I was shopping for a vehicle for our son online. Pricing was not available online but based on the year, mileage and features I thought the car might be close to the range we were looking-I completed the online inquiry. A rep immediately reached out via text and let me know the price. It was out the range, which is completely fine. We have the luxury of time. They asked if they could provide other options by asking our range and if we are firm on the make and model. We are firm on all of those things and fine with waiting until we find the right car. She sent a car that was within our range, I asked if it was at their store and we are able to come take a look at it. She said, "it is in Gastonia" and provided the address. They have a car that is the exact same color, model etc. My husband takes it for a ride, and ready and willing to sit down and talk pricing to purchase. They then tell us that the car is 19K and the one that we were sent the link to is at a Toyota Dealership in Gastonia. My husband said, but this is your address, right? Long story short, watch your back with these guys. They without a doubt are "car sales people". We do not have time for games. We will not be buying a car from them and we strongly recommend you do your homework before making an appointment to see a vehicle.

What an amazing experience! Nick B. was delightful to work with. This was my first major car purchase so it was a very exciting day for me. I had to stop and take a deep breath before the test drive because I was so excited. He was super patient and very fun and easy to talk to. I mentioned that I lost my sunglasses at the airport and he gifted me a brand new 🌈 rainbow pair. He made sure I had plenty of snacks and drinks for the trip home. I feel like I made a new friend! 5 star experience. Highly recommended!

Last night I bought a brand new 2021 Volkswagen Passat SE! John Warren in sales took great care of me, and his service was genuine; unlike most salesman who force you in something you can’t afford. The Sales Manager, Kent made every possible move to make sure I was comfortable with payments as well! 10 out of 10 would recommend you shop there. Big shout out to John and Kent!!

Hands down the best car buying experience yet! From the moment I called to check the availability of my car to the moment I drove it off the lot, Adam was super amazing!
