Always problems when I am forced to visit this location. I would receive better service if I spoke Spanish or if my husband was there. The manager also advised he's read my previous reviews and can tell I'm not trying to work with him. (His exact words). I am supposed to have a follow up on Tuesday, Hopefully when read they can provide customer service.

Thank you god for making the right decision going to this Toyota place! The environment was clean and everyone was very friendly! Thank you to Alfred for his hard work on Saturday we had a very long day but I came home very happy with my new 2021 HIGHLANDER for my family! My kids are so excited! Thank you again Alfred help me with everything and made sure I was happy! We did insurance together and he guide me thorough everything since it was my very first car 🙏🏼🙏🏼 I recommend anyone that’s looking to buy a car to go here they are very helpful with everything that you need! Clean and friendly!

Thanks again Alfred for your hard/fast work on Wednesday my new 2021 HIGHLANDER is 🔥🔥🔥 Thank again Alfred for helping me with everything and making sure I was happy!!! We did my insurance together and some how 🙏🏼🙏🏼 he got them to lower my insurance. I recommend anyone that’s looking to buy a car to go City World Toyota and ask for Alfred he will have you in and out with your new car in no time!!! 1

The worst customer service ever...the girls give fake names (SUCH AS NATALIE or GLADYS)when you call....called 12 times today to speak with a supervisor and got disconnected. So quick to sell a car but yet so difficult when your experiencing issues with there cars. They need to hire a new team and let go of what they have....I will be sure to let corporate KNOW... DISGUSTED !!!

My experience was pretty good for a first time. I saw the car on car guru. Went to the dealership and was greeted by a tall, slim, Hispanic gentleman maybe in his early 40’s with glasses. Can’t recall his name for the life of me. Anyway we went to look at the car and it was really nice. Very clean and no bad smells or anything. I made a $2,000 down payment and want pressured to add more money.I also prequalified for a car loan with my bank so I brought the docs for them to look at and went moved along in the process. Got my plates made there, completed the paperwork, and rang the bell before I left. Not a bad experience at all. I just wish they added more Freon before selling it but I was able to add some myself so whatever. I can definitely see myself going back. I was very satisfied overall. That day was very straight to all of the points. Took all day but I left with my very first vehicle! I wasn’t disrespected, I wasn’t overcharged, and I wasn’t duped out of extra money. I reduced my down payment so I can have the exact amount for 7 monthly payments. ;) I appreciate the salesman. Six months later and my van is still running good. Thank you for the wonderful, buying a car for the first time ever experience an excellent one Mr tall, slim Hispanic man with glasses who looks somewhere in his early to mid 40’s. I should have wrote this review the week I got my van smh. I would have remembered his name for sure!
