James Wilson is the absolute best salesman. He is patient, understanding and listens to your concerns. He is upfront and is extremely knowledgeable. The whole Cochran team is very accommodating and pays attention to details. This is the second car we purchased at Cochran's with James' kind assistance. We highly recommend them!

Our adventure started at the end of July with Cochran Ford. To say that I was a little apprehensive about taking out beloved 08’ Explorer to the dealer is putting it lightly. We had run into a problem that none of the local shops would work on it. Everyone directed us to a Ford dealer of our choice. The nearest being #1 Cochran. I called made a service appointment and explained to the service advisor that the vehicle was covered by an aftermarket extended warranty. I was assured that this would not be a problem. I had my doubts from the start. Our service advisor would be Courtney for this long drawn out adventure. At the two week mark I had called Courtney to inquire about the status of our repair as my wife was getting ready to return to work and would need a vehicle to drive. Courtney said that it probably would not be done before then. However instead of leaving us without a vehicle she made certain that my wife had transportation for work. She explained that she could put us in a service loaner vehicle at no charge to us. Now I found this to be very odd as our vehicle was not covered by any factory warranty and this loaner would be covered by Cochran and Cochran alone. I must have asked at least ten times if there would be a charge for the loaner. When Courtney handed me the rental agreement and it read all zero’s all my questions had been answered. As we navigated the endless roadblocks put in place by multiple warranty companies, I was assured that this would all be figured out in the end. I never felt as if I was out of the loop or uninformed about the status of our repair. Anytime that I had a question a quick phone call or email and my question had been answered. When it came to my out of pocket expenses that the warranty company would not cover Courtney was quick with a solution and sound advice on how we should proceed. In closing we will return for service and they will be our first stop when it comes time to purchase another vehicle. I have no doubt that my experience with Cochran and Courtney are not all together unique. Great customer service seems to be the philosophy at #1 Cochran. We thank you for the great service provided to our family!

This is a really nice Ford garage. I used to go there all the time when it was Charapp Ford, and now since Cochran has taken over, I go there from my parts. PS...have your Ford VIN ready..it makes it a whole lot easier for them to find parts for your car. Your car is on the Ford Data base.. The parts people are really nice and helpful and you just can't ask for anything more. Rusty and Shawn, along with another nice young lady, help you find your part, tell you up front what it's going to cost and if you need to, they will ordered for you. They are very nice. I would recommend people going there to visit Cochran's. It has expanded greatly since they bought it from Charapp it has quite a lube service drive , body shop and the showroom is beautiful. It's just a really nice place. You won't be disappointed if you stop there. God Bless, Keith

I had such a wonderful experience buying a car here! Mike and Dustin in the used car department were very helpful with finding a perfect car for me. They were great with helping me find something that was in my budget. I cannot thank them enough!

Brought my car in to have my transmission looked at! Scheduling was super easy. I worked with Rob and he was very professional, kept me informed, and made my car drive way better! This is a top notch ford service department. The service manager and the other service women in the department are amazing! Rob had a family emergency day one and Melissa and Kristen (I believe the service managers name is) gave me a vehicle to drive. I have worked in the service field for over 10 years, the service advisor never get enough credit for how hard they work. They truly are the heart of the dealership and have the toughest job there! The department there works as a team, which made the process great! They have a family atmosphere. I definitely will be bringing my car back! Cochran Ford in Natrona Heights ROCKS!!!
