We recently purchased a vehicle from the used car division. The experience was awful. We were at the dealership for five hours for a cash purchase. I’m not sure what the purpose of the salesman was. He didn’t seem to know the answers to any of the questions we had, and would tell us to calm down if we tried to be persistent. After we finally made the purchase and on the way home, the left front brakes went out. Of course, that’s not covered under the warranty, even though they supposedly did a 201 point inspection that included brake inspection. Luckily, the manager reimbursed us for the cost of the repair. I give a two star review because they reimbursed us, but we traveled a couple hundred miles to get this car, and the trip home could have been dangerous if the brakes had given out completely. Overall, this was the worst experience of car buying I’ve ever had, and I won’t be returning to this dealership.

Friendly dealership that made my purchase very easy. Justin was great at keeping me in tune with what I wanted, and the financing part was simple. Great technology as well which made the purchase that much more streamlined and efficient.

The employees here are very friendly and not too pushy when it comes to telling women what needs to be done with their vehicle. I have had a couple try to tell me something or other needed done to my car but they don't push too far. The new lounge is nice, comfortable chairs if you need to wait on your vehicle. Overall, I like the dealership and service center here.

Recently purchased a new Jeep grand Cherokee and had the best experience with Josh in sales, the sales manager, and finance. Across the board easiest and most pleasant car purchase. They were fair, honest, and worked hard to get us the best deal. Highly recommend.

After an abysmal experience at a competitor, I ended up buying a new Gladiator from Cochran. I've never had such a good dealer experience. No pressure, completely straight forward, transparent pricing, and on and on. My wife and I couldn't get over how happy we were over the whole experience. We were completely shocked at how good we felt about every single part of the process. Cochran sets the bar for how to treat customers.
