My senior citizen mother who is also sick had an appointment for an oil change and state inspection. She was on time for the appointment. When after 2 hours she asked how much longer the service rep told her she had a brake light out. She asked how much was the light. Rep said $4.95. She told her to go ahead and replace it. Rep then said she needed to replace her wiper blades. Mom told her she had just replaced them within the last 6 months. Finally after 3.5 hrs of waiting the rep told her that my moms truck failed inspection because of an exhaust leak and presented her a bill of over $160 for the oil change and the bulb. On the bill she was charged $12 for the bulb and $65 labor to put it in. That’s literally less than a 10 minute job. Plus Vance county doesn’t have emissions requirements and if it did, the truck is over 20 years old and wouldn’t be subject to it anyway. Stay far away from this service department.

Went there to ask for help with display. Hunter helped figure out how to change settings and find gas mileage etc. He was very helpful. No charge but spent quite a bit of time. When I mentioned maybe I needed a tune up as gas mileage wasn't as good as it should be, he suggested I get fuel service instead. I will do that there because he was so nice.
