I went to several local Honda dealerships and none of them seemed like they wanted to work with me. I found Classic Honda and immediately began to message with Jessica Mendez in sales. I already knew what car I wanted and had applied for finance. Jessica was very kind and quick to respond. Once I arrived, after my hour drive, Jessica had all the paperwork ready, and my car was fully detailed and had a full tank of gas. I completed my paperwork with Adriana Concepcion who was also very kind. While completing the paperwork, Jessica set up all the safety features on my 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid so when it was time for me to leave, I was all set. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own and I’m glad it was with Classic Honda. Jessica and Adriana made this process very smooth and quick. I would recommend Classic Honda.

I requested information online for a 2016 crv and best price quote. An appt. was made and the car was pulled up front for me to test drive as soon as I came in. Gary Bowen was my sales rep and I have to say he was extremely patient with me and all my quirks and questions and inspections and all my "what ifs", as I had not bought a car in 23 years. I was still driving my 1994 Honda Accord. He spent a lot of time with me as I was unsure of letting my car go. The sales manager gave me a fair trade in value and he and Gary addressed my concerns satisfactorily. The only issue I had was coming in three times to correct an error on the financing papers, but the General Manager and all concerned were very apologetic and even offered to come to me for the corrections. Even personnel I had not met asked me how I was liking my new CRV. All were very respectful, nice , and helpful in this experience. I did not feel pressured at any time! I had to apologize to Gary that he was the one that got me; as I may have put him "through the mill". I am very picky and had only a million questions for him.. Things have really changed in 23 years!!. I love my new CRV and the process that I was not looking forward to was really a very pleasant one. Thank you so much!! Josh (sevice department) has been great also as I had some accesssories applied!

But, when it took two months of calls to unsuccessfully schedule an appointment to repair a recall issue, we decided to try Classic. We should have switched years ago! We were able to schedule an appointment for the repairs on the first phone call. From the time we drove onto the Classic lot to the time we left, it was an extremely pleasant experience! I brought the car in to diagnose the symptoms while the wheel speed control started shaking, needs to test and determine which is causing the problem. The technician has found all wheels completely out of balances. Thanks to Mr. Jay Banks is a service advisor had recommended to me in the needs of all 4 wheels should perform an alignment, will make sure that my car safely on the road after the full implementation of all the wheels balanced and all 4 tires will last longer.

This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle so I was a bit intimidated by what I though the process may be like. So I did a bunch of research on what vehicles I might like and once I narrowed it down to Honda I then did some research on the dealerships in my area. I found that classic Honda had the highest ratings in customer service and then felt more confident in choosing them to visit for my possible purchase. Jorge Cordoves what the first salesman I came in contact with and right away I felt at ease. He was attentive and very helpful. I found the car I was liking for almost immediately, we took it out for a test drive and I fell in love with it. The fact that they don't work off commission is awesome. I felt the whole experience was relaxed and there was no pressure to get the sale. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was the same way even down to the finance department. I felt at ease and was very confident in the purchase I was making by the end of the day. Everything was fantastic. Customer for life

I found a car by searching the internet that was part of Classic Honda's inventory. After thinking about the vehicle for a week I contacted the dealership. I spoke with a sales rep and received additional information and set a tentative time to view the car on the weekend. He stated he would give me a call on the Friday to verify the viewing. On Saturday I received a call from the dealership for a viewing. Within 3 hours I was at the dealership to view the car. The car was as described with the only issue being I could not test drive the vehicle as it had not had a mechanical check yet (trade in)(safety recall check). I asked when this would be completed and was informed likely during the week and I would receive a call when it was ready. We left and about 2 hours later received a call that it was ready for a test drive and there were no issues preventing a test drive related to a recall. We arrived within 1.5 hours and was informed there was a customer purchasing the car right now and if they do not follow through in the next few days it will be back available. The individual purchasing the car was standing outside near the car staring at our family through the glass. There was no way the individual would have known we were interested in the car. There were so many issues with the buying experience I will never return. A very disappointing experience and I will never return. Definitely something strange going on that I was not aware of. This is why car salespersons have a bad reputation.

Yoelny Cisnero took care of me this past Tuesday with great efficiency and caring kindness. She made sure I understood exactly what was being done for my 2013 Honda Accord, and why; she checked my prior service record carefully to see exactly what was going to be needed and to make sure I was in agreement. When I expressed concern about my tires she made sure they were carefully checked for tread depth (it was OK). She works at the Express Service desk and is a very good fit for it indeed; her personality is pleasant and her service efficient. She's a keeper! Your whole establishment is top notch.

After being told "no" at multiple other dealerships, I was finally told "yes" at Classic Honda. My sales advisor was patient with me and made sure to listen to everything I wanted, my concerns, and any questions I had. He made sure to get me into a car I wanted, which was the most important thing for me. At several times there were problems with the disbanded departmtn, but Jose made sure I ended up with what I was told I would be getting. I took my 2014 Honda Accord in to be serviced because the tire pressure light came on. I was told that both of my front tires had a nail in them. They said that one could be patched for $25, but the other couldn't be patched and definitely needed to be replaced for $150. Thinking I could get the work done much cheaper elsewhere, I declined the dealership's offer to service my car and took it to an independent tire shop just 1/2 mile down the road. I told the tire shop mechanic what the dealership told me... that I had a nail in both of my front 2 tires, and that one could be patched while the other needed to be replaced. The mechanic said that you really can not determine any of that until you remove the nails and see what kind of damage was actually done to the tire. He removed the nails, and both of them turned out to be tiny, broken-off pieces of screws that were less than 1/4 inch long. Neither screw had actually punctured the inside of the tires, and both tires were perfectly fine! Neither tire needed patching or replacing. The tire shop could have very easily told me the same thing the dealership told me, and just offered to do the unnecessary work for less. But they did not. They were completely honest and upfront with me. They were more interested in gaining my trust and loyalty than making a quick buck off of me.I returned to the Honda dealership and spoke with service manager Dervin Carty. I told him how upset and disappointed I was that his service department told me I needed work done on my car that I did not actually need. He said he understood why I would feel that way, but insisted that his service department did nothing wrong. Even when I told him that I had been lied to, he still defended his technicians and refused to admit any wrong doing. He then offered me a token free oil change to make me feel better, but I declined. I left the dealership even more angry and upset than I had been before I arrived. This service department lied to me, and then tried to spin it like I was in the wrong. I will never visit this dealership again.

After two failed attempts to purchase a new car in North Carolina I traveled to Orlando for a three day visit. I found a vehicle at Classic Honda and contacted the dealership via Internet chat. They contacted me the following day and invited me for test drive. I was meet by Ryan Jones who assisted me greatly by getting the answers to all my guestions. The service would take approximately 3 1/2 hours we went to do shopping. We received a call of work completed on time. When we picked up the car we found that it had been washed. Beware when turning in a lease, especially if you take advantage of the pull ahead program from Honda Financial. There were several paperwork blunders from an unsigned form that I had to come back the day after to sign, mis-aligned paperwork sent to Honda Financial that was not acceptable by Honda Financial, I had to meet a representative to resign that paperwork. The original document I had to come back to sign had an incorrect item checked off which has delayed the closing of my old lease account by 5 weeks and still open as of today. Finally after calling Honda Financial 3 or 4 times they made sure that someone at Classic sent it over to them. I made them do this while I held on the phone because you cannot trust what anyone says there. This is after I received a phone call from someone at Classic the week before assuring me that this would be taken care of. Apparently it was not. This falls on Classic and not Honda Financial. It's too bad because the actual buying experience was not that bad. This is now bad due to a delinquent old account that is not my issue. Also, the old car still has not been inspected. Here it is 5 weeks later and the old car is somewhere. Where is the old car at? Your guess is as good as mine. I received an automated call from the lease inspection company yesterday asking for me to setup an appointment for an inspection on a car I no longer have. I am not one to usually complain but this experience should not cause aggravation. It is ok to have a mistake here and there but this is one after the other. I'm done with the old car and moved on. Classic needs to take care of this issue. They do not seem concerned with reaching out to resolve the issue.

I don't go to dealerships often. I actually try to avoid them if at all possible. But I will say that I actually enjoy going to Classic Honda on West Colonial, and that is because of the service writers/advisers. Maribel, Josh, and Jay have always been easy to work with, pleasant and patient. Customers need to remember that it takes a lot of patience to deal with the public coming to you for work on their automobiles. These three have the personality and patience to do this job very well. In addition, their relationships with the techs is another key factor why I go to Classic Honda. They know their techs well and they communicate well with them. I especially appreciate it when they escort me back to the shop to make sure I understand what's going on with my car. Jay Banks recently did this with me to discuss (between customer-service adviser-tech) an issue with my suspension. This is how customer service should be!

I was at Classic Honda Orlando dealership yesterday and Mr. Josh Swiernik was my Service Advisor. I can't say enough about this man extraordinary professionalism and customer service. He not only had my car checked and service in no time, but he also updated the car's computer system/software, informed me about the latest recalls on my Honda, then had the technician/mechanics do an 8-points inspection of the entire vehicle. That's what I call service! In the end, I was mostly happy about the warm reception from Josh, the other staff and technical employees there. While Orlando house-sitting when my son was out of town, I drove his car only to find the "Check Emissions" light on and burning smell under hood. Took it to Classic Honda Service and talked to Jay Banks and explained the son was coming home today and needed his car for work since I was leaving town to return home. Mechanic Cleon clearly explained burnt clutch and evap leak but would not be ready today since it was later afternoon when I brought it in. Rental Liaison Rachel quickly provided a nice loaner until repairs done the next day. These three people plus many others took great care when I needed it. More impressively, I am from out of town, did not buy a car there, and had a short timeline but they still went above and beyond all expectations. I am absolutely a satisfied customer. I sought out Manager Scott K to personally tell him of my great experience. GREAT JOB!!!

BUT WHATEVER THE SITUATION WAS CLASSIC HONDA SALES MANGER DECIDE TO REPLACE THE TWO FRONT ONE WHICH I WAS FINE WITH. ONCE THEY REPLACE THE TWO FRONT TIRES I DECIDE SINCE THEY WHERE NICE TO REPLACE THE TWO FRONT TIRES, THAT I WILL PURCHASE THE TWO BACK TIRES FROM THEM THAT WAY MY VEHICLE HAS MATCHING TIRES. Before going to Classic Honda in Orlando Fl. I went to several dealers. I just moved to the United States, just got a new job and because of being for not so long here none could approve me a loan with low monthly payments. But Classic Honda Orlando has the best people! Gabino Romero was my sales associate he is the best of the best, kind, helpful, has the knowledge and brings the greatest customer service you'll ever find in a dealership. Same with beautiful Sophia Almeida, she was responsible for the car's financing. She spent time trying to find the bank until she got the one that provide me what I wanted. I recently visited the Classic Honda Dealership in Orlando FL and was most impressed to the fact I wasn't bombarded with sales people trying to get me to work with them. I loved it when it was explained that the dealership worked according to how many vehicles sold and not on commission and who sold the vehicle. Every single person I worked with was kind and made me feel like I was important. I especially love the fact that this dealership allows you to Drive your newly purchased vehicle and return it regardless of the reason within 300 miles or 5 Days. Really, who does that? Classic Honda, that's who. I purchased a 2016 Champagne Honda Accord that I absolutely loved. It was fully loaded and I received so many compliments. After a couple of days I realized it wasn't for me due to health reasons I could not sit low in a vehicle with comfort. I returned the vehicle on day 3 and walked away very happy with my 2015 Honda CRV that I am totally satisfied with. I am very impressed with everyone I encountered with my purchase. Actually I am impressed with the dealership in general as I purchased a Honda from another dealership in Orlando in July 2011 who were just nasty once I signed the papers. I refused to deal with that dealership period and was able to visit Classic Honda for maintenance on the 2012 CRV. The service I received at Classic Honda let me know without a doubt I was at the right place. I can say with totally honesty, I've been dealing with Classic Honda since 2011 and has never had a bad experience with them. The CEO of Honda and General Manager of Classic Honda should be very pleased with the Classic Honda of Orlando Dealership as their staff rock. It is a comforting experience when the people are nice. A few people stand out during my last visit in November 2015. Mo Almbaied my original salesman, oh my God what an awesome young man. He has a spirit that is genuine. He explained what to expect from Honda, he listened and he helped me find what I wanted. Even after my deal he reached out to me to assure I was happy with my purchase. Michael Marcinowski in Finance was so good at what he does and such a gentleman. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan when I returned the 2016 Accord since Mo was off that night and he was delightful. Sophia in Finance stepped in and she is such a Jewel. It's easy to call and complain or write a complaint when you receive bad service. I am NOT a Classic Honda employee nor have I even been, I am just a very satisfied customer who wanted to reach out with a kind word to a company where I had a good experience. I went in to service my 2007 Honda Coupe and Dwight Dowe took the time to explain in details the findings of the mechanics inspections. The repairs required leaving the car overnight and Dwight arranged for me to get a rental car while the mechanic took care of my car. The next day when my car was ready for pick up Dwight called me at work. He again reviewed with me the work that was done and the costs associated with each repair. Dwight really takes the time to make his customers feel welcome at the service department

I took my Honda CR-V for service at 7:30 AM, and was greeted ans waited by Mrs Maribel Franco. Everything was going well until after about 2 hours (when the vehicle should have been ready), that I was informed that the car was stuck in a lift that didn't come down, so they could not do the service/repairs until tha car was to be brought down. Mrs Franco, showed iniciative and asked me if I wanted to be driven home or get a loaner (car for me to drive), while my car was stuck. I opted for the loaner and later the next day I received a call informing me that my car would be ready at around 5PM.It was ready at about 530 PM, and eveything was done perfectly, and my car was washed and vacuumed to perfection. I was very happy notwhitsdanding the reversal.

About a year ago we had our (lifetime guarantee) tint done here and days later noticed a scratch in the tint. They didn't want to fix it, so I just let it slide since such a minor thing... But recently we have had multiple negative experiences with the Service Dept here. I was told 4 different things by a service advisor named Josh, when a different advisor told me a completely seperate thing needed on the phone, before bringing our car in to be serviced. They also never want to take the coupons provided and try to sell you unnecessary services. When you decline additional services, they tell you it wasn't really needed anyway....? Had an appointment for a simple oil change and it still took 2 hours. While waiting during the oil change I sat in a room alone watching tv. About an hour into it a salesman sits a woman (who was purchasing a car from him) down next to me and hands her the remote, encouraging her to change the channel I was watching, offering her a drink and making sure she was comfortable and taken care of. I definitely got the feeling that if you aren't planning on buying a car that day, you mean nothing to them. Even though you purchased a car from them already.. Also this company offers rebate checks for your next oil change. Good luck getting those. And if you try talking to the Service manager Dervin about the checks, he will flat out tell you that you are "wasting his time".. I recommend Headquarter Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car. We bought our other Honda from them and have had nothing but a great experience!

Maribel Franco was assigned my service call last week for a routine oil change and tire balance as indicated by my dashboard indicators; 2014 Honda Accord. I procrastinated longer than I possibly could because of the inconvenience of sitting at the dealership, coming in early to get a decent appointment, etc. However, when I called at noon, I was given a 2pm appointment with no wait, same day.Maribel reviewed my service needs, advised me of 1.5 hour interval and no charges due to my current service plan in place. I settled down at a table with a project due for the weekend, worked diligently and as I was finishing up, Maribel approached me...it was 3:30pm to give me the 'all ready' notice. She also advised me of what to expect for my next visit in service costs.Maribel Franco's professionalism and accuracy is greatly appreciated. It made this visit painless. I wish all such visits could go so well.

Thank Rafael Lugo for helping me make a great choice at picking the Honda Accord EX 2016. When I first arrive at the dealer for the first time at 9am. Rafael Lugo was there to answer all the questions that I had about what I wanted in my car. Classic Honda was the best fit for me to go in and buy a car. By asking me questions of what kind of car I wanted it, Rafael Lugo with his knowledge about Hondas, was able to nearow my search down of the kind of car I wanted to the Honda Accord. Because of his patients and kindness, he was able to allow me to test drive the cars and he was able to show me all the features of the car and how to operate them. Rafael Luco was and is the best person to buy a car from. Although I never brought a car before or met anyone else at the dealership, Rafael Lugo wasn't forcing me to buy a car that wouldn't fit me or that I wouldn't like. Last month we found a used car for our daughter online at Classic Honda. We took her in for a test drive and ended up making a deal on the car. The car and trade in both seemed to be fairly priced so there was no problem there. After agreeing to the deal, it took almost four hours to complete the sale and the paperwork, an excessive amount of time. We were not finished until well after the dealership closed, close to 10pm. While turning over the trade in, we discovered that the Sunpass sticker was still in the car. My husband attempted to remove it with a pocket knife but after several attempts, our salesperson told him to leave it, the dealership would take care of it. Fast forward several weeks and I discover $86.00 in Sunpass charges. The Expressway Authority says too bad, they don't care who used the transponder. Classic Honda says it is not their responsibility. We are left paying the bill.

I had an excellent service experience recently at Classic Honda. I was due for my 15,000 mile service on my 2013 Accord and Fernando Nunez was my service advisor. Fernando explained what was included at that level of service and reassured me that if the service persons recommended additional service or replacement of any parts, that he would inform before such work was done. (Thankfully no additional work was required.) I had to call later regarding a warning light that I noticed was on, long after I had left the dealership. I was able to reach Fernando by phone right away and he gave me instructions to turn off the warning light, thereby eliminating an unnecessary return trip. (This warning light occurrence is fairly common to 2013 Accords and is not an actual problem at all.) Fernando Nunez was very professional and personable throughout and I highly recommend him and the Service Department at Classic Honda.

We bought our 2003 pilot new at Classic honda and all service work has been performed there with great satisfaction. We now have more than 187,000 on the pilot. I don't recall when Josh Swiernik became our service advisor, however it's more than 2 children ago. Josh is definitely a factor in determining which dealership services our vehicles. Josh also sees that my 2014 honda accord gets the services she needs.

I would not refer anyone to this dealership. They tell you a deal can be made and allow you to take car home. Afterwards, they tell you next day you need more funds as down payment. Or you need to get base car with high payments. I explained my scenario and they pulled info over 10yrs ago to justify their deception. Finance manager only wanted outrageous down payment or put me in a base car. The next day I arrive to dealership the finance team would not even give eye contact and held heads down or acknowledge me because they are liars. This was there way of getting you into the dealership. I called finance manager the entire day and no return call. I went to another dealership and got brand new car with ease.

This is my first service visit to Classic since I bought my car. The customer service experience is just as outstanding as what I experienced in the sales department. My appointment was with Maribel but since she was busy with another customer, Dwight Dowe stepped in and helped me with my first oil change and car wash. Woke up to find I had a dead battery. ..Called AAA and he determined battery was bad...He jumped my car and I headed over to Classic Honda..I have been a customer there for many years..They were really busy...not unusual for a Friday. ..My regular service advisor was busy..I was told about 1 1/2 hour wait..I was fine..My girl Maribel overhead the conversation and said just a battery shouldn't be long..40 minutes later I was ready to head out with new battery and some helpful info on things that need done at my next sevice...Thanks to Maribel Franco,As always great customer service. ..Cya next service visit.

I came in because my car key had broke in half and my car security alarm was activated. I went in around 3:30pm and saw advisor Jay Banks. He quickly knew my problem, was able to get started right away he did give me a time frame in which he achieved in less time than was initially set. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the outcome, he was very courteous and fun, and when I got my car back she was excellent. Definitley go to Jay Banks he will take care of your needs and fast. You will not be disappointed.

I went to the dealer for a warranty air bags that I receive in the mail, the 1st advisor was Fernando Nunez that I met personally send me home because he need to order the part which I understood. I took more than 16 weeks until I heard from him because I call him leaving 2 Messages with out him call me back in my 3er call he try to tell me that he just got the parts today, like I believe that but I made the appt. when I got to the dealer I met Mr. Jay Banks he didn't have none information of me plus I could tell when a selling department is trying to pass the freebies to another rep that's is what mr. Fernando did. Well I am glad I met Mr. Jay no only he did a great service but took care put all my info in the system and put the car for service, no excuses, no problem. Great Customer service for mr. Jay Banks but Mr. Fernando Nunez need to go back to 101 customer service school and you need to take the freebies as well the productions, some of us can tell the difference.

I met salesman Dane Binger, he explained patiently step by step the buying process and how classic honda sets up a price that is a bargin compaired to other dealers in market. Also, great thanks to sales manager Ali who took care of me and give me the right price for my trade in. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change when I arrived Mr. Jay Banks assisted me & informed me that there was an approximate hour and a half wait even thought I had an appointment. Discouraged by this information, I called and asked my son to bring my work computer so that my waiting would not be in vain. Before my son could arrive, Mr. Banks approached me indicating that my vehicle was ready. This was extremely encouraging considering my hectic schedule. He also prepared my oil rebate form prior to my going to the cashier (prior rebates had to be submitted twice because the form was not processes at the time of the oil change). The only reason I did not give a five star rating is because the Multi-Point Inspection Report Card was not discussed with me, & there are two items requiring future attention. I will address them ASAP.Thank you for you prompt and courteous serious.

I have four Honda cars at home (a family of four), so I got plenty of experience in dealing with Honda. Ever since we have Maribel Franco to take care our cars, things became so much easier! Especially to my wife, she didn't even know how to open the hood or check the fluid level. So whenever she need maintenance or repair on her car, all I need to do is make sure she set up an appointment with Maribel, then I don't need to worry about anything else. The reasons are quite simple. First, Maribel know her stuff, and straight to the point, you will know what's going on with you car right away. Second, she know what you really want and really need, she won't have you to do any thing that is unnecessary. Third, she know how to take care the problem in a most cost effective way. Fourth, she always have the work done by the time she promised. So if you or your loved one need auto service, just make sure look for Maribel, then everything will be taken care of. You can trust me on that.

Just bought a slightly used Odyssey from Classic Honda. Gary Bowen was the salesman. From the first phone call to the dealer to driving away in my new car, I was pretty much amazed at the pleasant and helpful attitudes of everyone I spoke with. Gary was very knowledgeable and really helped us to understand the car. We last purchased new in 2006, so the tech was well beyond anything we were used to. Gary made it easy to understand and operate. I don't know anyone who enjoys buying a car.Gary and this dealership made it a great experience that was very different from any other car buying experience I ever had. Well I have to say I pulled into the service area and I was greeted by Jay Banks one of the service writers! He was smiling and pleasant and very understanding.I was there becasue I made appointment to have some recall work ( Fuel pump and master brake cylinder) done on my Odyssey Van.Well He asked me the questions of did I have appointment and I said yes. He went inside to look it up and it was not there. I made a mistake by not telling him that I was there to drop it off for a 7 AM appointment! He went back inside with a smile and said " Do not worry it is okay as I offered my apologies about the mix up of my fault! Well Jay Banks found my appointment and wrote the paper work and all before I even got out the van and into his little desk. I use a cane becasue I am going through Chemo and radiation for throat cancer and Jay went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable and made sure he explained everything as well as came around the desk to have me sign the paperwork so I did not have to stretch! I also needed to get the shuttle home becasue I had not ride and Honda ( THe manufacturer did not offer loaner for this recall ( they should have) which 8 hours plus dropping it off the night before was tough with my health situation! I was not to get my van back till about 3 or 4 PM yet at 11 AM I got a call from Jay and he told me my van was ready. I asked how becasue of the time frame. He started with apology that the fuel pump work was dome yet the brake cylinder parts were special order and they would take a week to get into their shop. I am a bit upset with the women ( whose name I did not write down) who answered the phone and made the appointment. She should have checked and said we can order the parts and when they come in we will call and schedule appointment! SHe did not. And that pisses me off! The shuttle driver took about an hour to come fetch me from my home ( 1.3 miles straight down the road) and took me to dealership. I walked in and Jay was on the phone and quickly ended the call. Explained to me again about the parts being on special order and I explained to him that I will have Radiation starting monday for the next 7 weeks Monday through Friday. He said do not worry we will work something out to get your van here and get you home and ensure that it does not interfere with your medical treatments! I have never had service this good at any car dealer or service establishment in my life! Even Good year where I can see the sign from my home does not give the kind of Customer service that Jay BAnks and Classic honda has given me! THey make you wait and wait to even ask how they can help you and then tell you all the things wrong with your vehicle before even starting to grab the paper work let alone start writing! I am sure Mr. Banks will make me happy again when the parts come in and accommodate me and my health with transportation and scheduling around my appointments to get me there and back home and back there in atimely matter!I want to say Mr. Jay Banks was the most pleasant for I talked to a couple of service personnel while waiting for shuttle and trust me I am glad I got JAy as the person I had to deal with. THank YOu JAy BAnks

My experience at Classic Honda was amazingingly exceptional quality customer service. I went in with bad credit and little to no money down and the representatives that assisted me did their very best to get me approved. I left there with a 2015 Honda Civic Sedan and I was the happiest individual ever. I was so pleased and so happy with everyone's help. My experience felt like I was at Disney World. It felt magical. Classic Honda does a very good job of making their customers comfortable. The waiting area is divided into two separate spaces, one a nice theater-style movies/TV watching area (with popular movies or real local TV playing, not Honda TV), and the other a lounge area for the more productive waiters. Free wifi is available, and so is free popcorn. And if you prefer not to wait, there is a shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up within a ten mile radius. Maribel Franco helped me on my last visit, and she was very courteous and polite. During my routine service (oil change, tire rotation), the mechanics noticed I was missing a lug nut, which they kindly replaced for free (even though I had initially agreed to pay $9 for a new one). All in all, the experience was very pleasant.

I'd gone to the dealership without an appt in need of sort of an emergency change of oil (oil life at 5%) When I got there, I realized that my carefully folded coupons were carefully left behind on my kitchen table. I nearly have a meltdown but Gerald was not only kind enough to let me use his fax so I could have my coupons faxed in; better than that he worked it so I wouldn't even go through that hassle and got my discount. The service was completed before the estimated time he was thorough enough to explain things in my car that needed my immediate attention and those I could still wait.

When we received a notice in the mail about a possible safety concern with our Honda I called Classic Honda and spoke with Dustin Pearson. He set up an appointment and saw us the next day. He inspected the car and informed us the Fuel Pump was cracked and he would replace it within 3 hours and of course no charge as this is required due to the Product Update Notice. Dustin provided us a ride home since this would take 3 hours. The car was finished in 2 hours and the driver came to bring us back to Classic Honda to pick up our car.

Mr Jay Banks waited on me. I was in for an Oil Change, but then he took me inside the shop so a mechanic could show some problems that they found: Worn bushings (really bad), thin tires (they are 7 years old) and almost zero rear wheel brake left.Most of these issues are safety related, so he advised me to solve then ASAP. After some number crunching, he was able to find a reasonable amount to pay, so I took it. He was very proffessional and courteous. He will be an excelent service advisor after he gains more experience.

I was on my way to Tampa and just passing through Orlando when my check engine light came on in my Honda Odyssey. When I stopped at Classic Honda, I was warmly greeted, and the service advisor, Dustin Pearson, was very helpful and friendly. He was very busy and still found the time to take care of my situation. He showed great patience for everything he had to deal with while I was there. After the diagnosis was found to be minor, and did not need an immediate repair, and since I was out of town and could not leave the car, Dustin was kind enough to reduce the cost of the diagnostic charge. I highly recommend visiting Classic Honda and dealing with Dustin and his staff.

Dane Binger, was an awesome salesman, no salesman speech was giving to us in other to cahoot us into buying a car. He asked us what we wanted and gave us options. The transaction was smooth, buying a car was a big deal to me and not for one second did I thought my husband and I made the wrong decision. Dane was my sales person. He was laid back and didn't push too much. Good thing because I'm the kind of person that would have walked right out if pushed too much. Clem was also great because he helped facilitate the process for Dane. They had great team work there. The fianance guy was good, but didn't work as hard to get my interest rate down to where it belong since my credit rating is at 801. I went to Capital One Auto Finance on-line and got the interest rate from what Honda's offering of 4.9% down to 3.83%. Honda only came down to 3.99%. He said it's not much of a difference, but that's because they are benefiting. In the end they matched the percentage with my documentation from Capital One. I'm a loyal Honda owner and this is my third one. I try to go with other cars, but in the end I always come back to Honda because of their value, price point, classy look, reliability and dependablility. You'll never make a mistake buying a Honda.

Great care was taken to make my buying experience a good one. I did not like the way I was treated at the dealerships in Jacksonville. Based on the ratings for Classic Honda my wife and I took a chance and drove the 2 1/2 hours to Orlando. I'm happy to say it was well worth it. Not only did I receive great treatment and a great deal, I also found the car I was looking for. Great Job Bill at Classic Honda. I would make the drive again!!! BUYER BEWARE! DANGEROUS! I PURCHASED A CAR HERE THAT WAS NOT SERVICED/ NOR CHECKED OVER BEFORE THEY SOLD IT TO ME. THE CAR DIED AFTER DRIVING IT FOR LESS THAN TEN MINUTES/4 MILES. HOWEVER ALMOST 15 HOURS LATER I DROVE TO HONDA AND A MECHANIC WAS UNDER THE HOOD OF THE CAR WITH MY LICENSE PLATE STILL ON THE VEHICLE. WHITE HONDA ACCORD WITH 21,641MILES ON IT! As a lifelong Honda customer I nerve thought I would have to write this review but considering my situation I have to do this. I purchased a brand new Accord in 2005. I have done regular oil change, did some minor work to the clutch back in 2010. Other that, the car ran and drove beautifully. I have keep all my paper work for the car because the day I would have sell it, I wanted to show the purchaser what kind of car they were getting. Back in July of 2014, I took my car to Classic Honda for a check engine light. Inside, I explain to the service adviser I had a check engine light on. The service adviser mentioned it will cost approximately $90 to diagnose the check engine light. It came with a code P1009 (VTC Actuator failure). To fix the problem it will cost me $700. Because of my job I needed to get my car fix as early as possible. But Classic Honda didnt have the VTC available. It was going to take them 2 days to get the VTC. I had to loan a car on my own to drive to several Honda dealerships to get the part. I drove back to Classic the next day to give Classic the part. This past September, the same check engine light code came on. I went back to Classic and the same service adviser mentioned it will cost me another $90 if it is a different code. Money, money, money !!!!!! The code came with the same one P1009. The Service adviser said to me, Sir your car is burning oil inside the engine. You are going to need a new engine for $2500. I was so shocked, I could say anything. After a few minutes I asked to speak with the manager. He mentioned to me Unfortunately, some engine do fail like this. According to the technician who worked on my car, There is nothing I could I have done to prevent this failure There is nothing he can do. In other word too bad for me. So now, I am out of my money, almost out of my car. Classic Honda you lost a lifelong customer.

Horrid Service. Left In Less Than Five Minutes. Will Never Go There Again. Likely Never Buy Another Honda. This is a new 2014 Civic Coupe, approx 1700 miles. We had been very happy with the car but started to notice a few issue and expected to have the addressed. The HUD goes blank randomly and can stay down from hours to weeks. There is an occasional pause when shifting from reverse to drive, like a band slipping in the transmission. The tint appears to be coming unattached from the back windshield on the passenger side. There is an area, approx 6" X 4" that is distinctly discolored, It was the last item, that is the main cause of this review. I was told that this was "normal" If this type of shoddy workmanship is "normal" for Honda, then I for one, have no desire to ever own another Honda. I have attempted to contact the Dealership, as well as Honda America Customer Service and have basically been ignored. I will allow a few more days, for any of them to contact me, before filing a complaint with the BBB, then the State under the "Lemon Law" and buying some magnetic signs to place on the car saying "THIS LEMON WAS PURCHASED AT CLASSIC HONDA, ORLANDO, FL"

I can assure you that after my visit to the (dis)service center today, that I have bought the first and last Honda Automobile I will ever own. If I can get a reasonable trade in on this lemon I will be rid of it this week. I made an appointment because the HUD randomly goes black, the transmission will randomly pause going from reverse to drive and the tint seems to be pulling away from the back windshield. Of course the first thing I hear from the service xxxxxxx is that the fading is normal. Sure this happens to all cars in the first 2K miles. Funny, it never happened to my Toyota. It was clear to me then that the Classic Honda Policy is for the lies to begin as soon as the contract has been signed, I guess its "Normal" for the HUD to go black in a Honda, and it's normal for the transmission to slip in a new Honda. Well you can bet I will spread the word about the piss poor service after the sale, while I am out looking to buy a real car.

Called about purchasing a car they listed for sale, and were very slow about returning my calls. I couldn't get a hold of people on the phone when I called either. When I would talk to someone on the phone they would say they would give me a call back with answers and days would go by, I would never hear back from them. I've always purchased from Honda dealers and they always know how to treat customers, and have great service, I always leave the dealer happy but I felt as if I was calling a corner used car lot.

I bought a new CR-V and yy experience with Classic Honda and Nilisa was experience was the smoothest, least stressful, and most positive experience I have ever had. I have always hated buying cars. I know how to play the game, but because I am female, salesMEN don't take me seriously and/or try to scam me (you should hear some of the stories). So this time when I walked in, I decided to ask for a female salesperson, which I had never done before. Nilisa, was straight with me. I came prepared and knew exactly what I wanted, and how I wanted it. And within a few minutes, we had found a car to try out. She did not pressure me into buying extras or upgrading because she LISTENED to what I asked for. That's what really sold the deal. She listened and treated me with respect. There was no games, no dirty scam and when I was ready to sign I had no apprehension whatsoever. And because of her, I got a car and a price I am happy with. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. And I have no problem referring anyone I know who wants a Honda to her. She is truly an asset to that dealer and they should hope to never loose her. I want her to sell me my next car too. As far as the rest of the dealership and facilities, it was clean and comfotable. Everyone was polite, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, even getting me drinks and a snack while I was waiting on paperwork. I haven't had a chance to use the repair service yet so I cannot comment on that right now. I had not planned originally on getting a Honda, but sometimes its good when things don't happen the way you planned. I'm really glad I ended up here.

My daughter was in an accident that should have killed her , but she was driving a Honda Accord that saved her life, I have never seen so many air bags in my whole life, thanks to the built of these cars, she is alive with only scratches. We have never worked so hard to buy a car and we have purchased a few. We went into the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted, and we found it, but we did not buy it. Classic Honda is an up front pricing dealer and to their credit they would not budge on price. The bad news is they wasted a full day of our time, and when it came down to it all we asked for was $198.00 off of their up front pricing so that we would not have to drive across Orlando to another dealer for the same exact Honda Pilot. The additude and arrogance the sales manager at Classic Honda displayed completely rubbed us the wrong way. He was so confident that their was no better deal to be had, that we were bluffing, and that we would not leave. Well.....we are writing this review from the showroom at Coggin Honda on the other side of Orlando as we await the delivery of our new Honda Pilot. Our salesman is Honda Harry, we recieved the deal we expected, we were treated with kindness and we never even needed to meet the sales manager. We recommend Coggin Honda, and suggest you not waste your time with the other guys!

My sales person was Craig Kirkland! He was amicable and engaging. Craig was respectful of my wishes and wasn't pushy. I let him know that I was car shopping and intended on going to other dealers before making a decision. He is a great sales man. Craig gave me the facts. I shopped around and test drove three cars. We knew going in what car we wanted. Called ahead and asked for one to be brought up. Our salesman Mo Almbaied not only had it ready, he made sure he got the lowest price one available of the model I wanted!!! We traded in a 2001 Accord that was purchased at this dealership this same way. The business model of no haggle is great!!! They are VERY competitively priced, actually better than any other Honda dealership in the area. I will be definitely be returning to this dealership again in the future. I stopped at Classic Honda because of a Low Tire Pressure Warning light to make an appointment for the following day. My expectations having been set over the years by car dealerships & needing repairs, I knew I was going to have to have an appointment. NOT SO - Classic Honda got me in immediately, and checked out my problem, PLUS changed my oil & rotated my tires and got me out in 1 hour. I recently put my vehicle in for normal service...oil change. I was met by Dave Manieram who helped me during this visit. While checking in my car to get the oil change started he also informed me of other service needed to keep my car's maintenance services up-to-date. Very helpful for me as I don't alway check on that myself. Also before I even got a chance to mention my broken driver side visor he was quick to let me know they will change it free of charge as the manufacturer was aware of the visor problems. While I waited for my vehicle Dave kept me up to date with any information on my car and the service. Dave has helped me in the past and every visit with him has been exceptional.

Our sales rep, Markus Richard, did an excellent job. I love the no haggle model. We felt like we got a great deal on our used minivan and love driving it! My experience at Classic Honda Service Center was a pleasant one. It began with Joshua Swiernik, service advisor, who provides a personalized experience with service. Mr Swiernik always remembers the vehicles I own/drive and always gives me advice in what needs to be done to my vehicles in order to keep it running. I have not had any problems with Honda's service and I feel that is mainly due to the service advisors that are there to help. Thank you for providing such great service and professionalism.

My experience at Classic Honda this week was super! Pradeep Manieram, "Dave", is always extremely kowledgeable and considerate. He responds to all my phone calls and keeps me updated on the status of the job. I don't write many reviews but I think it is important to recognize excellent service and I ALWAYS get excellent service and always ask for Dave to help. Service is fast and efficient and they do not try to add unnecessary items for repair. I don't like taking the car anywhere else. Love the popcorn too!

Just want to say special thanks to Dave Manieram for the wonderful customer service that I have received at Classic Honda. My more than one day visit with my Odessy did not wore him down at all. He shows no signs of fraustration in seeing me and my vehicle for more than 2 days. Dave I must say the manner in which I was treated would let me reccommend everyone to use Classic Honda for all vehicle service. Not to mentioned at the end of servicing my vehicle, Dave reccommended my vehicle to be wash and polished down, WOW! When I picked up my vehicle after work, I thought I touching the handle of a brand new Odessy. I even called my husband on the way home to mentioned how new our Odessy look as Dave have the vehicle washed and polish. What a service. Dave went above and beyond his Customer Service duties. I just had the best Customer Service and car buying experience ever. Mark Richards at Classic Honda was our sales person and answered all of our questions and then educated us on the car that we ended up buying. He was extremely knowledgable and patient and never made us feel like he was just trying to make a sale. The finance department was great as well and gave us several options to choose from for payments and we ended up with a great deal. The manager gave us a fair price for our old jeep and in total we left there extremely happy and satisfied that we had come to the right place. I recommend this dealership to all people interested in buy/leasing a car. They will treat you right!

Their prices seem fair, service is quick, they normally always hit their projected time estimate unless additional problem discovered, they're thorough in checking to see what has been performed in the past. All of their staff seem qualified but I have found Dave Manieram do be very helpful and usually try to seek him out.

Although my service took a few days to be completed, I must say that I am very pleased with the service I have received dealing with Dave Manieram. He was very, very mannerable, he showed no signs of fraustration in seeing me and my vehicle on mutiple visit in less than a week. The humble way in which he treated me would let me reccommend everyone to Classic Honda and always look for Dave Minieram name. We had our 2004 Honda Accord in for service recently and when we picked up the car had 2 new issues that didn't exist before the service. I called a week later to schedule service and was prepared for an argument around having the dealership pick up the second service visit. Our service advisor, Dave Manieram, handled this quicly with one conversation with the Sales Manager and the dealership covered the charge for the fix. Not having to argue with them after a long week at work was a Huge Help and very appreciated.

I recently had some service completed at Classic Honda on West Colonial Drive, in Orlando, FL. My initial request was to have my key remote reprogrammed. This was done, but as part of the dealers thorough service, a couple of other items were identified that required attention. Given the convenient service hours, I was able to get the service required and eliminate another trip. All of this was done while I waited in the comfortable waiting area. Enjoyed a good movie in the process. My service advisor Dave Manieram was on top of his game!! My last comment after his assistance, was "He really knows his products". I would also mention my contact with the entire staff was great. I expect future visits will go as well!

Since 2004 I have been a customer of Classic Honda and for most of that time my service advisor has been Maribel Franco, who is absolutely superb. Maribel focuses totally on your needs until they are met and provides true courtesy and consistent positive attitude throughout the experience. She is quick to solve problems and make sure all work is done well and within the estimated time frame. When special needs arise, as they did on my most recent visit, she is such a resourceful "facilitator" that the problems soon vanish. She always does things with a big smile and a cheerful attitude. She is truly a treasure! I continue to appreciate all that Classic Honda does to keep my car running well (my most recent purchase is a 2007 Honda Civic EX Navi with, now, just over 120,000 miles on it) and to give me a great customer service experience. I enjoy every visit - each one a good investment in the continued service life of my car. I recently visited Classic Honda to have my Honda Accord serviced. I have nothing but rave reviews for everyone I dealt with. From the time I drove up their drive-way, an attendant greeted me and directed me to my assigned service manager, Dave. Dave was very pleasant to deal with. He explained which service I needed at that time, how much it would cost and my expected wait time. They delivered on each one. It was a great, great experience and I'll recommend this dealer to anyone; afterall, this is my 4th card and I've bought and had serviced at this Honda dealer and I will never go anywhere else. Well where to begin. The sales experience was good which I consider the hook. The pricing is set so no hassle haggling. Buyer beware on this though because it is likely that you will over pay. (unfortunately I did). I could almost swallow that if the service department wasn't so bad. I figured I'd buy certified, extend the bumper to bumper, and get a maintenance package to boot. Awesome then. I don't pay for tire rotations, oil changes, breakdowns(for things that are covered), and basically have worry free maintenance and coverage. WRONG. Everytime I have an issue it a huge hassle to get the warranty people to cover it. The service advisor has to call, the gotta get details, is it turns out that your issue isn't in the "bumper to bumper" extended coverage you pay the extra 1500 for then they stick you with a $70 (with taxes) diagnostic fee for each thing they try to diagnose. You have 3 things that aren't covered and you're looking at $210 before any work is DONE! Awesome right? Gets better though, I had to come back to the dealer 5 times to replace the same part. 3/4 times the installer actually broke to part and thought no one would notice. 1/5 the part actually failed. They kept trying to blame me or rather my 2 year old except when I finally caught the install in the bay kind of stopped blaming my kid. Got my oil changed on another occasion but wait they didn't, only the tire rotation because the info center was not reset (teck misread service request). You know how in the city they chalk your tire to make sure you don't exceed the parking time. I did this because I suspected that my tires were not being rotated. Well guess what....that time the oil was changed but the tires weren't rotated. Brought to the attention of the service manager...they must have not seen that on the service request. BTW it's $20 for a tire rotation. Mine was covered but who else is this happening too? Appointment or not you better get ready to wait..for a while. It doesn't matter what you are having done. While you wait you have the salesman coming to try and get you to trade the car in. Really, you can't make this stuff up. Bottomline is that the service absolutely without a doubt is outdated, complacent, inept at times depending on the tech and in gross need of Honda America coming down and checking them out for continue Honda Service and dealer authorization. The Honda name is what's suffering the most here in addition to the countless customers getting far less than the best Honda has to offer. It is sad because Honda is a great product. The 1 shining star in there is Maribel F (service adviser) in my many hours servicing the accord/pilot she works through the things as described above and while frustrated, she always tries to find the best solution for the customer. They should replace whoever is running that thing they call a service shop, close it down for a week (clean house and clean it up-it is extremely filthy and run down even for a service shop), and put her in charge of the whole thing. I can't imagine how many customers they've lost due to lousy service and repairs. This is why I no longer service the vehicle there.

This dealership have dishonest salesmen and rude service staff. Salesman had high pressure sales technique. We bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey "Certified Pre-Owned" that was the farthest from certified quality. A/C gave us trouble by blowing dust and smelling bad the day after we drove it home. Our passenger side front door will randomly not open even when all doors are unlocked, dealer refuses to fix it and says to use the other 3 doors if it happens again, although it has happened more that twice. Our battery that had a 100 moth warranty died around 18 months and dealer refused to replace it at no cost because "the warranty only applies to the dealer, not the owner."Salesman lied about Carfax. Of course he showed it to us, but since any carfax is difficult to decipher, we mistook the information he gave us. Later, as we look at the carfax in detail, the 'one owner car' was registered as a personal vehicle even before the first purchase was reported. Do not go here, they are lying crooks.

My wife took our 2010 Honda in for service and warranty work to Classic Honda.After we picked up the vehicle and returned home I noticed grease all over the carpet in the front and in the second row seating area.I called Maribel she transfered me to the service manager Dervin.He told me to bring it up and he would take care of it.After getting to Honda I spoke with Dervin and he had someone look at the carpet.As I was in the waiting area I walked back to where the shop is where the cars are worked on.Oh my lord this is by far the worst looking shop I have ever seen in my life,this shop looks like something from the 60's the floors are black with dirt and grease.Dervin came up to me and said he would clean the carpet and told him no thanks I would just like my vehicle back.We paid over $40,000.00 for this vehicle and it was only 6 months old.I am calling American Honda to complain about the condition of this shop.The showroom looks very nice but their shop has got to go.If you have a nice Honda this is NOT the dealer to go to.
