The moment you walk into the Classic showroom, you know this dealership is not like their competitors. I had the unfortunate experience of going into other dealerships prior to my visit to Pineville. The differences were obvious and huge. 1. We were greeted by the sales staff and not pounced upon. 2. The showroom is clean and the employees were all professionally dressed and kept. 3. Our salesman, Jamel, was knowledgeable about his cars and inventory. He was never pushy and we never felt rushed. He is great but I have no doubt all of the sales staff are just as professional. 4. The sales managers were kind and courteous and took the natural stress out of buying a vehicle. Bottom line….if you want to get a great deal on a Jeep, Chrysler or a Dodge, feel welcomed and respected it is WELL WORTH THE TRIP FROM LAKE NORMAN to deal with a dealership that wants your business. I will highly recommend them and will continue to buy from these professionals in the future

I've been here twice so far in the past 3 months. 1st time was for an oil change and rotation. This time was for nitrogen in my tires due to regular wear. I needed a screw put in my side skirt as well because it came out on the highway and my skirt was dragging! I figured I'd kill 2 birds with one stone. They took care of everything very quickly and was very nice and professional. The entire staff is nice and quick to help. They all work with urgency which is nice to see. Oh and they didn't charge for the work on my tires and side skirt!

Had my daughters Jeep Compass towed there on a Sunday without an appointment and their staff was incredible! Mike, in service, was so kind and helpful. Answering our million questions without losing patience and keeping us informed. Her car was fixed very quickly and we have peace of mind after all the diagnostics they ran. 5 stars for sure. AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! My family and I drove 5 hours to Classic for a Rare Jeep Gladiator and Jonathan and Marianna treated us like royalty! We spoke on the phone one day and the next were in and out in less than 30 minutes!!!!!!! I am blown away by their professionalism, courteousness and the caliber of the Classic Team! This place is the Gold Standard for how dealerships should be ran!!! This will now be our go-to dealer for ALL future purchases!!!! WE LOVE OUR NEW GLADIATOR!!!

"Classic Dodge" Service is the best I have ever dealt with. They turned down work that I thought I needed, but turns out, I didn't. They are expert craftsman, and the amenities (While you wait) are spacious and comfortable. I would recommend that you should take ANY model of car to this shop. They are a hidden gem in Charlotte. Rest assured you will be given top notch service.
