Everyone was so polite and helpful. I was greeted right when I walked through the door. I knew exactly what I was looking for and provided what I was looking for. The very first car I was showed I completely fell in love with. Everyone was very helpful in getting me the payment amount that I wanted without complaining one bit. They all were very kind and helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted. And I could not be happier. I will definitely continue to go back and refer friends and family to go there.

It’s always a pleasant experience with sales and service. The staff on Wednesday February 17th was outstanding. I had a fall accident, (not the dealers fault), and had to be transported to the hospital, staff stayed with me until I left with EMS. They told me not to worry about my vehicle and it was well taken care of. They went above and beyond what they had to do, and I can’t say enough about them. If you’re looking for a great Ford Dealership, I recommend them highly. My new vehicle is the 3rd I’ve purchased from them!

We have purchased many vehicles and must say that this was one of the most pleasant car buying experience. Austin was definitely a pleasure to work with. We gave him our requirements and he found the truck for us. He even had to have it brought in from out of state. Next time we are in the market for another vehicle, we will definitely return to Classic Ford of Smithfield.
