I don't often take the time to write reviews. However, the experience I had was so exceptional, I decided I had to share. I stumbled across City of Cars on accident, when a beautiful car in my price range, with all the features I was looking, for came up in a search. I was not hopeful, as I had already run into cars that were misrepresented on-line at other dealerships. The car and the buying experience at City of Cars was everything I hoped for and more. Alan and Jose' were great! It would be an understatement to say they were the least pushy car sales people I have ever encountered. I would say they were more like a car acquisition concierge service! They were friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. I now have a beautiful, quality vehicle that makes me smile every time I drive it, and city of cars has a customer for life! As a woman car shopping alone, I had, sadly, still encountered a significant amount of misogyny in the car shopping process elsewhere. I am thrilled to say that there was not even a hint of that at City of Cars. I have already happily recommended them to my mother and others. In addition, a day after bringing the car home, I found a broken button that we all missed in the inspection process. I reached out to Alan, he responded right away and ordered a replacement. Every single person I met at City of Cars, from the porters to the owner had the same wonderful attitude as Alan and Jose'. Buy your next car from them, you won't be disappointed!

I had to buy a car in a pinch. My car was in a accident and I had only a few days to finalize it. Jose helped me find a car. He was honest about options, brands and the best bang for my buck. He always kept in mind the things I wanted/needed in a car and presented me with cars that met those needs. There is no pressure I’m trying to get the next sale, but genuine honest support to the whole process! City of Cars went above and beyond and helped me from test driving cars, picking me up and ensuring my car was safe !! Jose went the extra mile! For we grateful and will never go anywhere else.

We bought a 2019 F150 from Dale in November, 2020 and it was a super easy transaction. Zero pressure sales, truck was waiting up front when I arrived for a test drive and was fully prepped and waiting when I came back for delivery. But what prompted this review was how Dale and City of Cars stood behind the sale 7 months later when I found an issue that I didn't notice before purchase. I was really impressed with how they responded and did what they could to help resolve the problem. They never pushed back or made excuses; it was clear they just wanted to make it right for the customer. They also did not ask for a "good review" or anything in return - this is an honest family business and that's pretty rare in the used car sales industry. Love my truck!

City of Cars! I don't know where to start, but this is by far the best dealership I've been to! Dale was able to help me get into one of my dream cars the SAME DAY I went up there. Everyone was very nice, polite, and helpful, I was treated as a family member. You won't be disappointed, if there's a car you're looking, this is the go to place! I purchased a 2008 Audi TT in April, three months later paint is peeling, automatic transmission is clunking when shifting, sport shift paddle is inoperable, tried it for the first time and realized it was broke, struts are shot. So much for him saying everything works. I couldn't be more disappointed with my purchase. I paid very good money expecting a quality car and I now wish I would have spent my hard earned money elsewhere. Just because they sell high end cars doesn't mean they are reputable dealer. Wish I would have bought somewhere else.

When I drove to City of Cars, I had four vehicles I was interested in seeing. When I got there, I was only able to drive one of them. Two of the vehicles wouldn't start (one of those couldn't even be jumped), one had a service engine soon light on when started, and one of them was in the shop. Other than that, he was nice and inside was clean. They have a big garage that holds the nicer vehicles. The location was ok to take on a test drive. For three of his vehicles that I was interested in, he told me he couldn't go below list price because it was already at a loss. That may be true but beware if he tries telling too many others the same thing.

I bought a car a few weeks ago from City of Cars. I was so nervous because it was my first time buying from an independent dealer. I am so glad I bought from there. They were so accommodating and honest about everything and the whole process. Not only that, but I had a small problem with my window weeks after that they fixed for free no questions asked. I would absolutely buy another car here and recommend anyone I know to do that same! Thank you City of Cars!
