Used car dealership. Enough said. Can't complain because it is a used car dealership. You must do your research and understand what you want. I was shopping for an Audi. Found a beautiful one on their lot however when I test drove the car the engine light came on. I was able to negotiate the price to bring down the cost BUT I still would have had to pay for half of the repair cost. Hummm.. That's just not how I wanted to do business. I prefer to buy a used car that doesn't need immediate repairs before I even buy the car. No complaints about the customer service but Coast to Coast wasn't the place for me. I needed a car that I could drive immediately without issues and with a warranty. Its risky buying a used car from small dealership however do your research 1st.

Per THEIR website " Competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff, and superior customer service". Our experience here would suggest that the 'knowledgeable staff' and 'superior customer service' portion are silent for the most part. My s/o and I called to make an appointment to see one of the cars in stock. When we arrived, the “gentleman” who “serviced” us spoke in a VERY rude, condescending manner and did not even greet us nonetheless. Basically, he didn’t make an attempt to be professional during this whole encounter and always had a snarky comment. Bad day? Or was it something else out of our control? Anyways, he seemed bothered & gave the immediate impression that he wanted us off the lot for whatever reason (mind you, we were only

At the end of May, my son purchased a 2007 Volvo S40. We suggested he get it checked out, but at 21 he was in a hurry for a new car. Within 2 days of the transaction the car dashboard was displaying transmission error codes. I contacted the owner of Coast to Coast and he was baffled because they actually drove this car around for a while and had no problems. However, he told me to take it to his repair shop, DARE Automotive in West Chester. The car spent over a week there while they worked on it and then my son got the car back. Coast to Coast covered this charge. Unfortunately, within 36 hours different transmission codes were coming up. My son took the car back to the same shop where it remained for 3 weeks. The conclusion was that the repair they did initially did not "take" and a new transmission was needed. They ordered a low mileage transmission and swapped out modules etc. Coast to Coast covered this entire repair. My son got his car back a few days ago and hopefully there are no more problems. I find it odd that an 80K Volvo had such a problem to be honest. But it is what it is. Looking over past reviews this company seems to get either really good or really bad reviews. A common thread seems to be problems with the vehicles. Our experience is that when a vehicle has a problem soon after purchase, the company will work with you to get it straightened out. If you don't give them a chance, then don't write a poor review. It has been a long process, but hopefully there are no more problems. Thank you Coast to Coast for working with us towards this solution.

Family-owned, and definitely not your usual used-car salesmen. Real people who were super accommodating, patient, and no pressure to buy. I researched the car first on Cargurus, and found it to be exactly as represented when I got there. Drove my new car home that day, love it, and would recommend Coast-to-Coast to anyone.

Never buy a car from here. I got completely ripped off. The car didn’t last 1 year.

We looked at used cars at several locations and were not impressed until we went to coat to coast auto. There we several cars in our price range and CTC helped us narrow our search. Most of the cars that we were pointed to were in excellent condition- clean, inspected and engine running well. There were several clean cars that had only one owner which was a good indicator to us. This was a car for our daughter in college and we wanted something to see her through. We highly recommend the folks at CTC- they worked with us and helped us find the right (safe and good value) car.

I made the mistake of buying a BMW 328 in the evening. When I got the car back home, I discovered numerous scratches and chipped paint on the hood. There was also a crack in the windshield. They assured me that the car was in pristine condition. They also never processed all of the paperwork to register my plates in IL. In addition they kept one of my license plates. It took numerous calls to get them t send my plate to me. The manager Mohamed, promised to add a rider to the contract stating that he sale could be voided if the car had structural damage upon inspection. I got home and realized that I never received the rider. Despite numerous calls to send it. Mo never sent it. The salesmen, Terry, knew nothing about he car and failed to return any of my calls after purchasing the car.

The miles on the car and the fair price of the car is what got me interested in driving 30+ miles to check it out. When I got there, the car was full of dings, dents and deep scratches. The car looked like it was in an accident, but Carfax was clean. The fender and door rubbed, there was rust. So I offered much less. They said No. I asked what their counter offer was and they said No. Literally. So obviously not willing to negotiate.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I LOST $5,000 ON THEIR LIES.I spoke to them over the phone and was assured that the car was in great working condition and the same about the engine. Based off this (I know, my fault for trusting a used car dealership, but I just thought that some of them would have some humane decency), I purchased the vehicle from out of state to be sent somewhere. When it arrived from the tow truck, upon the FIRST test drive, five minutes into it, the ENTIRE ENGINE BROKE DOWN. I took it to a number of mechanics and all of them agreed that this was clearly an issue from before and the dealership lied to you. They all said it was impossible for such a problem to arise out of nowhere in the first couple of minutes. To make a long story short, different methods were attempted to fix the problem, but at the end of the day, THE ENTIRE ENGINE had to be replaced. I bought the car for $8,500 and had to spend about $5,000 in purchasing another used engine and replacing it.I called the dealership and they were completely dismissive and absolutely uncooperative.PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT SUCH LIARS. YOU WILL PROBABLY REGRET IT.

Saw car online and saw it was from coast to coast. I was there before, but didnt purchase. Decided to give it another shot so I drove over and was pleasantly surprised that there were some changes. They redid their sales office from when I was there a few years back and its very inviting, the atmosphere is relaxed and not pushy (like most car dealers). Its a family business from what I was told and you get that family, at home feel when your there. Sean was the guy I dealt with and he was easy going and friendly. If your looking for a used vehicle, I would definitely recommend this place. Very easy from start to finish. They took a few bucks off the price, but I wasn't gonna push it because it was priced fair compared to others online. I am very happy with my purchase.

Sean was extremely knowledgeable and helped me narrow down the exact car that was for me. He seemed honest and genuinely cared that I would be happy with my purchase. I have had no problems and am extremely satisfied with my car and the service I received.

Shopping for a used truck, I came across Coast to Coast on Auto Trader. I called and spoke to Sarah. She was very pleasant on the phone. The truck was not on their local lot, but they were willing to bring it in if I was genuinely interested in buying. I was interested so the truck was brought in within 48 hours. They also would allow me to take it to a local mechanic if I wanted to do so. Some reviewers have complained about the price, but I found the price to be very competitive from the start which affects how much they'll haggle. Another reviewer complained about warranty, but used cars are usually 'as-is.' I was offered (but not pressured) an extended warranty from a separate company. This is a family owned lot, so don't expect a snazzy showroom or pristine detailing/reconditioning of the vehicle. I think the low overhead contributed to a lower price. Overall, I was very happy with the experience. I was a cash customer so I didn't use their financing. I would buy from them again.

They sold me a bad car. Heat does not work, roof leaks and the car floods and I had to have the wind shield fixed. They would not budge on the price and the salesman was insulting and rude! I should have listened to other reviews but thought people just like to bad mouth others..BOY was I wrong! So, Buyer beware and I hope you read this before they get it off here! Good luck if you choose not to listen! They are crooks!

Avoid buying anything from Coast to Coast Auto.It has been a really bad experience with Coast to Coast Auto inc. Stay WELL away from them. They sold me an unsafe vehicle. They will not take it back even after just arriving home with the vehicle. Its shameful, and my family have been put at risk. Avoid them, dont be tempted by their sweet talk and bogus honesty. They are dishonest, and cannot be trusted. I have been made to suffer and would hate to see others get stung by them also.http://sites.google.com/site/coasttocoastautoincwestchester/Home
