Everyone at City Motors is always friendly and courteous. Tim Starkey is a wonderful salesman and he has always gone the extra mile to give me the best customer service. I came in to get an oil change and I was looking for a used car. Tim showed me a new 2016 Sonic for less than the used one. Tim also told me all of the dealer incentives and he gave me a good price on my trade in. I get my vehicles serviced at City Motors and if I see Tim he always has time to say Hi. I was very pleased with my purchase and I always recommend City Motors and Tim Starkey.

First off I would like to say I am very picky when it comes to customer service. I know what I want and if I don't receive that I get grumpy quick. It drives my wife nuts but if I'm spending my hard earned money I feel I should receive great customer service. That being said I will tell you I was very pleased with my whole experience at city motor group. My wife and I had a fairly difficult situation and request. We needed someone that would be up front and honest with us and that's what we received. Neal and Rob were awesome to deal with. They went above and beyond through the whole process. As soon as we walked in my wife and I explained what we were looking for and what our situation was. Rob told us that Neal had a lot of experience dealing with tough situations and took us right in to see him. Neal's ability to listen and work with our request was unlike any I have experience at a dealership. Every vehicle I have purchased in the past I left feeling I was taken advantage of in one way or another. I can honestly say both the wife and I walked away feeling excellent about this purchase. I would also like to thank Jim in the finance department for how he explained everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I can tell you any vehicles I buy in the future will be through city motor group. I would strongly recommend giving them a shot with any vehicle purchase. I really appreciate the help, willingness to work with us and not being pushy at all. I will be a City motor customer for life.

I had a head lamp bulb replaced. My headlights are out of alignment and I assumed that the tech would just check to see if the headlights were lined up and level after the bulb was installed as a courtesy--going the extra mile so to speak. Didn't happen. I paid $65 to have a bulb replaced (I should have my head examined) and they couldn't even line up the headlights. Also, I bought the recommended replacement bulb myself (forgot to bring it with me naturally) for $15 new. I was charged $24 for the replacement bulb at the dealership. Pretty Disappointed. On the upside, they did washed my car for which I was very grateful. That part made me smile.

Jessup took first-rate care of me and my Lexus. He was right there when I pulled up, went over what I needed to have checked, updated the service order and showed me to the waiting room. The waiting room was clean, comfortable and best of all had free WiFi. I was able to do some work while I waited. I also appreciated the complimentary Pepsi. Located a 2014 Toyota Tacoma in Spruce Mica here after looking pretty much all over the country because I was dead set on the color and that it was discontinued in 2015. Now I live in Massachusetts so I called with the intent to see if the dealership would freight the car out to me. Talked to Buck over the phone and he was extremely helpful and more than willing to work with me. He made the whole process easy and pretty quick assuring me that they have done this kind of stuff before and everything would go smooth. Needless to say, after a couple weeks of back and forth chats and paperwork, my truck was on its way to MA and was more that happy to receive what I wanted.
