Would've given 5 stars but I bought a new truck from y'all back in July with the understanding my new plates and registration would be mailed to me. Not only did that NOT happen but I had to call YOU to find out you'd had my plate and registration for several weeks. 2 months after purchase. Total fail. Good thing MPD doesn't care about expired temp tags.

Huge thank you to Mr. Earl Gregory. This was truly the best car buying experience I've had. Mr. Gregory was very nice and courteous. He didn't try to just put me in any kind of car just so that he could make a sell. He actually got me the car I wanted. Even though I ended up with a higher car note than I had in mind, I am still appreciative of everything he did. All my other cars were used cars when I got them but this is my first NEW CAR. I drove it off the lot with 12 miles on it. I highly recommend him to anyone that's planning on visiting Chuck Hutton to purchase a vehicle. THANK YOU MR. GREGORY!!!

Patrick Akridge is one of best sales rep that i deal with. I don’t feel pressured, and he is very patient. He is into giving value to his customer. Kudos to you man.

Don't waste your time dealing with Erica because will never call you back Very unprofessional!! We ordered a car 7/10 and we have the email showing she was supposed to order it. Called a week later to check on it and she said she would call back. Never received a call back. Waited a week to call back and she said she would call back again. ( See the pattern) Never received a call back again!! We waited three weeks and we called back and she started giving excuses. At that point my husband told her he didn't appreciate the LACK of customer service and she could just cancel our order that she never placed and he hung up. She calls us back to leave a voice message to say that she didn't appreciate him hanging up on her. That she didn't want to bug us and she was just waiting to hear from us on whether we wanted the car !! You were supposed to place the order 7/10!! Even if you forgot how was someone supposed to get in contact with you to TELL YOU AGAIN to order the car when you don't call someone back?????? Horrible customer service

It's okay, I guess... Was only allowed to "Test Drive" on their lot. Still bought my 4Runner but probably should have shopped around for a better Dealership.
