Exceptional customer service received by Mr. Gordon, Mallet in the repair service shop. His work ethic goes beyond expectations. Mr. Gordon listen to our concerns and explained to us in detail what will be done to the vehicle in every step of the way. He was very informative and patience with our concerns. Overall our experience with Sugar Classic Chevy in the repair service with Mr. Gordon and the rest of the associated employees was exceptionally excellent ! Thank you all !

Great service and turnaround. Definitely the most dependable service department I ever dealt with. No issues at all and made sure my Tahoe was taken care of. Gilbert is an excellent advisor. Very respectful and understanding. Will be scheduling appointments with him every time. The work and repair standard is top notch. Will happily spend my money here again. Thank you once again.

Great job from start to finish! The work was done by professionals and in a timely manner! I had one contact, Brad, through the entire process and he was excellent! His timeframe for completion was spot on as well. Just a very pleasant, easy experience overall! I recommend them to anyone needing repair or body work done on their vehicle.

I felt Cory was serious about making me happy. I called on Monday and on Tuesday my husband was driving away with my new SUV. I am working out of town and was able to do everything by phone and e-mail. My husband delivered my cashiers check and picked up my car. I am so happy with my purchase. I was not going to by the extra coverage but after finding out about how great it was, I went on ahead and bought it.

From the moment we stepped in, Sean spotted us and our awesome experience started. He made sure that what y’all had what we are looking for, he answered every question my husband had. It was a rainy day and he politely offered me his jacket. We went and looked into a few trucks until my hubby picked what he wanted. We went to the dealership around 7. This guys stood by us until almost 11pm. We appreciated the great customer experience given by Classic Chevy, by Sean by Chris his brother, and Rafael our finance guy. Everyone was so courteous and super nice. We recently moved to Missouri City, so we plan to keep Classic Chevy as our dealership of choice for a new ride or for services. Thank you ALL!!
