Took my truck here and right after I got it out of the shop it went right back in after they had inspected everytime. Service took about 2 weeks and they kept getting the wrong parts! Will never take my vehicles here again!

boop loverin the last weekA+++ to Jason-service advisor, and the crew Cleo Bay Subaru!!! I don't normally write reviews for dealership service departments unless I get exceptional service. I am not an employee of Cleo Bay. I am a new customer, active army, who just PCS'd here from New York. It's our 3rd PCS move and each time it has been a priority to find good mechanics to keep our vehicles (investments) in good working order. After our 1,800 mile drive we had a minor issue with the Honda Pilot. I heard good things from one of my soldiers about Cleo Bay, so I went to their Honda dealership. The service advisor/mechanics there fixed the problem and discovered a potentially serious issue with suspension caused by all the salt from the roads in upstate N.Y. The preventive maintenance was cheaper than a steering arm failure on the highway. We were instantly won over to Cleo Bay. They referred us to Cleo Bay Subaru for our Subaru Impreza. About 1month later I hit a deep pothole in the road at about 40 mph. A couple weeks after that I noticed the car pulling to either right and left. Certain that I had damaged alignment or suspension I brought it into Cleo Bay Subaru. I was prepared for the worst possible scenario and repair cost, alignment, parts replacement labor, etc. There, I was met by Jason, service advisor who in-processed our vehicle for inspection. He recommended services that had just come due at 30k mi., however, since this is a leased vehicle we passed on the services that would only benefit us if we were not going to return the car in 8 mos. I brought it in early Saturday without an appt so wasn't sure how long it would take. They gave me a ride to the Killeen Mall where I relaxed until they had more info for me. When Jason called me, to my surprise, they found that the problem was not as bad nor as expensive as was feared. They found 2 things. Hitting the pothole had knocked the weight off my right wheel, so it only needed rebalancing. There was low air pressure due to a small staple that had pierced the right edge of the same tire. Since the puncture was too close to the edge of the tire it could not be repaired; it had to be replaced. They did have that same tire in stock and pricing was well within our budget. Whenever Cleo Bay does work on a vehicle they also do a safety check on it. Their mechanic identified a dirty air filter that needed replacing. A picture was sent to me via text so that I could see the filter's condition. I authorized the air filter replacement, which has improved both fuel economy and power. Jason's and the crew's attention to detail at Cleo Bay Subaru made the search for our new mechanics "too easy." They earned instant customer loyalty, and when we have to re-lease our next vehicle we will just drive to Cleo Bay to pick one up. You can't put a price on vehicle "piece-of-mind," and at Cleo Bay you won't pay an arm and a leg for it. I highly recommend Cleo Bay to anyone. They will work on any brand of vehicle too. A word of warning, however, if you are already have a favorite mechanic your loyalty will change after going to Cleo Bay. Your old mechanic will be looking for new customer.

The entire time I was in contact with Lee at Cleo Bay he was helpful, responsive, and didn't pressure me into purchasing a car. He followed up with me at appropriate times, and while I didn't end up purchasing a car from this dealership (I found a deal in my local market that I couldn't pass up) I would highly recommend them to friends and family

This is my second time buying a car from this dealership! They are amazing! Michael Williams was my salesperson. He was amazing! I had issues with another local dealership. I called Shaun in finance and he told me they would take care of me! And they did just that!!! Mr. Williams even feed me and mother lunch because we were hungry! I love this dealership! Came in and bought a used car about a month ago. Was told the first payment wasnt due till the middle of september then was charged in august for it. Was told vehical had just been through services and was ready to go that day just to discover that a tail light was out and took about 4 days to get back after they ordered the wrong part. Our salesman michael was very friendly but smelled like alcohol. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The building was very clean also. Since purchasing ive made quite a few phone calls to the dealership about questions to be told i will be called back and it never happens.

This is the most unprofessional and unethical dealership I've dealt with. I was lied to by the sales manager as well as the salesman to get me to buy a car. They use high pressure tactics to trick people into buying and made a lot of promises to me that they later refused to honor once I purchased the car. "Sorry if you didn't get it in writing, we can't honor it". When I spoke with the GM of the dealership about the way I was treated by his employees, he accused me of lying to him. I've had to get the Better Business Bureau involved and am warning everyone to stay away! These are not professionals.

Don't be fooled by the fake reviews posted by this dealership. On May 29 2012 there are 5 reviews, all with 5 stars each. This dealership has had a lot of issues in the past and has posted pumped up reviews online to hide this fact. The truth is this is a very unprofessional group of people. They manipulate customers and use shady tricks to make sales. My experience with their sales staff showed me they were two-faced and rude. There are a lot of good dealerships out there, but this isn't one of them. Protect yourself and avoid these guys.

I just bought a brand new 2013 Legacy. Jon in the internet departmant was excelent. Not at one time did I feel pressured to buy a car. Showed me many vehicles and even drove a few. Shawn in finance was also top notch. I will def buy another car from here and refer my friends as well. Great experience over all. GOOD JOB GUYS!!!

I visited this dealer and yes to get the sale the salespeople were very helpful but then as they most all are to make this sale. Ended up buying the vehicle of their choice to find it had front end noises scratches all over which were covered with wax and no inspection so we had to take it back a couple days later to get inspection to find they had to scrap the window tint and let them do service to get popping and loud noise from front end to hear them say nothing is wrong but yet they greased the front end it was a no go they diet do anything then we were told to take it back they would put us in another vehicle which was a huge waste of time their story changed when we got there and at this point we asked to speak to manager which flat refused to come from the office so that's day 3 wasted and still nothing. These people are a complete joke and wouldn't advise anyone to deal with this dealer

I called and spoke to Scotty. I was shopping for a vehicle for my daughter who is active duty military at Ft. Hood. I live in Wyoing, I explained to him if they could match the price of a new Forester, and trade in for her current vehicle that I had negotiated with Teton Motors dealing with them would be much more convenient. I explain I have purchased many cars, I am not looking for the typical car sales experience. I have a deal, and am looking to match. We communicate for several days. When my daughter arrives so we can make a deal, the trade in offer for her vehicle is $5000 less than discussed. This price had been approved by Ernesto two (2) days prior. I am told he is the sales manager. So, I tell my daughter to walk, Scotty tells me how sorry he is, I tell him this was your typical car sales experience. More like a used car sales experience. We pick up our new Forester on Monday at Teton. Deal as agreed, look forward to a visit with our daughter! This place was a joke!

We had an amazing experience, Lee was very patient as we jumped from car to suv to truck. He kept us in our price range and didn't try to go over. He did not pressure us to buy a car right then and there. The buying process was easy and simple, they lowered the overall price to help fit into our budget. Everybody was nice to us and very helpful the entire time, even the other sales rep.

This is, by far, the best dealership I have been to here in the Killeen/Ft. Hood area. My experience was unique in every way. Without their expertise this deal couldn't have happen so smoothly. The time spent there was rewarding for a life time. Buying any new car requires the approval of the wife whom I didn't convince but the salesman and the finance guy did all the work to have her sign the contract. I felt like a Holliwood mega star and the wife did also, thanks to all involved in this sales deal! Fred!

I recently drove an hour to this dealership to purchase a used vehicle, only to discover that the vehicle was sold earlier that morning. Not only was uninformed about the sell, I was also advised to have my current vehicle repossessed due to the negative equity it would carry. The car salesman continued to show me vehicles that I was not interested in and wasted six hours of my time. The prices of the vehicles were also increased $4000 - $6000 from the internet listed price. Within two days, I visited another car dealership and was on my way with a new vehicle, in three hours. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.
