Without burying the lead, let me just say I'm a satisfied customer. My wife and I purchase an older vehicle that was used but in remarkably good condition. We flew in to take possession, so it was quite late by the time we arrived. David was waiting as promised, and we completed the transaction easily. However, after making it back home, we found something serious that required replacement. Dave promptly reimbursed us with a rather sizable check for the repairs. All in all we found Dave to be personable, professional, patient, and conscientious.

We decided to use our Jetta TDI buyback funds to upgrade to a used VW cc. Dave at Classic Auto Sales had just gotten one in. He brought it by for us to test drive the day after I contacted him. There were a few repairs that needed to be done which his garage handled easily, and Dave took care of the insurance stamp, registration and plates for us which was appreciated. The car is great, just what we wanted (cc sport model) at a good price. Because we know Dave and his family, we trust him and we know that he will stand behind his product. It is not a surprise that he has sold over a dozen cars to neighbors on our street. After the sale, there was an issue that came up with with car, and Dave has been right on it to be sure it gets fixed. Although we have always taken our VWs to local dealers for service, we plan to take the cc to Dave's garage for servicing and repairs. Altogether, purchasing the VW cc was a very pleasant and satisfying experience, providing a terrific replacement for a much loved Jetta TDI. I would recommend Classic Auto Sales to anyone considering to buy a used vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica from David Wolfson. This is the first time I have dealt with Mr Wolfson and Classic Auto Sales. I drove over 70 miles to look at this car for my daughter. What a great experience. David had the car looked at, repaired what was bad, going to go bad (brakes, oil and timing belt) and a re all noice. He offered to bring the. Vehicle to our location. Again a great experience.

I cannot say enough about my outstanding experience with Dave from Classic Auto Sales. As my Volvo lost heat on a cold day in February and Dave really went out of his way to quickly locate exactly what I was looking for within my price range. He went above and beyond finding me not one but two cars to choose from- a BMW and a Mercedes. Each were in excellent condition, beautiful and so clean...even on a snowy day. I have to say the most helpful was that he took care of the registration, advised me regarding my insurance company and even reminded me to call easy pass. There are only a few times in our lives where we receive outstanding customer service. I have to say Dave at Classic Auto Sales has renewed my faith in buying a used car. He will truly be the only dealership I deal with in the future. Classic Auto sales is professionalism at its best. Thank you Dave.

So I asked specific questions about a truck I wanted to see one being if the car had any rust. I didn't want to waste my time if it wasn't what I was looking for. I was upfront that I was driving a hour to see this car with children. Well instead of disclosing that the truck did have rust he said the opposite and wasted my time because surprise it had rust. What a horrible thing to do. Avoid at all costs horrible horrible experience.

All the members of Dave's staff that I talked to were equally friendly and helpful. Not least, the truck is in excellent condition and I got it for a very reasonable price.

Wish I would have known about this website two years ago. I bought a truck from Classic Auto, drove it for a week when the transmission started giving me problems. They gave me a lot of lip service instead of repairing it. Two months later it broke and it cost me $2000 to fix. They refused to pay for the repair. The positive reviews are probably from their family.

I just purchased a Ford F-150 from Classic Auto Sales, and it was one of the best experiences I've had! It completely beats going to the big dealerships. David was upfront and honest with me, and he worked to get the deal competed. Communication is huge in the car buying process and David made himself available. I would certainly recommend Classic Auto Sales to other vehicle buyers!

I was interested in a truck they had, submitted an inquiry, and received an email back from David saying he would call me the next morning. That was on 4/21/15 & I still haven't received a call or any further contact. Complete customer service fail. Not impressed.

I Purchased my dream BMW 335i convertible from Dave. He let me test drive the car for hours before I decided to purchase it. The car needed just a few things taken care of and Dave went out of his way to provide me with a loaner car (I live out of state so he met me 1/2 way) and he took care of all of my issues exactly as promised. Went on-line looking for a used truck for general home use. I found several vehicles that were a match so I took the ride over to take a first hand look. Upon arrival I was greeted by several friendly staff members who were quickly able to answer my questions and point me in what I would say was the best fit for my budget truck. They let me drive several and there was no pressure. Dave the owner even provided me a car fax to back up the history of the one owner Avalanche. I did not buy that day because I wanted to do some research and found that the truck was a real good value so I called Dave back and said I wanted it and would be back on Saturday to settle up. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised to see my new truck 100% polished and shined up and Ready to go for inspection.

I bought a Nissan Murano from Classic Auto Sales which couldn't have been a better experience. When I arrived to pick up the car, it was everything as promised. The car had just been detailed, was completely serviced, and had my new plates on it. The owner was great to deal with. He gave me his personal cell phone number and was available to answer questions after hours. Highly recommended.

Purchased a truck or at least tried to, signed a purchase and sales agreement, gave them a deposit.Was told that needed repairs would be done and call me when completed. I waited several days and after making many phone calls which were never answered I finally reached the owner who told me that he was "out of the loop and could not help me". Huh? He agreed to the price I was to pay. Finally salesman called me to say truck was sold to someone else. Unbelievable! Buyer beware!

i went to classic auto sales to look at used cars and found a 199 bmw 323i for sale. the kbb value of the car was well over 20,000 dollars. i bought the car for 16,000 and it is a great car that has had no problems. the customer service was typical, it wasnt bad nor amazing but it was good enough that a deal was made and i am happy with the car. the only complaint i have is that the car horn was dea when i bought the car and they replaced it with what must have been a horn from a 1980 carrola. the horn sounded like a joke and died shortly after. when i called to have them fix it it was going to take them over a week to see my car so i just had it fixed by a bmw machanic and got an oem horn. i was dissapointed that i had to go out of pocket. you need a horn to drive. it is unsafe without one. so thats my experience with classic auto in natick mass.
