It was a pleasure leasing my 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Tom Cochan. The entire process took less than an hour, the paperwork was filled out ahead of time and my car was sparkling when I received it. This car runs like a dream, you can not tell when the motor is running it's that quiet. The handling is superb, I can turn the wheels using a pinkie, I love my car. When this lease is up I will surely lease again from Coconut Creek Hyundai.

There was a small wait time while Nelson Garcia went to his manager, and made sure all was okay, I believe. He did tell me up front that there would a delay, and for me not to be worried about it. I found everyone there whom I had contact with to be very professional, and pleasant. I would definitely recommend your establishment and Mr. Garcia to those who are ready to buy/lease a vehicle.

Purchased a new 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Ultimate. Great car, good power when the turbo kicks in. I think some of the buttons could be arranged more ergonomically. The Sport Drive Mode should not turn off when the car is turned off. It defaults back to normal the next time.

See above---nothing but pressure, failed to listen when I said my wife was ill and tired and that we wanted to go home and thing about it (at least 3-3 times), misrepresentation about the audio system. He also left items of personal property in the car when he cleaned out my old car, probably in a rush to get me to sign and close the deal. At 74 years of age I have had the pleasure of purchasing many new cars in the past (I never lease) and this was by far the worst experience that I have ever had. There is no way that I would ever recommend this dealership.

As I said above, my experience with the salesman was a very positive one and I and my wife enjoy driving the G80 so far. If I ever lease a car again, I will make it my business to sign or initial the papers not late in the evening when I'm exhausted but earlier in the day when my mind is fresh and sharp.and can take the time to read what I'm initializing or signing. Having been a long time Lexus SUV Owner, I was apprehensive (reluctant even) to entertain the idea of switching to a Hyundai but my Sales Guy (and the entire crew) atCoconut Creek Hyundai helped change my mind by offering me an SUV that I love at a deal that will actually help my credit, and actually having fun while doing it. I cant imagine going back to Lexus as a matter of fact, look forward to putting my daughter in new Hyundai with Mazen, as early as 12 wks (in the new year* My Uncle also plans on purchasing a Genesis as soon as his current cars warranty expires. :-)

Leasing a 2016 Genesis from here. My sales guy Chris was wonderful, but I will never take my car back there to be serviced. The radio is my car went out for what ever reason and when I took my vehicle there, i made sure that I took a photo of my mileage since I have a lease. When I went to pick my vehicle back up from the dealer my mileage was up by 50+ miles. Meaning someone at the dealership had to drive my car long distance. I again I have lease and have to pay for my mileage. When I called to speak with the service manager he claimed that no one drove my vehicle I even offered to show him the picture of my mileage prior to me dropping my car off and the mileage on the dashboard from when I picked up my vehicle. I will never trust them with my car.

We took our 17 year old son, Vijay to the dealership to get him a new car. We made it clear to our salesman, Rodrigo Otoni that the car was for our son. Rodrigo treated our son with the respect as if he was buying the car himself showing him a few different models within the price range given. Vijay picked out the model and color himself, they went on a test drive together and the deal was done. Rodrigo showed Vijay how to set up all the electronics and made sure he understood his new vehicle. Loved the salespeople, working with them was great. However, when going to the service area for a maintenance check the service guy was very rude and quick mannered in the way he approached me and the questions I had to ask. Seemed like he was rushing me to get out, towards the end when the car was ready he got passive and it was better. But tip for the company, this affects how customers see the dealership as a whole, a smile and a courteous attitude always goes a long way, and most importantly listening to what the customer has to say, tip for the service maintenance area.

A week later they reneged on the deal by calling me up and telling me I had to provide more income verifications or give back the car. I arrived a few minutes early for an 8:15am appointment for an oil change. I was checked in but waited more than 40 minutes. No one followed up with me - I had no idea if they had started the service. I went to the cashier and she had no idea. I then found my service consultant and he said he was just about to come find me. He said it was noted from the prior visit that I was due for a 30,000 mile service. However, since this was not discussed in advance, I had planned only an hour or so from the 8:15 appointment until I would be finished. I declined the 30,000 mile service and he then asked if I wanted a car wash - he told me it's not a great car wash but would add about 45 minutes to my wait time. After a few minutes, I re-considered and told him I would have to come back another day.I've never been impressed with Coconut Creek Hyundai's service, but today was a complete waste of my time. I was there for exactly an hour and accomplished nothing.

I leased three cars from this place. The recent one sold to me by Chris Hurst who lured me into ending my last lease and transfer it to a new one " WITHOUT any obligations or penalty fees" I even questioned the minor damages, and he said "it will not be a problem!" I confirmed that the only fees would be tag fees and he confirmed! Well, now I get an invoice from Hyndai Finance for a penalty fee for transferring the lease early that was not satisfied when I leased the new car. When I attempted to have this cleared, the only thing I heard from the dealer was the fees were for damages after inspection! NO ONE told me there would ever be a contingency when I leased the new car, if they had, I wouldn't have done it! I don't have $700 to spare. Everytime I try reaching out to the dealer, they blow me off. I'm not going to give up. Not good customer service Coconut Creek Hyundai!

I have stage IV renal cancer and also walk with a cane. I explained to Chris my limitations when I first arrived at the dealership with my 18 year old daughter. Chris did not forget anything I said I needed for the car or personally. He made sure I had enough to drink during my time there (very important to me) and made sure the car we chose had exactly what we needed. Chris was very caring and attentive. He was not afraid to go get extra information for me if he did not know exactly the answer - too many sales people will try to make something up rather than get the exact answer. I was using this experience to teach my 18 year old how to buy a car and both Chris and Erik made sure she understood everything too. I have already recommended this dealership at least 8 times since my purchase due to the superior service I received.

I have been to many many dealerships since obtaining my first vehicle in 1964. No one pounced on us they greeted us which I felt calmed the nervousness of our coming in to turn in our leaked Sonata and looking to go into a Tucson. We were informed by Jack Jemini of our options as we went through the model available. We have had our 2016 Tucson for 10 days. We could not be happier. So far our gas milage on 350 miles of city driving is 28.3 miles per gallon. Better than we expected. Thanks Jack!!!! I would recommend the dealership for a new car but not for any service department. Mike is great. Neil in services is terrible. When I had my old Hyundai serviced they returned it dirty and even left a vapor cigarette inside which leaked oil in my console. The car was never cleaned and it was at the dealership for two months. Also the car was still unsafe to drive when returned and had to bring it back to the dealership and they wanted to keep it again. That's when I met mike and he took me out of that lease and I got my new Hyundai

In 6 months have brought our car in 4 times for the alarm going off 5 minutes after locking the car. The 1st time it was supposedly fixed it was under warranty. 4 months later it had the same problem. Thus time it was not under warranty and we were told the alarm didn't go off so they couldn't identify the problem. WHAT! My husband specifically told them it was after driving for at least 15 min not letting it sit in the parking lot all day. As soon as we hot home it went off again. We were told to bring it back in. This time it was on a Saturday and we were told you leave it in till Monday. The end of day Monday after our car sat there for 3 days with the service department just waiting for this alarm to go off without driving the car we were told nothing was done. My question is why would the alarm have to ho off for them to identify a faulty part that is causing the alarm to just go off with no reason. The reps were rude and would not listen to anything we told them. Basically they were just lazy and did not want to correct the problem thay stated they fixed 6 months ago which was surely not the case. I will tell all of my family and friends to stay away from any of the coconut creek motors dealerships.

I'm not sure why Dennis Noonan is no longer there, but there should be some type of red flag on a file that is missing something at the time of sale or other. We shouldn't have been forgotten as it was a huge inconvenience to be without the 2nd key for 2 weeks and lord knows what became of the sunglasses and netting for the trunk. Getting the 2nd key was an annoying experience and un-necessary waste of time!

the dealership is good but tacks in hidden fess claiming to be part of msrp which is most unfair especially when i am told after the fact that my 1495 was a fee for essentially a carwash.

I went looking for a specific car and specific color. I ended up with a car in the last year of body type before the update in a color I thought I would never buy. Neither of these are the sellers fault. I take full responsibility. I thought I was certain of my needs. I was offered a price that on the surface seemed fantastic but since have learned it was only fair with a residual value after lease higher then expected. What angered me was this amount was presented to me as the very last thing after what seemed to be hours of indecision and negotiation. I have buyers remorse because I settled. Again this is my fault. The seller did not try and persuade me. I needed a car and I settled. If I could end the lease when the 2017 comes out I would. That might be a vehicle I could wrap my hands around.

I worked with Jack Jemini, and he was great, explaining features of the vehicle, and having patience with me in regard to all the electronic features in the car. He called me a few days after I took delivery of the vehicle to ensure I was enjoying the car, and if I was having any problems with the car; and anytime I had a question or concern regarding the car, I could always contact him. I just wrote my comments on he prior page. Excellent Experience with Anton and Jack: We purchased a 2014 Santa Fe from Anton Zein at Coconut Creek Hyundai. Last October, as we were closer to Delray Beach, I went to the Delray Hyundai. Although I did lease a 2016 Sonata there, I was not very happy at all with our experience there and was sorry we did not drive the extra distance to see Anton (Coconut Creek is a toll road and 40/45 min drive from our house). My daughter needed a car and we decided to make an appointment with Anton this time. We ran late for our appointment and by the time we got there, Anton had a customer. We did not want to disturb him, but he took a moment to warmly greet us and apologize for not being available, although it was our fault. He referred Jack Jemini to us. Jack could not have treated us better. They worked together to make our daughter's 1st car buying experience a wonderful one. She, nor us, will not go anywhere else in the future. When my 2016 lease is completed, I will contact Anton or Jack and work with either of them for my next Hyundai. For the record, our credit is not the highest, nor is our car buying in the upper price ranges. Neither Anton nor Jack made us feel any less of a customer. We were treated with respect and personable service. As for servicing the 2017 Elantra, it's a maybe as my daughter is away at school. So if we are able to bring it there we will, but not sure.

My experience was very good with this dealership. Chris Robinson has been by far the best salesman I have dealt with. He knew exactly what I wanted and vas courteous, professional. Introduced me to channel in service, followed up with phone call to see how I liked the car. I have to say everyone is very friendly. Sean in finance was also very professional. My only complaint was Mark Fine In 2014 who was the finance guy, had a bit of an attitude glad to see he was gone.

They put together a great deal on a exceptional vehicle. Also have an Equus from Coconut Creek Hyundai that is my favorite car ever. They work with you to put a deal together in a friendly, no pressure atmosphere. I had told the staff when I was at the location, and I will repeat it in this survey: I had the most amazing, easiest, friendliest, and overall BEST experience I had ever had purchasing a car. Chris Hurst (sales) was beyond helpful and friendly. He really made me feel appreciated and truly went above and beyond with everything! Erik Godston (finance) was so extremely efficient, friendly, and professional. He explained everything I needed to know, and answered all my questions. To be honest, I normally somewhat dread the car buying experience, only because it normally takes a long time and is sort of drawn out, and I feel as if I'm trying to be talked into things I neither need nor want. But this experience was none of that! I explained what I wanted and was given just that. Both gentlemen were fast and friendly and provided amazing customer service!! I honestly couldn't ask for more. I have already praised them to friends, family, and co-workers mainly because I was just so amazed by the whole experience. I look forward to doing business with Coconut Creek Hyundai again!

We would recommend this dealer based mostly on the experience with Dennis Noonan. We did not really react or communicate with very many others. The finance gentleman as direct and to the point. When he offered us the many different warranties etc... he did not try to shove them down our throats.. so over all we were extremely pleased with our time there.

Everyone was very nice and treated us well except for the one manger who we spoke to on 4\30/16. We spoke to him about trying to get payment lowered. He stated paperwork is done nothing I can do about it. He then went on in detail about how he was trying to get a new vehicle for his wife. Frankly I could have cared less about his personal problem. He never said well I could look at it and see if we could lower it but didn't ever say that. I felt like we had intruded on his precious time and he obviously had no suggestions for us.

The sales man was great. Very nice person to work with and would go out of his way for you. Your Financial department is no that great. The first time i want there. The gentleman was rude. Need to teach them not to say cuss words about customers when they are going in to another room were they can be heard. Very unprofessional. I almost didn't come back to buy a car from there. But the Sales man was nice and great and made sure i didn't get that gentleman. That is why i decided to come back to buy from him. That night we bought 2 cars from the sales man. Dennis was great.
