Amazing experience here buying a car!! Tyler was absolutely incredible and made the car buying experience one I still dream about to this day!! I tell all of my family members about the day I got out off my bike and saw him standing there; pearly whites with a smile almost as big as his muscles!! He greeted me with a firm handshake (always a plus). I can’t stand a limp noodle of a handshake from another man. He made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I wasn’t so sure as to switch to a Mazda from an 18 speed Huffy. I’ve only ridden my bike to and from work and finally got my drivers license at the ripe age of 32 so this was a big deal to me; purchasing my first automobile. He made me feel competent and didn’t make fun of my bicycle. He walked me through the entire process with ease and guided me like the father figure I never had. Will definitely have all of my friends and family from the trailer park come to this location to purchase a Quality Mazda. Props to Tyler!! He’s incredible and definitely deserves a raise after my experience.

Honestly one of the easiest and smoothest transactions I’ve ever done with a dealership. First time going to Classic Mazda and Ian was our guy to help us find my next car. He made the process incredibly easy from start to finish. Showed me accurate numbers and gave me a no nonsense experience. We were able to meet the price I was comfortable affording with all the details and the whole process took less than 3 hours (finance included). Brandon was helping us with finance paperwork and never did I feel pressured with either of these guys. You’ll get amazing service with honesty and integrity. 10/10 will be staying in the Mazda family because of these guys. Thanks again !

Best dealership I have ever worked with, I was out of state customer and everything was handled smoothly and quickly over phone and emails. They do not push you to buy something and are very quick in responding. I had an issue come up after picking up my car and they agreed to take care of it immediately. I really couldn’t have been happier with my experience. They are responsive yet not pressuring. Trevor and Frank were an absolute delight to deal with at the dealership. Polite, friendly and funny. Brandon was just the best during the boringgggg finance part. How does someone make that fun? I have no idea but he did it. Ian helped me ahead of time and I loved how responsive he was, yet really allowed me the time and space needed to make my decision. Highly recommend Classic Mazda!!

The best car-buying experience I've had. Sadly, there is a low bar for this among Florida dealerships. Main reasons for the 5 stars: (1) the price on the website was honored. This should be a given but there are still many Florida dealers pulling the ole' bait and switch. The dealer fee of $800 sucks, but it's on par with what Florida dealers charge and they did have it listed on their website. (2) Everyone I dealt with was direct and honest. Even when offering the protection packages, which is where dealers often get pushy, there was no sense of pressure. (3)I was able to do the entire transaction over the phone and online, saving me from having to spend literal hours at the dealer waiting for paperwork to become available. They even delivered the car to me. TLDR: awesome dealer to match and awesome car company.

Took my car in for a cabin air filter change. Upon arrival I was greeted and taken care of by Richard Barone. He assisted me in taking care of all the paperwork, highlighting anything that may have needed to be done for my car given its age and mileage. In addition to the cabin air filter change, I also got a free alignment check and full inspection of my car. I was directed to the waiting area where I took advantage of the free coffee. Got a call 15 minutes before the car was ready, explaining everything was in order and detailing future maintenance that would need to be performed. All in all, great experience with this dealership. I would bring my car back in for further maintenance in a heartbeat, and even consider purchasing my next car here. Very clean facility, friendly staff, easy processing for maintenance,and fresh coffee have made a positive impression on this customer. Highly recommend!

Susan Hunt was my sales person that I first came in contact. Although I did not buy on my initial visit, I remembered how professional she was in her dealings with me. Therefore, when I did return to buy the car I wanted, I personally sought her out to make my purchase. She was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I hate pushy salespeople. She was far from that. When I walked into classic Mazda I had made up mind that Mazda is what I wanted. The decision I had to make was between the SUV or Mazda 6. Susan Hunt was the sales person who handled everything. Giving me all my options. She was very clear on all the different options, features colors. I left there deciding on the Mazda 6. The problem now was color and which sport, touring or the grand. I emailed and called Susan daily she was so helpful in answering my questions which were many. Finally the day came and we settled on a car. The team at Classic are fantastic the manager coming over to see that everthing was going smoothly. I bought my last Mazda at a different local Mazda dealer and that process was pure hell, and I never went back. I started bringing my car to Classic Mazda for service and have always left happy. It came time to buy a new car so I went back to Classic Mazda and Gordon Pagano made the process informative, simple, and straight forward. We had a tall order and Gordon was able to work with us and in the end I left with a car I'm more than happy with. I will continue to use this dealership whenever I need service, have questions, or need to purchase a new car.

I could take my car anywhere for routine maintenance, but I choose to return to Classic Mazda because of the great service and most importantly the honest, friendly and courteous staff. Julie Rose is a top notch Service Adviser and without fail delivers a great product each and every time I return. Upon doing some routine maintenance, the service tech noticed an issue and although it was a repair that eventually needed to happen, I was never pressured or led to believe it had to happen right then and there, but because of the great service I have received over the years and the relationship I have built with Julie, I could trust her and know she was giving me honest advice. From start to finish, Julie and the service team at Classic Mazda provide a great experience and leave you feeling very satisfied as a customer.

I visited this dealership last week to get a second estimate on my trade in and to see if I could afford a new vehicle rather than buying a used CX-5 I was looking at elsewhere. While ultimately the new car was out of my budget and I left without buying a vehicle, Orville and team did everything they could to assist me without being pushy and honoring the small amount of time I had to be there. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back here the next time I am looking for a vehicle.

I just bought a new Mazda 3 from Classic Mazda. The whole experience was rather painless. My salesperson, Sal Picascio, was very personable, professional, and very knowledgeable about the car and its features. He patiently answered all my questions, and I had a lot of them, especially concerning the infotainment system. The other staff members I met there were also very friendly. The particular options and color that I wanted were not available locally but they were able to get it to me the very next day from another Mazda dealership outside of Orlando. All things considered, I would definitely do business with Classic Mazda again.

Purchased my 2006 CX-5 in April through salesperson, Lauren Albig. She was knowledgeable and so nice from test drive to driving away. I have also utilized the Service department on two occasions; the first oil change and then a glitch with my communications unit. Aiesha Jones greeted me and took my service request both times. Both times I waited for completion which was quick. The Service writer always explains what was found and completed before handing over the key. This is my first Mazda and I'm very happy with Classic Mazda.

Lookout something smells fishy. I took my Mazda tribute to Classic to see why I was not able to take my vehicle out of park. The tow truck driver showed me how to over ride it, but I needed it fixed. So thursday my wife and I took it to classic and they checked it and found the problem. But the also told me that my transmission and motor were leaking. I park the Mazda in the same place for years and I have not noticed any leaks on the concrete. Until now I walked out to my truck and being my wife leaves before me I get to see where she parks for years and after I take it to Classic I have a very bad transmission leak. This is hard to figure out. You don't just get a leak, it accusers over time. But I called Classic and asked the service manager and I guess the guy in charge of Classic was their and I was told, " I don't like what you are referring to do not bring you vehicle to us ever again", I told them I had to because they had the part ordered to fix my shifting problem. he said "You will get a refund so don't bring your car here again". I do have to say if you take your car to Classic be prepered for more then you bargain for. And to my veteran buddies be careful of Classic. take your car to the backyard mechanic to get it fixed and then you won't have an unforeseen repair just show up.

My wife and I came to Classic Mazda East to test drive a CX-5 and was greeted by Mr. Orville Edwards. He asked was there anything he could help us with and we said we would like to test drive a AWD CX-5. He found one and we took it out after showing us all the safety features and how they worked. The driving experience was enjoyable. There was no high pressure, just great information about the SUV and the dealership. If you are considering a Mazda I would recommend this dealership and ask if Orville is available.

It has been 14 years since we have purchased a car, had several in mind from various dealerships. We asked that we be able to test drive without the pressure of a hard sell and we would make up our mind after our test drives. Our salesman Orville was very accommodating and explained and demonstrated every feature of the vehicles we were in. We left without pressure and plenty of info to make a decision. My vehicle was immediately taken in for service and the work was completed within the expected time frame. I'm the kind of person who keeps cars... my 2000 GrandAm GT was totaled in a recent accident, and after research we decided to check out the Mazda6. We were greeted by Mark Milberry as soon as we arrived at Classic Mazda and he listened to our thoughts and needs and then gave us a tour of the lot. He was very informative and was able to answer all of our questions. We came back a day or so later for a test drive - and made the decision to purchase that very same day. Starting with my purchase back in 2011, I have always been happy with my experiences here at Classic Mazda. I have had all my servicing done at this dealership since my purchase and a majority of the time I have been lucky enough to have Aiesha Jones as my Service Advisor. I had a wonderful experience at Classic Mazda! Upon arriving at the lot, I was greeted by Bob Newland. I told him the kind of car that I was looking for (Mazda3), and he had no problem helping me out. I test drove a used Mazda3 hatchback and then a used red Hyundai Elantra that caught my eye before deciding I wanted to check out the new 2015 Mazda3s. While I was test driving the 2015 Mazda3, Bob took the care and time to go through all of the features of the car with me, showed me how to use the Bluetooth system, showed me where all of the cup holders were located, showed me how to use the infotainment system, and answered all of my questions. After test driving the 2015 Mazda3, I knew it was the right car for me. From there, I was never pressured to add-on any services I didnt want, and Bob gave me plenty of time to think over my decision. After I purchased the car, Bob took the time to sit down with me in the car to make sure I understood how to utilize all of the features of the car before I drove off the lot. My experience at Classic Mazda was great, from test driving cars with Bob Newland to meeting Heath Patterson and even talking to the guys in the finance department. I would recommend Classic Mazda to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience.

Our salesperson Meagan Rogers was very helpful and we ended up buying a 2015 Mazda 6 Sport and a. 2015 Mazda CX5. It was worth the drive to save that much .

Recently took our 2014 CX5 in for scheduled maintenance and was very pleased with all elements of the experience. Daniel Carey was my service advisor and he answered all my questions and concerns politely and professionally plus the work was done in a timely manner. In fact everyone Ive dealt with at Classic Mazda from our sales consultant Gordon Pagano when we originally bought our CX5 to the parts department personnel and cashiers have been very friendly and helpful.

My first Mazda experience was a few weeks ago when my wife and I pulled into Classic Mazda to look at the CX9. Sales consultant Daniel Ferrena was able to answer all our questions in a non-pushy manner. We were looking at several different makes and model SUV's but Daniel made our decision easy as he was professional and responsive. we literly chose Mazda over the other competing dealerships because of his responsiveness and easy going sales approach. We did however get a CX5 as it was more in our price range but great vehicle so far. My only negative comment is that after we chose the SUV we wanted, it took over two hours for them to get all the paperwork in line. It seems most dealerships are this way as they only have a few finance people and tons of sales people.

Hello fellas visited this place and the aura of the crews and sales personnel is such an amazing customer service...met chito who was the who initiated the the deal and finished it with brian who thus have a lot if knowledge in selling a good and reliable car purchased mazda cx5 which is my fave car he finished the deal with a lot of explaination that made me feel comfortable..went home and let my boss saw what i purchased as our investment but didnt like the color, good thing they this so called 5 day 300 miles return policy with no headache boom as quick as brown fox this Greg hop in and wow it was just a flick of a finger and change the vehicle.love this dealership and recommend this place to go first before going anywhere... I was referred to Classic Mazda by my 22 year old daughter. She had been in a few weeks prior and met Matt Croft. She thought the dealership was worth trying since I had a Toyota convertible ready for a trade. I called Matt and made an appointment to meet him. I told him I had researched the Mazda6 Touring online and was ready to do a test drive. I was not dissappointed at all!!! The car drove beautifully and during the drive Matt made sure to point out all the features of the touring down to the details of each button on the dashboard. Extremely thorough but not pushey at all. He then had my trade appraised by Shawn. This helped me understand the pricing of the car along with the financing available at zero percent for 3 years along with other options. I never felt pressured to buy but was assured by Matt he would be available when I was ready to purchase the car of my dreams. I did check around but within a week called Matt to seal the deal on the car with all the options I wanted. He was a pleasure to deal with and truly treated me with respect as a woman buying a car. This is not always the case at other dealers. It was a great experience from start to finish and all my questions were answered. Even when going through the financing of the car, ALL my questions were promptly answered for me to understand. No pressure to buy additional items but they were thoroughly explained in terms you can understand. Thank you, Matt. I will refer you to friends.

My wife and I recently stopped in Orlando on our way from the panhandle to South Florida with the hopes of purchasing a new Mazda 6, assuming no surprises between what we saw on the internet and what we found at the dealership. Upon our arrival at Classic Mazda we were greeted by Brian Tan. He was very helpful, being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the car we wanted to test drive. There were no surprises and we appreciated the "no pressure" atmosphere from Brian, his sales manager, and on up through the "finance guys". Jason listens and understands what i need, he stays keeping me informed of everything and gives great advise on how to take care of your car so that one doesn't spend so much money. This was our first experience with Classic Mazda and it was a fantastic, no pressure buying experience like I have never received. Our Sales Representative, Brian Tan, walked us through the way they do business at their dealership. They immediately show you the lowest price on the vehicle(s) you are interested in, as the sticker price is reduced and tagged on the vehicle. All you need to add is the cost it took them to get the vehicle, plus tax, tag and title. Only AFTER we decided to purchase a new car did they ask us if we would like an extended warranty, a special seal on the paint that prevents damage by hard water spots, bird droppings and love bugs to name a few and window tinting. We didn't get these items at purchase, but are allowed to come back for the paint seal and window tinting within 90 days, which we plan to take advantage of. We would like to extend a big thanks to Brian Tan and the Sales Managers that helped guide us through the process of our purchase of a 2015 Mazda 3 i Grand Touring.

My Wife and I went down to Disney World for a weekend get a way. We had been searching out cars for our daughter back home and could not find any to our liking or that could meet our needs with our budget. I took a chance and looked on line and found the car we needed at a great price. It was several thousand dollars less and practically brand new. The service advisors are generally friendly, but the one who impressed me most is Ms. Aiesha Jones. Aiesha always approaches me with a big smile and attends to my concerns immediately. My salesperson was Mohammad who was very nice and not pushy at all and I never felt pressured. I was looking for a new vehicle and had been to car dealers with everything from a condescending saleswoman to a salesman who thought flexing his pecs may tempt me to purchase a new car. My last attempt was Classic Mazda. I walked in and was greeted by Naike, whom I liked right away. She was so sweet, sincere and transparent, which was such a pleasant surprise. Everyone at the dealer was courteous and bent over backwards to help me find what I was looking for. I have bought a lot of vehicles and have to say this is by far the best dealer I have done business with.

I have been trying to decide between the Mazda 3 and the Ford Focus Titanium. Although the Mazda 3 is more expensive I was still considering it. When I stopped by Classic Mazda the sales person although clueless about the vehicle performance and features was very nice and courteous. He stated he was new and hey!!.. Everyone is new at some time or another so I cut him some slack and continued my interactions with him. Like I said a very nice man wish I could remember his name. Prior to my test drive I was asked for my drivers license. A common request and very fair since they want to keep track of who is driving their cars. When I returned I asked what was the least amount I could finance at 0% interest. I was told by my sales person I would have to speak with the manager. I was lead to a bar style counter where the manager stated the 0% interest did not apply and that I could get 1.9% instead. I stated that was not what was being advertised and he said OH well its just 1.9%. I felt he ignored and dismissed my statement so I advised him he just helped me make my decision and that I was considering the Ford Focus. It was at that time that instead of offering to work with me. He changed his attitude and dismissed me like I was nothing. He changed his demeanor and his body language left a lot to be desired. Very poor customer service and clarity of total hypocrisy came through. It is guys like this that give honest car salesmen their poor reputation. I hope someone from this dealership reads this and tracks him down. I am sure that if the story is shared they can track him down. I noticed he had made some notes on the copy of my drivers license. When I asked him to please give me the copy of my drivers license he was holding in his hands he simply said NO. I then requested he destroy the copy and he walked away from me to supposedly shred it. I followed him and observed form the glass outside an office as he ripped the paper and deposited in to what I hope was shredder. Awesome interaction with a potential customer that was not only looking for a car for himself in cash but also for another car for his wife. Today I can say I went to Mullinax Ford in Saint Cloud and I was treated like GOLD. Not only did I buy a $26000 Focus Titanium but we are coming back to buy one for my wife too. Maybe Mullinax can have a class and they can teach Classic Mazda at Semoran Blvd in Orlando something about courtesy and respect.

It been over a year ago since I had great experience with this deaer. I am living in Ohio and this Mazda dealer is in Orlando, Florida. I brought older Mazda from different used car dealer name Southern Trust Auto Group. I was afraid to drive a thousand miles with a car I just brought so I stopped by this Mazda dealership for check it out. They suggest it need some minor repairs first before traveling all the way to Ohio. However I have to return to Ohio at same day and yet cannot drive this Mazda car. They let me leave my car at their dealer lot for over a month with no storage fees until I got return over a month later. They took me to airport for no charges so I can return to Ohio while leave my car in Florida. This dealer has two guys been helpful with me, one name Sollie and other is Brian. So be sure you meet them for advise and what needed to be done. They understood that I cannot hear the phone so they gave me a number for text message only. They only charges me for minor repairs on car and no additional charges for leaving car there for a month and free drop off to airport. After they done with minor repairs, I came back to drive car home which thousand miles away. They change the temp plates tag from Florida to Ohio because Florida tag expired. They also added nuts on my every wheels because each wheel only has 4 instead of 5 nuts for no charges. (my guess either previous dealer or owner removed antitheif key nuts) This dealer have been doing alot more than what it's worth for money that I paid them. Which why I say this dealer like to help little people without trying take more money and rip them off. I still have my Mazda and they run great.

We were looking for a 2nd car and a friend recommended we look at the Mazda 6 (was also considering the Ford Fusion). After seeing the car, we fell in love with it's looks, technology and as important, the price. I can't say enough good things about Classic's "no hassle" buying process. And even better, the price was truly the best I saw. What was the icing on the cake was dealing with Gordon Pagano. He was such a nice guy, who never pressured us yet knew the car and it's features inside and out. It really was a pleasure dealing with Gordon. I have never had such a good experience buying a car.Gordon is so not the classic car salesman. We even ordered the rear sensors on our loaded Grand Touring and then decided that we didn't need or want the system (they had to order it so it was not yet installed on the car). Called Gordon on the following Monday and they said they would refund me the full price. They didn't have to do that. Go to him and buy your car...you won't be disappointed.

I went to this dealership to test drive a car. Samie (hope I spelled it right) was very polite and courteous. She knew I wasn't going to buy that day and I was undecided on what car I wanted. she did not pressure me to buy which I really appreciated. I did however purchase another car not a mazda. I really liked the mazda but I needed to get a lower price on a car. I wish they would have negotiated a little because then I might have been able to get the mazda. I am very happy with the car I bought. I would recommend this dealership for their courtesy and the no pressure experience.

I walked in and immediately noticed the difference between this and the other dealers, i did not have 10 sales people come to pressure me to buy a car and the back and forth hassle. I was approached by Gordon, he was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Everyone there was very polite and very professional. Gordon made the car purchase so easy and explained everything in detail. Pros: Couldn't find a better deal, quick easy buying process CONS: Wasn't provided a second key upon purchase of the vehicle because they couldn't find the original second key and I bought my car on a Sunday so couldn't go through parts to get one or order one so also couldn't get tint done on two front windows this day. Living 3.5 hours away I made an appointment to go back and get tint and pick up my key next time I'd be in town. Long story short I show up and the guy who does tint doesn't even work that day, I wait 45 minutes for them to "try to figure something out" and ask that I just receive the key so I can leave and receive a refund for the tint I pre-paid them for. They tell me they're too backed up do do it right then, so I leave with no tint (which they already had my money for), a key that doesn't work and oh yeah they entered the wrong address when sending my new registration so now I have to deal with the tax collector's office and waste more of MY time to correct THEIR mistakes. HORRIBLE experience?? gets worse! Next morning I go out to my brand new car to find the windshield cracked, and not from any external damage either. NOT the experience I hoped for for my first new car buying experience.

I've never owned a Mazda before, but I was in the market for a compact SUV. The Mazda CX-5 was a top safety pick, so it was added to my list. After test driving 3 other vehicles, I drove the Mazda. Hands down winner! The dealership was just icing on the cake. No pressure from Sal who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and options. Decided to purchase, and in a very short time, I drove home in my fantastic new car! Thanks to everyone who made this such a positive experience!

If you want straight answers when you ask a question, then this is the place to go. I also like the fact they seem to be confident that their price is not going to be beat. We bought our 2008 Mazda3 at this dealership, and have been exceedingly happy with this vehicle. Anytime it needed routine service, the service personnel were very professional and friendly, attending to the service needs and returning the car in the scheduled time. When it came time to think about another car, we did a lot of reading, comparing, and looking at new models. Again, as with our previous Mazda3, the new Mazda3 kept coming out at the "top of the heap," for our needs, so we headed back to Classic Mazda. Chito Espigaderda, one of the sales consultants, met us and was more than happy to discuss all the facets of the car itself and all details of the purchasing procedure. His professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and his easy-going "no pressure" attitude were much appreciated, and made for an enjoyable, informative experience. after a few minor negotiations, we "sealed the deal," and are very happy with our new Mazda3. We came to this dealership as we compared the model we wanted with other local dealers online. The price was the best we saw. The sales staff was friendly. They gave us a written quote on what they would give us for our vehicle that was good for 7 days, regardless if we bought there. The quote was for more than expected. We did end up purchasing the certified pre-owned car we came to see. One thing that could be improved upon is the car posted on the website was not available to see, (was at a shop getting a scratch repaired) we ended up making three trips. The last one, the day we bought we ended up being at the dealership for most of the day, as they will not hold cars, nor could they get ahead of time an accurate estimate of when the car would arrive on the lot. ( yet if it arrived and someone else got there before us, even with per approval it was a first come first serve.)

This is absolutely the most friendly and HONEST and open dealership I have ever dealt with in over 30 years of buying cars!! Several reasons to buy from CLASSIC MAZDA: - Advertised price with NO gimmicks. Really, it was hard to believe they weren't going to throw some curve balls in the deal, but NEVER did. As a matter of fact, they helped me LOWER my purchase price from the internet price with Loyalty incentives, etc. Unreal!! Other dealers advertise their internet pricing, then you show up and they explain how you must first qualify for certain programs to get that low internet price. NOT at CLASSIC MAZDA. The price was the ACTUAL price. When another dealership I had been talking to as well discovered that I was also talking with Classic Mazda, they then offered to price match. Too late I said, I'm sticking with the dealership who was honest and open from the get-go. - Trading in a car. The management at Classic actually appraised my trade together with me, showing me not only the dealer Black Book value, Kelly Blue Book, etc, but also the comps online with them. They offered me over $1500 MORE than several other dealerships I had visited without any hasstle at all. Shocked I was, but very happy. - FRIENDLY, but not the fake friendly you find at other dealerships. I felt that the entire staff I worked with in purchasing my new Mazda cared about my desires. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership, CLASSIC MAZDA. I personally believe one would be remiss if they didn't buy their Mazda car at Classic. My salesman, Bob Newland, was absolutely fantastic as well. Highly recommend you ask for him as well.

I came into Classic Mazda having experienced a horrible sales process at a different dealership. It was amazing how differently Classic Mazda works - they don't bombard you and make you feel as if you're being forced into a black hole you'll never get out of. Instead, they want to show you what they think you'd like based on what you're interested in. I was fortunate enough to talk to two sales reps - Gordon and Chito. Both were extremely friendly and not at all pushy. Chito went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of there satisfied - what a nice guy!

I live about 2 hours from Classic Mazda but when I originally searched for the car I wanted they had it. I could have driven to Hilton Head, SC but chose to go to Classic. I'm glad I did. Maia and Roger were great. Since I already knew I was going to buy this car (sight unseen as it just arrived on the lot the day before), I told Maia she could save her breath but she shifted gears and pointed out the safety features and some items I was not aware of. Plus she was fun! When it came time to work the numbers, Roger was all business, straight to the point. No nonsense. This is the price, this is what we will give you for your trade-in based on these factors (yes, he showed me auction price, black book price, etc. (do your homework first. It's worth the time)). When he said how much he'd give me for my trade-in, it exceeded my expectations. All in all an easy comfortable buying experience. However, like any car buying experience, it's impossible to get out there in a timely fasion. I will definelty consider making the two hour trip again and return to buy my next Mazda.

As a recently retired law enforcement officer, my knowledge and training in getting the facts and figures of a case prepared me for my new purchase of the Mazda 6. I visited several different model type car dealerships prior to going to Classic Mazda and of course each sales representative had some good and bad with their approach. I was looking at the top four selling vehicle models with an open mind.The no-hazzle approach by sales consultant Bob Newland made my decision very easy. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in all of the automotive products. In addition to the no-hazzle approach, the Mazda 6 trim and body style is the best looking car in all of the 2014 models. I'm telling all of my family and friends about Bob Newland and Classic Mazda.

I had been shopping for a Madza CX5 for weeks, doing most of my looking online, looking for the best price. I was looking for a red one, and other dealers did not have it, or would not Classic Madza epricing, and actually the morning that we actually went out to buy, we had email classic asking about a red one, and someone at Classic Madza said they did not have a red one. After walking out of another dealership, we drove to Classic to see when they could get a red one. When we got out of the truck, Bob Newland greeted us, and when I told him what we were looking for, he said he had one. We tested drove it and two hours later we were out the door with our new Red Madza CX 5. The only reason I did not purchase a car there at this time ,was we belong to a credit union that if we bought from another dealer, they would match price (after two hours of arguing) and we received a cruise and $500 in gas.

My experience buying my new Mazda 9 was hassle free. Working with my saleman, Luis Vazquez, was like working with an old friend. I have purchased at least seven new and used cars, with both good and bad experiences. I felt that Luis was genuinely interested in finding me the right car. There was no pressure or unpleasant sales ploys. Ask for Luis when you go to buy your new Mazda.

While buying a car has never been one of my favorite things to do, the experience at Classic Mazda was probably one of the better experiences. Purchased a Mazda CX-9 yesterday and dealt with Chito Espigadera who was most helpful and congenial. Will be checking back with him to help familiarize me with some of the more technical operations of the car. We went over many of the items before I drove away but I will need some more reenforcement. The day before Chito was working with another customer and Chad Rogers, the GM, showed me around and gave me a figure for my trade, which I thought was fair. Chad and Chito were what will make me recommend Classic Mazda.

Our experience with Bob Newland of Classic Mazda was easy and most importantly without pressure. Bob is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. No sales pressure whatsoever. He answered all of our questions. In addition, we really liked the upfront pricing...no games or having to haggle with price. I have used Classic Mazda for ten years for repairs and maintenance for my 2003 MPV and the wife's 2006 MX5 and have never been disappointed. The service department has always been informative about and quick to act on maintenance or repair action and our questions. Since I've had such a quality performance with keeping my two Mazdas on the road, it was a "no brainer" to go to Classic for a new Mazda to replace my aging MPV. I found the sales staff, especially, Chito Espigardera, to be as capable and informative as the Service Department. We traded our MPV for a 2013 Mazda CX9 and the wife and I couldn't be happier with the price and service of the Sales staff. It was a painless process and we have no problem in recommending Chito and the other folks of Classic Mazda's sales department.

My boyfriend and I had been looking for a Mazda for quite a while and we drove two hours to Orlando because they had the best prices. Chito greeted us and was very understanding of our wants and needs. Well we found the perfect car for us. We went through all the processes and when it came down to the final prices we were not fully satisfied. So we were heading back on our 2 hour drive home when we received a call from Chito saying he got us the price we wanted and the exact things we wanted. So we went back a few days later and signed our paperwork and are proud owners of a 2013 Mazda 3. But we would not have gotten it had it not been for Chito's determination to help us get it to exactly where we wanted. We would highly recommend this dealership and Chito as the man to look for.

My wife and I were shopping around at several local dealerships for a used car all day and we never thought we would wa walking out with a new 2013 Mazda 3. Gordon was my salesman and treated me with respect. I was treated at other dealerships like we'd rather sell to a man than a woman, you could feel the tension. My dad and I set out one day to shop around for cars with no intentions on purchasing. He is a veteran to buying cars and wanted to make sure that I didn't fall victim to all of the nonsense that most car dealers hand customers. Halfway through our shopping process we stopped at Classic Mazda where we met Chito, our very friendly sales associate. After I test drove the Mazda 3 I knew that's the car I would be purchasing. Went to Classic Mazda after reading reviews. There was no pressure to buy, and I did leave after not completely liking their offer (I wanted a steal!). But I slept on it and looked around, only to find them still about 7% less than their competition, so I returned and bought from them. Salesperson Alfred Nater is young, but very knowledgable and passionate about cars. Two days after the sale, he agreed to drive 35 miles RT to help us pick up the car (I think it was even on his day off). Bright future!

I met Chito Espigadera one of the sales consultant of Classic Mazda he was very good in explaining the features of Mazda CX9 unfortunately the car the I'm looking for is not available at that time. Im looking for a AWD Mazda CX9 but they only have the 2WD. Chito even let me drove the CX9 2WD to test it I was very pleased with the way he treated the us. I will definitely come back to this dealership next year to get a new car for my wife.

Having been in the business, I appreciated the sales staff listening to what I had to say & not trying to "snow" me with sales nonsense. We easily came to an understanding & a satisfactory deal to both sides without the usual nit-picking over price.We had visited other dealers & were turned off by their sales pressure tactics and trying to bambouzal us into a deal. I'd like to especially compliment Roger (sales manager) for his fairness & professionalism. It was a real pleasure to do business with him. The salesman that looked after the leg work, Chito was helpfull as best as he could be responding promptly to our every request. He was a nice guy & with increased experience, I expect him to be very sucessfull.

I went in to test drive the new 2013 Mazda3 i. I was drawn to two things the "best price" and the high MPG. When I arrived, I was greeted by Gordon. He was super sweet and extremely knowledgable. He has been selling Mazdas since the 70s. I explained that I was only looking and I have not purchased a car in 15 years. Gordon was always polite and never pushy. He answered all my questions and never pressured me at any time. While I was waiting for my test drive, I notice balloons and asked Gordon what was going on. He explained they were having a killer sale on the remaining 2012 Mazda3 i GT. I am so glad I came in when I did or I would have missed this great sell. After test driving both, Gordon offered me the loaded 2012 for the same price as the new 2013. They both drove the same but I was in love with the 2012. Needless to say, I had no intention to purchase that day but I could not walk away from that deal. I specifically left my checkbook at home so I wouldn't be tempted. But when you fall in love... However, lets be clear, I bought because Classic Mazda meet each of my specific demands. They made it easy. They were always respectful and professional. There were no tricks and they were very forthcoming and I have to say it was unstressful. I want to thank the whole Classic Mazda team for giving me a wonderful buying experience. I was so happy with my purchase of my new Mazda and happy I got it from Classic Mazda. My salesman Gabriel S. was great. He knew all about the car and was patient with me and was upfront during the whole ordeal unlike Fairbanks Mazda in Longwood i went to that added several thousands to their advertised price for "tint" "nitro" "pinstripe". Classic Mazda really surprised me. Classic Mazda sold the car at the advertised price over $4,000 off MSRP and were professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I always hated dealership tricks and bought many cars in the past, but this is definitely BY FAR the best dealership I have ever bought from and I was fortunate to have a great salesman. After deciding that the Mazda 3 skyactive was the car for us, I decided to visit a different Mazda dealership other than Courtesy Mazda just to make sure that there was not a better deal out there. After 2 hours of their attempts to sell me a payment (never knowing the price of the car), I finally escaped. I now knew that Gordon of Classic Mazda was the guy that I was going to buy my next car from. He was strait forward, respectful, and honest throughout the entire process. My sister was in need of a new car and she began talks with Gabriel Salgado. He was very patient and straight forward with her. It was not at all a gimmick, as he kept in contact with her, without being pushy, which was incredibly refreshing. Because of his diligence, we returned and my sister is now driving a Nissan Cube. It's such as fantastic car! I would highly recommend coming here. The amazing customer service doesn't end with excellent sales people, like Gabriel, but with management as well. I purchased a used vehicle from Classic Mazda. Shane was our salesman. The buying process was easy because their up-front pricing was reasonable for the vehicle. The vehicle we purchased had a few mechanical issues that appeared right after we left the dealership. Classic took care of all of the repairs and even offered us a loaner/rental while the repairs were being done. We actually shopped at a few other dealers that day and came back here because of the staff. The actual purchase was so easy and painless. If you want a car, this is the place to go!!

My wife and I recently visited Classic Mazda to look at a used Ford F150 they had on the lot. It was a great, no stress shopping experience. Out salesman Chito did a great job, and he was very honest and forthcoming. I bought the truck and I love it!

I would like to thank you for having such a professional and courteous sales team working at your dealership. Recently I had the pleasure of having Jim Drew as my salesman and Cynthia Hernandez as my sales manager. Jim was beyond polite and patient and definitely went above and beyond even after the sale. My car was delivered with a few small white spots on the drivers door which I was assured would be taken care of upon my next visit. Unfortunately I came back on a Saturday when the work couldn't be performed. Jim offered to have my car washed for my trouble and since the detail department was backed up he did it himself-vacuumed it too. Your average salesman would have just would have let detail get to it when they could. I came back the next Monday and it was taken care of with Jim, again, personally seeing to it. Cynthia was simply amazing to deal with-professional while fun and outgoing at the same time. She definitely treated me like family and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and had all the paperwork done in record time. I know my friend who was with me will be buying his next car at your dealership when his lease expires. As for me I previously bought a Honda Accord at your Holler store back in Feb '07 and really glad I returned to your Mazda store last month. As far as I'm concerned as long as Holler/Classic sells it I am buying it from you. Finally if I know anyone who needs a Mazda or used car I will definitely send them to Jim and Cynthia. Went over over to buy my 1st brand New car, a 2013 Mazda3 and met with my sales guy Chito, what an awesome guy! He was very laid back and just made my car buying experience a walk in the park. As soon as I came back from the test drive, Tom the Sales Manager approached me to introduce himself and make sure I was taken care of. Also finalizing the deal in the finance office was a breeze. All I can say if you are in the market for a New or Pre owned vehicle you owe it yourself to see them, you'll be glad you did. Thanks Chito and Tom.

When I first walked in the dealer everybody greeted me but the one salesmen that took care of me Francine Pabon was great. She explain their policies and the process. I tried getting a car but I did not get approved but Francine made it less hurtful, she explained that It would be easier if I had a co-signer but I did not have one. I loved my experience with Francine and will recommend anybody to Classic Mazda East

I can't explain what a good experience I had at Classic Mazda. My sales persons were Francine and Shane. They helped me trough the whole process and the experience was great and I did not get a car but the test drive was great and they explained everything by details and it made me feel confident and secure.

By far this is the best dealership i have been too. I have been looking for my first new car for a while, i have been to Nissan, Toyota, and Mitsubishi and out of all Mazda was the most helpful. We went to Classic Mazda 4 days over the course of a week & SHANE WOODS was there to help & assist us with whatever we needed each day. Ultimately, it was the Mazda 3 & Shane as a sales associate who helped me decide on which vehicle to purchase. I would recommened Classic Mazda & SHANE to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Even as we looked over options on the Mazda 3, many previous customers came in specifically looking for Shane to help them purchase another car. Classic Mazda really made this experience great, it was hassle-free, no one was pressuring us to purchase a car as soon as we got there. THANKS CLASSIC MAZDA! THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP SHANE!!

I had not purchased a car in over ten years. I wanted to go a dealer that was close but still offered a good price. I found that dealer in Classic Mazda. Fast friendly service is what I found. They offerd me a fair price for used car and subsequent new car! If I had it to do all over again I would go straight back to Classic Mazda and deal with Shane, in sales and Tom, the manager.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I bought my 2012 Sky Blu Mazda 3 which is my dream car :) Chito Espigardera was my salesman and he was so nice! I tried doing business before this dealership at Cory Fairbanks but they were so pushy on me buying a car from them when I clearly told them I was not ready yet, so I came to classic Mazda and they hooked me up. I love my car and I love the service from Classic Mazda :)

Purchased my first Mazda today, and am completely satisfied. Our Sales and Leasing consultant Jim Drew was amazing; very helpful and friendly.I love how we never felt pressured. Everything was explained in great detail, and all our questions/concerns were addressed.Cynthia in the finance department was also very helpful and knowledgeable.I will absolutely refer all my friends to Jim Drew and Classic Mazda.

We went to several dealerships over the weekend, and walked away from all of them. We felt we were being short changed, scammed, or stalked! We ended up driving from Clermont to Orlando to Classic Mazda, and met CHITO. We actually enjoyed ourselves, and ended up buying a great car. Tom the manager actually test drove our trade and gave us a fair price. We were given all of the "behind the scenes" info, and never once felt like we were being blindsided. I will definitely recommend Classic Mazda to my friends!

I previously owned two Mazda 3's and was in search of a used Mazda 6. I did some research online to see what used Mazdas I could find within a short radius of my home and I found a used 2010 Mazda 6 with just over 23,000 miles for a good price. Upon arrival at Classic Mazda I was immediately greeted by an employee named Gabriel Salgado. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Gabriel discussed all of the possible purchasing options, answered all the questions I had, and I test drove the car with him as well. He was very skilled and had a great personality--that also made buying a car fun! I wanted to shop around before purchasing the first car I looked at and Gabriel was very open to that. After shopping around, I went back to Classic Mazda and took care of the paperwork. It was late on a Sunday evening (the paperwork was completed after opening hours but all the employees that were still there were very friendly and helpful) so he was unable to fill up my tank with gas, but he requested that I came back the next day. I went back the next day and Gabriel was busy but another employee assisted me. My experience with Classic Mazda was one I thoroughly enjoyed. I recommend this dealer to anyone and also recommend Gabriel with high regards.

I went to Classic Mazada and while I didn't purchase from them (due to my own financing issues) they provided excellent service. Chito was my sales person and he was great. He followed up with me to make sure I got all the information I needed. Some car salesman won't give you estimates over the phone but Chito had no problem crunching the numbers and giving me out the door pricing over the phone when I requested it. I highly recommend visiting Classic Mazda if you are interested in a Mazda. I tried calling Cory Fairbanks Mazada and they were extremely RUDE! If you're interested in a Mazda the Mazda3 SkyActive is really nice. It was the car I was going to purchase. Unfortunately, I had a very small budget but Chito really tried his best to make the numbers work for me.

Everyone at Classic Mazda was friendly & helpful. Very low pressure and didn't feel hounded when we left after the first day of shopping, which made the decision to come back much easier. Unlike other dealers where the price is up in the air, I knew what I would be paying from the start. Chito, Nick, Tom & Cynthia were all great and very willing to answer any and all questions, even after the sale was finalized. Chito was even willing to come in on his day off because that was the only time I could make it there. Thanks guys, I love my Mazda3!

No pressure, no hassle, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of their way to be helpful - these phrases all describe the staff of Classic Mazda. My daughter purchased her new Mazda 3 on Friday evening. We stopped by last Sunday and spoke to Chito Espigadera. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and show us anything we wanted to see. Tom, the sales manager, showed us the numbers right on his computer - there was no secrecy or back and forth. We returned on Friday night to purchase the car because of the upfront treatment we received. This was my daughter's first new car purchase, but I have purchased many cars, and the experience at Classic Mazda was by far the most pleasant that I have ever had. Chito even delivered the car to our home the next day! Thank you Chito, Tom, Nick, and Cynthia! I HIGHLY recommend Classic Mazda!

The car buying experience at Class Mazda should be the industry standard. Their operating model provides for a no-hassle, stress- free experience. Sales associates are either low-pressure or no-pressure, and that approach carries through to the finance manager in "the room". I got an excellent price on the car without having to haggle one minute; to get that price at Fairbanks Mazda I would have to haggle for hours with high pressure salesmen and sales managers. Why bother doing that? Jason Adorno is an outstanding sales associate who went above and beyond from my first visit through the week after my purchase. He took the time to help me find the car I was initially interested in, and was genuinely concerned about me finding the right car for myself. He recognized my lack of enthusiasm for the car I was initially interested in, so he brought out a different model that had everything I was looking for. He also went above and beyond to ensure my accessories order was processed and my service experience was executed with complete satisfaction. If you're in the market for a Mazda I highly recommend making an appointment with Jason. The rest of the team at Classic is equally friendly and provides high-caliber service. From sales to service to the GM, Chad. I can see no reason to shop elsewhere for a Mazda.

I had been researching what car I wanted to replace my '98 Impreza with for years and had settled on a Mazdaspeed 3 or a GTI. When my veteran Subaru came up terminal, I had to make a quick decision on a new car and Chito and Classic Mazda made the process as painless as possible. They even arranged to pick up the Subaru so I didn't have to get it towed myself!! I would definitely shop there again.

My first experience with Classic Mazda was when I arrived there and was approached by sales/lease consultant Gordon Pagano.His friendliness, professionalism and vehicle knowledge was immediately apparent. No sales pressure whatsoever. He answered all my questions (which at times may have been trivial) with patience and politeness. Have dealt with many good salespeople over the years and Gordon is at the very top of my "A" list! He is a great person and a very valuable asset to Classic Mazda and Mazda in general. As to the dealership, every one was friendly and professional providing me with a very satisfying buying experience.
