As a previous Customer of this dealership, I have to express how disappointed I am in my recent experience. The sales guy, Ryan, was awesome. He didn't judge me for clearly having no idea what I was doing. I set the expectation that I look for the car I like, and my husband handles the paperwork. This is because sadly, I've been taken advantage of when handling this process solo in the past. Ryan walked me through the ins and outs of the vehicle I LOVED. Fortunately, we are not in need of a new vehicle, I just have new car envy and it's a great time to sell my current model. Before heading to the dealership, confirmed the price of the vehicle online and once again when I got to the lot via the price tag. Then came time to finance. We were clear with what would work for us and our trade in has a great value. The math just wasn't adding up. That is fine, wasn't meant to be. My husband calls this morning after financing through our credit union and getting exactly what we needed. The math wasn't adding up because they added $5K to the vehicle price WHILE I was speaking with them yesterday. Even after they communicated it, this price has not been updated on their website or at their store location. I NEVER review, but this doesn't sit right with me. It was awesome doing business here in the past, but there isn't a future with us at this dealership.

Absolutely amazing service! They didn't hassle me, and gave us an awesome deal on our brand new 2021 Hyundai Tucson. The finance department guy talked us through every piece of paper we had to sign, and didn't BS or hide anything. Lawrence and Vincent did a great job at getting us a great interest rate, and William our sales gut was funny and cool. We were able to be ourselves with him, and he picked us a beautiful SUV. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know

Eric Tharp was our sales rep. I spoke with Eric and told him we wanted a very specific vehicle. At the time Eric did not have it but stated would contact me once they had one in stock. 2 weeks later Eric called me and we proceeded to buy the vehicle. Eric was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and features and did very good explaining everything. Our trade in was not in the best shape while other dealers would take advantage of that they offered a very fair deal all around. It was a painless experience the sales team (Eric and nick and 1 other). Sales manager stayed late to make this happen for us. Thank you very much we will be a returning customer! Ask for Eric Tharp

At 5 PM on Monday evening, my car would not start. The lights on the dashboard were flashing on and off, as if I were in a spacecraft! My husband checked the battery and thought that I needed a new one. I called Clay Cooley Hyundai of Rockwall, and asked Sam if it was safe to jump my car to see if indeed it was a dead battery. He said yes, and we got the car to start. I called Sam back, and he said if I could get to the dealership by 6 PM (they closed at 7), they could put in a new battery for me. At best, it takes 25 minutes to get to the dealership from my house, and in 5 o'clock traffic, I was able to get there by 6 to have a new battery installed. I was so grateful for Sam, his advice, and his ability to take care of my car's problem.
