Took all day to do my vehicle at there convenient time not mine they had no loaners or rentals they said they were all out so I had to cancel everything I had to do and sit at home and wait all day then I had to call them and see if it was done and then I had to find away up there to get my vehicle so not doing anything else through colli.nger ford

I had a good rating from when we first bought our truck but here's the new one 2 yrs later. We have had our truck in service several times that our bumper to bumper extended coverage did not cover. Today we just found out it would be over $1000 to fix our water pump that blew and another 400 hundred for new sparks plugs due, keep in mind around $1,400. Since we have no warrenty because we were just over the mileage it would be on us again to pay the full amount so we decided to call around and we found a place to do the water pump and sparks plugs for $600 and they could actually tell us when it would be done. Ford is a greedy company in my opinion and I'm happy to be done with them! This is not about the people that work for Ford it is about Fords greedy business dealings that we are completely sick of. Got our truck back yesterday from Auto Pro in Morganton and had both plugs and water pump done and paid $600. Calculate that savings from just this one time.
