I had looked on line at the Hyundai Tuscon and received an email from Matt Miller with a price quote. My husband and I contacted Matt and set up an appointment. We met Jamie Oschip at the dealership. She took us on the test drive and we discussed the possibility of driving the Santa Fe also. We purchased the Santa Fe. Everyone we came in contact with were very pleasant and professional. This was truly the easiest car purchase ever!

Sales staff were friendly, focused on my needs since I had done some research. They were responsive in locating the vehicle I wanted and did not try to oversell. The "Genesis experience", being so early in the process of spin-off to separate branding/facilities, is not up to the standard of the "Lexus experience" for example, and that is understandable at this stage of the game. However, I understand this is not in the complete control of the dealership and needs some time to develop. The basic are there in terms of the buying experience, but the sharing of physical facilities with the entire Hyundai line lowers the bar.

We drove up from Columbus this morning to look at a 2013 Honda Accord Sport. The car was clean and an accurate representation from what was on their website. We were greeted immediately upon arrival by Nick Waterbury. Nick was super friendly and courteous. He listened well and in my first minute of meeting him, I knew we were in good hands. Nick worked to get us the price we were looking for with little effort. His manager, Chuck, was just as courteous and helpful. My fiancee had been pre-approved and had an excellent rate. Chuck asked us for the opportunity to beat the rate and did so by over a quarter of a percent. I've purchased lots of cars, and I've never before had such an effortless and pleasurable car buying experience. These two are real professionals and I recommend them to anyone. I will certainly be back for my next vehicle purchase. It's worth the drive. Thank you Nick and Chuck!

We dealt with Kyle Presock from the moment we arrived at Classic Hyundai of Mentor. He was not pushy and in our face about selling a car. My wife and me felt that he asked the right questions to match us with a vehicle of our needs. He did so great that I wanted to buy the vehicle right after I test drove it, however, it was our first stop and my wife wanted to shop the market. The next day we went to a rival dealer that almost sold us until they put a pushy sales manager in our face. While I was dealing with the Sales Manager, my wife slipped away to call Kyle. He immediately gave us a better offer than the dealership we were at. My wife came back and gave me a story about wanting to think things over. On our way out she explained that Mr. Presock provided an offer we could not refuse. He was given our information so that we could start the process. Mr. Presock and the rest of their staff gave us the feeling that they knew our need and was going to supply us with a car that was affordable. He did a wonderful job and I am greatly indebted to him for his personal care. I think he sold a cr the way it should be done. His method is text book. I am not writing this to give him a gold star. I'm writing this because he earned a gold star. He gave us 5 star treatment that definitely left a positive impression on my wife and me. We will buy again from Classic Hyundai of Mentor for the class and care that they used to get us an awesome car.

My salesperson, Jamie Oschip was terrific. She went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations and was not a pushy salesperson. She listened to what was important to me and work with the staff to find me the right car. She showed me how to use many of the features inside the vehicle and ensured that all my questions were answered during the process. I would like to take a moment to let you know what a phenomenal job the sales & financing team at Classic Hyundai did. They took the time to find out what I was looking for, what I needed, what I wanted and did not want and most of all what my price point was. They did not try to bicker with me or raise my price, or even suggest that I might want to consider something a little bit more expensive. They understood where I financially needed to be and accepted that without question; this small detail was HUGE when it came to making my final decision to purchase a new vehicle. I was introduced to the General Manager along with a Sales Representative and a Finance Officer. I was treated with the greatest amount of respect and they took the time to find out what was best for me. I was so happy a friend referred me to Classic Hyundai in Mentor as I otherwise would not have driven that far from my home. I had visited several dealerships (other makes and one previous Hyundai dealer) and had a range of experiences from terrible to just okay. It was a very welcome change when I entered Classic Hyundai. Everyone we worked with there was super professional, not pushy at all, straight forward and extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles and options. Pricing was no-hassle and straight forward and the experience was amazingly positive. We worked with Matt who went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met and then worked with Nick when we picked up the car, who was very thorough in making sure we understood all of the features of the car and making sure we were completely satisfied with the car. The dealership, Matt and Nick ... .and Joe in the finance department, all went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and make the experience a terrific one. I wouldn't want to buy a Hyundai from anywhere else and as a first time Hyundai owner, I just may stick with this brand because I am super impressed with all of the features, the high-tech at a much more reasonable price than any other car manufacturer. I am so pleased I went with this dealership. This was the 2nd Hyundai dealership I stopped at after having a lackluster experience at the first with someone who did not know much about what the vehicle really had to offer. When I went to this dealership I didn't have much higher hopes, but was blown away! Nick was extremely helpful from the start and was available by text and email to answer any and all questions I had in a very reasonable time frame. He did not pressure me on my first visit to buy anything. When I went back the 2nd time I came with my dad and he was very welcoming to both, answered all our questions, and even gave us some extra suggestions to help suit my needs and give me different ideas about what the car could offer. He did NOT try to upsell me, he actually showed me a package that was a couple hundred less than the 1 I was looking at so I could get a special feature I wanted. He promised me from the beginning that he was on my side and he was going to get me a great deal. When it came time to sit down and make that deal he was 100% true to his word. He asked where I wanted to be at as far as price and he made that deal happen (and I can be a pretty hard sell). I have never had an experience where someone was so reasonable and we weren't haggling back and forth about price for an hour. This all in all probably took 15 minutes. It was so stress free, and I got exactly what I wanted. I met a lot of the other staff while I was there and everyone was equally amazing. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely go back to make another purchase in the future!

Kyle and John were very professional. I really just went to look at cars to get over the sticker shock. My 2006 Sonata has almost 113,000 miles on it, so I knew that I'd be getting a new car soon. As I said, I took my car in for an oil change, and came out with a car change. Kyle did leave me an e-mail that he had my floor mats under his desk. I wasn't sure what he meant because I had cloth floor mats in my car. (I put my old rubber mats over them.) When I went in, knowing he was on vacation at that time, the other employees looked for floor mats. They weren't there. One of the salesmen looked up my invoice, and it only said I'd be getting the cloth mats. He left a message for Kyle, as he returns from vacation. So, maybe next week he can clarify what he meant. (All sales employees are friendly, helpful and professional.) I've worked with the service department since I bought my 2006 Sonata. They are all very professional and friendly, as well. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I just wish I'd waited one more week to buy my new Sonata.

The staff at Hundai could answer questions and more importantly got the right answer when they did not know instead of makeing up information like so many other sales people do. The car seems ok now, but the best judge of the company is how it performs many tens of thousands of miles from know.

Mentor Hyundai was the second dealership I visited to buy a car. The other dealership was not as informative, did not listen to what I was saying and only tried to sell me a more expensive car. Kyle was a very nice genteman who heard what I said and didn't try and oversell me. I truly appreciate having someone who is listening and not just trying to sell.

This is my family's third vehicle purchased from Classic Hyundai. The staff was professional and worked very hard to find the vehicle we were looking for.My wife will only drive a vehicle with a manual transmission and those are sometimes difficult to find in the precise color, package that you are looking for. Classic went out of their way to find the exact car we were looking for and went out of state to get it for us. I don't think they could have done more. I am always afraid of visiting two places, the dealership / mechanic and the dentist cuz you never know what either of them will find wrong with you or your vehicle. I started going to Classic Hyundai even though its a little farther after the RC Hyundai dealership at Villaview rd as they wanted to charge me $50 for updating the firmware / software to adjust the steering response even though i was a regular. Classic did it for free and won me over as a customer and i have been going to them ever since. Today while driving on the freeway I suddenly noticed a metal scraping noise coming from the front of the car whenever it went over a bump or gradient. Took it to Classic and they were able to diagnose the problem in 20 minutes without an appointment. The service technician showed me a piece of small hand saw sticking out from underneath the car (don't ask me how it got there, I'm just glad it did not mess up the tires. Amazing what people will throw on the road). They pulled it out, washed the car, informed me that on the next service visit i should look at my brakes as they will need replacing in the next few months. There was no hard sell and I was out in about 40 minutes without having an appointment.

This is my second Hyundai lease. The first was the best car experience that I had over many years at the Classic stores. This last was average, and the follow up lacking. Unlike in the past, not sure I got the best deal, may have, but feeling is unsure. Because of CLassic delay or failure to pay off prior lease with Hyundai Finance, I got deliquent letter from Hyundai Collection which pissed me off. After three weeks, the old lease, part of the deal, should have been paid and closed out. I am somewhat of frequent car wash visitor so I have gotten to know the store, it is NOT the same as when I made my first lease three years ago. Good but not exceptional and nothing to distinguish itself.

This experience is a good indication of knowing I have a staff that will be accommodating when I return for regular maintenance. I purchased a Sonata. Great new body style. Smooth ride, sleek interior ( I got the sport model) very well priced, and includes all the features I needed under one price . Great gas mileage too using regular fuel. Definitely worth a test drive if you are looking for a new car. Take it from a former Mercedes owner. I like nice cars and the Sonata fits the bill!

A few months back my husband leased an elantra 2013. We traded in our honda pilot. Jen Wilson and John Kerwin gave me husband a good deal though he did not hav an established credit. We were so happy with the vehicle that 4 months after that we went back to trade in our toyota yaris for a santa fe 2013. We could not ask for more.

I had looked at the Sonata for several months at Classic. Each time I went I was greeted politely without someone breathing down my neck to make a sale. Mr. Rancourt was excellent with answering my questions, never pressured me to feel obligated to buy and treated me with respect. He was an easy person to deal with and me feel like I was important, not for the sale, but just because I was interested in getting the car I wanted.

The above mentioned sale and service I think are some of the best as compared to my first new car purchase (06 azera).john really treated me good,let me take out a 2.0 turbo for a test ride,very knowledgeable as far as the car,and almost talked me into it. Unfortunatly I hedged a bit and it was sold the first day.I came back in another day and John was off so James took care of me,assured me that he could get the turbo in red,didn'tbelieve him because I searched every Hyundai dealer in Ohio and no one had it in red.To my suprise James called a few days later and said it's here when do you want it,next day I was standing in front of it and it now is mine.I happened to say to James,I'll bet this would look good with tinted windows,and he asked if I knew Jarrod in service,well I do and he reccomended Fastlane Trucks,I now have tinted windows courtesy of J.C. and also a great price on the tint. The reaction from friend is unbeieveable. It is an awesome car could not have picked a better color or sales staff. Thank you

My daughter who lives in PA needed a car & we had 2 days to get it done. I worked with Matt over the phone (I had purchased another new vehicle from him Jan 2010). He found a vehicle Friday evening & got the paperwork ready. He showed my daughter the vehicle featues while I handled the financials...we were in & out in about an hour. First car I purchased over the phone. I had no reservations, I knew he would do a great job & he really did!

I came in because the seal came off of my sun roof of my 3 month old Santa Fe. Everyone was very prfessional and kind. They fixed it in a timely manner including a car wash.

This was my best experience ever in buying a new car. I was quoted a fair price online and had no problems at the dealership. Even though the car I wanted sold before I made a deposit on it, they were able to find me an identical one in a short period of time.

First, this is my first ever new car and I am 60 years old. Everyone told me to make sure I take a man with me to assist in negotiating a good deal that would be beneficial to me. I went to the dealership on my own and while looking at the available Sonata's on the lot - John Rancourt approached me and asked if he could assist me. John made the purchase of my new Sonata a pleasurable experience. He was not pushy nor aggressive. I explained to him how nervous I was and he assured me not to worry as I test drove what would be my New 2011 Sonata. Upon picking up my new car a couple of days later, John carefully went over every detail of the car;i.e. radio,windshield wipers etc. John called the day I was to pick up the car and asked if I needed a ride to the dealership,which I did not, the courtesy was appreciated.I can't say enough about John. Fantastic is the only word that comes to mine. He has a kind,caring demeanor. It is all about satisfying the customer. John is truly an asset to the Hyundai dealership. My co-worker came with me to pick up my car and she was so thoroughly impressed that she is now considering buying a Sonata when her lease is up with her current vehicle.I LOVE MY NEW 2011 SONATA GLS!!!!!!!!!!!

Kyle Presock was great to work with. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciated that he went over the car with me before I drove it off the lot. He pointed out many features that I didn't know were available on my vehicle. Classic Hyundai sold my Mom her Santa Fe 3 years ago and she has had nothing but positive things to say. I am extremely happy with my Hyundai Elantra and look forward to working with Classic Hyundai again in the future.

I was looking for a quick easy quote using internet sales person since I am very busy at work. Of all the dealerships I contacted Matt was the most straight forward giving me a quote and not giving me the run around. He did not call me a million times or ask me to come in without giving me a quote(which would defeat the purpose of using online sales).

Every time you arrive at Classic Hyundai, you are greeted with an open door and a handshake. Every member of the staff I encountered was courteous and really helped to make the entire process smooth and painless. They were as excited as I was to get into a new car. Throughout the process, which for me was almost 3 weeks, They were there to answer any question and accommodate any request I had. As far as knowledge of the product is concerned I don't think any other dealership I walked into was even close to the staff at Classic. James Tusoch was an encyclopedia on the Genesis Coupe. He could go on for days about the vehicle. Working with him really helped to reassure me that this was the car for me. The GM was even on hand throughout and was available to me when James was not. I'm very happy I made the choice to go to Classic Hyundai and will again. Hopefully it won't be for another 10 years though. I have not yet dealt with the service staff but I'm sure they will be on par with the sales branch.

I had an appointment at Rick Case Hyundai in Bedford to purchase a Tucson Limited as they had the exact car I wanted on the lot. The salesman was to hold the vehicle for me until there was another buyer and he was supposed to call me if there was someone wanting the car. The morning of my appointment at Rick Case, my salesman called and said he had to cancel our meeting as he discovered the car he was supposed to hold was sold. My appointment with Brian Lanner with whom I had met and spoken to a few times recently was the next morning. When I arrived at Classic Hyundai showroom, I was met by Brian who told me he had the vehicle I had wanted. It was the same vehicle that was supposed to be held for me at Rick Case. Great surprise and I bought the car.

Jarrod and Brian have been great help every time I have any servicing on my new car. Jarrod made my appointment and got me in when it was convenient for me. This time I came for an oil change, and received the same great service I received the day I bought my car. A great car at a great price. The Santa Fe Limited AWD had performance, interior room and luxury features that exceeded the other vehicles that I considered buying. The price and financing was a better value than the runner up vehicle. The price from Classic Hyundai beat out our local dealerships and it was worth the effort to drive from the Cincinnati area to buy the Santa Fe. The sales person was very knowleadgeable and professional, and we never had to haggle over the price. Although Classic Hyundai did not have the color/interior combination I wanted in the Santa Fe, they quickly located one and had the vehicle ready for pick up to accommodate my travel plans.

We looked at several cars and visited several dealerships. After visiting many dealerships, we checked out the information that we were given with material available at a local library. We returned the following day to Classic Hyundi because of James "no pressure", friendly, inforative approach. Kyle assisted us because James was busy. Both young men knew the products, answered our questions, and helped us through the paperwork. Rick reviewed our contract and completedthe paperwork. We also noted that all sales personale were dressed for business. We like our car.

The dealership is good on most counts, but when I try to schedule an oil change on my lunch hour, they also are at lunch, and they don't have late appts. This may have changed over the past few months, but if it hasn't these are my only complaints.thank you

This dealership and the people who work there are wonderful. They worked hard to find a price I could manage, they asked me a lot about the driving I do to see what type of car would be the best, and they took a lot of time to acquaint me with all the features of my car. They also have called me for follow-ups, I am in constant communication with them via mail or phone. They are courteous, professional, accommodating, and the best dealership I have dealt with.

Matt was a gentleman to work with, and came back to me with a realistic counter-offerwhen they had not herad back from me about their first price quote. Kyle helped when Matt was out of the office. Rich made the finance portion easy to get through, and Benprovided some follow-up information when Rich was out of the office. Am satisfied with the overall pruchase process as well as the vehcile (a used 2007 Saturn Sky), which seems to be 1005 as described in your ad and the tracking recod info. Also, although the car is exceptionally clean (it was a 2nd car for pleasure use by the first & only owner, who purchase dit at Classic Saturn, your shop had it as clean asnew when I picke dit up. Also, did not know about the 2 free oil changes & tire rotation service, included witht he purchase, until Rich informed me. A nice plus & surprise. Had been looking at used Skys for over a year, and this was the cleanestvehicle at a best price, well worth the 40 minute drive from Westlake. Have alreadyshared my experience with a few friends, and again Thanks for making this one of the easiest automobile purchase processes I've ever been through, even though I'm from afamily who's late Father was a long-time Ford Motor supervisor and who still buys Fords through their A/Z Plan pruchase process. Yes, they were approachable. Not pushy, but very informative and knowledgeable about the cars. I thought they did a good job negotiating and working with finances. The salesmen were organized, professional and very accommodating. The dealership was clean and organized. Great experience.

Cost of service is high but to maintain warranty I go back to the dealer. When first purchasing the car tried to get info over the internet and salesman gave me the list price on the car with no negotiating room. After a second request through Hyundai a different salesman contacted me and he was willing to deal and met my needs. Currently own 4 Hyundai's and felt I should be treated better the first time. On one of my cars the cylinder on the engine went bad and the technician did a great job repairing and keeping me informed. Same car the mirrors would not set themselves correctly when you pushed the button. Brought car in 3 times to look at and was told by the technision that the car is 4yrs old and that is probobly the problem with it. Contacted Hyundai and they told me to take it back as it should be repaired. Took it back and the technician went to move it and the Battery was dead. Replaced the battery and the mirrors started working correctly. Biggest question I had was why didn't someone at least check behind the mirror that a leaf or something wasn't effecting the mirror adj. Granted that would not have repaired it but the attempt would have been there. On the new car I purchased I should get a full tank of gas and when I got in it had less than a quarter tank. Salesman took and got filled. Got the car home and found that the seats needed to be cleaned. The car was on the showroom floor and was not cleaned inside when it came out. The Next time it needed fuel the electric door would not open and had to get to the handle to open manualy. Took the car to service and the Service Manager repaired and done.

Glad to be able to commend Matt Miller on doing such a great job. He knew more about the used Suzuki I was buying than the actual Suzuki dealership knew about their lot! And it is because he did his homework and took the time and cared enough to find out the answers for me. The very same day. I emailed interest in the vehicle I saw on the web early a.m. (or late the night before) and he got right back to me first thing a.m. when he got there and told me he would get all the answers to my questions and why not come in and take a look at it and test drive it that same night? We closed the deal that night. He was a dream to work with and so were your financial people.

Our salesman James Toucash ?, was very young, so I wasn't expecting him to know all that much about the Hyundai Sonata. What a surprise, he was extremely well informed, and helpful. We've bought several new cars in the past, and really never had as good an experience, as we had this time with James. We bought the Sonata, and it is great. We have not done much with the service department, but they are very friendly and helpful when we have talked to them. We expect that the service will be escellent from what we have seen. The sales manager was very helpful to us and would go out of his way to make sure everything went well with the sale of the automobile. The people that we talked to in the service department were very friendly and assured us that we would get great service when the time came. We were also told we could bring the car in anytime to get it washed without cost. Sounded good to me.

James was very easy to work with, very personable, took great pains in explaining all of the features in the car. He was very thorough. He worked to get us the price we wanted to pay. He came in on his day off to sign the papers in order to accommodate our schedule. We would enjoy working with him again and feel confident that if we have a problem he will take care of it.Matt also was personable and very thorough in his explanations. We would feel comfortable working with him again also.
