Just purchased our eighth new Toyota..........had dealt always with another dealership whos' customer service after the sale left us less than satisfied. Dan Hoang was very friendly, accommodating and thorough-Steve Vaughn assisted in aiding us to get the vehicle we wanted so that it fit into our budget-and Jason Ralston in Finance was VERY helpful, going above and beyond to see that we got everything we needed and even assisted in obtaining refunds we were owed on our traded vehicle. The sales and delivery process were top notch and I would definitely recommend Clint Bowyer Autoplex! They clearly valued our time and made the shopping and sales experience easy with our busy schedules. We had done some advanced online shopping and had it narrowed down to three vehicles before coming into the dealership. I felt the staff did a great job listening to what we really wanted and needed in a vehicle and found the car that was the best fit for us...which was not one of the three we anticipated. We purchased a Dodge Ram 2500 two years ago from Rod Jones and have been very pleased. We were needing another Dodge Ram 2500 and contacted Rod once again and drove away with our new purchase yesterday. We purchased a used 2012 Toyota Corolla with the assistance of Justin Arb. From my initial contact while browsing for a car, through the purchase several days later, and his followup after we took delivery, Justin and his associates have been a pleasure to work with. His low-key, professional approach while demonstrating the car put my wife totally at ease driving a car that was new to her in an unfamiliar town. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience.Less than a week after we took delivery, a mower tossed a rock into the windshield. I called the service department for suggestions since we are new to the area. While they do not handle rock chip repairs, they recommended a shop in town that performed a quick and efficient repair. Excellent followup by the autopiler team. When it comes time to replace this car, I know where I'll be shopping first.

We drive our cars a long time but since buying our first Toyot, we have not bought another brand and we always return to Dan. He makes us feel like a friend not just at the time of sale but throughout the year and we feel we can rely on him with his knowledge of the car and return with any questions. Jason also guided us through and explained the various aspects of the business end of things. We didn't deal with Mike during the purchase but know we can also rely on excellent service from him when needed. Rod also helped us with information when we returned from a test drive and Dan was busy with another customer.

Our experience at Clint Bowyer Autoplex was fantastic from the moment we entered the doors. Our original purpose for visiting was to have some emergency help with our 2007 Chrysler 300. The maintenance staff was awesome and got right to it. Since we were in the market for a new vehicle, we decided to use our wait time wisely! Zach Peters did an awesome job of helping us find just the right vehicle. He listened to what we had to say and did not pressure us at all. We did not have time to finish our purchase that day, so we ordered the part for the 300 and went on our way. As my husband has some medical issues and we live about an hour away from the dealership, it was necessary for to wait until the part came in to finalize the sale. Zach saved the day by working with my husband over the phone and 2 days later, with no hassle at all, we left the dealership with a 2015 Chrysler 200 and our repaired 300. This dealership will not sell you a van unless it passes their inspection. After going to four other Dodge dealerships in Kansas trying to find a Ram 2500 we ended up at Emporia. It was five minutes to 6pm on a Friday and starting to rain. You would have never known it by how we were treated. Jenny was amazing! She took the time to ask us what we were looking for and she actually listened. We agreed on a price with Brandon in less time than it took to find the truck. When we picked up the truck four days later they had a red carpet rolled out in the parking lot. Literally a RED CARPET! We were in a hurry to get back home to get hay moved and Jason finished the paperowrk in record time. We didn't have time to let Jenny show us all the features so she made sure that we knew to call her any time we have a question. There is no question in our minds that we will never look anywhere else for a vehicle again. Why all dealerships can't be like the staff at Clint Bowyer I don't know. The four other dealerships we went too could take a lesson from the sales staff at Clint Bowyer.

This dealership is great. We started with a phone call to the dealership getting some info about Highlanders. After talking to David Simon a few times we decided that if we choose Toyota we would make the 90 mile drive from Wichita to Emporia to do business with these guys. A couple weeks later we were ready to find a Highlander and called David. His attitude a manner over the phone is really why we chose to do business with Clint Bowyer Toyota vs the other dealers we spoke with. When we got there the whole experience was great. Every one we came in contact with was friendly, positive and gave us the that so important impression that they really enjoyed what they were doing. They had what we wanted. I had already researched trade value and fair purchase price for the new model. And surprise, these guys were right on.. A no haggle FAIR price for all parties. This place is absolutely amazing and I wouldn't even 'blink' before I'd purchase from them again!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!! My son is in the market (mere weeks later) and we've already contacted Rod at Clint Bowyer. My entire process was so smooth, effortless and (once I arrived at the dealership) FUN!!! Crazy huh! The long version:I wasn't in the market for a car, yet, happened to notice that Clint Bowyer had a fantastic Lexus available at a price that seemed too good to be true. You know what they say about 'too good to be true', right? My skepticism kicked in but I, simultaneously, wanted the car. I loved the Lexus I had, it was so good to us. I didn't want to lose a good thing for something 'too good to be true'. I called to check on the validity of the Lex they had on their website and spoke with Steve (who confirmed that the description of the car as well as the price were, indeed, accurate). I called a handful of times, probably a couple minutes each time, to confirm different aspects since I would have to drive around 9 hours were I to decide to 'pull the trigger' and change cars. Everything checked out! I read the reviews of Clint Bowyer Autoplex, which also seemed too good to be true. I researched Clint Bowyer and the history of the dealership. I could not have been more skeptical. Of course, I was simultaneously selling myself on the car. Steve did do some listening to my insufferable self-salesmanship. Steve was fantastic and everything seemed so smooth and just kept falling into place so effortlessly. I contacted my insurance company. Double ran the VIN. Actually, may have quadruple run the VIN with all the avenues I was checking into. Researched service records. Called a very close friend (who has sold cars for 25 years) to ask about the car. Life is hard enough and I definitely DID NOT want ANY issues. After all, who drives that far for a car? To a different state. Ugh. And on a whim too! Plus, I loved my current car! I was as extensive and thorough as I could imagine being. Again, Steve was amazing and my intensive self soothing research processes were really a matter of struggling to let go of a car that I was attached to for one that would absolutely have to be a great car and last me a long time with minimal operating expense involved. Truly, a tough call for me.SIX DAYS LATER.....The purchasing process at this dealership is so incredibly streamlined, it's ridiculous! My car was sitting right out front, backed in and ready for a test drive. EVERYONE in this dealership exuded a vibe of being a decent human being, friendly, easy going, and truly happy! Like the happiness you earn by keeping your conscience clean! I'm serious! When we walked in, we met Rod who took us on our test drive and sold me my car. My kids still talk about how great Rod is! Ironically, he offered me the option of reviewing the dealership. AHA!! That's how they are getting so many stellar dealerrater.com reviews! They are asking legit customers. Again, AHA!!Next, was Jason, who sold me my warranty which I'd insisted upon having. Like I said, I don't want any issues whatsoever with my car! Jason was awesome! Very thorough with the paperwork too! It's an inside joke. We were practically rolling on the floor. Who laughs that hard while they are spending that much money?! Ridiculous, right?! I guess it could only happen that way if you are in Jason's office. Really great guy!You, literally, have to meet these people to truly understand what I mean when I say how 'salt of the earth' they vibe. There were other customers present who had driven a greater distance than us! I'm in sales myself (have always used my talent only for good) and this place has an amazing template for doing business! I had two little ones with me (seriously, talk about throwing a couple of logs onto a stress fire) but they were having so much fun too that it was just amazing. They really seemed to love everyone at this dealership! I, sometimes, experience stress just buying a gallon of milk with these little rugrats. I am not sure that I experienced any stress at all while at Clint Bowyer!!! Now that is truly incredible!!The car I traded ended up on their website very quickly. It also sold very quickly. Why? Because it was extremely well priced!! AHA!! 'Too good to be true' priced. Yet, this time I KNEW FOR AN ABSOLUTE FACT THAT IT WAS A VERY SOLID DEAL ON THIS CAR! They had given me a solid trade value too. In the absence of much of any profit margin, I can only believe that they are striving for 'happy, lifelong customers' and the ever coveted 'word of mouth' referrals!!! I KNOW the customer who purchased this car got a great deal! I called Clint Bowyer Autoplex for my son a few weeks later, looking for a more modest ride, Rod explained that they are very meticulous and careful about what they sell. As part of the sales protocol and incredible customer service, they make every effort to sell ONLY stellar vehicles to their customers! AHA!! Throughout my many years in sales, that was always my secret. Why sell someone something they won't be happy with...life is way too short for that!! Do the right thing on the front end and there is no drama on the back end!! I get this. The most amazing aspect of the Clint Bowyer experience is that they, clearly, seem to be a dynamic group of human beings. I was blessed to work with amazing people during many years of being in sales. It's a great thing! I think the thing that really blows me away about these guys is that they are sooooo MELLOW, SMOOTH, EASY GOING, CALM, LAID BACK, COHESIVE, COMPETENT, STREAMLINED, SYNERGISTIC and it is such an enjoyable and effortless approach to making a relatively large purchase (of a car). I was in and out of there in no time flat too. Everything about this process was so easy. Surprisingly easy. My intensive research, well, that was by choice and I will not feel so compelled next time. Though I've learned a lot and don't regret my research at all. It has been an exceptional experience for me!!! Clint Bowyer is a truly unique and wonderful dealership! There is something exceptional about the management, the people, the business model....something....it's tough to put into words. Really quite intriguing.Oh, and YES, I have taken my car into the local Lexus dealership to be checked over for anything (since I still have remaining factory warranty) and they said it's just a great ride. Which I already knew!! ;) I LOVE MY CAR!

The buying process was easy. Both David and Jason took the time to make sure we were familiar with the features of our new truck and the nuances of the deal. We especially liked the "red carpet" treatment we received as we got in our truck to drive away. It even matched the color of our truck!It was also nice to find little "surprises" tucked into various places in the cab. The dealership really made an effort to be our friends, not just our salesmen. They went the extra mile to find a truck in our preferred color and style. Thanks again, guys!

I normally hate car buying and the hassles associated with it. I had done some pre-planning and research, so I had a good idea of what I wanted and what a fair price should be. Rod Jones greeted me in the lot and seemed pleasant, but not over-bearing. I let him know I had purchased a new Dodge truck from a dealership in Council Grove a few years ago, and a new Prius from the dealership in Manhattan in 2010, and planned to check with other dealerships with this current search. I was impressed that the employees I dealt with (Rod Jones and Jason Ralston) had nothing bad to say about the other dealerships (because I was satisfied with both of them too). However, they crunched some numbers and laid out the price they could offer me to compare to the other dealerships. The price was very fair and I really hadn't expected it to be any lower. So, I arranged for the purchase to be completed the next day. When I arrived for the purchase, the paperwork was nearly completed and the car had been prepped prior to my arrival. Jason was very efficient with the financial aspects and explained everything to me. When I went to the car, Rod assisted me with setting up the Bluetooth to my phone and answered several questions. Rod also made it clear that I was welcome to come back for assistance if I needed any additional help. All in all, the whole process was very "quick & easy." I suppose I should note that I'm aware that James Derrick is now the Fixed Ops Director. I have had vehicles serviced and repaired where James used to work, and have complete confidence in him. I look forward to having my new vehicle serviced at the Emporia dealership.

My husband and I decided to upgrade his truck. We live in Emporia, but searched online to find the vehicle that we wanted. We found a 2005 Dodge Dakota with low mileage on AutoTrader.com. We contacted Clint Bowyer Autoplex through AutoTrader on a Sunday and heard back from Steve first thing Monday morning. The truck wasn't even on the lot yet, but they let us see it anyway. Steve handed us over to the very capable and friendly, David "Simple" Simon. David went out of his way to help us negotiate a great deal. He rushed a cleaning job on the truck for us so that we could drive it home on Tuesday. The truck is squeaky clean and looks fantastic! Way to go Service Department!We completed our paperwork with Jason. He was efficient and easy to work with. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and concisely. After all the formalities were out of the way, David took our picture with our new vehicle on the Red Carpet! He also left all sorts of goodies hidden for us in our truck. I have never been so completely satisfied when buying a new car! I am convinced that I have bought a car that I want and not simply been sold a car. I was introduced to Clint Bowyer Autoplex by Bill White in the Service Department. He has done an outstanding job taking care of our Toyotas for 7 years now. I have driven my 2007 Corolla 244,000 miles with absolutely no mechanical problems. I am convinced it is because of the conscientious regular maintenance provided by Bill. My wife and I are very slow and careful shoppers, in no hurry, and we came across a used model of a vehicle we were interested in that they had. We don't live in Emporia though; so we stopped in multiple times, unannounced, and they jumped right to taking care of us. Jenny and Jeremy both answered tons of questions, let us drive the vehicle multiple times, and even had good coffee on hand! We told them upfront that we were slow shoppers and they gave us time and answers as we considered all of our options. They were understanding and willing to work with us on a price we could afford in our budget and we felt comfortable with. Here's the thing, we didn't even end up buying a vehicle from them and we're going with something else, but I'll still recommend them because overall we were quite pleased with the experience!

I was traveling through Emporia on the turnpike on Friday afternoon 1-3-14, when my car had a big problem. I did drive the car to your service department and they found the problem but did not have the parts. They ordered the parts and fixed the car on Saturday and I was on by way by 11:00am. Rod and Jeremy were fantastic. This was the fifth dealership my mother and I had been in contact with and they were the only ones that were completely honest, emailed us all the details on the cars that we were interested in and gave us a price before we drove over there. We spent over 20 hours on the phone with other salespeople and dealerships and got the run around from everyone but them. We also wasted a day at another dealership 90 miles away from us that couldn't even provide the correct car that got us down there. Rod Jones and Jeremy Haney had the three cars ready and waiting for me to see and drive and stuck to the price they quoted us. Rod also helped entertain my 4 year old son who can't stop talking about his new friend!! There was time to explore each question we had and the test drive was very helpful. The vehicle was ready for pickup at the scheduled time and the walkthrough of features was clear. Rod Jones, the salesman introduced us to the service personnel and explained the recommended service schedule. When we called two days later requesting an adjustment on one of the features of the pickup he made arrangements for service to do it. New to the area and went to this dealer for service because the coupon price was competitive. I am normally somewhat reluctant to use dealerships for auto maintenance due to price differences. But I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing, friendliness, and honest appraisal of my 1999 Corolla (with 250,000 miles on it).

EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE. FEATURES WERE EXPLAINED IN GREAT DETAIL AND THE TIME WAS TAKEN TO GO OVER EACH FEATURE. TOUR WAS GIVEN OF THE SHOP AND THE SERVICE PROCEDURES WERE EXPLAINED FOR FUTURE USE.

Dan Hoang did an excellent job of going over every feature of the car. He was friendly and easy to deal with. His years of experience are obvious and it was nice not to be passed from person to person. Dan handled everything from beginning to end. I would recommend him to anyone.

I would like to say this much before I go on any farther I would like to give Jenny Wagers and 10+ times 10 RATING!! She is a WONDERFUL car sales person out at ClintBowyerAutoplex. As far as I am concerned she is the only Car Sales person out there that I will WORK WITH!!!Jenny your an amazing woman KEEP up the good work. Please treat your next sale as well as you did my family please!!!I had the MOST AMAZING experience with Jenny Wagers. I told her what I was wanting to do and she helped my family out when we needed it. I wasn't even really looking I was just telling her what I was wanting to do. She had what they were looking for and everything. I took the vehicle with me to show my dad and he fell in love with it. My dad was very worried that it was going to be sold before the weekend was even over with. The next day my mom wanted to see it to so I took her and showed it to her and she fell in love with it. My mom then told me this is the car that they wanted to have. So we put the credit application on it and held it till Monday. Then we went in Monday afternoon and did paperwork. They got my mom a very good interest rate on there loan. I was so happy. I know when I need a new car what DEALERSHIP I will be going to in a HEARTBEAT!!!!

Rod was very knowledgable, friendly and did not put on the high sales pressure. We recommend him to everyone. Steve was very helpful in putting our deal together. Jason made the paperwork go smoothly and was very helpful in advice to transfer our car to our son. Jeremy also answered many questions. After 2 months Ron is still helping me learn all the new technology. All personnel are friendly and helpful when we go to the dealership. Management is much better easier to deal with than it was 10 years ago. Recommend them to all.

Had a great experience shopping for my new Tundra. The one knock I have is that I had to physically go search out a sales person. Its personal preference, but it seemed odd to have no one come out to talk after you've been looking at a truck for 10 minutes. Once the ball got rolling it was very smooth. Went in just wanting to look at one, and they made me a deal that I would have been foolish to walk away from.I had a previous bad experience trying to buy at this dealership, but this interaction was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

This was the first time I have bought a new car and I am so thankful for the wonderful service I received at the dealership. Dan was very supportive and worked hard on finding a car that met my needs. He talked to me straightforward and told me the whole story on each of the cars I was looking at. When I first went in I did not find what I was looking for, the next day he had two other cars in the lot for me to look at. I did end up buying the first car he had showed me. Lol When it was time to fill out all the paperwork and go through the best way to finance my car Steve showed me all the options and explained them clearly to me. It was easy to make the decision that best fit my needs. Thank you Dan and Steve!

We just purchased a new Toyota Tundra from this dealership. Our salesman was David Simon and Jason Ralston handled the business end of the deal. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome. First of all, it was great to do business with Clint Bowyer. Mike Ross, Steve Vaughn, Jason Ralston and Zach Peters got me out of a Nissan truck that I wanted to get rid of. I wanted to go back to owning a Dodge Grand Caravan, and they were the only ones that could get it done. Everyone that works there gives the dealership a friendly atmosphere. I really enjoyed working with Emporia Motors. They kept the process simple and kept the deal fair. I figure I could have saved a couple hundred dollars maybe by shopping around more but I believe if someone takes care of you and treats you fairly and with respect then it's okay to pay a little more sometimes. I really felt that Creig (the owner) appreciated my business. You could tell it was a family owned and local business with friendly handshakes from multiple staff and everyone getting involved in the process. They even had a salesman (who wasn't my salesman) come over and do magic tricks for my kids to occupy them while we were signing the papers. Thanks for everything.
