Best experience in car buying I have ever had. Hugh and Pete were absolutely great to work with. This is my second Cadillac leased through Classic Cadillac.The service department is fantastic. Great people to deal with. They will go out of there way to get you a super low loan rate. They were great showing us how use all the features on the car.if something was not right they corrected it.

Today was a holiday weekend bought a brand new Cadillac had a little issue and even though it's a holiday weekend within two hours they drove an hour to drop off a loaner car for me they called and checked with me see how is doing make sure that was alright very good and I bought my car from Mimi and I will buy another Cadillac when my lease is up. Took my 2013 Cadillac CTS Coupe in to be repaired. Note it was under FACTORY WARRANTY, but Classic Cadillac REFUSED to work on my car and instructed me to drive my car back to the dealership I bought the car from to be repaired. Real professional on their part, now I purchased the car in Michigan because I wanted a specific color, with certain options, low mileage and I got a great "certified used car". Now how Classic could turn me away and tell me to drive my car back to Michigan when it had a problem that was under warranty I don't know. Along with the fact that over the last 20 years I had purchased over 10 vehicles from them, lets you all know what they think of there customers. Pathetic. I will NEVER purchase another car from Classic again!
