Had appointment for my car to be Repaired. It was done in two hours. Everyone was polite and efficient. Comfortable lounge with TV and Phone was available. I was satisfied With the experience.

I will start by the salesperson was excellent. Agreed on a price and then the day before the truck was to be delivered he called saying his boss would no longer sell me the truck unless I bought an extended warranty and also financed through them as opposed to my bank. I could tell he was very upset about the situation and did not agree but his hands were tied. I also would have to drive down 4 hours to pick it up when the salesperson and I agreed they would deliver. Very bait and switch and not a good way to do service. In the end I really wanted to the truck so I drove to get it but I will never do business with Chuck Brown Ford again.

I dont usually do reviews, but after visiting and buying a vehicle today, I have to say that this was the best car dealer i have ever dealt with. I was fortunate to work directly with Mr Brown, who was a staright shooter. He was fair and honest. It was a simple, low stress purchase. Everyone was very nice and helpful! I would highly recommend this dealership.

We had the worst experience ever with this dealership. They had our truck for six weeks. We did not get updates from them at all unless we called them, and even then, we couldn't get information about the status of our vehicle. When we stopped by in person to check on the status of the repair, they couldn't tell us what they were having to do to the engine, but we did see our engine in pieces in their shop. They lost our key FOB while our vehicle was in their possession. When we called them about replacing the key FOB (multiple times), they did not return one of our phone messages. They refused to even return our calls. Pathetic. And to make things worse (if that's possible), the engine crashed 13 months after they completed the work - one month after their warranty expired. The engine they built lasted just 13 months. We will never use them again, and we will make sure our family and friends hear our story. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

Bought a used F150 that was listed on Auto trader. Tommy was great, honest, and described the truck perfectly. I drove 4 hours to the dealership and the truck was exactly as described. On the drive home I noticed the tilt wheel lever was broken. I faxed tommy the invoice where I had it repaired and he reimbursed me promptly. Can't ask for a better experience.
