Have you ever had a service advisor who spoke down to you, treated you like you did not know anything about cars, or always tried to sell you on services which you know to be silly or not necessary? I would then encourage you to contact Miller Honda and ask for Amy Hoover. She has treated myself, and more over my wife (which means the world to me), with respect, honesty, and has been the sole reason for my repeat business to Miller Honda for the last ten years. She is just simply fantastic to work with as a service advisor and also is just a wonderful person as well. I feel confident that when I can not be there to take our vehicles in Amy will be straight forward and honest with my wife and just take care of "us" as valued clients at the dealership.

My service representative Ryan Conner was very friendly and professional in his interactions with me. He explained which services were recommended at the particular mileage on my vehicle and clearly stated what they would cost. The services I required were estimated to take approximately two hours. The service Tech had the job completed in ninety minutes to my complete satisfaction. Ryan was able to bill me about twenty percent less than the original estimate. The entire service experience was extremely pleasant.

I would like to praise Wayne Barr for his professional approach. His being calm, cool and right on mark when answering my questions and concerns. He truly helped me with my decision to purchase a Honda from him/Miller Honda. I will recommend him to others and make sure they're aware of the service he supplied.

So my husband, Michael, decided to leave a review two days before our Honda Accord hybrid was scheduled to return to the Honda dealership (formerly Miller Honda?) for a second diagnosis on 11/16, after “the issue” returned less than 24 hours and 35 miles after picking it up the first time (10/25-11/02). I’m editing our review, as it is not Michael that is communicating or doing business with Miller Honda. I picked it up again 11/24 at 11am. “The issue” returned again by 5pm, again after being driven about 30 miles. I’m scheduled to return again next week. I do hope we aren’t charged a third “diagnostic” fee for the same problem. I hope many things. But reviews should be left after all services are rendered, not while problems are ongoing and still being rectified. I’ll update this at that time with appropriate remarks concerning the entire experience.

Selling my vehicle to this dealership was much easier than I expected. David was extremely helpful; he didn't pressure me into anything and he got us in and out very quickly. This is honestly the best experience I've had with a car dealership. Merci pour tout, David!
