I was in desperate need of a rental car and found that Coad Toyota rented their vehicles and at a good price! I spoke to John and Brooks who both were very friendly and made the experience super easy. After picking up the car which was very nice, very clean and great customer service, I brought it back a day early and called to see if my total would change and Brooks was great at looking it over and calling me back when he said he would to let me know the changes. I would 100% recommend renting cars from them! I definitely will every time I need a rental! :)

Purchased a 4Runner SR5 Premium with Maria Moore and could not be happier with the entire process from initial contact to final delivery. Maria is an excellent communicator and stays on top of things. The agreed on price was very fair, especially given the current inventory shortages, and the customer service was impeccable without any hard sales. I would highly recommend Maria Moore (and Jonathan in Finance) at Coad Toyota for anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

After being loyal customers of another dealership for over 20 years, we visited Coad because they had the Highlander in stock that we were looking for. We were greeted with a very friendly, not pushy salesperson. The whole process was easy and we got a good deal on our trade in. Recently, we took our Highlander in for the first service check. It was very convenient as I just pulled up in the covered area, got out and in about 45 minutes, my vehicle was ready to go! I can’t say enough good things about Coad! They have our family as customers for life!

For attention to detail and providing the right car buying experience from the start I highly recommend Maria Moore in sales. We were a little concerned that we would get the typical pushy car sales pitch when we entered the dealership. Never had an easier experience buying a vehicle. They had all the paperwork ready when I got there. No one was pushy or overbearing. Answered every question I had. Took about 15 minutes. They even arranged for the vehicle to get the ceramic coat and PPF before I even picked it up. Excited about my first Toyota!!!
