I just leased my second MDX with Clinton Acura. I cannot say enough about Keith Kraycirik and his team. The past two transactions have been the quickest and easiest car shopping experiences, by far. I travel an hour to get to this dealership and will continue to do so. The well-known Acura dealerships by me are no comparison to Clinton Acura. I recently went to Clinton Acura to shop for a new car. I was greeted by Keith Kraycirik who immediately made me feel very comfortable. Keith was very helpful, knowledgable, curteous and professional. He helped me discover what my car needs were and then directed me to an MDX. On the test drive he was able to answer all my questions. During negotiation with Keith and the manager Robert I did not feel pressured in any way. I want to say I hate buying cars. I never have good experiences. UNTIL THIS LAST PURCHASE. I went to Clinton Acura looking for information on a new car. I met with Xavier who was professional, knowledgable,and patient with me. I had lots of questions, he answered all of them without any attitude or sarcasm. I visited a couple Acura dealerships before coming to Clinton Acura. It was the furthest from where I lived, but them seemed to have very reasonable prices on their CPO MDXs. The customer service at some of the other dealerships (in particular East Brunswick) was not great. It was the complete opposite at Clinton. Bob and Henry both helped me find a great car for a great price and were very helpful. The whole process went very smoothly, including working with Pete on financing. It was all around a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealership.

I've used Clinton Acura for years for service and they are great in that department and I would recommend them for service. I did not expect to have such a negative experience on the dealer side of things. I went in looking for a 2016 MDX and Xavier was my salesperson. Already knowing the car, we went to talking price. When he gave me a price, he also told me it was only good for in-stock and pressured me to put money down that day. He refused to give me any kind of number on my Acura that I wanted to trade-in telling me he didn't have a commitment from me--- um, excuse me? How would I commit when you refuse to give me a big part of the equation? He told me the guy who decided that price wasn't in and I would have to come back and kept pushing that I wasn't giving him the commitment and basically saying there was nothing else he could help me with. I told him the number I had from other dealers on my trade-in and told him to call me back about it. He called me over two weeks later asking if I was still interested in the MDX and when I told him I already bought the car elsewhere because he never got back to me and was more interested in pressuring me into the car, he said he did give me a number... clearly, this guy does not keep good notes, has some terrible customer service and falls into the shady car salesperson category. As I explained that the way I was treated initially had really turned me off to the thought of buying there he cut me right off and said have a good day and hung up. So unprofessional! When I had initially considered the MDX I had spoken with a salesperson (whose name now escapes me) and when he followed up with me he actually asked what it was I was interested in again... when someone is looking to buy a $50k car, you might want to do a better job of remember that! Terrible sales. I bought from Bridgewater Acura, way more professional, gave me a great price and they have way more stock so you won't be pressured by their in-stock only deals.

Was very interested in purchasing a pre-owned Lexus. I inquired about the car online and received a friendly phone call from Scott in Internet sales. I told him of my interest and due to the distance I would have to drive to see the car and test drive it (45 miles), I appreciated that a courtesy call from him the next day PRIOR to me driving up to Clinton from near Great Adventure. Since he would not be there when I arrived the next day, he told me that Xavier in sales and Bob the Sales Manager were expecting me and take care of everything. He reminded the next day the car was still available so I made the trip. My overall buying experience with Xavier was top shelf, Paul in Finance was extremely helpful and even competed for my loan business from BOA, which he was able to do a bit better on the rate. Lastly Bob, the sales manager was very good people person and very knowledgeable. This dealership is a little off the beaten path, but well worth the trip. You will avoid all the non-sense of those "super dealers" that advertise on the radio and promise you the world but deliver nothing. Clinton Acura is recommended.

We just leased our third car with Clinton Acura and it could not have been more painless. Bob Kadi and team are an absolute pleasure to work with. Bob is extremely knowledgeable on the entire Acura line. We've been working with him exclusively through our last three leases and intend to use him again this spring for our fourth lease with Clinton Acura. He is not a pushy salesman, leaving you to only be in contact when you deem it appropriate. There are no sales calls to the house, unlike other Acura dealerships around where are located. The only time we receive phone calls from Clinton Acura is to check up after we have had the car serviced and to ensure our visit was an enjoyable one. Their service team is fantastic. Rick always is able to fit us in during a reasonable time limit, most times that day or the next. Clinton Acura has been friendly, courteous, and timely for every transaction and service appointment we have had with them over the last six years. We will continue to come back again and again. Visiting and purchasing my first financed vehicle from Clinton Acura was an absolute pleasure. Working with Bob Kadi, Scott Robertson and Robert Fruscella was the smoothest and least stressful visit to a car dealership that Ive ever had. I had been shopping for the right car for almost 3 months and had visited other Acura dealers that have had NO comparison to the treatment I received at Clinton Acura. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for my very first financed purchase. Dawn Bomba was very pleasant to work with and sincerely made every effort to ensure I was satisfied. I had explained my reluctance to return to Clinton Acura after prior difficult experiences. She did everything she could to change my opinion of Clinton Acura. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I am now much more favorably inclined towards Clinton Acura.The negotiation on the new vehicle was the least painful I've had with a new car dealer in a very long time. After my car decided to kick the bucket, I needed to get a new one ASAP. I found a car on Clinton Acura's website and went over to look at it. Let me tell you that my experience at Clinton Acura was wonderful. It was the first time I bought a car on my own, so I didn't know what to expect. Henry was the sales associate that helped me and he was easily one of the nicest people I've ever met. There was absolutely no pressure into buying (unlike another dealership I went to earlier that day). The whole process was quick and painless. I signed the papers on Monday and picked the car up on Tuesday night. I have a hectic work schedule and Henry was nice enough to stay later until I got there. We finished the paper work and off I went with my car. I will absolutely be recommending people Clinton Acura if they are in need of a new or used car. I also recommend asking for Henry to be your sales person. All in all it was a great experience!

Started looking for a new advance MDX the day after Christmas and drove away yesterday morning. Everything was done via email, and Aaron provided the best price of any Acura dealer in the area. He was extremely responsive to my emails, which was great as many dealers seem to bombard you with mostly automated responses while ignoring specific questions. Only trip to the dealership was to actually pick up car and finalize paperwork. In addition to Aaron, everyone there was nice and professional. Got a very fair value for my trade in and no hard sell on add ons. The whole thing couldn't have been easier.

I stopped into Clinton Acura because I needed to trade up from a Jeep Cherokee to a vehicle with seven seats. Although I had never driven an Acura MDX, I had heard good reviews and wanted to give one a test drive. Dawn was very well informed, friendly and a pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions, accompanied me on the test drive and gave me a great deal on a lease.Overall it was an easy, quick and pleasant experience. I will go back to Clinton Acura and Dawn for my next car.

All I can say is what a pleasure it has been to work with Bob and Clinton Acura. This is my 5th Acura and second purchased here. I like the low key atmosphere without the usual sales pressure. This is not one of those "highway dealerships" that try to pull a lot of film flam nonsense. You are treated as an intelligent person and not a mark. Service department has been great as well through the years. I have bought cars elsewhere in the past but have had them serviced here.

Great dealership, and great salesman. I stopped in to see an Acura ILX and TSX and compare the two cars on November 25th. After driving both cars I decided to go with the TSX. Aaron worked very hard to get me into a TSX for the price range that I was willing to pay. Aaron found me the color and interior combination that I wanted within a week. I'm recommending this dealership based on the great experience I recently had purchasing a new Acura. I had been researching potential cars for a couple of months. I stopped by the dealership just to look and possibly go for a test drive. I explained that I was not ready to buy that day. After looking at and sitting in a couple of models, we went for a test drive, reviewed some potential numbers and left it at that. There was absolutely no "false" pressure to make a deal and having to take the car off the lot that day. After exchanging a few emails over a couple of days on price, trade in and financing, I committed and made the purchase 5 days later. Over all a very good experience.

Clinton Acura knows how to service their clients. I have had a TL since 2006 and I always got it serviced at Clinton Acura! There has never been a problem getting a loaner vehicle no matter how quick the service was scheduled to be, and there was never a problem with the maintenance for the 227000 miles I had the car. That is why I just bought 2 vehicles, and they're was no hassle during the process. I recommend anyone thinking about purchasing an Acura to consider Clinton Acura first. You will be glad you did! I now have a 2014 RDX and MDX and will continue to bring them to Clinton acura for the friendly and professional service they provide and at the best prices around!

Clinton Acura has been wonderful. I started off the day unhappy at another Acura dealership who sold a car that I had put a deposit on out from under me (very shady). I made the trip instead to Clinton, and they did everything to earn my business over this other dealership. My sales consultant, Sean McManus, was very fair and affable. I love the TSX I just bought and Sean was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman. They were very fair on the price and my trade. My experience with Clinton Acura was excellent. Sean McManus took me for a test drive and took his time to explain all the features of the car. He was very informative and patient in explaining the car's computer, even after I bought the car. I felt he gave me a fair trade-in value for my car and gave me a good deal on my RDX. This dealership should be on the WORST list for misleading and lying. I had a leased TL I returned to them, they told me that my plates would be turned in and I would have nothing to worry about Three weeks later I received I ticket in the mail someone was still driving my turned in car with my plates still on it. Clinton Acura then told me that the bank had picked it up and it is not their problem. After speaking to Acura Finance they told me the car was purchased by the dealer. Clinton Acura refused to admit they took my car back and were still using my plates. This coast me a day off from work and a $140.00 fine. I had to report then to the local police and report my plates stolen and also found out the plates are still out there being used in my name. NEVER BUY FROM CLINTON ACURA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was wonderful...from the service advisors to the technicians that worked on my car. All were knowledgeable and helpful (and patient!) in explaining the problems with my car. I appreciated their honesty as to what I needed and what I could hold off on doing at a later time. They really made me feel comfortable. I was more than satisfied with this service center and will continue to have them service my car.

I bought what I thought was a certified used 09. Tsx. After picking up the car and getting it home found the brakes began to squeak very loud. Not only did the brakes squeak but the navigation screen began to malfunction and I also noticed a console trim piece was missing. This was supposed to be a certified used with a 140 point inspection. The car had 25000 miles on it and had a problem with the brakes the navigation and missing trim pieces but it was a certified Acura or so I was told. I'm about 50 miles away from this dealer and had to find the time to bring back the car for repair, which I only owned for a week. They replaced the brake pads and the missing trim piece but had to order a new navigation unit how this car was sold as a certified used Acura with a 140 point inspection is beyond me but it was. I am now having it serviced at my local Acura dealer ( I also own a 09 Tl ) and would not trust Clinton Acura to repair a bicycle let alone a car. After they did so well with the " 140 point inspection " they did on this car I do not trust them. The people are very nice and friendly but may not be as honest as you would hope , so if nice is what your looking for this is the place for you but I prefer honesty over friendly any day of the week.

We just purchased our 2nd vehicle in less than 10 mos from Clinton Acura. The dealership might not be the fanciest or have the biggest selection but they were extremely accommodating in meeting our needs in terms of price, vehicle selection and customer service. Robert Kadi assisted us with both purchases and we highly recommend him. If you like someone who is low pressure, knowledgeable about the product, works hard to get you great pricing and doesn't hound buyers with calls, Robert is your guy.

The most professional and conscientious dealer that I have dealt with. My vehicle is off warranty and had a difficult to diagnose electrical problem. Although it took an extended period of time (>2 weeks) to diagnose and repair they provided a new loaner vehicle for my use. In addition, they managed to cover the replacement of a part under warranty through an agreement with Acura even though my warranty had expired. A fantastic dealer who has made both my initial purchase and service experiences extremely positive. I would absolutely recommend this dealer.

Buying a car from this dealer is like purchasing something off ebay, when something goes wrong, you have nobody to talk to. I love Acura as a company, but this dealer should be shut down.
