I recently made my second car purchase from Coad Toyota, very happy with my experience. I originally contacted online and Sarah helped me get the process going and was very friendly. She got me setup with Courtney who was with me most of the day and let me mull over things a bit. Buying a car is always a lengthy process, but at least at Coad Toyota I know they will always be super friendly and I do really feel they are good to their word when it comes to information about warranties and service. I'll be back when it's time for an upgrade.

Our experience at Coad Toyota was fantastic! Our minivan broke down during the chip shortage and there were very few options for new or used vans in the tristate area. Most dealers were selling “wholesale” quality minivans at exorbitant prices. Even though they only had 1 minivan on their lot, they priced it very fair! Ask for Mike (who was a refreshing change from the typical condescending salesman type) and for Alysha in finance who was a joy to work with!

I purchased a Toyota Tundra from Coad Toyota last weekend. Working with Tammy Hahs was great. I received top notch service which included logistical support associated with an out of town purchase. I plan on buying from Coad Toyota again. Brent and Tammy are excellent people to correspond with. Because of how welcoming and accommodating they were to me as an out of town purchaser, I am willing make the drive to Missouri to purchase the car from Coad Toyota versus purchase from a dealership local to me here in Atlanta, Ga. Do your homework on good dealerships. I am certain you will find Coad Toyota residing at the top of your list!

Every department is staffed by excellent employees that know how to do their job well.We have purchased multiple vehicles from our salesman, Owen Vanderpool. He is excellent to work with.Steve Stowe in the finance department is very knowledgeable and always strives to get you the best deal.The service department is the best around.You can't go wrong with Coad Toyota.

This dealership stands behind the products and services. Sales people are polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend my family to purchase a car here. I have purchases new and used vehicles here and they will continue to have my business. Go on in and see my sales guy Mike Kern. The service department is great along with service advisors and service manager. They have never let me down. I hope they don't change a thing at this dealership because I enjoy going in and seeing there crew. Saturday just purchased my second used 4Runner at this dealership and am pleased with the deal and service I receive. Thanks guys!

Walked in and told them if they could keep the payment close to what I was paying now, I would upgrade the 2014 Sienna I had for a 2016. They got within $12 so good enough. Van seems to have a smoother ride than the 2014, and I like the improvements on the console.

Unlimited warranty is a joke unless all service is done at Coad's. Motor on 2012 Tacoma goes out at 141000. Couldnt even get salesman to call about trading for a new one. Big disappointment all the way around.. Bought Toyota for performance and went to Coad's because of Joe and Mike, hometown friends. Motor failed due to faulty engine from the start and called to the attention of Marion toyota, not to lack of maintenance. Just a very disappointing and costly experience.

I've been looking at used Lexus LS460's for close to a year. I noticed one at Coad's. I sent an email and got a fast turnaround from Steve Nunnery. We discussed the car over the phone and I sent them photos of my car for trade. My wife and I made the drive from Memphis and an hour in to the ride, Steve calls my cell phone. He is concerned that there are a few spots on the hood that I might want to know about before I get there. That's pretty nice. We were able to make a very fair deal and they gave me a good trade in price. This was probably the fastest car transaction I've made in many a year. They did some nice things to the car like rotors and breaks and even replaced two tires then balanced and aligned. For a 6 year old car, it felt and drove almost like new. If I were nitpicking the deal, there certainly were a lot of little scratches and things, but then again that comes with a 6 year old car. If you are reading this review, you can rest assured that Steve Nunnery and the crew at Coad's Toyota will make sure you drive away happy. I did!

I was well taken care of by the salesman and when he found a car that he felt might suite me better at the same price he quickly directed me to it! They worked with me on pricing and financing too and made the process very fast and painless.

Good guys to deal with. I bought a used Tacoma from them. They were honest and friendly, and kept their word. The only problem was with payment method. A salesperson first told me that they would accept a certified cheque without verifying this with a financial manager. When my wife went to the dealrship in order to pay and to pick up the truck she found out that the only form of payment they were ready to accept from us was a bank wire. Therefore my wife had to spend a few days in the town while waitng for the wire to come although the dealership paid for the hotel and installed daytime running lights for free. In the end they proved themselves decent people and honest businessmen. I can recommend this dealership to other customers.

We went to Coad Toyota to purchase a car. We bought a 2010 used Camry. The staff was very helpful and knowledgable. In fact, when the car was being detailed the worker discovered two small dents on the roof of the car and they fixed them before they let the car leave the lot. We really appreciate an honest staff.

They were courteous, friendly and took very good care of us in this new car lease. The previous car that we leased was totally serviced by Coad Toyota and they did an excellent job. This dealer's showroom and maintenance area are extremely clean.I marked below that we purchased a vehicle but we actually leased one. There was no option for that.
