I stopped in after checking out their website to see the stock and availability for a new Ram 1500. I was greeted by Gerry Azor. Gerry and I got along well, I can't say that it would be a difficult task to get along with Gerry. We had a quick talk about what I was looking to do, what I was working with etc... I had specific stock numbers that I was interested in and when I saw one of them in particular I was already sold if the numbers seemed good. I was very happy with the offers, I was leasing so they gave me a whole variety of options to choose from and the payments that would coincide. Once my other half also approved, it was off to see Jessica in the finance office a couple of days later. I told Gerry over the phone I did not have have much time that evening and Jessica was ready and waiting with her warm smile and personality and had everything lined up and ready to go. As the paperwork was signed, my two boys took the time to use the limited edition jacked up Jeep Sahara as their newly found jungle gym. The staff there, obviously has seen this play out before and were very friendly and respectful as were my boys. Jessica made doing the dreaded paperwork seem easy and she was a pleasure to be around. I am very happy I chose to go the Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 and would have no hesitation heading back or recommending them.

Sometimes I would feel like most people would o to quit an extent to make me believe that I'm being taken care of, but I actually felt lie I was with Allan and and many others during the process. They take the time to explain the maintenance what is required on your car. They really listen to your concerns and they go out of their way for you to address your car problems. The sales people are great, though this is my second and last vehicle from this dealer, and probably Chrysler in general. The Jeep I bought was "Chrysler Certified Pre-Owned", they'll show you an impressive sheet with the 120 point inspection points etc. Whoever inspected this one missed the 4 near bald tires, and the spare with the nail hanging out of the sidewall. If you can miss the 4 big round things, im sure pinhole leaks, loose or missing bolts, and out of ordinary sounds are way out of sight. As part of the "sale agreement" (not because of safety, which they'll just throw a sticker on anyway) they were going to put 5 new tires on. They did 4, and put one of the balding original tires on as a spare. Said they had to order a 5th one when I pointed it out. Also needed e brake cables which they ordered. Which they were going to do when they did the 5th tire. Again, certified preowned. Brought it back, they put the e brake cables in and a new muffler heat shield that fell off first day, and a mismatched spare. Service manager said the spare is the brand that comes with the Jeep, not sure what type of selling point that is when the ones they put on the other 4 rims are a cheaper brand, and are a different tread pattern. A week later I notice the clutch is creaking on the push in, and the release,pretty unusual for a 44,000 mile vehicle. Reverse was getting hard to find and popping out of gear more often than not. I stopped by the dealer, the service rep typed up the whole complaint and gave me an appointment. This is week 2 since the sale, and the Jeeps 4th time back to dealer. I drive 60k+ a year so a reliable vehicle is crucial. I get a call from the service manager the next day around noon, says Jeeps all set they put a matching spare on and did it's first service. I ask what they found with the clutch, he never knew there was an issue. So basically the first guy just deleted the complaint and put in the spare and service. I explain what's happening with the clutch, he tells me this isn't covered under warranty. So I bought a $20,000 vehicle, return customer and 2 weeks later they think I'm putting money into it (Chrysler said I was on my own as well, way to back your product, last one I'll own. Do your research, Mcdonalds backs their product better than Chrysler). I explain this to Chuck, and let him know the vehicle is coming back to them, thanks for screwing me etc. He says they'll look into it, they'd need it overnight. I had already mentioned it sounded like a throw out bearing, I am plenty mechanically inclined, I've broken and fixed just about every part of a vehicle you can think of, but again I drive alot so wrenching on my vehicle that I just bought isn't happening and doing work without a lift isn't fun. Finally got a call it's all set. Go to pick it up, service person just hands me the keys and tells me he doesn't know what they did but it was fixed. It told him I need a receipt for my records since I keep all that on hand for my vehicles, he's says he hasn't gotten to it yet and is too busy to make a copy but reads off throw out bearing and pilot bearing real quick. Basically rushing me out the door as its about 5:15. I give him my card, says he will email it to me. Here we are 2 weeks later, I guess I'll have to make one final trip to the dealer to get my copy. The next day the clutch was creaking again, but reverse feels better so I'm not going to bother bringing it back there, I have a mechanic I actually trust that does mostly Jeeps here in town. Yeah I'll have to pay, but at least I'll have record of it and know it's done.Update: 2 weeks after posting this review to Google I finally got my receipt randomly mailed to my office. It's made out by a different service manager and definitely not the one they showed me when I picked up the Jeep. The clutch is still making noise and reverse keeps popping out, as well as the usual throw out bearing noise. So basically they didn't fix it, which is why I had to hound them for a receipt. I wouldn't want to give someone a false receipt in writing either, knowing it's called fraud. I now have to pay my mechanic to fix what the dealership said they did, but didn't like I wasn't going to find out.

I was in a horrible situation. I desperately needed a vehicle as mine was 19 yrs old. I got a 2nd chance and my credit was wiped clean so I had no credit. I initially went to Carmax I got the worst deal ever on a 14 Kia Sorento. Vehicle price was good but no trade, very high int. rate, and car was being shipped from N Carolina. 17 days later still no car. Corey hands down made buying a new car a much easier process for me. I had been looking for a few months and was hesitant because I couldn't find what I was looking for. I have never bought a brand new car, let alone one that wasn't even on the lot to see and drive beforehand. He is definitely the best salesman that I have ever dealt with. My ignition quit working and I was at wit's end. My family is going on vacation in a few days, and I thought for sure that this would eliminate that opportunity by costing me an arm and a leg.I spoke with the service center to let them know that my Jeep was on the way, and to describe what the issue was. Speaking with Laura, she asked me if I wanted the good news or the bad news first. I said "Give me the bad", but she refused. She said "Let me tell you the good news first. This sounds like an issue that is currently under recall. We will replace the faulty ignition module, and you will get two new key FOBs, to boot. The bad news: we are busy and I am not sure what time we can get your vehicle into the shop."Following the vehicle to the shop, I met Laura in person. She told me there was no reason for me to have come down, and wanted to know if I needed anything from the Jeep. I said "That all depends on whether I will have the Jeep back tomorrow (because I needed my pool cue to shoot in a league the following evening).". Laura said "Don't worry, we will have the Jeep back to you by 3 this afternoon.". I could have kissed her (not that may wife would have approved if she found out!)! In the end, I paid nothing as it was all covered by the recall, and my Jeep now starts beautifully.In the end, I would recommend my friends who are Jeep owners (and I actually did that last night as a friend stated that she had been told by another dealership that the parts needed to fix HER Jeep for the same problem would not be available for months) to visit this dealership with any issues.Thank you, CJDR24 for your dedication to customer service!

Corey Hines was a great sales man to work with. He was easy going and personable. He did not try to up sell us and just wanted us to get the Jeep we were going to love. He made the purchasing easy and was very accommodating in getting everything ready for pickup. Our problem began when we picked up the car and found multiple areas that were scratched and the car had not been inspected yet. Corey was very apologetic and promised to get everything right but this led to multiple additional inconveniences and trips back to the dealer. As much as we do feel Corey deserves 5 stars for his excellence in customer service, one strong bit of feedback would be for him to have looked the car over before handing it over to us in that condition. At the end of the day we would recommend Corey to any of our friends and family but the dealership as a whole could have been more professional and held itself to a higher standard.

Car buying is always stressful and building trust with someone when you yourself are in sales is never easy, but Corey was awesome to work with and found me a great deal at the price I wanted in the Wrangler I wanted (no easy task for sure, but their inventory is the largest around.) Not only that, but we came back that night for a second Jeep.Laura pushed a large network of banks for the best financing (which beat our own bank) and pushed a little further with personal calls when I held Jeep 24 to the maximum payment. I went to get an idea about jeeps and which model works for me because of a disability after test driving a wrangler and realizing it wouldn't be comfortable enough for me, Corey was going to look into a Cherokee and adding the options I needed to keep the price within my range, as we were walking back in I said what I'd really like is the Ram and he said he could get me everything I wanted and the price I wanted on a ram. I had said when we first got there I didn't want to spend hours there going back and forth on prices and wasn't sure I was purchasing at the time, Corey asked if he could get me a good deal would I be willing to purchase today and I said yes. He did exactly what he said and I ended up leasing a ram. This was overall the easiest and quickest time I spent purchasing or leasing a vehicle, both Corey and Jessica were friendly and helpful and I didn't feel like I spent the day at the dealership being pressured to buy something.

There are no words to describe my buying experience except for absolutely awesome!! Brendan Rappaport was totally professional and very good at his job. Brendan listened to my story about my previous buying experience at another dealer and assured me that I will not have that here a Jeep 24. He was absolutely correct!! I went in there with such hesitation and all the folks there made it feel like a very warm, welcoming, family atmosphere. The manager even remembered my mother in law from years ago when she bought a car just from my last name, that says a whole boat load about their customer service. Went in and met Rudy. Told him exactly what I was trading in, what I was expecting the trade value was, what kind of truck I wanted in a lease. No test drive or anything. Plain and simple what can you do for me?? He took some personal information and ran my credit score. A Cple hours later I had a new truck. It was on a long weekend so had to pick up next day. Truck was ready when I got there. Rudy handed me keys and asked if I had any questions or concerns and then shook my hand and said congratulations. This is my 3rd jeep I have bought, each from different dealerships. I would have gone back to the last one I purchased from but it closed when Chrysler closed several dealerships in 2010.I did not care for my 1st dealership I went to, very pushy - Central Dealership in Norwood.I did approach Central's other location in Raynham and was not happy at all. I was quoted $2000. less than the Kelly Blue Book price for my car and just walked out - it was an insult for a vehicle that was in pristine condition.I started shopping around for another dealership to give me the best price on my car and excellent service. I was first drawn to Route 24 Jeep because of their large selection of inventory. I have never signed for a car during my fist visit to dealer but did here. I was offered a fair price for my car and able to obtain a good deal on my new jeep. I was amazed how well everyone there has taken care of me. My salesperson(Gerry) did an outstanding job to make sure everything was perfect. I was even impressed with the manager. I have been back since and they have gone above and beyond, things I though was an issue but after explained really weren't.My 2 daughters and son all own jeeps and couldn't believe the deal I received. They all know where they are going when they trade in their jeeps. I hope nothing changes at Route 24 Jeep.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Service Department at Chrysler Jeep 24. Every time I bring my car in for its regular maintenance, I feel the service people go out of their way to make me feel extra special. They take the time to explain the maintenance that is required on your car at the time you bring it in and I always get a free car wash when my service is done. Recently I had a non maintenance issue on my car which was going to take a whole day to fix. They provided me with a loaner car at no charge. I used to take my car to a different dealer and I would leave there feeling totally frustrated as they would refuse to address some issues my car had. That would never happen at Chrysler Jeep 24. They take the time to listen to your concerns and they go out of their way for you to address your car problems. I will never take my car any place else. They are the best!!

I came into this dealership and was warmly and professionally greeted by Nick. He was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I told him that I was test driving a few different brands to see what i wanted to purchase. So i test drove the grand cherokee. It was an amazing car and i fell in love. But i had promised my husband i would look at the acadia as well. When we got back from the test drive i sat down with Nick and we discussed some numbers. I had then said i liked the price and the car but had to finish my shopping. He said ok but had to let his mgr know where we stood. Thats when my whole experience here had changed. I went from a sales professional with Nick to a professional jerk named Jake. He came over and tried to push a deal down my throat would not take my word that i had to finish my shopping and i would most likely come back. He just kept pushing and pushing. He was improfessional and quite frankly an xxx. I didn continue my shopping and did decide to purchase a jeep grand chrokee. BUT i didnt go to Jeep 24 BECAUSE OF THAT "used car salesman" Jake. I am giving 5 stars only because I dont think Nick should be held accountable for Jakes actions. If you want to buy a Jeep ask for Nick but beware of Jake he will not listen to what you have to say. He just tries to jam a deal down your throat. Reading prior reviews i think i am not the only one who feels that way. This dealership really needs to look into his performance. I dont know how many deals he has been able to make for them but he did lose my business and any one i decide to tell about my experience.

Went to Website. Found 2015 Patriot. Clicked on " Get E-Price". Received an email with a lower price.Great! Called. Talked to Ali. Verified price in email. Put $500 deposit on credit card. Got call back from Jennifer. Asked for us to forward email to her. Verified price in email. Was told they would call back next day at 10:30AM. Next day at 2:00PM get call from Melanie?. First question was which website I was viewing. Next she said I was seeing wrong price on website because my browser wasn't updated. Then said "E-Price" was only good for college graduates and when financed. (we were paying cash) which was not stated anywhere in email. Classic bait and switch. Multiple websites, multiple prices, fast talk, rude employees (Melanie). Now waiting to see how long it takes to credit back my $500. It better be today. Please, everyone make sure you update your browser so you can get the "REAL" price at this place, not the one they send you.

Even when my daughter was getting antsy, we were offered the time to think about all of our options to make a decision that suited us best. Where do I start? Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 exceeded my every expectation of what a car buying experience could be. When I first Walked through the door I was welcomed by a salesman named Brendan. I wasn't sure about what vehicle I wanted also what I could afford . I originally just came in to look around. After a quick talk with my salesman with what my wants and needs are in a vehicle and what my budget was, Brendan knew just what vehicle was perfect for me. He pointed me in the direction of a Ram 1500. Being unfamiliar with the truck and mostly driving Fords I couldn't believe the knowledge he possessed about the vehicle. Anything question I asked he had the answer for. I went for a test drive and was blown away by how well it drove and all the options it had. I knew this was the truck for me. Unfortunately after getting my credit looked at I wasn't in as good as a position as I thought I was . I wanted this truck so badly I didn't know what I was going to do. Brendan then introduced me to his manager AL Viera . He assured me that he would do everything in his power to get me into the truck of my dreams. He said that they have a great finance department that will work with me to get me what I want. Sure enough he was a man of his word and I signed the paperwork that day and have been a happy customer of cjdr24 for over a year now. The truck is still running great and I look forward to continuing my relationship with Brendan and AL and the whole cjdr24 staff and have sent many referrals their way. After speaking with my cousin who recently made a purchase from this dealership and knowing how satisfied he was . I decided to take a trip down to with my family to see if i could trade in my vehicle and get a vehicle a little bigger for my growing family. My salesman was L.J. He was terrific! I currently live in Cape Cod so it was a little bit of a drive to get down there but it was well worth it. I had brought my whole family down to make sure whatever i chose would have enough space for all of us. We had all Decided we wanted a beautiful certified Dodge Durango. My kids were so excited they wanted to leave with the car that day and ditch my old Rav 4 that had been through the ringer. I asked L.J. if that was possible. He assured me that it was. The whole process had taken a little while and my kids were getting antsy. They were very hungry and i had realized that we kind of skipped over breakfast to get to the dealership early. Next thing you know TWO PIZZAS were delivered to L.J.'s desk. Unbelievable. He must have known how hungry we all were. So me and my family ate one and L.J. ate the other. i could tell he was hungry too and didnt take a lunch being so dedicated to getting me to drive home with the vehicle. Thats a salesman who goes above and beyond what is needed. Go See L.J. Some people say you break bread with friends and family. In this case we broke breadsticks!! LOL. Thanks again L.J. Their customer service for new car sales was so good I decided to include them in a small group of dealers to consider ordering my Jeep through even though they were further away than all the others. From the first call they offered the lowest price and were very friendly and efficient about everything. Brendan was exceptional to deal with. This was the easiest car buying trip I ever had! I've been looking online for an SUV and decided on a Jeep. I built a Jeep Cherokee and a Grand Cherokee, undecided on which I wanted. I went to CDJR 24 with my papers and was greeted by Gerry. I showed him what I was interested in, he got keys to a couple of Jeeps on the lot and off we went for test drives. He was so patient with me and all my questions. He quoted me bottom line prices and I went home to make my decision. No pressure at all which is what I dread most about car buying. I called him a couple of times with questions and he was great about getting back to me with the answers. I finally made my decision and 2 days later drove off with my new Jeep! Thank you so much for making this a good experience. I will definitely pass the word on how great everyone at CDJR 24 was to deal with and will be back when it's time for a new Jeep!

This dealer does NOT value their customers.... They under mind you and feel there's more customers out there that will pay more and have better credit. They are not afraid to lose business.. They will lower any car price by $50 bucks to "MAKE A FRIEND"but not to save a customer. Also this place is not family oriented waited 6hrs and when asked for vending machines was told to go to the gas station a cross the way. Watch for Jake the wanna be deal maker will sell you the world. However, Once you get into the BOX with Adui, the financer, its a whole new deal. Also stay away from Jennifer sales rep she can't sale a bag of chips if she tried...

I have been around the car business for a long time and know plenty of car sales managers, finance managers, GM's, etc. I have grown to identify and recognize the "tactics" of the car sales game. Almost two weeks ago, I walked in to CJDR24 expecting to deflect all of the tactics that would be thrown my way. To my surprise, I didn't see a single tactic. Instead, I had the best car buying experience ever. LJ Calero was our salesman and was awesome! I never felt pressured, lied to, or anything of the kind. Instead, LJ was patient, honest, educating, and most important, sincere. His sales manager, Chris Diaz, was also awesome. Every step of the way, I felt truly comfortable with this dealership and their team. While they don't have coffee in the showroom, they make up for it with their attention to you as a customer. The most impressive part of my experience was when I took delivery of the vehicle. I had ordered running boards for my Durango. When I went to pick it up, the wrong running boards were on the vehicle. I was expecting a lot of push back and negotiation. Instead, I got an apology and commitment to get it taken care of. Right away, they were in motion getting the correct running boards ordered. This has been the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I will be recommending ALL of my friends and family to buy from this dealership. As a side note, this has been a stark comparison to my experience with Boch where I was lied to, deceived, and made to feel like I was insignificant. Hands down, they got the right people with the right attitude and care for the customers.

I turned down the repairs due to the attitude this lady name Laura in the 3rd service stall had. She needs training on what great customer service means. She has a nasty tone and way of talking to people. I couldn't even get a word in without being interrupted. I can honestly say what she does is bark like a dog at you. She clearly displays she's upset and starts shaking her head, rolling her eyes when you're not in agreement with what she has to say or if you turn down her suggestions. I wouldn't dare talk to a customer in such manner. A pleasant tone is a must and you must be able to listen. It's nothing personal and it's ok for the customer to not want a particular service done. I've witnessed the staff laughing and making fun of a customer they recently just got off the phone with because he didn't quite understand what was being said. Never again will I go to their service department. I rarely write a negative review but this one I had to make time to write.

I'd been looking for a car for two years, so I've been to a lot of dealers. A lot. This place is the best: old school-- in the best way. Sol actually took the time to explain every button/knob/gear in the car, which I really appreciate. He made sure I thoroughly understood the car-- even after I bought it!! The finance process was very easy. Most importantly, they offered me an amazing deal: really, an offer I couldn't refuse. There was no heavy pressure, and I don't think they need it when their staff is so competent and knowledgable. I don't live close by, but I feel lucky I found this place.

And when we said we needed to think about the price and the investment we were about to do.we were told "you won't get this price if you leave now" no pressure..? Plus they told me totally inaccurate information on true car pricing along with corporate partner incentive discounts.shadiness doesn't even come close to the word I would use to describe this dealership.sales manager and sales person need to learn more about corporate incentive program .we went to central dodge dealership and were purchased a new Durango limited all done in a short time . Go to central dodge and see brain bell if you need a vehicle .

The price discussed on the phone remained the same when we got to the Dealership. We got the best deal here, out of all the dealers that we had contacted that advertize one price but when you get there, the price is higher because you don't qualify for certain rebates. We were referred to CJDR 24 from an online service from which we received several responses. CJDR24 responded quickly and actually had the cars they listed in stock when we arrived. The sales personnel were courteous and attentive. They honored the original price guarantee that came with their internet response. There were no high pressure tactics to buy a higher end car or add more options. Purchasing and financing the car was easy and hassle free. We got a phenomenal price for the car and a great finance rate. All this was made possible by the staff at CJDR 24. I have never liked the haggling that goes with buying a car. There was none of it with this dealership. It was a great experience as far as car buying goes. I recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car.

I went in for their advertised $199.00 Ram Big horn lease deal which they said I didn't qualify for even with a 780 credit score. Then they offered a lease for 72 months at $450.00 on a "dealer used" "New" pickup with over 6000 miles on it. This place is beyond shady!!!! They try to lure you in with BS lease deals that apparently no one qualifies for and then try to get you to lease (an essentially used) a vehicle at a higher rate than it would cost to purchase the pickup outright. I thought this "bait and switch" tactic was illegal, but Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 does it anyway. I wish I knew who to report them to for their shady and illegal sales tactics.Don't go to this dealership unless you want to get ripped off!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car!!! I wanted a new 2014 Dodge Avenger and they didn't have any since they aren't making them anymore. My salesperson was Brendan Rappoport and he was a pleasure to deal with right from the beginning. He assured meThat he could get me exactly what I wanted and boy did he do that and more. I bought the Car on Monday and they had the car there by the next morning. They had to go get it from another dealership so I thought it would take at least 3-4 day but I was wrong. I signed paperwork on Monday and came back Tuesday morning to pick it up!!! They had it fully detailed, put a full tank of gas in it and I was so excited. I've never had Bluetooth but Brendan showed me how convenient it was to use and paired my phone. It's actually a really cool feature and I'm enjoying it very much. Brendan answered all my questions and was very patient throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Chrysler Jeep 24 to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I'm sure all the sales people are good their but make sure to see Brendan he was fantastic!!!

So, I see a 2014 jeep limited on line. I send an email to the dealer. I get a call within minutes from a woman in the internet department. She states within an hour she will have photo's emailed to me. 20+ hours later I get an email asking if all my questions have been answered. I email back asking if this was a joke? Immediately an email from this same women states ,"oh that was just an automated email". She says she called me at 3:30 pm yesterday.No message left. I'm not an idiot. There was no call.Giving her, and this dealership a chance to earn my business i give her another shot at getting me some photos and information on this jeep.It is now 6:30 pm, day two. I would never consider doing business with a dealer that could care less about getting the most simpliest job done.This place is a joke, and a bad joke at that.My monies will be spent elsewhere.

Went in for a recall on a switch for a 2011 Dodge Caravan. Female service advisor looked at it and abruptly asked if I wanted an appointment. I said yes, but the switch had already been removed because it started smoking and I removed it for fear of burning the whole car. She jumped down my throat saying that THEY are the only ones who can remove the switch. I replied that I wasn't going to let the car burn. She started entering information into the computer while shaking her head as though I was some kind of idiot. I took my recall notice and told her she had a very bad attitude and that I would go elsewhere. I further told her I would report the experience to the management. She yelled back that she'll remember my name.

Brendan, my dealer, was very friendly and accomodating. The dealership really detailed our car so that-for a five year old car-it looked/smelled practically new. They were able to do most of the "leg work" there is to transferring ownership to another car (which can otherwise be a painful eventuality with such a purchase). Brendan was knowledgeable about the proceedures leading to final sales/ownership. He tried hard to give us the best price possible.

I went in to look at cars and ended up finding a good deal on a car that was just brought in that very day. I put some money down & then couldn't get in contact with ANYBODY after that. I've been calling for weeks, leaving messages and nobody had returned my phone calls. They took the car down from the website and won't call me about any updates or to make a payment. I went into this dealership not ready to buy anything at all and as a first time buyer i was hesitant to. I saw Rudy as soon as my father and i parked and he helped us out right away. We went through a couple of options and then i test drove the Jeep Compass. It was great but i wasn't sold on it. Jeff Craig had come over and asked us what he needed to do to help. He looked up another jeep and brought out the Jeep grand Cherokee that was awesome and exactly what i was looking for. As a recent graduate from college i was really nervous about payments and everything but they were all more than willing to work with me to make me feel better about them. They set me up with a bi-weekly payment plan which also gets taken out automatically the day i get paid. Everyone there was personal and enjoyable to work with. Overall my experience buying a car from these guys was very enjoyable and would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for new or used vehicles, they had so much to choose from!

Based on my experience that day.....do not go near this dealership ever...when you get a bad review ok ..but I'm not the first nor will I be the last to give them a bad review. ..I was there over 5 hours purchasing a car....I was not happy about that at all. ...I should have left there giddy, but I left there exhausted. .wondering if I did the right thing..They charged me for a inspection sticker but never got one, talk about details that do matter, also there were mats in the trunk for the car they to were missing. I should have noticed but like I said I was to exhausted to notice after just wanted to go home..

I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from this dealership. Initially they wouldn't match the price from TruCar. then when priced matched, they tried to sell me an extended warranty to get a lower APR on purchase. I was told if you buy this warranty I will get you 1% lower APR. the warranty I was told, because he liked me, he would give 50% of the price (warning sign there). I found the extended warranty 20% cheaper than what he offered. I took this back to him. Based upon the initial forms I signed based on this extended warranty and amending the form Then when I purchased the car aftert this amendment, they give me the wrong VIN # car from my initial purchase. they crossed the mileage certificate and the finance forms. they removed the MRSP sticker adn didn't give it to me on day of purchase. My mistake for not cross referencing all paperwork upon purchase. then when I was driving the car and sat in passenger seat, the passenger side sun visor was broken. I told them this and arranged repair. tehy called me to tell me they had a new stereo system as mine was broken I took it in for repair waited two hours. Told they don't have the radio or bclip for sun visor and should return later to get it fixed. why did I arrange to get fixed and take car in if they didn't have parts. Very bemusing! Wouldn't encourage anyone to go here. you get what you would anticipate from a car dealer- scam of deals and poor management. The place is absolutely shocking in terms of service!! the owner wants to do the right things, but his team let him down too much. Unprofessional adn a disgrace. Please avoid going here!!! Unless you want to be ;"ripped off" on price, finance and service.

they called me up to tell me they had to replace my car entertainment system on my newly replaced car they had the system ready for switch i also informed them that my passenger side sun visor was broken and needs the clip for repair. they informed me they would have the parts. they had my car for two hours, ran some type of 'diagnostics' on my stereo which wasn't completed in that time. i inquired about the time it was taking and told them to stop repairs (done none) as I had to leave for a business meeting. they then inform me that they don't have entertainment system in stock nor the visor clip for repair. Why would I take a car to a dealership, sit for two hours, to accomplish nothing. the whole dealership and the service center are a disgrace and would encourage you to go somewhere else. You will tell the service you will get by the amount of persons waiting and length of time of wait and also the look of 'gloominess' on the waiting persons' faces. that will tell you teh story. I would then recommned you to turn around and go elsewhere or you will experience the same!

First of all I Appreciate the sales experience that I encountered when I met Soloman Reddix at Jeep 24. I had not purchased a new vehicle in 25 years; Therefore I was somewhat skeptical of the process as I remember the days of high pressure sales tactics. He was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. I live in Florida and was visiting in MA and trying to help my brother in law buy a used vehicle. There was a decent amount to choose from. Sometimes having too many cars makes the decision more difficult. We were greeted by a salesman who was already outside, in fact he was looking over the vehicles. His name was Mike B. I asked him what he was doing & he told me that he tries to get to know everything about the cars that he can in his spare time. We liked that. What he said was true, & he was able to point us in the exact direction we wanted by make, model & price. Overall a very good experience.

After being warned that all dealerships will push you until u buy I was a lot.worried about walking into one. I didn't have to be. I met a tall nice kind looking salesman namedn Mike who put me at ease right from the start. He knew the cars inside & out & could answer all my questions. He didn't give me a runaround on the price either. He knew what I could spend.& kept me to that. Financing went fairly easily as well. As for me. I won't be needing a car for a good long while.but I would definitely recommendnseeing mike again to my friend.

Very dishonest people.I was interested in a 2009 Honda Accord,I was told over the phone that the Carfax report indicates no accident and 1 owner because they didn't post it and I asked them about that.I set up a test drive.I drove yesterday about 45 minutes from Providence,Rhode Island to Brockton,MA.The vehicle wasn't ready because the battery needed to be replaced I was told.The salesperson wanted to start making deal without a test drive which I refused.So we went to get the vehicle to their maintenance shop.Hopefully it started.I did test it for 5 minutes.It was perfect beside a smell of coolant like when I opened the hood. Then came the very disappointing moment,the car report indicates No accident,but 2 previous owners and a ODOMETER ROLLBACK.It showed a 20000 miles setback.And a open recall from the manufacturer. What a very long drive back home with disappointment,plus waste of gas and time.

This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had shopping for a new vehicle. The sales personnel were very friendly and helpful and the sales manager got me the best deal possible on my brand new jeep (I had previously gone to three other dealerships to see what the prices would be). My financing rate was also excellent and better than the dealerships I had visited previously. I felt as though I was treated like family and I will never buy from another dealer again.

We first showed up at ChryslerJeep24 in Brockton on Friday, 8 Nov because we saw a new 2013 Jeep Compass on their website. My son only wants to drive a 5-speed manual transmission and the one on their website was one of the only ones around. We were promptly greeted by Victor Morel. Victor was very friendly. Victor helped us find the Compass we wanted and gave us a test ride. He then went over the dealership offer clearly and without pressure. Despite Victor trying to close the deal on the spot, we insisted on going to other dealers. But later in the day we came back to buy the Compass. Again, Victor was very helpful. We were pressed for time so he hurried along the initial paperwork. We agreed on the final deal and decided to do the final paperwork with the finance manager the next day. Victor's sense of humor and friendly manner made the entire experience a positive one. This morning (Saturday) we met with their finance manager, Jessica Reed. Jessica is, in a word, awesome! In addition to knowing her stuff cold, she has a great personality, a great sense of humor and an infectious laugh. She patiently explained everything about financing, insurance and extended warranties we could make the best, most informed decisions possible. Like Victor, Jessica never made us feel like we were being pressured into anything. Over the years I've bought about 10 new cars and two Harleys. And I've financed all of them. Jessica is without a doubt the friendliest finance manager with whom I've dealt and her finance accumen is second to none. We're very excited, as we're picking up the Compass Monday evening. I'm sure we'll be just as happy with the car delivery as we have been with the rest of the car buying process. I strongly recommend Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 24!!

I went to Jeep 24 to purchase a 2013 Ford Explorer with exceptionally low mileage. The saleswoman that assisted me was Suzzette. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and couldn't be more kinder.. I have hectic schedule, so it was hard to get a right time to get there the same time as my wife. I drove the car the first day and schedule for my wife to drive it the next day. My wife is the primary driver. I have another car. Suzzette did not pressure me in any way to stay and purchase the car as most dealers do. We looked at the car the next day and my wife liked the car but we couldn't buy that day as well due to some family member going through health care issue with her infant son.. So we babysat the other two, the dealer could not test drive the car we were trading in because two kids were sleeping in the car.. Suzzette reschedule for us to come in the next day.. We attempted to get to the dealer the next day and the traffic was brutal so we end up turning around and headed home.. The following day my wife and I got to the dealer early, ready to purchase the car.. They drove my car and offered me 500 dollars above what another dealer was offering. They're car was listed $2000 under what all other dealers were listing they're explorer with less than 10k miles. Suzzette sat with us in her office and we told her we were pressed for time, she flew through the paperwork. Once she brought us into financing office, we had to wait awhile.. We were using Capitol one do we had a blank check to write at 2.9 %.. Suzzette told the financing accountant about that. He actually was trying to get us low rest rate, which he did. I got agitated for waiting a long time but I calm down once he got me the lower rate.. I bought the car and they threw in a year free service for the long time I waited.. The most I liked was the no pressure attitude Suzzette had.. Good saleswomen and good dealer to buy a car.. Suzzette made our car buying experience much easier..

Bill was extremely helpful in recommending a suggestion to fix my car. Service was impeccable. They did a thorough inspection and found a slow leak in one of my tires and gave me several options to repair the problem. I highly recommend the service department here.

This dealership is a joke! I would recommend taking your money and spending it at a legit place that will take pride in what they do and man up when they mess up. Talking to a manager at this place is worse than talking to the shady sales people. I did talk with Jeff Craig while finishing up my paperwork, he is a great guy and trustworthy! This Brendan guy and Chris the manager were complete xxx about the issue I had with them.

Solomon was very informative,There was no pressure, he was honest and overall made me feel very at ease. Jessica in finance was also very helpful making our buying experience very stress free. BEST. DEALERSHIP. EVER. From my first interaction with the dealership through Ali via e-mail and phone, my experience was great. My husband and I went in to look at a 2008 Jeep Liberty and ended up buying a 2011 Jeep Liberty, paying less than what I was paying for my current car. Our sales Consultant Beethoven was professional but no pressure, working to help us buy a car, not make a sale. The Sales Manager Chris was very accommodating and gave us a fair price for the Jeep Wrangler we were trading in and help us set up service appointments. The Business Manger Jessica was absolutely excellent and made us feel very comfortable, was very informative but never pushy about any financial extras. Every employee was helpful and professional and there was no pressure to buy or look at a vehicle I wasn't interested in just so they could make a sale. My husband and I had an excellent experience and I have already recommended the dealership to anyone who will listen!!!

Connor was a very personable and helpful salesman. I was in search of a used Jeep Liberty and he found one that was in my price range; but when all was said and done it was not what I wanted. He was able to find me another one that was perfect and worked it out that it was in the same price range as the first. It was an overall pleasant experience and if necessary I would purchase another vehicle from this dealership and work with Connor again.

I will only bring my Jeep here for an oil change. The people in the service dept. are so nice. Not to mention the price, which is about $50.00 cheaper than I would pay where I would normally go. Doesn't hurt they wash and clean it as well. Thank you Chrysler Jeep!!

I DID MOST OF MY RESEARCH ONLINE AND KNEW WHAT WE WANTED. AFTER CONTACTING MELANY SHE WAS ON HER GAME AND MET MY BEST OFFER WITHOUT HAGGLE (THEY WANT TO SELL CARS)! I GAVE HER A DEPOSIT OVER THE PHONE AND THERE FINANCE DEPT. WENT TO WORK TO GET US A REASONABLE APPROVED CREDIT RATE FOR OUR TERM (AGAIN PAINLESS). FINALLY CONNOR PREPARED ALL THE FINAL PAPERWORK AND DELIVERED THE VEHICLE FLAWLESSLY, 'BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY'! THIS WAS AN AWESOME WAY TO BUY A CAR BECAUSE MY TIME IS VALUABLE. I had a very pleasant experience visiting your dealership. I was not actually looking to buy a new vehicle but after looking around I asked about a particular vehicle and was pleasantly surprised at the answer to my questions.The next day I decided to invest in a vehicle and made a deposit. When I came in to settle out. Imet with Connor Young and took vehicle for a drive. It did not make me feel good. Connor spent 3 hours with me and with Al viera came up with a deal I couldnt refuse. When the vehicle was brought in it was Exactly what I was looking for. Everyone in the dealership were quite friendly which made my visit easier (sitting in a dealers showroom can be a trying experience at times). I cant say enough about Connor Young he has the patience of jobe very calm and easy to communicate with. I am very happy with my new vehicle and will recommend your dealership to others looking for another vehicle. Thank you all !! Dick Wallace

One word "scumbags"... Put a deposit on a used vehicle, went on vacation and they sold the vehicle on me while I was away. Still fighting with them to get my deposit back and oh yes, they cashed the deposit check. Stay far away.

This review is for the Brockton, MA location. I found the exact vehicle I was looking for on their website. I contacted them to get information on the vehicle and to give them information on the vehicle that I have for a trade. I also mentioned that I had a Harley Davidson that I was thinking about trading in as well. I was working with both Ali and Britainy via e-mail. They asked me to send pictures of both of my vehicles, along with the VIN numbers. I do not live close to the dealership and wanted to have all of the information that would be required so that it would be a smooth purchase and trade transaction. They told me that they would be able to accept both vehicles for trade but they could not give me amounts via telephone or e-mail. On July 8, 2013 I received an e-mail from Britainy stating that they had submitted the motorcycle information to the location that would be taking it from them, and that they were waiting to hear back from that location with a dollar amount. In the same message, she asked me if I could "swing by with the Harley and your Jeep, as it will just be a faster appraisal process." I told her that I could be at the dealership the following Sunday, July 14 with both vehicles. I received a call from them that morning to ask if we were still going to the dealership that day with both vehicles. I had my wife drive all of the way there with my two small children so that I could ride the motorcycle there. After getting to the dealership, I was introduced to a different salesperson by Ali. She told me that he would be "taking over from there." So basically after all of the communication back and forth with the dealership, I had to start from scratch with the salesperson that I just met whom they tell me is new to the dealership. It didn't seem like he knew anything about what I wanted and the information that I had already submitted. After a little while filling out paperwork with him, he asked if I wanted to take the vehicle that I wanted to purchase out for a test drive. After several minutes searching for the vehicle, THEY TELL ME THAT THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE VEHICLE THERE! IT WAS AT THEIR OTHER LOCATION! Now mind you, this is the vehicle that I was interested in the entire time, and they knew that I was coming that day to look at it and hopefully purchase it! Also, the gentleman that is the so-called "Sales and Leasing Manager," Chad Holbert, tells me that he has no idea about the Harley Davidson because he doesn't deal with motorcycles and the person that does know about motorcycles is not there on Sundays! He made is seem like he did not know anything about this when they had just called that morning to make sure that we were coming! I could go on about this, but basically this was a TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP IS HORRIBLE! I guess their sales are so good that they feel they can lie to people, waste their time and not treat them very well.

Regarding the Brockton branch - I grew up in the city and wanted to business with a local dealer. I worked online letting 7-8 vendors know I was buying a jeep int he next couple days and wanted a sahara wrangler quote. 1) Brockton started by giving me the sport trim probably because they didnt have the sahara I wanted - I caught this and pointed out the 'mistake". 2) they come back with the exact sahara I wanted and an aggressive price. - I couldnt find picture and googled the vin number 3) the car was an hour plus away in Danvers but never disclosed to me they didnt have it in Brockton.I'm trying to get this all done to have the car July 5th knowing I have to get it all done on the 2nd or 3rd (calling insurance for plates et al) 4) The dealer ship calls us after two hours of them "reviewing" the price at 4:55 pm on July 3rd advising us the car was sold unbeknownst to them. So, they basically lied with bait and switch from the moment I got in touch with them, were not transparent on not having the vehicle I wanted on their lot, played it off all day as if they did have it on their lot and then had no choice but to come clean after god knows what they were doing to sell me a car regardless of the tactics needed on their end to get that done.Though I dont live in Brockton anymore I live close and will enjoy etting anyone I know that is thinking of going to here to not go to this dealership. Disgusting, grimy and unfortunately living up to the hype as "used car salesman" mentality.On a side not, I bought a cadillac from Norwood a couple years ago and the experience was and still is unprecedented. A fabulous classy outfit. Stay away from these bad characters in Brockton.

Buying experience strong but service after I am not sure about. They offer free wash with service but the wash is worse than a drive through! Makes me wonder about the actual car service the rest of which is blind to a customer until a problem pops up. They would be better off not offering the free wash than doing the terrible job they currently do.

I was looking to trade in my 10 yr old jeep and purchasing a 2014 Cherokee Laredo. Beethoven was the first to greet me and after just a few short minutes the vehicle I had researched was available for test drive. Beethoven was helpful and informative regarding the vehicle and its new features. After the test drive we soon came to an agreement and all the staff I met were quite friendly and helpful. I did research on-line before going to the dealership and all my expectations were met. would highly recommend.

Retired in March of this year and have been looking to purchace a new auto with either AWD or 4X4. I only went for a test drive to see about getting in and out of the auto 'cause at my age I can't be crawling out of a car and I left with a 2014 Jeep Patriot. Soloman Reddix was wonderful to me and believe you me, some of the other experiences I had at other dealerships, he was an Angel in disguise. This man must have so much good Karma it's overflowing.

Went into the service department today for my 1st oil change (complimentary as part of my 2013 Ram purchase). Service Advisor Aras greeted me in their drive up service booth. Very friendly guy and took my truck in right away. While the truck was in the shop Aras advised me of a service that they needed to do on my truck that would help with my outside temperature reading. My wife had previously said that the temp gauge seemed off but I never paid attention to it. Long story short, They did my oil change and warranty work in a timely manner. I will be using this dealer for future service.

Bought a used car, sales person unprofessional commenting on female anatomy during test drive. Promised to fix problems with the car and did not. Car has a cracked windshield they are refusing to fix. Went up the street to a "buddies" gas station to get an inspection sticker on the vehicle with a cracked windshield. Don't buy a vehicle from this dealership they are dishonest and will not fix any problem. They promise loaner cars that aren't available when you get there on the appointment date. Made multiple appointments to be told the person needed to fix the problem is not available.

Had one of the best buying experiences yesterday at this dealership. The salesman, Solomon Reddix, was a pleasure to work with -- no-pressure, relaxed approach, and professional. I highly recommend him. Jessica (Reed?) in finance was also outstanding. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. We had done a lot of research and had it narrowed it down to two choices, but I feel like the team at Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM 24 would be very patient if you were unsure what car would work best for you.

Brendan was a wonderful salesman! My husband and I acted on impulse after seeing an ad in the newspaper for a Jeep Lease promotion. I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee 10 years ago and it was my favorite car - I wanted one again but wasn't looking forward to a monthly payment of over $500 per month. We decided to take a ride down during a very bad snowstorm just to check it out. Brendan greeted us warmly and was eager to talk to us. To take the Jeep for a test drive, Brendan had to work hard in blizzard like conditions to get the car out to us for a test drive (which handled beautifully in the snow!) We sat inside a new Jeep in comfort while he battled the elements! Brendan was happy to take us out saying what a great day it was to test drive as the Jeep handles the snow with no issue - and it did! After our test drive, Brendan was great in taking the time to explain the lease terms and after pleasant negotiations, we decided a lease would be almost as perfect as the Jeep itself! As I was going from owning to a lease, I wasn't able to drive it home, but Brendan had my Jeep ready to go in no time at all! His follow up after the sale was great - it was a pleasure doing business with him and Chrysler Jeep 24!

I called into the dealership about a new car and spoke to Al, he said he was the manager. He put me through to one of the sales consultants Brendan. He told me that the vehicle was available and was able to answer all my questions before I came to the dealership. I came to the dealership and he had the car pulled up in front and ready for me for me drive. I ended up trading in my car and bought the new one and drove it home the same day. I was very happy with my experience!

I recently bought a car from the new Chrysler Jeep 24 store in Brockton, MA. I had been to many other dealerships prior to this one and had some awful experiences. So when I got to this dealership I was very sceptic. My salesperson was Brendan Rappoport and he made me feel very comfortable right from the beginning. He was very friendly as well as very professional. I was nervous as this was my first time buying a car by myself. Brendan made the process very easy and painless and I was very happy with the service he provided. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others as well as Brendan as a sales person. Amazing! I have never met a friendlier or more helpful salesperson. I had gone to several dealerships before Chrysler Jeep and none even came close to the service I received there. The whole team was extremely friendly and helpful but Brendan went above and beyond for me. Every step of the way he kept me updated and that made all the difference. He took the time to communicate with me and make sure he found exactly the right vehicle for me at a price within my budget. He respected my work schedule and was very accommodating. I have worked in customer service for years and his customer service skills were extremely impressive. He answered any questions I had before and after the sale, which shows his true concern for his customers needs and not just making a sale. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Chrysler Jeep 24 and will go back for any vehicles I purchase in the future!

I purchased a used 2010 Jeep Cherokee and love everything about it. The price and financing options were better than I was expecting, and the car itself is beautiful and runs excellent. I was prepared to be swindled as most sales reps do, but I was very surprised on how comfortable I felt with sales rep Hassan Abdullah. He made me feel like I was conversating with a friend and felt like he had my best interest in mind. His knowledge of the automobiles helped me a great deal, cause I'm a gas and go kind of guy with not too much knowledge of automobiles. Went to look for a used jeep that would fit me and my family needs . As soon as I entered the dealership I was welcome with help . Was ask questions regarding what I was looking for and what price range I was looking at and if there was any Color I had in mind. Looked at some jeeps that best suited me and my family. Although I didn't purchase at jeep at this time I have all the information that I needed (so when I return which I will ) I have all the information I need to be able to purchase my jeep. Bait & Switch. This car dealer advertised a car in the newspaper then switched the car I wanted to buy to one that I did not want. I wanted a Dodge Caravan SE they gave me their Dodge Caravan American value package instead. I complained to them they claim there are different SE packages. According to their site and disc they gave me, A SE comes with the following 2nd row stow & go, 3 zone temperature control including rear air & heating, tinted sunscreen glass, six speaker system, Floor mats, Floor console cup holders, Body-color body side moldings, sill applique & door handles. This is what I did not get, the SE version per their web site and disc.

I am beyond pleased with the customer service provided at Chrysler Jeep 24. I had the pleasure of working with Hasan Abdullah who guided me throughout my vehicle purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and was able to answer all of my questions. I entered the dealership not knowing exactly what vehicle I was interested in, but after sitting down with Hasan and narrowing my options I was able to come to a decision which I am extremely happy with. I was hesitant at first about purchasing the vehicle because it was a bit out of my price range, but the sales team worked with me and came back with an excellent price. I couldn't be any more happier.My only concern was that I didn't have sufficient time to sit down and speak with the financial rep and discuss my rates and fees in more detail. Overall, my experience at Chrysler Jeep 24 was an excellent one and I am extremely happy with my decision. Customer wait time was a bit lengthy however the sales associate was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and seemed invested in getting me what I wanted. They also follow up with you which is a nice bonus. I found it very refreshing to get a thank you card for my business. In the end, the wait was worth it because I got what I wanted and needed at a reasonable price. I only went over estimated budget by $20.

I originally came to Chrysler Jeep 24 looking for a 2004 Jeep that I was viewing online but when I got there, I found out they sold it prior to my arrival. I'm actually glad it was sold because I walked out with a much more gas efficient 2006 Passat. The interior quality was a huge upgrade to the Jeep and with my extensive German heritage, owning a Volkswagen was right up my alley. The staff was friendly and I was very happy with the extra work they did to make sure I left satisfied. Overall I am pleased with the sales experience. There were a few minor hiccups regarding the mechanical aspects of the vehicle which are currently being attended to so I hope I can submit another successful review of their service department in the near future.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Jeep at Chrysler24. I began my search through the internet and ended up with Janie as my sales person. Janie has a great personality, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and very enthusastiac. I honeslty never felt like I was dealing with a sales person at any point. Janie is the type of person you feel like you have known for a while after only speaking to her for a short time. She listens well and I felt like she was a close friend walking me through the entire process. I also want to add that the FI manager, Doug, was great. I had recently gone through a divorce and had fair/poor credit. I did walk into the dealership with pre-approved financing through another bank. Doug asked if he could see what he could do....he called me next morning and got me a rate 2 POINTS lower than what I had..... sweet!!! I did a lot of research on line regarding the pricing of the new vehicle, via Edmunds and KBB, and based on what I my research I KNOW I got a great price for my car...honestly lower than I had calculated....and a better loan rate than I had budgeted for! So, if your buying a JEEP check these Chrysler24 guys out. Even if you have to drive a bit, I came from Plymouth MA and it was worth it!!

We just had a very good buying experience with this dealer. We visited several dealerships for test drives and nailed down the particular model we wanted. We weren't in a super rush and didn't have a trade in, so we did our homework online to locate several dealerships and were prepared to visit all of them. Chrysler Jeep 24 had one of the best prices online, so we started there. We met with Bob Mahoney - he was very easy-going and was not pushy at all. He was able to meet our price. Finance director Jeff Craig was also easy-going and matched the interest rate we'd gotten at our bank. All in all it was the best auto-buying experience we've ever had.

Instead of being pushy, getting the feeling that you're being taken advantage of, and making you feel like your trade in is worthless; they listen to you and are able to come up with an equally fair and beneficial agreement on price and financing. I went to Chrysler/Jeep 24 on a whim. I had gone over my miles on my leased 2010 Prius and Toyota was not offering my a good trade in/exchange to lease a 2012 Rav. My experience at Chrysler/Jeep 24 was altogether different! Janie Culter, the sales person greeted me warmly, listed as I explained my situation. I immediately felt comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. In less than 1 hour, my 2010 Prius had been appraised, I test drove both a Jeep Cherokee and a Liberty. Within another hour we had reached a deal! I traded in my Prius and literally drove out of the dealership in a brand new Jeep Liberty! I couldn't be more happier with my experience - especially working with Janie Cutler, who is no like your "typical car salesperson." I couldn't recommend her more highly!

We wanted to purchase locally and had done lots of online searching, finding good inventory at Randolph. We stopped there on a Tuesday night, went back Wednesday night with a deposit and the car was ready for pickup on Friday afternoon, last day of the month. Super service!In the past we have always disliked the trade in/new car purchasing experience. This time we were treated excellently by Peter Avery and Jim Lewis with no high pressure sales, just fair and honest dealing, even after we switched from initially testing a Jeep Compass to our final purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Both Peter and Jim went out of their way to accomodate us and our questions and close the sale as smoothly as possible. We had service performed on our other jeep at this dealership some time ago and we felt they were reliable at that time.We would not hesitate to recommend this dealer, and especially Peter Avery and Jim Lewis to anyone looking for a pleasant car purchasing experience.

I have been purchasing new vehicles for forty years. The last 5 were purchased from Randolf Chrysler Jeep. When the dealership changed hands I was somewhat concerned. We expected a decline in the quality of sales and service. A few months ago I was contacted by Sales Rep. Janie Cutler and assured that if I gave the new dealership a chance I would not be disappointed. The old owners were very professional and the service department delivered high a quality service and with outstanding customer focus. We were happy to discover that not only did the service not decline it actually got better. Janie Cutler & Solomon Reddix put together a sales package that was probably the most fair I have seen in my 40 years of buying new vehicles. Later I was introduced to the sales manager and after a brief conversation in which he assured me that his staff would take good care of me, I once again felt comfortable with the service department. Overall the purchase of another new vehicle from Randolf Chrysler Jeep was a positive experience and Janie Cutler's handling of my wife and I was exemplary and certainly warrants special attention. The service I received was great. I had a few warranty repairs done on my 2006 jeep wrangler and I was very satisfied with the diagnostic process. The service team re sealed some leaks I had. There was a slight problem with one of the repairs but they immediately took the vehicle back and fixed it and made sure that the problem was really fixed before calling me in to pick it up. Every one I spoke with over there were very friendly. Overall I was very satisfied.

Let me first say that Jane Cutler is a true asset to Jeep 24. When I stopped by for a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country (color black) there was none on their lot. After one day Jane called me and said she located one and it will be here tommorow. Nothing but SERVICE from Jane Cutler. Jeep 24 :the staff, the Owner, Sales Manager, especially JANE CUTLER made me feel confident in this deal. My trade a 2008 Grand Caravan was the best. THANK YOU Jane Cutler.. Gregory N. Last year I purchased a new Nissan Murano at Nissan24 in Brockton. I had an extremely positive experience with owner Ed Kardon and his entire staff at the dealership. So, last week when it came time to purchase a used vehicle for my college age son I immediately placed a call to Ed Kardon to begin a search for a good condition used vehicle. I quickly received a call back that a vehicle was located at his other dealership, Chrysler Jeep 24 in Randolph, MA. I must say I was not disappointed, once again, I had an extremely positive experience. This is the first car that is truly my sons and that fact was not lost on the staff. They included him in the process every step of the way. Al Vieira warmly welcomed both my son and me when we arrived, showed us the car and got the ball rolling. He introduced us to Janie Cutler, a very warm and upbeat Sales Professional who went over every inch of the car, inside and out, with my son. She covered all the options and very patiently answered each and every one of his questions. Jeff Craig the Finance Director made the worst part of purchasing a car painless for me. He was able to get me financed and answer all my questions while keeping the process moving along smoothly. When all was said and done each of these staff members took the time to come back out to shake my sons hand, offer him congratulations and wish him well. Chrysler Jeep 24 earned not one, but two very satisfied customers that day. I have another young driver in the household and I can assure you when the time comes to purchase a vehicle for her, my first phone call will be to Ed Kardon and his outstanding staff!

I brought my car in for a brake problem that had to be repaired by a certified Chrysler/Dodge dealer. I had attempted to have the car repaired by my own mechanic but but he sent me to Chrysler Jeep 24 because it was a dealer issue involving the ABS Module. The service department Manager ignored my request had the brakes bleed charged me $172.00 and returned the car to me not repaired! It still had the same problem. It took another week to get my car in again. (NOT IMMEDIATELY CONSIDERING I ALREADY PAID FOR A REPAIR!) They kept my car for 2 weeks and charged me $1410 did not credit me the amount for the first repair when they did not fix my vehicle the first time. to make matters worse the brake, although they work, they are still not right. They refused to fix them after this.

This is the third time I have purchased a new Jeep Cherokee from this dealership. The service department is very user friendly and reliable. I was extremely pleased with the sales staff, especially Janey's knowledge of my vehicle at delivery and willingness to find the vehicle that my husband and I chose. I would recommend this dealership for all services they have to offer.

I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited at Chrysler Jeep 24. The entire experience, from placing the order to taking delivery was exceptional. What really impressed me was the price negotiations. I had a price I wanted to pay based on several dealer quotes and online research. We quickly reached an agreement without high pressure or misleading tactics which are too common with many dealers.During the delivery, Kat took the time to demonstrate all the vehicles features until I was comfortable using them.I also received several phone calls from Kat after I took delivery to check to see if I had any problems or questions with my Jeep. I have recommended this dealer, and Kat in particular, to anyone considering a Jeep or Chrysler purchase.

Peter worked with me through the whole process step by step with the patience of a saint, Sol lead me in the right direction to the vehicle I wanted. They worked well together while locating the exact Wrangler I was looking for. The attitude everyone shared there was relaxed and enjoyable, not pushy at all and were not trying to sit me in vehicles I didn't want or need. The staff as a whole was very friendly and looking to help me, I didn't ever get the feeling the were trying to sell me anything, they were helping me find what I want. I went there with a preapproved loan from another bank and Jeff made it his personal mission to give me a better rate, which he did and saved me a lot. I have never had an easier buying experience in my life. I have already been suggesting 24 to friends and relatives. If the need arises for a second car I am going back there again.

Kat (Kathleen) was awesome! I had already been to 2 other dealerships that had the typical "car sales-person" cheesy, aggressive sales pitch and they were terrible. Kat was the opposite... very warm and friendly and she did everything possible to get me exactly what I wanted. They got to my 'magic' number on the first try without the good cop / bad cop mgr involved scenario. The whole process was quick, painless and simple! By the way, it was the best price of all 3 dealerships I went to and they got me the most on my trade in. The only downfall was that Kat wouldn't let me take my new car until she went and had it washed and waxed!

Had the most positive experience at Chrysler Jeep 24 in Randolph, MA. Janie, Al, Jeff and Solomon were beyond great. Janie took her time with me with my many questions, along with Al who went out of his way to call me and email me with various options to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. Jeff and Solomon went above and beyond with getting me financed. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealer and it's employees. All were so very friendly and helpful. When I buy my next vehicle I'll be sure to go back to Chrysler Jeep 24 in Randolph!

Working in retail i am really familiar with the whole client experience, it doesn't take a lot to make someone's day and that is the most important value a business could have nowadays. I got the utmost best client service experience at this dealership and believe me I am not easy to please.Everyone from Janie who was so nice to me and My sister,pleasant and so knowledgeable about everything .She helped me get the car that I wanted at such a great price .And to Al and Jeff thank you for making it easy for me , working with My budget and getting such a great deal. I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism exhibited at this dealership. I did not feel pressured or swayed in any way. I did my homework and knew what I wanted, as well as the price I wanted to pay. I ended up driving out with a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for very little money over the price of the Laredo model I thought I'd buy! Chris was a pleasure to work with, very patient, knowledgable, and kind. I would highly recommend him, as well as Jeff and Al, all great to work with! The whole car buying process was actually a breeze.

About 3 weeks ago i purchased a 2004 jeep grand cherokee overland with only 43,000 miles,with that said the car is sharp and was well taken care of by previous owner.Ive already gone back twice with multiple issues and the service has sucked.The car was never properly detailed and i took the vehicle to my mechanic and the car has a couple of issues.Matter of fact i just picked up my vehicle from the dealer today cause my mechanic told me the rear end seal is leaking and my steering stabalizer is bent,well the dealership confirmed that my mechanic was correct but the funny thing is that they told me there's no leak and they wouldnt replace the bent stabalizer because basicaly saying that i hit something or some one else did.(bullshit)And if this dealer thinks that im going away im not contacting my lawyer tomorrow.

I have been researching a new vehicle for sometime and decided on the Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was looking for one with a Sunroof and Bluetooth. After talking with Al & Bob at the dealership they came back to me and suggested I look at the 2011 Grand Cherokee they would be receiving soon. I fell in love with it, however it didn't have the sunroof, I was about to settle however they told me if I was for sure I would buy the Jeep they would search for one that had everything I wanted and low and behold a few days later they found a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee 70th anniversary edition with a sunroof. I am more than happy with the service I received and am just amazed how the took the time to find me the exact plus more Jeep I wanted. I could not recommed a place if you are looking for a new Jeep or Chrylser!

EXCELLENT SALES AND SERVICE: Upon arrival at Randolph Jeep Chrysler Dealership my wife and I were treated with courtesy, kindness and with a sincere focus on our interest and purpose in coming to this Dealership. I was approached immediately by Salesman, Bob Mahoney. I told him that I was shopping for a Christmas gift for my wife. She wanted a Wrangler two door hard top with an automatic transmission or a Mineral Gray Liberty jeep. The Mineral Gray Jeep Liberty was her first choice. Neither were available at Randolph Jeep Chrysler Dealership. We were treated with professionalism in a very friendly and comfortable environment while a search was being conducted via Internet to find our vehicle elsewhere. Lunch was also provided.Once they found the vehicle we wanted at another Dealership we were given a fantasticdeal on a new 2012 Mineral Gray Liberty Jeep with an excellent interest rate on the amount financed and a fair trade in on our Jeep Cherokee Sport.There were no high pressure tactics as we had experienced in other Dealerships over the years. Manager, Al Viera and Salesman, Bob Mahoney and Financial Manager, Jeff Craig are truly Christian men whose values were evident throughout our time spent at Randolph Jeep Chrysler. Bob Mahoney is an excellent storyteller and a proud grandfather. Randolph Jeep Chrysler is a company that we recommend if you are looking to buy an automobile.

I have been a customer of Chysler Jeep for many years. A few years ago my girlfriend bought a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from this location, Solomon Reddix, was the Sales Professional that we worked with from begining to end. We had such a great experience last night, when I decided that I wanted a new 2011 Cherokee, I went directly to Solomon. Again, the process was easy and most importantly fare. I was able to get out of my old vehical and into the new one that I wanted hassel free. I would 100% buy another vehical from this location and would hope that Solomon would still be at this location as well. Many thanks.

This dealership really went above and beyond to insure that I would get the Jeep model with the options that I desired. From the sales dept to the service department, every employee is friendly, knowledgeable and just downright professional.Tear Chhim sold us our 2008 Chrysler Aspen. We can not say enough about this wonderful salesman and the way he handled our sale. Tear made us feel comfortable and put no pressure on us at all. Solomon was very friendly and helpful from the very beginning of my experience with Randolph Chrysler Jeep. I originally went to the website first and then emailed about a Jeep and he responded very quickly and when I went to the dealership to look he greeted me right away and it was a very easy transaction and he was very knowledgeable about the Jeep and its options. the reason why i am giving this rating is because they were very helpfull in getting me my hew car.they showed me all the features of my new car and they let me test drive it. they gave me a list of options that i had available for finacing also i was able take purchase of the car that same day.

These folks were great, no pressure and easy to deal with. I wanted to take delivery of my new car the same day and they jumped through hoops to accomodate me. I left an enevelope in my old car with some cash in it and they called me and returned it to me with all the money. If you are looking for a smooth, honest, no pressure buying experience, go see these guys. You will not be disappointed.

This is one of the most dishonest, disrespectful and unprofessional service departments that I've ever encountered. 5-Star dealership ratings are meaningless if Chrysler considers this place worthy of such lofty standing. Bottom line, the service department does not seem to appreciate customers. They repeatedly fail to call customers back with vehicle status. When you call in the afternoon, they inform you that your car hasn't even been looked at yet. When confronted, they cop defensive attitudes almost blaming you for their lack of professionalism. I caught them in a direct lie regarding the need for new brake rotors. I was told that the rotors were too thin to be machined. This pushed the total cost of job close to $ 400.00. Turns out they forgot to look at their own records (they had changed the same rotors 9 months prior). The dealership reimbursed me after they realized they were caught. I made a huge mistake of going back for some other job (went back only because its close to my house), b/c the employees seemed to be trying to get back at me for their own deceptive conduct. Too much drama with these guys. Even if you pay your hard earned dollars, they act as if they don't appreciate the business. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP!

I had been going here for years for service because they had great service and their prices were reasonable. In the last year 2008-2009 they have gone way downhill. Here are my experiences in the last year or so... They had signs everywhere about coming in for Saturday service and how you would get discounts and everything. I dropped my car off (keys in the service box) Friday night, didn't hear from them by Sat 4pm so I called. Told they don't do Saturdays now. Wasted a whole day when I could have taken it somewhere else because they didn't call.Then the last TWO times I had axle fluids changed, they forgot to put in the special (limited slip) additive that keeps the axle clutches from burning up. I had to go back (and they even charged me the $10 for the additive after I had to go back the second time they forgot). If I hadn't known about the additive or checked my receipt, my differential clutches probably would have burnt up. They should know this, it is a Chrysler and that is what they service. I shouldn't have to hold their hand. My last visit, they misdiagnosed a noise in the cooling system as a $435 job. When I picked it up, not only did they go over the estimate by $150 without telling me, it was still making the same noise. They replaced parts I didn't ask them to replace and charged me over $20 a gallon each for two gallons of antifreeze (also not included in the estimate).Then they told me it was a different part ($200 job) causing the noise. Gave me a discount to put in the part that was actually causing the noise, but wouldn't refund the part they misdiagnosed and refused to say it wasn't causing the (exact same) noise. I get it back a third time, now it is dripping coolant (just dripping) from the part they originally replaced. They also left a tool under the hood. I left the car again and the service manager said it was dripping from ALL of the other places that the hoses connect because ALL of the clamps were "corroded". They now wanted to charge me $75 MORE to replace the clamps. I offered to come by to show her that the leak was only coming from the place they replaced and she said in a sarcastic tone: "Well, I have to trust the opinion of my service tech over your ""expert opinion"". I reminded her that they left a tool under my hood which could have flown off on the highway or fell into the drive belt and she said: "Well these things happen." I called and left a voicemail for the dealership owner to meet with the service manager, the technician, and the owner so I could take time out of work to come there and physically point to the drip coming from the area they just fixed and to have them show me all of the "corroded clamps" they saw (none of them are corroded). I went the night before the meeting and found that someone had literally DUMPED antifreeze all over the entire engine compartment to the point that it was EVERYWHERE. I had enough. I picked it up. Apparently they had fixed the leak of the original part they replaced, because after I had to hose off the engine of all the coolant, there are no leaks. And if there were so many "corroded clamps", why didn't they tell me this the first time I brought it in? Especially after the tech wrote "Great Condition" on the inspection report. The following day I realized that they had put USED antifreeze in the system (after charging me $20 a gallon for antifreeze) so I had to flush it out myself.I didn't appreciate them not owning up to the misdiagnosis for the first part, not owning up to the drip from the area they repaired, and trying to cover it up by pouring antifreeze all over the whole engine compartment, and I certainly don't like being flat-out lied to. I do most of the service on my cars and in my "expert opinion" I have NEVER left a tool in an engine compartment which could have gone through someones windshield or came up through my hood. It was not leaking when I originally brought it in, and I have a dry garage floor to prove it. I'm done with them. This place is a mess now. I think they are on borrowed time if they are treating all their customers this way, and have a service manager that knows so little about cars that she can't even lift a hood herself to verify where a leak is coming from.

I brought my 2007 Aspen LTD HEMI to be repaired and had the oil changed. Paid close to five hundred dollars for the 5 star work and was told the vehicle was all set.After pulling out of the lot the oil light went on and before driving 1 mile returned to the dealer with a noisy engine after they examined the vehicleI was told I blew the engine. I think they forgot to put oil in it. They assumed no responsibility and actually lied about driving the vehicle. I was immediately "persona non grata"Customer appreciation & Loyalty meant nothing here, I would steer clear of this unethical business. The Owner was joke on the phone he lacked civility or any sort of fiduciary responsibility and is clearly the nemesis for this failing establishment.
