Just bought my very FIRST car today and I am SO excited! Not long after I got onto the lot Eddie came out and started helping my Uncle and I with picking out a vehicle to test drive. He was great and easy to work with when it came to figuring out my monthly payments. Kurt was also a great help when it came to that and he was very knowledgeable about Jeeps which was awesome! All in all? This was an amazing experience and I hope more people come here to get the same!

Today was not a good day for Fresno Chrysler Dealer after dealing with fire in the shop that took place last night. I had an appointment to get my routine oil change for my Jeep @7 am but due to circumstances. I ended up going to Clovis Chrysler instead without any problem. Pastor and Angelo had demonstrated excellent customer service with positive attitude. They were professional, motivated and friendly. Thank you Pastor and Angelo for treating your customers the way you want to be treated.

They were so helpful. Had everything ready so we could look at the car, test drive it, and just sign paper work. It was close to closing time and they didn’t rush us at all. They were so patient and helpful. Not at all pushy. Took the time to help set up some of the fun setting in my new Dodge Challenger. They had the best prices in 250 miles.

I can't say enough about the Clovis Jeep's express lube/oil change service staff. Angelo, in particular is extremely attentive to customer needs. He is pleasant and listens to customer issues and/or concerns. I would have given a 5-star rating to this dealership except for my interaction with a particular Service Advisor. I was having an issue with my Grand Cherokee's Stop/Start system and needed to add that problem to my upcoming service appointment. When I discussed this issue with this particular Service Advisor, he told that it was normal for this to happen as a host of reasons could render the stop/start system temporarily inoperable. I asked if this was really normal of all Cherokees, he said it was. Ironically, while waiting for my vehicle I heard another customer bring up this same issue. He was told the stop/start battery and system needed to be check. I promptly went back to the Service desk and spoke with another advisor who after listening to my issue, stated the battery and/or relay switch could be causing the system to not operate properly. He added this issue for inspection on my upcoming service visit. I was pleased he listened but disappointed to have gotten such a flippant response from the other Service consultant. Now I know who to avoid on my next visit(s) if I have questions or need help.

Once again, I made the mistake of allowing my wife to drop off our Dodge at this dealership for a service repair for which they did the original work. Communication was extremely poor, she was told the car would be in the repair bay early (dropped car off at 7:45 AM). By 2:00 we heard nothing, called the shop at 2:30 to learn the car just went into the service bay. Had to request the work stop, went to pick up the car, as Wife had a 3:30 medical appointment she had waited months for. Unfortunately, I had a work assignment 45 minutes outside of town. Technicians, people skills could use a review, If you get Justin, I would ask for another, Wife is so upset, she wants to sell her Dodge car so she never has to deal with this dealership again. I would try to talk her out of it, however, I must agree as this is the third time the treatment of a female has been inferior to what a male receives.

I shopped a few dealer for about 10 day. I Bought from Curt and Chase a Clovis Ram. When I got to Clovis Curt and Chase care about what I wanted. When I was at other dealer in the area they told me here a truck and what do you want to pay. They ask me what I was towing and what I wanted. They never pushed a truck on me. Thank You

service started out bad and ended good. I had an appointment and was told my truck was going right in and didn`t until the next day. service started on it and then sat another day. I then contacted their service manager and that is when every thing turned around. Khiiad really took care of me. he put a tech on my truck and got the job done. I will be going back and I do recommend Clovis Dodge for all your service needs. Their Techs know what they are doing and management knows how to take care of customers.

Overall our experiance was good. Very disappointed in the customer service after the sale. We traded in our Kia when purchasing our new Enclave. Because it was a weekend they did an estimate on the payoff of our trade in. Turns out they over estimated it by several hundred dollars meaning that they owe us that money. At the time of our purchase our salesman said that if we overestimated that they would send us out a check right away. We have now been waiting over six weeks for a check and continue to get the run around, claiming that they haven't revieved a title yet. Meanwhile the dmv already shows them listed as the lien holder and the car has been for sale on there lot for over a month. Not happy.

The Service Department is professional and expedient! They have shuttle service but with only a 45 min wait, I didn't need it. I love the appointment free Express service!

Great service! Very fast as well. I had been looking for a car for weeks and I went in to Clovis Chrysler and was driving out in no time! Chase sold me the car, he was very nice and just an all around good guy. Definitely the place to go and the person to see is Chase!

Took my 2002 ram in for a/c repair. stated that a/c was not blowing cold and problems with temp control. when called to pick up still was blowing hot. repair stated was blend door actuator arm replaced. nothing stated about air being tested for temp output. left vehicle and repair stated was, that a/c was over charged, any good mechanic would have tested a/c pressure the very first. I have 40 plus years as a mechanic, 26 years as jet engine mechanic, 17 years as heavy equipment mechanic, of which five years was fire department mechanic. I have worked on many different type of equipment a/c systems. I took my vehicle to a dealer knowing that I would probably pay a little more but I wanted it fixed right he first time, how wrong I was, and was very disappointed with there first repair. I got a call from the dealer as how stratified I was with the repair when I, told then how I felt service manager said he would check and see what happened and he would get back with me and let me know, that was two days ago and still no reply. that was the first and the last time I will take my vehicle there for repairs

We went to Clovis Dodge with the intent of pricing new 1500 pickups. Curt Dudek was very informative and pleasant, and not the high pressure salesman you would expect from a dealership. Curt pointed out that the 1500's were well priced, but the factory and dealer incentives were better for the 2500's and that we could get a bigger, better pickup for the same price as the smaller one. This peaked my interest because most salesman are only after the higher sale to get the bigger commission. Curt seemed genuinely interested in what "we wanted" and getting the "best bang for our buck". When it came time to do the deal several days later, Curt was busy with another customer and we were given another salesman. He was not as pleasant and didnt appear interested in trying to make a deal. When we left the dealership, I was not even interested in returning, let alone recommending it to my family and friends. Curt called us two days later and asked if he could work with us to make a deal. After several days and multiple phone calls Curt was able to make a deal that gave us the pickup we wanted at a great price. Curt rates a 10 plus in all catagories of salemanship....I have since recommended Clovis Dodge and Curt to my neighbor and my daughters boyfriend who is looking for a new Jeep.

Chase Burk is the "go to" guy at ClovisCDJ. He is very knowledgeable about the products and car buying process. He's also very friendly and works hard to get you the best deal and is not about wasting your time. I appreciate the time he took with me from start to finish. Car buying is a 50/50 business, the customer may or may not purchase and Chase treated me with honesty and respect regardless. I went to CCDJ to inquire about a Dodge Challenger and told him I had a trade in and what I wanted my payments to be. He explained some financing scenarios to me and showed me the price range I needed to stay in to get that payment. I was given options to get the highest trade in price for my car also. Not to mention being able to do all this around my husbands work schedule. If your in the market for a car go see the crew at Clovis Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Hey, even if your not go check them out. From the time I stepped on the lot to when I drove off in my new car, It was painless and very well worth my time to stop in and have checked them out. Forgot to mention, we are return customers, we helped a family member get a car there back in Feb' 2014 and it was a awesome experience as well.
