dealership, and over the phone gave me low book, with potential for more upon inspection. I am buying a jeep from them tomorrow when it arrives from the factory. All paperwork is done and I am coming in below my needed payment mark. Go here if you want to get ripped off otherwise, if you like getting the most for your money, go to any other dealership!

Shaun and David were friendly and greeted us promptly. It was raining outside so Shaun was able to sit down with me and help me pick out the exact car I was looking for. He braved the rain and pulled it around front for me to look at. I didn't have to see any other cars to know what I wanted. He took into consideration my finances and got me the best car that I could afford. Shaun and David also gave their best efforts to get us threw the paperwork quickly. I would highly recommend buying from Dodge City as they genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

I have purchased from this dealership in the past. I own a large business with a fleet of 38. It is time for me to add to my fleet. I know what kind of trucks I need. I was looking at adding 10 units to my fleet. When I called up to the dealer ship it was on a Tuesday around 230. His phone was forwarded to his cell. Not a big deal. As I was talking to him and explaining to him what I needed all I could hear was a baby crying in the back ground. I asked him if he could walk away so I could hear him talking. He said he could not because he was watching his child. He asked for my name and number so he could call me back the following day. I told him I was ready to talk today buy tomorrow. He said he would call me back when his child went to sleep. Well his child must really be tired because I have yet to get a phone call. First off why is your Manager of Business sales at home watching their child and not working for. I tried calling him two hours after he said he would call me back. He never answered his cell phone. I tried calling him the next morning four times. No answer. He finally called me back today. I told him not to worry about it. He said he was sorry and just was to busy. I told him well since your to busy to call me back I will purchase my trucks at another dealership. He obviously thought it was funny because he laughed a little and said and I quote " I am the best in my field ". So I laughed back at him and said, if your the best then I don't need to be buying anymore RAM TRUCKS. However we ended the call and I still got my trucks just from another Dodge dealership. No need for me to say where else I purchased. I just want people to know that this guy is a MANAGER and he treated me the way he did. This manager lost my company as a customer. This manager cost his dealership 13 truck sales. Makes you wonder about the regular salesman. If a " Manager " acts like this I would not want to work with one of the regular sales people. MY ADVICE IS LOOK INTO OTHER DODGE DEALERSHIPS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE....

After spending a considerable amount of time waiting for them to make up there minds(and play their games) on price, we finally agreed on a sale price. When I asked for a red van they located one and said it could be there the following day, but did I want a grey one with more options that they had on their lot for the same price. I agreed but had to come back the next morning because I was very late for an appointment. When I came back the next day they said both of those vans were sold. After another 35 minute wait they found one with the options we wanted. We were emphatic that we wanted it that day or the deal was off. The salesman said no problem even if he had to pick it up himself we would be able to pick it up that night and he would call when we could go and pick it up. He wanted us to sign all of the paperwork and leave a signed check right then, we said no not until we saw the car. This whole process took well over 2 hours. When I didn't get a call, I phoned at 7pm that night, the salesperson was gone for the day. The sales manager said they weren't going to get it until the next day. When I said the deal was off, I wasn't going to deal with people who lied, the sales manager said he couldn't verify what was told to me. In otherwords I was lying!! He also stated he had lots of vans on the lot we just had to spend more money!! I went to Huffiness in Plano got a better deal and was able to get what they said wasn't available and do it all in 1.5 hours!AFTER MY EXPERIENCE AND READING THEIR REVIEWS I WONDER WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS.

I bought my 11 chally from Amy about a month ago. Amy was so nice and understanding. It took a while to get the process going because I had to wait on an insurance check. But Amy was there every step of the way, and always called to check up on status. She got me an amazing deal on my car, and I am very happy that I went there!!!

Wife and I worked for a while in the auto business and have bought six cars in the last ten years. We both thought this dealership was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were searching for a specific used car and this dealership had one used. Michael and Craig worked with us from out of state, making sure we weren't wasting our time. They ran all of the scenarios by us and when we got there, we loved the car. They also did every single thing they said they would. There was a crack in the windshield that spread during a recent snow the day we got there, they even offered to pay for a new windshield. Two things really stood out to us, where most dealers fail. They did a lot of homework up front to make sure we were not wasting our time by driving down three hours. They really took the time to care for the customer and were more concerned about us liking the car, rather than racing us through the process "to get one out the door". One more, they did everything they said they would, plus some. When the new Compass comes out, we will drive back down and purchase one from them we were so impressed.

My husband and I are currently in the market for a used Dodge Ram. A friend of ours recommended Dodge City, and to see Chad. Now, Chad seems like a straight shooter, a no-BS kind of guy and we were very comfortable working with him. Now, my husband and I are both coming off of bad divorces, both with credit issues which has made buying a car for us a huge, fat hassle. Chad, after looking at our financials, said that he would definately be able to help us out. After test driving a 2006 Dodge Ram, we gave them ALL the financials they asked for which was bank statements, phone bills, pay stubs for both of us, proof of residency, personal references (all due to credit issues). We were trading in an older car and putting cash down. First off, the price they came back for our trade-in was absolutely insulting and completely ridiculous. I had to fight to get them to raise the trade in value by 300.00. After waiting for a short eternity for the finance guy (who was an ass) to finally come back with their numbers- we were able to agree on a price, interest rate and small things (by the way, this truck needed WORK- tires replaced and a nerf bar replaced..what dealership puts a truck out that needs work on it?) so we were able to negotiate that in as well. In the meantime, I had to listen to Chad explain over and over how hard the finance guy was working for us to get us a great price and blah blah blah. Like I dont already know that we have horrible credit and needed to be reminded that through the charity of McKinney Dodge City, they were doing us a huge favor by letting us even consider purchasing a truck from them. And boy, werent we lucky three other people were in looking at that truck just that day and it was ours! Chad promised to put a sold sign on it, hide the keys, park it out back. That truck was ours, buddy! Next day, we get a call from Chad that..well...after consideration, the finance guy couldnt get us into that particular truck and would be interested in looking at a 2004 with 90k miles on it? Um, let me think about it? After wasting 3 hours of my life the evening before, handing over ALL my financials plus a pint of blood- the answer to that was a big NO. And then, after driving by the dealership and seeing the truck parked right in the front row, facing the road? They had no intentions on selling us that truck- ever. After all the BS and the waiting and lying...I will never purchase from this dealership. I may have bad credit now- but that will change. And when things come back around, I will never spend a dime of our hard earned cash there.

Sorry there is no way I can select negative star ratings so I had to give them one.I contacted them on a vehicle on the internet for 8488.I am half tempted to tell you the vehicle and the stock number. That way if you buy it you know how much to offer. But, I am not vindictive, just telling you about my experience. They sent pictures and over the following weeks I was told that the vehicle was incorrectly listed, that they had repairs & service to complete, but they would honor the listed price. I was told that on several occasions including once by the owner. I offered them 8500 (please note that is MORE than the asking price) they refused and said that they wouldn't sell it for anything less than 9308 because of the work they put into it . They re-listed it 14999.Now normally I wouldn't get that upset about something like this. However, based on other reviews on BBB and other places on the internet it seems that there is a pattern of telling (or in this case advertising) a vehicle for a price and trying to sell it for another. It's not honest and its illegal. Be cautious, or better yet, save yourself the frustration, and shop somewhere else.

I visited Dodge City to look at a new Jeep and was very disappointed how it seemed that I was treated as if I knew nothing about cars because I was a woman. I was talked down to by the sales manager Deon after asking for a better price. Once I left the dealership I went online and found a much better price from another dealership. It seems as if this dealership tries to take advantage of women by unfair pricing. A coworker said she had the same experience when she tried to buy from them and ended up leaving and buying elsewhere.

I came into this used car dealership with my son on Saturday, April 17th at 1:00 p.m. to see about a Dodge Charger I found listed on their website. When I arrived, Mr. Jose Olvera said the Charger was sold but I might be interested other cars on sale, including a 2005 Chysler Pacifica. Mr. Olvera informed me that the vehicle was "on sale" for $13,000. (The price was not listed on the car's sticker.) It was poorly detailed and dirty but I test drove it and brought it home for my family to look at. However, while I was at home, I checked the dealership's website and found this car's "sale price" online at $9000. I have a hard time believing that the "sale" price in person would be $4000 more than the sale price online? When I returned to the dealership, I told Mr. Olvera that the price $13,999 price was too much, but he did not offer a lower price. However, as I was leaving, Mr. Olvera informed me that he did have a Charger (suddenly) for $14,999 that I could look at. I test drove the car and loved it. But, again, when I returned home to look up the vehicle online, it was listed at $12,999, again, several thousand dollars less than what I was quoted in person. It seems that when a single, young woman comes into your dealership, she can expect to be taken advantage of by their salesmen and given quotes that are several thousand dollars more than what is listed online. She can expect to never get an honest, fair price and will be swindled at every opportunity. Because of this experience, I am going to buy a Charger--in fact, my boyfriend loved it so much, he is going to buy one for himself. However, I will never shop at your dealership, again. We are brand and dealership loyal with money to spend. But, because of this experience, I will never shop here. This dealership has lost thousands of dollars in sales from me because their salemen saw me as someone to take advantage of rather than a potential, longtime customer.

We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Dodge City of McKinney. I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone from sales to finance to the service department are very professional and courteous. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They make buying a car/truck easy.

I have purchased several vehicles from these guys and would buy from them again! They take care of their customers- The way it should be! They are patient and not pushy, they allowed me to take the car we are deciding on to my husband at work. I have never had such an easy experience and hassle free.

Everytime I talked with someone from this dealership I got a different story in how they were handling my serive issue. I asked to be put in contact with the factory rep and they would not do this. This is by far the worst service depatment I have ever dealt with.

Dodge City in McKinney is a totally dishonest dealership and should be avoided for any vehicle purchase. The sales manager Deon especially has no concern for the customer and I have referred several others to purchase from another Dodge dealership. Stay away from Dodge City in McKinney!

I placed an order for a 2008 Dodge Challenger on December 3rd 2007 and it was to arrive in the next several months. At the time pricing had not been released and I had agreed to pay the MSRP sticker price as I wanted to get this particular car. I had given them a 1k deposit and had my order sheet. About one month into the order the sales person called and said that I may not be getting my car as they were only getting two in and mine may be going to someone else. When the sales manager got involved (Deon Ramlal) he said that I could come in and get my deposit if I wished and they were going to auction off the cars they were getting. He was very rude and I had to get with the General Manager that was nice about it and said I would get the car. When the car arrived on July the 9th, I went to the dealership and was ready to pick up the car. They have now decided to sell the car to me for $5,000 over sticker price which was not what I had agreed to before. The salesperson that took the original order no longer works there.Over the years I had purchased three vehicles from them and this would be my fourth one. I got my deposit check and left, I will never do business with them and will never buy a vehicle from a dealership that hires this sales manager.
