I must say; this dealership went above and beyond in ensuring a smooth, stress-free vehicle purchase! I live 4 1/2 hours away from Classic Hyundai but their efforts in getting a vehicle delivered to me is highly appreciated. They made it all happen within 24 hours; from selecting a Hyundai Palisade to having it on my driveway. This is what I call a customer focused dealership who strives on making its customers happy. Great conversation. Wish price was a bit more negotiable... But they are delivering vehicle and it does come with literally everything I am looking for and more. 499 for an interior treatment that is not negotiable I think is ridiculous. If a dealership decides to put a treatment on the price shouldn't be passed on to customer... Otherwise a relatively pleasant car buying experience UPDATE: car was delivered with no paperwork. Although they did send it electronically I like to keep items like that in paper. Also there is a dead bird in the grill of the vehicle which is so nasty. Things happen but I'd expect a bit more attention to detail when selling a car.

We had an awesome experience with Classic Hyundai. We got in touch with Doc Watkins over a vehicle we were looking for. From the first conversation over the phone until the time we left, we were treated so great by all of the staff. Doc and Josh in the finance department made the buying process so simple. Never have I had a better experience in purchasing a vehicle. The friendly and knowledgeable staff did all that was possible in helping me get the vehicle I wanted and making sure I knew how to navigate my way through all the features on the new Hyundai Santa Cruz Premium.
