I am from out of town visiting my Dad to work on his estate. I had what I believed was system overcharging and check engine came on. I went online this past Monday and made an appointment online, too easy. When I arrived at the dealership my truck was taken back on time and the issues was quickly identified and repaired. My appointment was at 0800 and I was complete by 0930. I was very satisfied with the service. Don F was my service advisor and kept me informed and I appreciated his service. I would highly recommend this dealership for its service.

Everyone is always super friendly. When I have an appointment they are usually ready by the time I get there… And I absolutely love that. I’m so glad they don’t make me wait all day just for an oil change. Love the professionalism too!

I've brought my Traverse to this dealership a few times in the last couple of years and I can't say I've had a completely positive experience anytime. I always say I'm never going to come back and then I do and then I kick myself for going back.

We dropped off our 2018 Honda Odyssey (it was purchased pre owned form CMA's Colonial Chevrolet 1 year ago) for its normal service last Friday. The service was completed in a timely manner and we picked up the car as scheduled. There were no surprises and the cost was reasonable. We will be back when the next service is due. Thanks.

Had to wait over a month and a half for a title(took 5 calls). My state charged my a late fee for registering my truck past the 30 days. Now they won't pay for the fees, even though it was their fault. Upper management does not return calls or even picks them up, nor do they return emails. Don't buy anything used from them. Sales guys are great though.
