We worked with Hannah Sutherland and she was very helpful, and patient when there was a problem with unfreezing a credit report. She was helpful in explaining the process and how the features of the car worked. Another employee, Mary Ferguson, was also very helpful in dealing with the complications of the finances, making everything clear. Generally, all employees we met were friendly and helpful.

I needed my A/C compressor and condenser replaced and I spoke to Todd who was very patient with me. The cost was so much for me, a senior, but I needed the repair to drive this summer in comfort. So after I received my estimate from Todd, I explained to him that I needed to shop around, but I did like the 2 yr warranty parts and labor that comes with the new A/C parts. So I shopped around and I felt that the dealership would do the best job since it is their brand and the parts are Chevy. So I came back to Todd and he was very gracious and kind. He took my Cavalier and replaced the compressor the compressor (had a dent in it). I expect the repair to be done right the first time so I don't have to come back 2-3 times, as in my passed from independent repair shops. I also asked Todd to show me the new compressor and condenser, which he did immediately. I had my Cavalier back the next day, I left it over night for convenience, and the A/C works great! Thanks again for the new compressor and condenser and the excellent care!

I visited the dealer at the first Sunday of March for a test drive and I was unable to purchase the vehicle at that moment. Then, I decided to come back all of a sudden last Monday and I was able to complete the process. All of the people there were very helpful and friendly and was a real pleasure to do business with them. I can recommend them with my eyes wide shut.

We just got our car EXACTLY the way we want it, down to the color and all the features. Thanks to our very dedicated salesman, Henry. He exchange emails with my husband to find us the car we want, make sure we got it right and quick. He suggested the coverage for our car, he even made sure we got the trunk cover that originally does not come with the car. I appreciate the team here, everyone is working together to make every customer happy. We had an easy time working with them in breaking our lease and starting a new one. These guys knows what they're doing!
