We had a wonderful experience and the staff was so amazing and easy to deal with. There was no pressure, no shady sales tactics and just a great experience. We got a great price on a great car and a great interest rate. This is our second car buying here and we will definitely be back for many more. Thanks to the team at Cicchino auto sales. Best place ever ! I was in and out within 2 hours. My credit wasn’t the best but Enrico worked with me and was able to get me into an amazing vehicle. My car of 11 years went out so it was time to look for a new one. I knew exactly what make and model I wanted and I came across a great price on the website. I decided it was worth the 3 hour trip to check it out. When I arrived at the Cicchino Auto Sales I met with the most amazing salesman ever! Enrico answers all of your questions and makes you feel like you are his one and only customer. The customer service that Enrico gives is by far the best I have experienced. He would give me updates on my financing and paperwork. He answered my calls by name and made me feel like VIP! I was so impressed with his attentiveness that I told him I would name my next kid “Enrico”. He made the car buying process so smooth and easy and I didn’t feel pressured. He even called to make sure I made it home safely after my 3hour drive back home. I truly appreciated the service and would definitely recommended Enrico to friends and family.
