We've bought probably better than 15 vehicles from Costal over the past two decades. I have never had a issue that couldn't be resolved to my complete satisfaction. I have dealt with John Lyons for over a decade. I have never had to haggle or play the manager/salesmen game to get the best price. I make a simple phone call, I tell John what I'm looking for, he acquires the vehicle, and I always make the purchase knowing I have the best deal I can possibly get anywhere. I've bought hundred's of Ford vehicles over the years, both personal and fleet. It was as bad of an experience as going to the dentist. One day I had a disagreement with Ford and visited Hyundai by chance, I compared and contrasted the vehicles and for quality, options, warranty, trade-in value, and price, it was Hyundai hands down. I just purchased a 2020 Palisade limited, and I was in and out in just over an hour. As usual, a very pleasant experience. With that being said, I can only recommend the dealership with five stars, the reader needs to explore for themselves. I can assure you, you won't be disappointed... 😃

This is my second purchase of a new vehicle from Coastal Hyundai. The process was stress free and pleasant. John Lyons and his associate were every thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me the vehicle that suited my needs. They go above and beyond for their customers and try to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they’re stuff. I highly recommend this dealership.

Another great service visit with Amanda. Great service from the shop as always. If you want a service department you can trust and a service writer that treats you with understanding and respect, then buy a Hyundai and see Amanda for your service needs. Third visit! Consistently excellent customer service! Amanda, our service writer, is always on top if things. Great experience! Arrived early for service apt. and we're immediately taken care of. Amanda's (our Service Writer) smiles could be seen across hwy. 192. She explained what the service included and time when ready. They finished ahead of schedule. Best experience in a dealership! Fourth visit... They are consistent with their great customer service! Thanks again, Amanda!

Everybody was so friendly in their customer service was wonderful. Cheyenne and service communicated with me every step of the way while my car was in the shop and provided great service and very friendly. Rand was also amazing at helping me with questions that I had about my car. John Lyons was my salesperson and he was extremely helpful and very nice. And the lady in the rental car department I cannot remember her name was super helpful as well we'll definitely be back and recommend Hyundai to all my friends and family.
