Buying cars have been somewhat of a very stressful experience for me in the past. My recent encounter with Classic BMW was a very pleasant and rewarding one. I am leasing a 2016 BMW 320i. My salesman was James Flemming. He was a complete gentlemen, most professional and extremely knowledgeable of this product. I felt very confident and satisfied that I was making the best decision regarding the leasing of my new car. I will definitely recommend his services. Zach was courteous and professional. He did not try to talk us into a vehicle that we were not interested in, rather he listened and worked to please both my husband and I. Troy, The sales manager was very personable and friendly and easy to work with.

When considering the purchase or lease of a BMW there is no better choice than Classic BMW and Teri Blakeley. I have purchased many cars over the years, but the last two BMWs that I purchased from Teri Blakeley at Classic have garnered the best experience of them all. BMWs drive like no other cars, but they can be technically complicated with many features, which an owner wants to learn in order to get the most out of their purchase. Thanks to Teri, who knows the BMW technology better than anyone I have met, I am confident in using all of the features that my X5 and Z4 have to offer. My first BMW was purchased at Cleveland (Davis) BMW and their sales/service support was not even close to the same support as provided by Teri and Classic BMW. I have owned multiple BMWs spanning over the last 8 years. This BMW dealership had always given me the worst customer experience. Their service department is atrocious- overselling combined with lack of courtesy and sincerity. They push you hard for services you don't need and tries to lord their "expert" knowledge over their customers. Their sales department is below average at best in providing a good inventory and/or proper shopping experience.

I spoke to a guy at the dealership, then called him again and his exact words were. "honestly, I do not...... weren't you working with someone else?" Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I cannot remember the name of the guy but he was young and VERY rude.

What can I say, they went above and beyond & exceeded my expectations. It didn't take long considering I stumbled in without an appointment. I was given a loaner car and was on my way. I came to pick up the car the following day, hassle free. Excellent Service during my visits, would recommend this dealership.

We went into the dealership to order a new BMW. We were happy with the sales team and how treated us. We purchased aftermarket products and were very pleased with the service department as well. They even called us after several weeks to make sure we were comfortable with the new car and all of its options. The rating we gave them was deserving of all of their help and support. They made sure of the little things such as a tour of the service area, meeting the service manager and even putting a big ribbon on the car when we picked it up.

The only problem which I had. When I picked the car up the tire inflate light was on. I had to add 5 pounds to each tire. This is something that should have been check before pickup. The over all experience was great. I went to another dealerships and could not even get waited on. With the help of Grant and Mike I was able to surprise my wife with her new car for Christmas. They both went over and above to help pull this off. I will recommend classic BMW very highly to everyone.Thanks for everything.Rich Holy

This is my second BMW and working with Teri was an absolute dream. She was able to meet all of my needs and took all the time with me that was needed to work through the various options I had before I purchased. This was my first time ordering a car from the factory and Teri made the process completely simple. Picking up my car in the showroom with a giant bow on top really just put a smile on my face. A completely easy process and I'm the happy owner of a new BMW because of the hard work of the team at Classic BMW.

I enjoyed my buting experience at Classic BMW. Grant was extremely helpful and very responsive throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgable about the product during the sales process and kept me fully updated onthe progress of my car post order. Also, the finance and service teams have been great in my limited exoerience with them. This is my second car purchased from Classic BMW and I always reccommend the dealership as being best in class to friends and family.

After narrowing my car search down as well my mother's recommendation, I decided to go to Classic BMW. She has purchased two cars in the past 10 years from Classic and has always raved about the quality of service. She was right. It was the best experience I've every had at any dealership. Gary made my car shopping experience enjoyable and was easy to work with. Mike was very nice and efficient in processing all of the paperwork.

Teri was great! I contacted several other dealers before her, and could tell that she knew her stuff. She treated me well, gave me a good price, and got me the car I really wanted. She gave me confidence to do the European Delivery program, and made it work out perfectly! I would definitely work with her again.

Great experience with the sales staff and the service department. All are friendly, professional and responsive. The facilities are first-class all the way. Good selection of cars to choose from and the dealership is willing to negotiate to keep my business. The service department is wonderful.

When preparing to purchase my leased vehicle, I asked my mechanic which sales rep to approach. He recommended Ty Whiting. Ty called me to set up an appointment and I was taken aback when I found out that this gentleman was actually the new sales manager. Ty made the buying experience as straightforward as possible without an honest deal and no smoke-filled room haggling. He's also kept up with me and gone out of his way to help me out with changing over the registration of this great big-block X5 powerhouse in miscellaneous ways after I moved to another state. It was also very reassuring to be able to choose Bob Gale to work on my vehicle those three years, as I knew my family's safety would be in good hands. While most BMW drivers probably don't concern themselves with such details, Bob was always happy to show me his work and explain what he saw and what he did no matter how routine. If only there was a Classic BMW in Northern Virginia. The service is sorely missed, as the local shop here leaves much to be desired.

I currently own 2 BMW's an x5 and a 5 series. I purchased both of my vehicles in New york as I used to reside there. When I arrived to Lake County I began to take my vehicle to Classic for service; I always had a positive experience (but not much was required as both vehicles I own are leased and BMW includes all the maintence). I then went in with my wife to look at a new x5 as our lease was up, Ms. Leta provided very little knowledge of her product line, and she stated she has been selling BMW's for years. She then provided us with "numbers" for the x5 and told us on her first shot at giving us numbers "I am all in" there is no more room in these numbers. It was wierd because the numbers were way off the mark and no one starts a negoiation by saying I am all in. She then checked with her manager who conferred there was no more room. We then leftand were very friendly through the whole proess and didn't recieve even 1 follow up pohne call.We then went to BMW of Cleveland which is actually in Solon and leased an x5 there, equipped the exact same and in the same color as the one we viewed at Classic. The best part was the money down at BMW of Cleveland was $1,000 less, and the lease payment is $145 dollars less! So much for no room in the proce Classic!I would take my vehicle to Classic's service department, and in fact their building is much nicer than the one in Solon. I just wouldn't purchase a vehicle there. I would tell others to look around even if its an inconvience.
