Visited this dealership to make a cash purchase of a new 2017 Nissan vehicle. Without a doubt in my 40+ years of buying new cars this was by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had! We were constantly left alone for very long periods of time both while we were waiting to test drive the vehicle we picked out and again while we waited and waited for a price while our sales person was talking nonchalantly with other sales staff and playing with her phone. At one point I even walked up to her and the sales desk and told them that we were getting very tired of waiting, to which she rudely responded, I'll be right with you! Finally when they came over with a price (and failed to mention that the car had a factory Rebate of $2750 and they had only shown $2000 of that in their proposed sales price) when I countered with a mere $1K less then their proposed price the Sales Manager who was intentionally "walking by" and heard me yelled out "We're all in!". I simply said okay thank you for your time then and walked out. I went to the Toyota dealer right next door to them who isn't affiliated with them and purchased a new 2017 Toyota Camry that was a much nicer car option wise for the exact same money I had just offered Nissan for their car. It wasn't their refusal to accept my price as that's the car business, it was the rudeness and non caring attitude as if though my time wasn't valuable and they didn't care whether I bought a car or not. Their competition again right next door was wonderful from the second we walked in and they got my cash money! I would never go back to Classic Nissan again and will tell everyone I know to stay away.

I purchased a 2010 Chevy Cobalt from Classic Nissan in Sanford, NC on 8/15/16. It took 6 hours to complete the sale of the car because they kept disappearing. Upon seeing the vehicle for the first time, the trunk was littered with trash (including broken glass, bottles, toys, trash, leaves) and the interior was filthy with soda, melted crayons, coffee in the cup holders, stains on the console, dirty windows, trash in the doors, and dust in the vehicle. Taking the car for a test drive, the vehicle vibrated and the Sales Rep Daniel blamed it on the road. The dealer removed the trash from the trunk, but did not clean the interior, other than removing trash. Then Daniel, the sales rep, told me to bring the car back at a later date and have it cleaned. Every time I called to bring the car in, they told me to wait until I got my license plates in. After driving the car for a day, the AC would not work when sitting still and would blow hot air. Only when the car was driven, the AC would work. The vibration in the car also continued. I notified the dealer of the problems, and they told me they would address the issues when I received my plates. My temporary plates expired on 9/15/16. I have called several times to check when the plates were coming in before they expired and was told they had not come in. A couple days before the plates expired, I called again. I was told the plates had not come in yet, and that the DMV allowed a 15 day grace period after expiration. Every time I called, I told them of the AC problems and the vibration. One week ago, the battery started to die, and I have done nothing except start the car that would put a strain on the battery. I notified the dealer of that issue as well. Upon buying the car, I purchased a 30,000 mile warranty on the vehicle. Taking the car in today (9/22/16), the Sales Manager Morris Garner said that the problems would not be covered under the warranty and they would charge me $45 to fix the vibration and $150 for a new battery. As my ex-wife was getting upset by the situation, the Sales Manager asked where the car was and threatened to remove the car from my possession. The dealer still has not given me my plates, and has not resolved any of the issues I have stated over the past month. I have never been treated so poorly from anybody that I have made a purchase from, and they have not valued my time that I have taken to resolve these issues. The dealer never followed through and when the issues were directly addressed, they lied to my ex-wife's face stating no responsibility. I feel like I was ripped off by purchasing the extra warranty, and their lack of responsibility as a dealership is appalling.

I would honestly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used Nissan to visit this dealership in Sanford, NC. My husband and I were taken care of from beginning to end when it came to customer service, purchase, test drive, options, parts, service, detail and features for the car we purchased this weekend. I drove away with a new 2016 Nissan Altima which I am absolutely in love with thanks to Jessica, Morris, Kenneth and Jaimie who made sure all our questions were answered and needs were met. Had an awesome new truck purchase experience at Classic Nissan yesterday and wanted to pass along to others looking for a great experience too. My sales manager was Jim Kamara, who I have already written a review for... but the second manager I dealt with in my new truck purchase was Ken Massenburg for the business side of the purchase. Ken was also super friendly and took the time to get to know my wife and I while we went through the new truck documents. He is a a very loving husband, father, and so easy to deal with during the always long and boring required paperwork drill of buying a car or truck. He made us feel at ease and went out of his way to explain all of the documents we needed to sign. Again, a truly great experience buying at Classic Nissan. I have been on Sanford for 7 years. During that period I have purchased two cars from the local Ford dealer. During that time I developed great relationships with the personnel withing there and thought that my experience could not be topped somewhere else. After spending an hour at the Nissen dealership I quickly decided that I had found a new group of people that I would enjoy doing business with. My first 15 minutes were spent talking to Shaq, a young, polite and knowledgeable sales rep. I quickly felt at home with him. He was not pushy but rather acted as a knowledge source about the vehicles. My original intent was to just browse the stock and learn about the Nissan brand as I knew very little. Shaq introduced me to the sales manager and the service manager and then worked with me on a deal to lease two vehicles. While I spent perhaps two hours there looking learning and consummating a deal it was a very good experience. I met other salesmen as well as admin personnel during that time frame but Shaq was the primary reason I drove away with two new cars.Shaq was relativity new to the industry but unless I am a bad judge of character, he will be at this dealership for a long time and become very successful. I urge anyone that would like to strike a deal on a new or used car to visit this dealer and ask for Shaq. You should love the experience.

I traded my 2011 Cube for a brand-new 2014 Cube. I had just purchased an extended warranty on my 2011 Cube to the tune of $1,234.67 . I had intended to use the value of this warranty as addition "down payment" on the new cube with the trade in. After all, the warranty is on the car- which I sold to Crossroads of Sanford - they said they would make sure I got my refund from the warranty, but I'd need to put an additional $2,000 down. It was a stretch financially, but I did it. 6 WEEKS LATER, after I'd called to ask where that warranty refund was... I got an email saying, in essence, "Sorry we tried. You're going to have to take care of it." I don't have the contracts, I left them with the car!!! I have no data, no proof of the warranty, but I'm supposed to cancel it NOW?! SIX WEEKS LATER (I purchased the new Cube less than a week- 88 miles into the warranty!) What do you think? Will I ever see my $2,134.... somehow, I think not. Boy am I pissed off!

I purchased a used SUV from Crossroads Nissan of Sanford at the end of August. It took a little while the get the parts that the car needed. I was willing to to wait in order to make sure that the SUV got what was needed. My sales person Adrian Lee was top notch. He got me everything that I wanted and what the vehicle needed. He kept in touch with me letting me know what was going on. He was not pushy very patient and friendly. When I purchase another vehicle I will go straight to him. If he's not there any more I will find out what dealership he is working at and be sure to purchase my next car from him. I just purchased a new 2015 Nissan Rogue. My sales person was great. He was very friendly, explained all the trim levels and features of the vehicle and was not pushy. I have had 2 calls in less than a week to see how I liked the car and to see if everything was ok. I plan to do my service visits with them and do not anticipate anything but great service.

Great experience buying my first used car. After finding the car online that I was interested in test driving, I was going to wait to have it transported to the local dealership closer to my residence. After reading rave reviews on this particular dealership in Sanford, I decided it was worth the drive (over an hour) to deal directly with a dealership that was so highly rated by many customers. My research and instincts proved to be right.My salesperson, Beth Leslie, was so professional, yet warm and down-to-earth. Truly felt the southern hospitality that I love about NC.I had bought many new cars in the past but being that those days are long gone and I was working with a budget from an insurance payout for my car, which was totaled in an accident, I was uncomfortable with the unfamiliar experience of buying a used vehicle. Beth made the experience so stress-free and genuinely was concerned with helping me buy the best vehicle for my needs (which did turn out to be the one I came for, after all). She was truly interested in gaining a happy, satisfied customer. Even the manager, who was new to the location, came over to introduce himself and thank us for our business.I love my new "used" car and so glad we made the drive to Sanford. I'm just sorry I live too far for to bring it in for regular maintenance.I highly recommend Crossroads Nissan of Sanford - Beth and the entire staff.

Made a visit on 10/29/14 to Crossroads Nissan of Sanford around 2 pm. I was outside for 10 minutes or so (expecting a sales person) but no one came out to speak. I thought this was odd, but this is not a big deal to me, so I went inside to look at a Nissan Pro 4x that was in the showroom. After about 5 minutes of opening the door on the show room truck and sitting inside to view the controls and interior with no one coming over to speak I went to desk at the front window (which had 4 guys chatting by the way) and ask a one of the gentlemen to help me with a test drive. It by chance was the finance person (Wade) and he was nice enough to set me up with the test drive. I enjoyed the truck (have been researching this truck for several weeks and taken a couple of test drives at other dealerships) and negotiated what Wade called was his best out the door price. I informed Wade I had one other comparison to make and if the price at the other dealership was not considerably lower than his I would purchase my truck at Crossroads. I visited the other dealer and although they were $250 lower in cost than Crossroads, I decided to return to Crossroads due to the following:1. The comparison dealer increased their price by about $700 vs what they sent me in their best out the door price when we spoke last2. The comparison dealers facilities were quite poor3. The comparison dealers personnel were not very friendly at allWhen I informed Wade that I was back to purchase his truck as I had indicated on the previous day I was very sad to learn that he had INCREASED his price by $1,400. His explanation was that he had mistakenly thought on the previous day that as a former Goodyear employee I was eligible for a $1400 discount.Based on this information above (which is all 100% accurate) I would highly recommend purchasing your car or truck anywhere but Crossroads Nissan. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am that we live in a world where people do this on a daily basis and consider it acceptable. In all of my travels around the world from China to Mongolia it is considered an acceptable business practice to lie to someone..... I sincerely hope our society never accepts this practice like Sanford Nissan does.I will purchase this style and model truck, but NOT AT SANFORD NISSAN due to their dishonest personnel.

Let me share with you the experience I have had with Crossroads Nissan of Sanford. We bought our 2012 Nissan Quest in January 2013. At the time it was a good deal and we really liked the vehicle. All the staff seemed nice and helpful, but later we came to the conclusion that it was just to make the sale. Twenty-five days after our purchase I realized that our 30 day tags are to expire in 5 days. We had not received or been contacted about our license plate at that point. After calling to ask about it, I was told that they would check into it. The next day, I was called back to be told that the inspection was never done so they weren't able to apply for the plates yet. This was the first evidence that once the sale is done, their customers fall off the face of the Earth to you. There is no reason that it should of took me calling 5 days before the tags expire to find out you couldn't apply for the tags yet. I live about an hour away so I had to make a trip there to wait for a couple hours to get the inspection that SHOULD of been done when the van was bought. Then, roughly two weeks after my 30 day tags expired I received my actual license plate. Next, about a week after that while driving to a friends house our van randomly turned off and left us stuck on the side of the road. I called their service department and they asked me to call the roadside assistance line. About 2 hours later a tow truck was there and took the van to our local Nissan dealership here in town. I had to wait till the next morning to call to find out what was going on since they were already closed. That night I did so research online to see if it had happen to anyone else. It had, but most of everything I saw was from mid-2012 and a recall had fixed the issue from that point. The next morning I called our local dealership to see what was going on. They said they wouldn't be able to get to it till later that afternoon and since it was Saturday it may not be till Monday. I needed a car at that point...they said they couldn't give a loaner because they didn't know if it was something that I did or because it was something wrong with the vehicle itself. He suggested calling Crossroads Nissan. So, I did. I explained what happened and that I thought that it could be the recall from mid-2012. At that point, the service person on the line got rude with me and said that I didn't know what I was talking about because the recall would of been done before the van even left the dealership. So, no loaner vehicle and I was stuck at home waiting....luckily, late Saturday afternoon I got a call back and they were able to make room to look at it. Sure enough, to their surprise and mine, the recall was never done on the vehicle. This was the second evidence that once the sale is done, their customers fall off the face of the Earth. That recall should of been done before it ever left the lot after I purchased it. Even then, it should of been caught when they looked at it to do the (a month late) inspection on it. Instead, due to lack of not going over a check list, our family was stuck on the side of the road for over 2 hours...thanks for that. Now, let's fast forward about almost a year. It's time to get an inspection on the vehicle. I have less than 11,000 miles on it, and they tell me that they can't pass it since the tires are to the point of showing wires. What? The van is only a year old, and less than 11,000 miles, that can't be right. I took it to you guys and you said that the tires needed to be replaced and that the alignment is off. I have a 2010 Ford Escape that has never needed an alignment, and had a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has only needed an alignment twice in the 12 years I had it. After a year, I needed an alignment. Plus, isn't that something that should of been caught on one of the oil changes I got too? Instead, you they decided that you would "help me out" and not charge me the alignment if I bought the 2 tires that needed changing.

Plus, isn't that something that should of been caught on one of the oil changes I got too? Instead, you they decided that you would "help me out" and not charge me the alignment if I bought the 2 tires that were in dire need of changing. Thanks....I'm glad that you realized the cars you sale are crap and don't even want to look at why the alignment fell off that fast. I was told, "It just happens, I doubt anything is wrong with the van." And just so you know, I have had to get another alignment since then about two months ago. Thanks for checking the van out for me and making sure nothing is wrong. That's the third evidence that we again fall off the face of the Earth.At this point, I am ready to drive this van off a cliff. I am fed up with Nissan, and with Nissan of Sanford. TL;DR - After the sale, you won't get the service.

We went to Crossroads Nissan of Sanford and bought a New Frontier, and from the Sales associate to the finance and paper work all was an enjoyable experience. My wife and I looked at about 6 trucks bouncing from used to new to used and then back again to new and Will was very cooperative with a smile and good information on the vehicles we viewed. the General Manager Dmitri and Sales Manager Keith work hard to get us the best deal they could get and when we said the payments would not fit our budget they went the extra mile to work on the banks and the #'s and made it so the payment would. Thank you guys all of you, and as for Kelly Paper work was a breeze with her, and I didn't mind signing 100 different documents. Again thank you all and when it time for wife to get a new Versa we will return.

They're knowledgeable, accommodating, and very easy to work with. The general manager, Dmitri Kazanski, is a true professional in every way. I went in looking for a new car. The salesman was very courteous and friendly. He understood what I was looking for and showed me one of the models. It was a bit expensive for me, but he showed me other models of the same vehicle but lower in price, then of different models. After he talked to the finance department, he was very clear and understanding that this was not the right time to purchase the car I wanted. It would be better if I came back in March and I would be able to finance through a primary bank and lower my interest rate, making my payments much lower. I will definitely be going back.

We went to Crossroads Nissan based on reviews found on Google. When we arrived Jeff was quick to greet us, offered us a seat and something to drink. After finding out what our needs/wants were in a new vehicle he searched his inventory. While there was not one onsite the had it delivered to us within an hour. Jeff's personal touch was very welcomed and surprising (compared to past sales associates I have worked with), my 2 year old daughter took to him quickly and he provided entertainment to her while still focusing on our needs. Furthermore, Ray and Wade handled the financial end of the deal with the utmost professionalism. Ray, seeing that I was burning up from wearing the wrong type of clothing for the unplanned warm day offered me a Nissan T-shirt which quickly changed my whole attitude as I was feeling much better. All in all we could not be happier with our purchase or with the staff of Crossroads Nissan. So long as we live in the area we will use Crossroads for all of our buying needs (I purchased an Infiniti from Crossroads Infiniti in Wake Forest).

We drove from Raleigh to look at a Honda Odyssey. Everyone that we spoke with on the phone was very courteous. Once at the dealership Will Cooper helped us with the van. He was great to deal with. Kelley Stewart called me to tell me that I was approved to come in and get either a Rouge or Altima. Of course I was a little hesitant but estatic at the same time. The special was ending that night so I had to act quickly. I drove straight to Crossroads and was greeted by Beth Leslie with a purple Rouge (which purple is my favorite color...Kelley told her that :)). Beth walked me around the car and showed me all the features and explained in detail everything. She was very knowledgeable about everything I asked a question about. I have been wanted a SUV type vehicle because I have a 10 month old son and I know in the future with sports and diaper changes it will be very handy. I have also been wanting a Altima since I began doing business with Nissan. I asked Beth could I see a Altima and test drive just to see if I would rather have that over the Rogue. I decided on the Rogue and Beth let me look at all them to choose the color I wanted. It was getting late but Beth went through all of the paperwork with me explained everything and told me not to worry. We ran into a couple roadblocks financially with my deposit whether it would be required or not but Kelley Stewart worked it out for me to where I did not have to put any down. Beth got me into my Rogue and I was on my way for the night. The next day I came up to sign paperwork and Kelley Stewart helped me understand what I was doing financially and about my pricing. Kelley and Beth both went above and beyond to help me get everything straight and underway with this new car. This is the third car ive worked with Kelley and the second that Beth has been my salesman. I will always come back to Nissan because of the excellent customer service and especially that of Beth and Kelley. Beth has even called to check up and make sure all is goign well with the car and reassured me that if I have any questions to just give her a call. I tell everyone how great these guys are and to go to them when they are ready for a new ride :) Thanks Crossroads Nissan for everything! Keep it up!!

Beth Leslie contacted me by phone in regards to my inquiry on Truecar.com. I decided to go through truecar because it was my first experience buying a car on my own. I explained to her that the price they were offering was slightly more than what the other dealerships were advertising. She explained her willingness to try her best to work with me and get the price to something comparable to the other Nissan dealers in the area. Ultimately we were able to agree upon a vehicle and price. Beth was very friendly from the beginning but what really impressed me was the way she handled a difficult situation involving my trade-in and my father who lives out of state. Without going into too much detail my father's dishonesty with me regarding the financing of the car I was trading in created a very awkward and difficult situation to deal with. My father also failed to return documents in a timely manner. Beth was diligent and clear on the importance of getting the documents returned but still understanding and remained professional. I was nervous about buying my first car on my own and the on-the-spot issues with my father made for an even more uncomfortable situation. However, Beth handled everything very professionally. What really stood out to me is that even though I was embarrassed by my father's actions, I never felt judged by any of the employees at the dealership. Overall, I am very happy with my new car and I would definitely recommend Beth and Crossroads Nissan to others.

Upon my arrival, Beth was all smiles and happy to help me pick out my new Nissan. Beth listened to my request via needs versus wants and was able to find me two cars that fit into what I was looking for. At first, the car that I wanted was actually located at another dealership. Beth showed me the other car on the lot, so I could see the same options and trim level, just in a different color exterior and interior. I was also given the opportunity to drive this car before driving out of town to see if I liked the other car. After going home to think about it, I actually ended up picking the car that I drove at Crossroads Nissan. The color and interior grew on me the more I thought about it. I have had my car since September 10, 2013, and I still love it. I get compliments on my car constantly! Thank you Beth, & Crossroads Nissan.

Wow! So much to say! We were met in a matter of minutes by Jonathan Cameron with a friendly smile and handshake! I knew I was in good hands just by his demeanor, I explained what I wanted,my payment range and other details..he took me right to a Sentra that was juz off the truck hours before we arrived,, I fell in love that very instant..with the car, the colar and everything..So we test drove another sentra while other one was being ready for showroom/sales.. just to get a feel of the car..Jonathon did not try to sell me this car by alot of talk etc because he respected my wishes on the what I wanted and needed,,( plus I was very explanatory on what my wishes were LOL) Anyhoo, when we got back I told him I wanted the new one they were preparing and we sat down with a nice refreshment he offered us and worked on my budget payment I would like to have. He and his manager came back with an awesome deal with savings etc and I committed to this agreement..Whew! I was so amazed at how he handled everything and never once got discouraged with my demands, Well now to get to the final paperwork..It was a book !! LOL...Kelly was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail so that I would understand. She even surprised us with an even lower payment she had found!! I know right! She is awesome..It was coming up on closing time and I was feeling guilty about them staying late..But did they show any signs of frustration? Noi! they did not..After all was done we had my finbal rundown of how every thing works and what everything was...And I drove off with my husband and bestfriend in my new 2013 Nissan Sentra from Crossroads Missan..where they make u feel very welcame and not pressured.. Jonathan was great in not just helping me find a car but helping me find MY car! He listened to what I wanted encouraged me to drive a couple until I got in one I loved. They had multiple customers they were working with and he made sure I was taken care of while I waited. He even waited with me. I had been looking for a Taurus for the last 6 months and finally found THE car at a great price. Crossroads Nissan was great lots of help, but not high pressure. I am working on repairing credit and that can be humiliating, but none of the staff made me feel insecure. They presented me with multiple options and made getting into my Taurus a breeze. Very nice car, very nice people. I can't imagine wanting to buy a car anywhere else. I've already told everyone that will listen to go see Jonathan and the folks at Crossroads Nissan of Sanford if they are interested in buying a new vehicle.

The salesperson, Stephen Unti, was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and he went above and beyond to get everything that I wanted in the car within the price range that I wanted to be in. He was willing to go on a test drive with all the cars I wanted to look at, which was a lot of them, and he found me the car that had all of the features that I wanted while staying within my budget. I also worked with Dmitri Kazanski who not only got me the payment I wanted, but even called other dealerships so that I could test drive the other cars I was interested in. He worked with the banks to get me the best deal and was able to get me a lower monthly payment then I expected. Plus, he was able to get me the lowest interest rate that I have ever had. The Finance Director, Kelly Stewart, was amazing. She took the time to go over everything completely. She answered all questions and was very patient, especially with my two year old running around in her office. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful. The staff here went above and beyond my expectations and I did not feel pressure to purchase a new vehicle from them.

At the time of my first visit to Sanford Crossroads Nissan, I had been researching and test driving different select vehicles to help in my final selction for a new car purchase. I had visited several other dealerships in our area, working with a variety of salepeople on the vehicles I was interested in. I can say with complete confidence that my final selection of a Nissan Murano from this dealership was the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had, and I have had a few! On my first visit, although I stated that I would not be making a purchase that day but wished a test drive only, I felt no pressure at all and was treated with the highest standards of customer service. As a Retail Manager for 33 yrs, just retired, I know and value great customer service! Evan and Beth were terrific during the whole process, but I have to add that everyone I came in contact with at this dealership gave me a friendly greeting and a smile. With the positive, friendly atmosphere there, you can tell that the employees are professionals, well trained, and truly enjoy their jobs. Evan and Beth have been available after the purchase as well. While Evan took his time explaining all the new "tech" features of my Murano, he has made it clear that I could contact him anytime for refresher or clarification, and I have! From the talking to Beth on the phone until I left Crossroads, my experience was outstanding. Crossroads had the exact color I wanted although I was open to other colors. Beth showed me all features of the vehicle when I test drove it. She was friendly, upfront, and knowledgeable. The dealership and staff were very friendly and welcome. So in my book because of all the above, my experience was a 5 based on your ratings, but a 100 based on mine.

Beth was the best sale associate I had ever worked with. Not only was she great at Crossroads Nissan of Sanford, but she had been the most helpful and friendly of all the dealerships I had visited. I would recommend her every time!

I was surprised to find that I could finance a car, with my credit. Not only was I able to find something that was not extremely expensive, Crossroads was able to find me a loan that enabled me to walk out the door with a new car. No money down.

I came into the dealership and Evan man it his job to give me what I wanted. I came in there for the first time 2-3 weeks ago and Evan kept in touch with me throughout the time.I came back and he did not stop till I got what I wanted. I plan to bring my friend there just to him. My wife said when she is ready she will be going to Evan because he really cared about us not just as customers but also as people.

Was offered a good deal to trade my 2008 Sentra for 2013. Payments were kept in my current range, When I did not like what was on the lot they found another vehicle at another dealership and brought it down that night. Was not pressured like I had been in a previous experience.

In the past 9 weeks, I have encountered literally dozens of Nissan sales associates, both in NC and out-of-state. Beth Leslie is by far the best! She has remained courteous, friendly, informative, and has had better follow-up than ANYONE! She has responded to my emails promptly, answered all of my questions, and offered a sympathetic ear to listen to me complain about other, less positive experiences. Most importantly, she really seems to care about me and genuinely has wanted to make sure I'm a satisfied customer. She's done all of this in a way that has felt comfortable, not pushy or intrusive the way some sales people have been. We enjoyed our overall experience at Crossroads Nissan of Sanford. The sales staff are considerate and not typical "car salesman" that we all despise so much. Working with Kristi Setzer during our purchase process, she took time and allowed us to drive a few versions of the new Pathfinder. She also offered some great insight to what would make us happy for the long run in a family-minded vehicle. Ray Turner and Mike James worked with us pricing/financing our vehicle and both were professional and polite. Having experience working with both the sales and parts departments during our purchase, I know both departments to be professional and considerate of your needs. I expect the service department will offer the same level service. The final price of our vehicle was fair and negotiations were not high pressure or stressful in any way. Crossroads did not play any "games" during our purchase process and I appreciated that. When we were still thinking, we walked away with no pressure. It made me feel like they wanted us to be happy with our purchase as much as they wanted to sale us a car. I don't think you can ask for much more than that. If you dread high-pressure dealerships and long-winded sales folks as much as I do, I highly recommend Crossroads Nissan of Sanford for a professional purchase experience. Thanks!

I am somewhat new to this area. My boyfriend and I moved to Sanford shortly before he was deployed for the Military. Wade helped me feel comfortable taking this step on my own and helped me find a vehicle and plan suitable for my price range. I went to dealership with my 17 year old daughter. We went to purchase her first car. I was very thankful for all the help Wade gave. Finding a car is a nightmare yet alone finding a car for a teenaged girl. He helped me help her understand that the car was safe and that was important.Plus she thought he was "so cool". Like the car and service. The issues I had were delt with quickly. Note: a person wants to know what their paying for up front and not at the end of the sale. List the prices so the buyer can feel comfortable about the purchase, no one wants to feel betrayed or tricked by the price. a buyer shouldn't have to aske you several times about different questions and you the seller doesn't know. At the end of the day we all want to spend our own money wisely.

The dealership is a great place to buy a car , the people are top notch . Something that is no fault of the dealership is i hate the car i purchased,i would never buy another car with cvt transmission . No takeoff power a moped will outrun you on takeoff. Nissan should have offered this as a option to save gas,not have it as your only choice. This is what will be the undoing of this company,to bad,otherwise it would be a nice car.

I have had 5 Nissan's. My last was a MAXIMA 2011. had it for about 18 months, very nice car, but I could not ever get that comfortable feeling driving it like I had with my past Nissan vehicles, so I really loved the look of the 2013 ALTIMA. Didn't think I would be able to trade my maxima for the altima, being it had not been long since I got the Maxima.But the wonderful sales man (Evan Ring) spoke with my husband, then my husband brought me in, and Evan was able to get the car I wanted (color -WHITE, ALtima SV with convenince package on the day I was there for a test drive) and a the sale was made. IAM VERY VERY happy now. LOVE THE NISSAN. This is WHY I gave the above ratings. Thank you Evan for going out and getting me what I wanted.

From the time we first went to the lot to look at cars to driving our new Quest away it was a great experience. My experience with Crossroads Nissan was exceptional from start to finish. I worked primarily with Beth Leslie who answered all my questions and had great knowledge of the car that I was interested in purchasing. I also worked a little with Emily Cameron who was also very informative. The rest of the staff that I met was friendly and made sure that we felt welcome while going thru the process. I met Jeff Brogan who took the time to entertain myself and family while we waited in the lounge area. The greatest part of all is that I purchased a great Nissan from a wonderful dealership. When getting ready to leave the dealership, Beth made sure that I understood that if I have any questions anytime after the purchase to be sure that I called and she would gladly be available to help me. She had the vehicle I was interested in ready to test drive on my arrival without trying to prequalify me for purchase. After comparing Crossroads offer to a competitors in another city, not only was Crossroads offer a better deal, but it was a pleasure doing business with Beth, Dmitri and Mike. Making the financial decision to purchase a new vehicle can be stressful enough but Crossroads Nissan made the entire experience very relaxing and enjoyable, the way it should be! The facility was clean and the staff very accommodating. The personnel we worked with were so helpful and willing to work with us. the didn't try and convince us out of the car we wanted and instead helped us get the best deal possible for what we wanted. Also, they were very straight forward and honest, all of which was refreshing after coming from another Nissan dealership that was the complete opposite of this review. Up until the point we walked into Crossroads, our first time car buying experience was a nightmare, and then, with Crossroads, it was a dream come true.

I went for an oil change on my 2009 Nissan Quest and ended up purchasing a brand new 2012 Nissan Frontier PRO4X truck. Your sales associate Kristi Setzer was very friendly and easy to talk with while waiting on my service. She and I ended up going on several test rides before doing numbers on the truck which turned out to be the same monthly payment as my van. The staff is always very nice, friendly, and helpful. They are true professionals.

Bought a 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL that has had several issues that they are unable to diagnose. First problem was when I started the car one morning and after shifting into reverse the car did not move. Finally after shifting several times and turning off the car and restarting it finally shifted and began to move. But it had no power. Took it to the dealership and of course they said there was nothing they could find wrong with the car. The second problem was when I tried to start the car one morning and everything came on but the car would not start. It had to be pushed out of my garage and towed to Crossroads Nissan Sanford where they could not explain the issue.DO NOT BUY A NISSAN OR ANY CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

I very much so would recommend this crew/Dealership. The best thing is they work to not only put you in a vehicle of your choice, but they work to give you the best vehicle for the price that fits your budget. Salesman gave great attention to detail when we closed on the new vehicle. He explained the pluses of the vehicle we bought, as well as what kind of vehicles others were buying, other variations of the Versa. Over the course of more than a month he worked with us. We had to work out the details of the trade-in as well.He showed us how we are to get the car serviced and introduced us to the service person we are to contact. He made sure we had an appointment for the first vehicle servicing (complimentary).He followed up the sale to make sure we were satisfied. We had a question on the operation of the vehicle. He sent us a website that explained what we needed to do.Good experience overall.

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership as of now. This dealership by far has given me less hassle than any other. Jimmy helped me out with alot of questions and was extremely knowledgable along with being extremely professional and curteous. Ray helped me out with additonal questions and numbers. I went in to originally look asst the juke. Being an above average sized person, I found the legroom to be a little lacking. Evan suggested that we look at the rogue. It fit my needs perfectly. After working out my trade, we quickly closed the deal without the need for any extended haggling our pressure. The showroom is immaculate, offering refreshments while I waited. My woe has absolutely fallen in love with the rogue, as have or children. There is plenty of storage inside with plenty of room in the back seat to fit three active boys. I am currently recommending them to all of my friends and associates so that they may also receive this level of service. Every step of the process, all the way through the finance portion, was relaxed and stress free. Truly three way car buying should bee.

To whom it may concern, I really enjoyed my truck buying experience at Crossroads Nissan of Sanford. In the past, car buying was usually torture because of the long hours that I had to wait around for acceptance. I was at Crossroads of Nissan for about 4 hours, but it did not seem that long. Everyone, especially Evan Ring, made the time go by quicker than normal.I was made to feel that I mattered,because the staff were always smiling and acknowledging me. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the financing and answered all my questions truthfully and in great detail. The only suggestion that I have is, that before the contract is typed up,the final detail of the monthly payment is agreed upon. I was a little surprised that the payment was about $50 more than what was stated earlier. I had put off buying a car from a dealership for a long time based on a previous experience. It was a ton of unnecessary haggling and arguing over a used car that was very standard. Also, I was there for almost six hours. Let me start off by admitting the price of the car I just bought was what brought me here. I know that I just got the best deal on a great car I could possibly have asked for anywhere. Then comes the service. Jimmy and Kelly were both great. They were very friendly and very efficient. The speed of service was astounding, but I did not feel rushed or uninformed. Mainly because I knew I was getting such a good deal and I knew they were not giving me any sort of run-around. In my past experience, I felt as though I was a pawn in some sort of show or game. It was all so unnecessary, but I did not have that feeling at all with this experience. Jimmy and Kelly were simply very knowledgeable and wanted me to leave with a car I really wanted. There was also room for personality as well. I felt I could speak freely, be myself, and ask any questions I needed to ask. Overall, it was a much more relaxed and easy experience than I anticipated and I can honestly say it was because of the great service from Jimmy and Kelly. Okay, for starters, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I love new cars and have purchased/traded-in several in the last three (3) years. Don't ask me why, I've just been looking for "the right one". I was very particular in my searching of a car this time, making sure it was what I wanted and at a price that was right. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Maxima and received $7,000 off MSRP! Of course that's a special that's going on now, so that discount might not be typical. I arrived at the Nissan dealership at 1230pm. When I arrived, I got out of my car and was greeted by a sales associate before I even closed and locked my car doors. My sales associate was Mr. Jimmy Kamara. He greeted my wife and I with a smile and a handshake. His first question was, "What brings you to Nissan?". My reply was, "A new Maxima!". Luckily for me, he is the owner of a new Maxima and had plenty to say about them. We walked directly to the row of new Maximas and he started breaking it down for me. I'm very car-savvy, but he told me things only a true expert would/could know. After going over several things, I picked out a color/trim that I liked and was comfortable doing so due to the thorough information he provided during the selection process. We then walked inside and he offered us food and drinks while getting the "numbers crunched". Less than ten (10) minutes later, he came back with a great offer and no negotiations had to take place. He then checked my credit, of course, and I was signing papers less than an hour later! The paperwork signing process was less than thirty (30) minutes. I had a clean (new) car filled with gas and was out the door with keys in hand by 5pm!I was very happy with my experience and was well informed throughout the entire process. They made me feel at home and welcome the whole afternoon. I will buy from Nissan of Sanford again and will for sure recommend this dealership as well. Trust me, go here and be sure to ASK FOR JIMMY!

Jimmy was great! He was very eager to help me get a new car and remain within my budget. Not a lot of pressure placed on me as with other dealers, I immediately felt comfortable with him. He gave me time to think about my purchase and test drive other vehicles to make sure I was comfortable with my new (to me) Jeep Compass. He walked me through all the technology within the car and made sure I understood everything before leaving the dealership. He even bought my son and me dinner because we had a rather long wait. I will definitely recommend Jimmy to friends and family that are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

My husband and I went in to look at a new Armada thinking we could only afford an SV trim level but ended up being able to get the SL trim upgrade because of Demetri's cooperation, hard work, & expertise. When we arrived on the lot, we were greeted warmly by the very well dressed and polite Jimmy. He listened intently to every detail and followed through on everything he promised. Kelly, who was our finance "chick" actually made the paperwork part of vehicle buying fun instead of long, boring, and headache inducing. I feel like I have more friends in the neighborhood now, not just just people that I know who work there. This was the most relaxed non-pressured vehicle buying experience I have ever experienced and I've bought more than a few vehicles in my day. The whole staff was wonderful and they saw to our every need. 5 stars! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I found a used vehicle on the internet. The car was only 2 years old and had everything that I wanted. I had some trepidation of driving 2 hours to buy a car I had not seen in person. However, all that discomfort went away when I got to Crossroads Nissan of Sanford due to the excellent customer service that I received. Not only did I feel it was worth the 2 hour drive to pick up the vehicle, I am considering driving back down just to get my free oil change in the near future.

I was in a pinch and needed a car yesterday, My husband and I went to Crossroads Nissan and put our application in on a Saturday and on Monday (which was when I needed a car) We drove off the lot with a car. The sales person Iris did an AWESOME job. Most dealerships you go into give you the run around and a hard time to go with it. NOT here if you go to Crossroads Nissan you get it direct and to the point. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks where to buy a car and expically tell them to go and see Iris.

When we went to Crossroads Nissan we were "just looking". Walked in the store and told the first person we saw we were looking for a "gently used" Altima. As fate would have it the person we spoke to was Jimmy Kamara and he said, "I have just the one for you." Well that was a month ago and he did have just the one for me. I had driven the auto i had for 12.25 years and knew what i wanted this time too. The Altima i purchased had really been driven by the Little Older Lady of used car fame. Jimmy had photographic evidence to prove it. However this auto, i do not drive cars, had been improved with a newly installed sun roof and LEATHER SEATS, so hey what could i do but buy it? I have always had leather interior and this model Altima did not normaly have leather seats. I truly believe we got a very good price as i have since looked up my Altima online and nowhere have i found it priced as low as the price i paid and the service was first rate.I find something new i like about my Altima as the weeks go by. Jimmy was the best salesman that we encountered while looking at cars. He showed us the dealership stats and his stats. After that he showed us the car outside and inside and had us do a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car. There was only one way that I think he could have improved our experience. We came with 4 kids in the evening thinking that we would be done in 2 hours. It took 4 1/2 hours. At no time did he offer us or the kids a snack and they were especially hungry. Overall I was very impressed with his dedication to presenting the dealership and the car in the best way possible.

Well, well, where do I begin? I purchased my 2012 Nissan Altima SL on May 17, 2012. This was the fifth vehicle that I had purchased from the Nissan dealership in Sanford, NC. I previously purchased four cars when the dealership was under the name Central Carolina Nissan. As Crossroads Nissan of Sanford now, the dealership exhibited OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Greg Brockington, my salesman, provided the up most quality of service as one could have delivered. Every time I called Greg about a question in reference to the car I wanted to purchase, he ALWAYS CALLED ME BACK!!! No matter how many questions I had and no matter how big or small, Greg was there to answer each one; and if he did not know an answer to a particular question, he would take the time to find the appropriate person in which to provide him an answer. Out of all the vehicle purchases that I have made from the Sanford, NC location, this was the best one. I had visited two other Nissan dealerships in the surrounding area in reference to purchasing the same make and model of vehicle, but they each wanted way more money down to do the same deal that Crossroads was able to do for $2500.00 LESS!!! Now that is IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I found a 2011 Nissan Versa with ~ 15000 miles. I live in Garner, NC so I called Nissan of Sanford and was connected to Jimmy Kamara, as he is the internet sales manager, I asked if the car was still available he told me he would call me back in a few minutes. Three minutes later he called me and said the car was available. I asked him to take my credit application over the phone. He called me back in 5 minutes to tell me I was approved. I arranged to met with him at noon to test drive and sign papers. He had the car clean and ready. He told me all the features including saftey about the versa. He was very knowelegable about the car and features. The whole crew at Nissan of Sanford were knowelegable and friendly. I was in and out in 2 hours with my new Nissan Versa. My husband and I have not had the best luck the past few years with job loss and financial stress,but we have never lost our faith. We believe that if you keep your faith God will bless you and that is what he did the night we went to Crossroads Nissan and met Jimmy Kamara. Jimmy is a wonderful salesman and we realized it as soon as we met him. He was very knowledgable,friendly and not pushy. We went to Crossroads not knowing what to expect and left(way past closing hours) not only driving a car but a brand new Nissan Altima. We never thought this would be possible. We also enjoyed working with Kelley Stewart in finance,who is very friendly and made "signing on the dotted line" enjoyable. The whole experience was wonderful for us. We left that night not only happy but feeling very blessed.

We went to Crossroads Nissan to just look at the Murano SL. It was one of the SUVs we were interested in buying. Jimmy Kamara first discussed what our "wants" were and then took us outside to see the Murano SL. He explained in detail the many features, as well as showing us how to use them, and then we went for a test drive.We returned to the dealership, talked at length about the Murano SL and began price negotiations. Jimmy introduced us to Mike, the Business Mgr. We were able to agree on vehicle price, and the trade-in value of our CTS. Jimmy also showed us around the dealership and introduced us to Lauri in Service, Tim in Parts and Kelley, Finance Mgr. The reason that I have given this rating, is that the service that I received. I have never been treated with the respect I got from Jimmy when it came to helping me purchase my Nissan. I was not looking for a car at the time. However the time and service that he provided me was great.He took his time, explained everything about the car. I would recommend Crossroads Nissan (Sanford) and its staff to anyone that would like a pleasant, friendly, and relatively stress free experience. My buying experience was amazing from the moment I stepped through the door. I knew exactly what I wanted and was test driving the vehicle within 20 minutes. Jimmy and the finance/business staff really worked with me to get the financing right where I needed it to be. I even threw them a couple curve balls and they handled them with ease while being both helpful and supportive which I really appreciated. I brought in an older Titan for a recall work on the fuel sensor, and while waiting on the work to complete, the nice salesman helped me trade-in for a brand new Frontier. I had not planned to trade-in, but it was a great sales experience and I appreciate very much, plus he always remembers me when I come in for regular maintenance.

We had purchased a Nissan Titan from Crossroads Nissan over two years ago and we had a Nissan Xterra prior to that. It's safe to say that we love nissans. We went to Crossroads Nissan of Sanford to see about trading our 2010 Titan in and upgrading to a 2012 Titan but we weren't sure if it would be possible. Jimmy was amazing and helped us get into the truck we wanted for the price we wanted. It was one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences that we have had.

My husband and I just traded for a new 2012 Nissan Altima. We had a bad experience the previous night at another dealership and my husband called Crossroads Nissan in Sanford and spoke to Eric Thomas. We decided to head to Sanford to see what they had and got there 30 minutes before closing. Eric was Awesome!! He was helpful, considerate and an awesome salesman!! He helped us get a price we were looking for on our new vehicle and on our trade-in. He and several of the other employees stayed until after Midnight to get us in our new car. They even had it detailed that late at night, so we didn't have to come back. Everyone was Super Nice the whole time and didn't seem to mind a bit that we had gotten there so close to closing. (They even had to listen and bear with our 2 and 4 year olds. The playroom was perfect too!) Crossroad Nissan of Sanford was Wonderful and I will Definitely recommend them to all my friends!!Another thing that made me feel extra "at ease" with our purchase was the sign on their door, which said... "In honor of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, we will be close on April 6th, Good Friday." Any dealership that would close on a day that EVERYONE else has off and could be a busy sales day - obviously is not all about "the money" but instead are about "pleasing the customer."I'd also like to say "Happy Birthday" to Kelley on May 18th (the day our first car payment is due). ;)

I cannot begin to explain to everyone I talk to how wonderful my experience at Crossroads Nissan in Sanford was. Jimmy Kamara was my salesman, & I feel very fortunate for that. From my first phone call to them, Jimmy assured me he could find the car I was looking for, at a price I could afford. I hung up thinking, "Yeah...I've heard that before." But Jimmy called back and told me to come by and be ready to leave in my new car. I still didn't believe it, but I decided go by the dealership anyway. I didn't actually believe it until I was driving home that night, in the car Jimmy had found for me. Dealing with Jimmy was a great experience, & I am recommending him to everyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle. My overall experience at Crossroads Nissan of Sanford was excellent. I really can't put into words (25) how much Jimmy and everyone helped me out. The night before all I could do was think about having my 2011 Nissan Altima (with leather & sunroof) parked in the grass in my backyard. From start to finish, he (Jimmy) was upfront, polite, and really listen to what I had to say. I have to start from the begining. I'm going into the situation thinking I really need some type of vechile. I knew my credit score wasn't what it should be. I was so shocked and speechless to actually be in a situation (which they put me in) to afford the car I really wanted. Process overall was so quick. From the paperwork to trading my old vechile in, to having my keys directly handed to me. I just knew I was going to be in there all day, 5 hours at least. With Jimmy Kamara, it wasn't like that at all. Just by talking to him that first hour, already knew he really loved his job and he knew exactly what he was doing. I walked away feeling blessed and proud that I came to Crossroads Nissan of Sanford. The worst decision I could have ever done was go somewhere else. My experience with Crossroads Nissan was great! The staff made the experience enjoyable. I was amazed at how quickly the process was completed. The only delay was caused on my part, but the amazing staff stayed late and did everything to make my family comfortable. The Crossroads Nissan facility is amazing. An area for my children and comfortable place to relax helped alleviate any fears of a stressful situation I had before arriving. Once again, Thanks to Dmitri, Mike, and especially Jimmy.

We went in figuring that we would probably not be able to afford a new car, certainly not one that my family would be totally happy with. Jimmy and everyone at Crossroads Nissan worked hard to get payments we would be comfortable with. Jimmy was sincere in making sure we got every thing we wanted in a car and welcomed us to stop by any time that we had questions or needed assistance. If I had to rate this dealership between 1 and 10, i'd give it a 20!!! My wife and I have dealt with many dealerships and salesman in the past but i MUST say that at this dealership, my wife and I had THE BEST experience ever. Our salesman, Jim Kamara, was THE MAN! He SINCERELY cares about his customers and will jump leeps and bounds in order to make sure that you leave 100% satisfied. He's not your "typical" salesman...he's a step above the rest. Everyone from "D"...the GM to Kelley in Finance was AWESOME! Also, the dealership is very kid friendly and accomodating with a convenient kids playroom with TV, nice lounge area with TV and free fountain drinks for the customers. Was first dealing with Pinehurst Automall in Southern Pines. They did not have the vehicle I was looking for after saying they did. After driving 45 minutes one way to their dealership and them not having the vehicle I was looking for, needless to say, I left there quite upset. I was later informed their moto is to just get them in the door and they will leave with a vehicle. This is not so when an individual is looking for a certain vehicle!! I did know that Crossroads Nissan in Sanford did have the vehicle I was looking for in stock and I headed there and was met with a great staff! I did enjoy my experience there. Daniel, was the service tech that worked on my Altima. He changed my oil, rotated my tires and did a full point inpection of my car. He even pointed out to me that the driver side view mirror had condensation in the turn signal. And then, with my consent had a new one ordered. When I returned to have the mirror replaced I was greeted by Sam, he was very friendly and professional. Again, Daniel worked on my car and fixed the mirror and the rattle in my sunroof! Excellent visit! I will definetely return for future service to Crossroads Nissan of Sanford, and will request Sam and Daniel everytime!

The customer service was good and friendliness always goes a long way. Our sales person did a good job of helping us find the vehicle we were looking for. The only thing we would change would be the price. We wanted a little smaller price then what we got, but other than that we are very happy with our Nissan Frontier and hope to buy another Nissan sometime in the near future!!!

This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from Crossroads Nissan. Both times have been fairly easy. I will admit that the second time was a bit more indepth due to a trade in. Over all a good experience, only negative thing to say is that it took way too long to settle on a trade in value and vehicle value. I expected that as a repeat customer I wouldn't have to play the price game as much. It took a whole day to come to an agreement on pricing. Iris was great as a saleswoman and I understand that there was only so much she could do in respect to pricing. Absolutely no issues with Iris.

Called Beth late in the evening on Friday at Crossrroads Nissan in Sanford gave her a description of what I saw on autotrader.com. She found that it was still on the lot and I worked with her to get my finance application filled out over the phone. They were able to help me and were willing to stay open until I got there. She worked with her management to get the lowest payment and by 10:30PM I was driving off the lot that same night with the car I was looking for. She went above and beyond for customer satisfaction and for that I would recommend Crossroads Nissan of Sanford to anyone.

I was the owner of a 17 year old mini van. My husband is actice duty Air Force and was away TDY. The head gasket on my vehicle went and I needed a new car desparately.My local Nissan dealer (Stewart Nissan) wouldn't or couldn't be bothered to return a phone call.I went to Sanford of Nissan online and got the numbers on 3 seperate cars. I called and asked to speak with someone. I gave my info to Jimmy, told him which cars I was looking at and set an appointment to meet him.When the time came for my appt. Jimmy had 2 of the 3 cars i was interested in sitting side by side on the lot (the 3rd car had sold). He was very good about giving my answers to the many questions I had for him. He worked hard to get me the price I wanted AND even arranged to have himself and another person follow me all the way back to Pope AFB. after the car was purchased.It was a really good experience, and I do recommend Sanford of Nissan to any of my friends I know that are car shopping.Terry A. Good overall experience. Mr. Kamara was receptive and not overly pushy. There was confusion that an additional warranty would be added as part of the deal as told to me and my wife. When it came time to sign the paperwork the "warranty" turned out to be just a free oil change. Sounded like the manager and salesman were not on the same page or trying to pull a sales trick Was dissapointed that there seemed to be some stereotypical car salesmen/manager salesmanship being pulled.

What a Great Dealership!! The Customer Service is Exceptional. Our Salesperson Jimmy was very knowledgable of the Altima we purchased as well as very Professional and Courteous. Jimmy did not pressure us in anyway nor was he bother-some like most Sales persons while looking at vehicles. We told him the features and the price range we were looking for. Jimmy made suggestions on which vehicle would fit our lifestyle. We also had an AWESOME Experience with The Finance Department, in particular Kelley Stewart which is known as The "Finance Chick". Kelley was very Professional and you could tell she knows her job inside and out. Kelley answered all of our questions and our process was very time efficient.
