This 3rd Mazda i have purchased from classic. Bryan Walker was a true gentlemen and very helpful from the onset. I feel I got a great deal and everything was hardly smoothly and efficiently. In my past experience their repair rate is high but you expect that from a dealership, however if I lived closer I'd probably do it with the right mix of coupons and the free car wash ;-)! Good dealership, good cars and good people.

Nate Osicki was my salesman and I had a wonderful experience with him in purchasing my new Mazda CX5 2015 model. Nate was very knowledgeable explaining all the differences in the models at the CX5, I chose the grand touring model. It wasn't sure that I was going to be able to afford the grand touring model, but negotiating with Nate I was able to come to a wonderful and fair price. The only drawback was they did not have the one that I wanted in stock but worked very hard to find the style and color I wanted. That process took four days but I patiently waited. The financial gentleman was also very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would highly recommend Mazda to any and everyone. This is my second Mazda and I was very very pleased with my 2005 model that lasted very long. It actually was kind of hard to get rid of my Mazda but I was ready to move to the next size from the Mazda3 to the Mazda5. I will be happily going ZOOM ZOOM in my new Mazda grand touring AWD CX5.

They were perfect as usual! Earlier in the day my wife and I took a drive over an hour (1 way) on a promise from Fred Martin Superstore. What a JOKE of a place. Stupid us for believing them. Came home extremely mad from that experience and just drove 3 minutes away from our home to Classic Mazda where we have bought other cars from the Classic Campus. In less than 2 hours we were done and they treated us with perfect mannerism and very professional. I got my truck at the price I set before hand and they met me where i wanted to be. I will continue to go to Classic in the future and never look anywhere else ever again.My appreciated Bob Mahoney

Great buying experience. Very clean and professional dealership. Excellent internet sales experience. Fast buying process at the dealer. I was in and out quickly on the last day of the month. Salesman was very friendly. I received a fair trade-in value for my car. Manager walked over to thank me for my business. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Mazda in Northeast Ohio. Don't waste your time on the Bedford auto mile.

Bob, the sales rep. was great. Friendly, answered all questions thoroughly. I went to the dealership feeling anxious and nervous about dealing with a totally new dealership and people I did not know. The employees seemed to portray honesty and also a thorough knowledge of the vehicle and also the dealership. My preconceptions of the experience were discounted by the kindness and seemingly honest traits of the sales rep and finance mgr. Overall a very positive and pleasant experience.

I purchased 3 cars from this classic mazda dealership in Mentor and have been overall satisfied with my experience's at this dealership. For this last visit, the salesman I dealt with was easy to work with and did not push anything on me. He worked with me to get the best deal and was quick to get a response. The staff overall are all polite and I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I brought my car in because the automatic starter shuts off as soon as you open the door. After the car being there half a day, the service department said that it was a manufacture install and there was nothing they could do. I know other new cars (Mazdas) do not do this with a factory installed automatice car starter. Also, if this problem was known as a "factory" install defect, why didn't the service department know this and tell me before I brought it in. I do not believe that Mazda, the corporation, would be satisfied with such a disfunctional automatic starter. The service department gave me Mazda's number to call. I really felt that this was something they should have pursued, since I bought the car from them.

I bought a used car from them in June. I purchased a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country mini-van. I traded in a VERY beatup 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager mini-van that I'm sure the staff has nightmares about!! They were wonderful, were easy to deal with, very accomodating, and I love the car. Nate drove all the way to Classic Madison to bring the car to Mentor for me to see. While Nate was at his military weekend, Pete covered and was very helpful. I recently had the oil changed and tires rotated and the service department was wonderful also! I don't remember the lady's name in the service department but she was very nice and helpful. In reference to the question below about "how did I find out about you" 26 years ago I bought a car from Classic and it was a very positive experience then also.

Both of the Classic sales manager and Classic salesman, names are listed above, are excellent people to work with as they answer any and all questions in a polite and complete way. I never need to worry about getting incorrect answers as I can trust them completely.

Everybody I spoke with was very friendly, they knew what they were talking about or, if there was any doubt they went and looked up that information to be sure I got the right answer. I went to this dealer knowing very little about the car I was looking at. They told me about it I went and did my homework to be sure they were correct and not just trying to make a sale. They were correct about everything. They also offered some options as far as models and options. There was no pressure to buy that's why I bought.

We were Internet customers. For us, it was the first time ever buying a car over the Internet. BTW, we're in our late 60's and live in a retirement community in mid-Florida. We bought a used, low mileage, 2009 Miata. Bill Cheraso was terrific thoughout the process! He was careful to describe things accurately and he diligently re-checked specific areas we inquired about before answering our questions. His communication skills are excellent and his follow-up by email was always on-point. The car arrived as described and has been great. Some months after purchase, I discovered that the jack was missing. I contacted Bill Cheraso and although there was certainly no contractual obligation remaining, he located a jack and sent it to us. What a guy! I would certainly do business with him and Classic Mazda again. BTW, our daily-driver is a 2007 Honda Accord 4-dr. EX-L. It has been modified to also function as a towed vehicle behind our RV. We have no intention of trading it yet as we intend to retain and use our RV for at least one more year. When we are ready to replace our Honda, you better believe that we will be checking with Bill and CLassic Mazda as a part of our buying process.

The service at Classic Mazda was very good, as usual. The staff is friendly and answer any questions I have. Today's service was for an oil change and Mazda recall fix of the power steering. It was performed efficiently and in the time frame I was told.The only improvement I could think of woiuld be to provide a loaner car for long repairs/service. I live 20 minutes away and cannot always get a ride to and from the dealership . But I'm not sure any dealers do this any more.Overall, I find the service very goodwhic is why I am willing to drive from a neighboring city. th
